So I grew up in Colorado, went to college and
ended up starting a real estate company. Had an early
midlife crisis around twenty nine. I was like, I want
to do something more meaningful with my life. So I
decided to sell the real estate company and went back

across lines of difference and really see the strengths and diversity.
