Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome to this edition of Chats with GG, where I'm
super excited to intertwine health with business Now. Today's guests
are two incredible women who, aside from having their own
phenomenal trajectory and experiences that we're going to discuss on
the show, we're also one of our sponsors for Move
Breath Growth twenty twenty four. Now you know that Move
(00:21):
Breath Grow is our flagship event here at Seizing Happy.
We host it once a year. It is a retreat
style experience where we do movement so that we can
tap into our femininity, our body, our health or wellbeing,
our physical strength. We do breath work so that we
can recalibrate our nervous system, tap into our intuition and
(00:41):
be more confident in leading heart led and making heart
led decisions. And then we do growth. We're all entrepreneurs
in that room, so we talk about money, we talk
about financial growth, We talk about our health in the
ways in which it connects to our business. And that's
where prosper Iv came in from Brief Girl to talk
about the deep connection between our health and our business,
(01:04):
between our physical wellbeing and our business. And so Genie
and Delfina are our guests today. They are the owners
of prosper iv Miami and they come from a beautiful
background of being banking directors with over twenty years of
experience in the world of finance, and they decided to
now follow their passion for health for wellness by launching
(01:24):
prosper iv Miami. This is an IV hydration business that
aside from the IV part where they take care of
your health, they also are building a beautiful community of
entrepreneurs so that you can connect with each other, bond
with each other, make business with each other, and take
care of your health and your well being with each other.
(01:45):
Prosper iv iv is a beautiful place. The location is
absolutely stunning. We'll make sure to include all of their
details in the show notes so that you can head
out there and visit them and probably bump into me
while you're there. But in the meantime, listen to this
episode and let's get to know Genie and Alfina a
little bit better so that you can learn more about
(02:05):
prosper Ivy. This is Chats with gg, a podcast for
women who are ready to step into their power, get unstuck,
and create more freedom in all areas of life. I'm
your host, GGDZ certified life and business coach, media personality
and multi passionate entrepreneur. I've helped hundreds of women find
(02:29):
the necessary clarity, confidence, and courage to build their dream
life and achieve success with less stress. If you're seeking
weekly motivation, practical and spiritual advice, and tangible resources to
scale in life and in business, then you're in the
right place. Are you ready? Here we go, ladies. I
(02:54):
am so excited to have you on the show today
because one of the things that we really really really
believe deeply inside Seizing Happy and with our tribe is
so closely aligned with what you guys believe, and that
is how important it is for entrepreneurs to take care
of their health and their well being. Because one of
(03:14):
the things I harp on all the time is your
business is a reflection of you. So if you're not healthy,
there's no way that your business can be healthy also,
And so I'm so excited to learn more about prosper
ivy and to share prosper iv with our listeners. So
welcome Genie, Welcome Delfina, and can you tell me whoever
wants to come first about what brought you to prosper Ivy.
Speaker 2 (03:39):
I'm gonna let a Fina Hello, Hello, Gig's super super
excited to be here with you. I'm gonna let the
Alfina take this one because she brought me to prosper
Ivy and she has a very very interesting story why
this is so hard and dear to her.
Speaker 3 (03:52):
So yeah, So Jamie, thank you for having us. We're
really honored to be on your podcast. And you know
is very personal to me. I'll share with you just
very quickly. Fourteen years ago, I had thyroid cancer and
it was at that point that a nurse at New
York Presbyterian really introduced me to IVY therapy. You know,
(04:13):
at that time, I was going through radiation. I was
completely exhausted trying to get my body adjusted to new medication,
and you know, I was kind of like I'm a
wiz end and I remember, you know, the nurse Aynim Delphina,
go in and get a multi vitamin bag. Go and
get a glutathion because it will detox your liver and
get rid of all that radiation out of your body.
(04:36):
And be consistent and keep doing it. Multi vitamin bag
every single month, not only to get your body, you know,
to peak performance and you're feeling well and you look
good and you're.
Speaker 4 (04:47):
Happy, but at the end of the day, to keep any.
Speaker 3 (04:49):
Possible disease to return back to your body and Gigi,
It's been one of my regimes for fourteen years. I've
always been very passionate about health and wellness. I have
a litt career in corporate America, and I believe that
if you don't put your health first, nothing else will follow.
Speaker 1 (05:07):
I love that so much. And I think there's something
that happens often with us entrepreneurs where it's usually a
dark knight of the soul or something really deeply impacting
that leads us to some of our most magical entrepreneurial experiences,
right where we discover something to be so incredible that
(05:28):
we're like, I want to dive into this and bring
it to the people I love, bring it to my community,
and if I can make a couple of million dollars
while I'm doing it, then why not? And so yeah, man,
why not? So Genie, you were talking about how Delphina
brought you to prosper Ivy, So tell me about that
connection that you ladies had prior to prosper ivy and
(05:50):
what brought you to this company?
Speaker 2 (05:53):
Yeah, absolutely so. Delphine and I have been friends for many, many,
many years. We used to work together in corporate America,
so we know what it feels too burned out, either
because you have your own business or because you're working
in corporate America and you're working sixty seventy hours, you know,
days and weeks. So I'm a person that I always
get sick because I'm working so so many, so much.
(06:15):
And Dralfina, knowing the stuff that she knows about what
IV therapy can do, many many times throughout the last
couple of years, have taken me to different IVY drift
spots and said, oh my god, here you go. You're
sick or you're getting sick, take this and right on right.
Speaker 4 (06:32):
But I'm a hard head.
Speaker 2 (06:33):
I will get better within the hours of taking this
IV bag, Like it was miraculous, And I knew every
single time I went, I was like, you know, I
know better. I know that if I did this regularly,
I would do so much better for myself. But you know,
sometimes you got to get knocked in the head more
than once before you actually listen to that trend. And
(06:54):
last year, so it's actually about a year ago. Once again,
Jeannie Marmo got sick going to New York, changing well
from Miami to New York, and definitely I was like,
let's go to this ib place and get you that
vitamin extracy that you need. And as life will have
a Gigi, we were sitting there, loving the place, loving
(07:15):
the brand, and we literally says, so everything happens for
a reason. Oh my god, if now you imagine we
had one of these in Miami and can help all
these folks that need this in Miami, and that's how
this story started.
Speaker 1 (07:31):
I love that, And so now say again I said,
true story. Yeah, I love that for you guys, especially
because you know you are so deeply connected to our
community here in South Florida, and you're so you ladies
are so intertwined with what's happening in South Florida, and
(07:54):
you have been impacting entrepreneurs and high achievers for so long,
even prior to prosper IV. I know your story personally,
where you ladies have been in the world of finance
and helping other people elevate their financial status and maximize
their money and all those things, and so it makes
(08:15):
perfect sense. I see it as such a beautiful alignment
for you guys to say, well, let's put the money
behind the health too, And so prosper Ivy is now
readily available here in South Florida. I know this is
going to be the first of many locations. Can you
tell me what the experience is for prosper ivy, because
I personally know quite a number of IV spots right,
(08:39):
there's a ton of them. But the reason why I
absolutely love prosper ivy and the reason why I wanted
to have you guys involved in Move Breath Grow, is
because prosper iv goes a step further than just come
and get your IV and get out right. So can
you tell me about that experience and what you guys
are building with then your community through prosper iv and
(09:02):
the health element of the IV infusions.
Speaker 4 (09:08):
Yeah, I could start on that GG.
Speaker 3 (09:09):
I mean, first of all, you know, prosper i V
for us is a personal mission. You know, we were
in finance for many years, but it's a personal mission
for us to educate as many people in our community
and really be out there to help them understand the
health benefits of IV therapy and why it's so crucial
for everyone to stop and really do it. But the
difference with prosper i V is, first of all, we're
(09:31):
the first standalone IV hydration business in Miami. We are
solely focused on IV therapy and weight loss. That's our specialty,
that's we're focused on. We also wanted to create a
location that is very spa like oriented, very luxury destination,
(09:52):
and I'm really excited to have you and people come
to our destination and.
Speaker 4 (09:57):
See how beautiful that it is put together there.
Speaker 3 (10:00):
The best part of it is we're right on the water,
so you have that serene Miami River. Being on the
water just very relaxing. But the other piece that is
really critical is that we have registered nurses that all
have that critical care that they provide to our customers.
So all our registered nurses have been working in in
(10:21):
the er or.
Speaker 4 (10:22):
I CU for at least two years.
Speaker 3 (10:24):
They bring that clinical background experience to all our customers.
And what's different is when you come in, you know,
you will sit down with one of our registered nurses
really understand you know, what are your concerns brought what
brought you in today? You know, what are some of
your health goals? That we going to help you achieve, right,
and every approach is customized to that customer. And it's
(10:49):
not just that we give you an IV or a
booster and we let you leave. No, we want to
be there. We take notes, you know, we make sure
that we follow up with you, We make sure that
you come back.
Speaker 4 (11:00):
We make sure that we're there every step of the way.
Speaker 3 (11:03):
It could be your health goals could be achieved in
two weeks because you're getting over a cold, or it
could be you know, hey, Janie Delfina, I really have
been struggling with some chronic illness or a been struggling
with wanting.
Speaker 4 (11:14):
To lose weight.
Speaker 3 (11:15):
And now this is a four to five month plan
that we're working with you. So personalized care, beautiful location,
and the business is really set on the foundation that
we want to educate our community and be out there
and really provide for others like the way it's been
provided for us in the past as well.
Speaker 2 (11:33):
And Gigi, I do want to add to that. So
the Fina had very good points of what makes it
so unique, Right, A brick and model location where you
come in and people know who you are.
Speaker 3 (11:44):
Right.
Speaker 2 (11:44):
I love going to places and they'll say Hi, Genie,
how are you? And they know my story and they
know what I'm working on. Like that's the feeling that
I want to have that every client that's want to
walk in here is going to have. But to add
to that, another thing that makes us very unique is
our space was created to do events. What do I
mean by that? We are inviting if you have a
(12:07):
group of people that you are you know, you do
events for us, you do workshops for We're inviting people
to use our space for free. They can come and
actually have their events here. Why because this is really
about community and helping other entrepreneurs get to know other entrepreneurs.
(12:28):
So it's a networking space. We already have a couple
of people book for Sunday. They're going to be here
most of the day with their groups. We have a
workshop coming up in mid September about Latina's entrepreneurs celebrating
Hispanic Heritage Month. We have a yoga event happening in
October in the morning so people can come and do
(12:49):
some yoga, some meditation. So it's really a community space
to come get to know other people, make that connection right,
get to know us right, and really elevate who you
are along with us so that we can also help
you in that journey.
Speaker 1 (13:06):
I love that because the entrepreneurial journey sometimes gets defined
as a lonely one. The entrepreneurial journey is accompanied by
all these sayings like it's lonely at the top and
all these things, but it doesn't really have to be.
I think one of the reasons also why I loved
having you guys be a part of Move Breath Grow
as one of our speaker sponsors, is because of this
(13:28):
desire to build community around wellness in entrepreneurship, which is
one of the core values that we have inside of
Seizing Happy. It doesn't have to be lonely at the top.
You can certainly find yourself surrounded by other incredible entrepreneurs
who are looking to focus on their well being, who
are looking to focus on their health, who are looking
(13:49):
to focus on making or breaking their next or first
or third million dollars, who are looking to create community
and connections because they've come to the point in entrepreneurship
where they finally understand and that collaboration is always going
to be more fun and more profitable than competition, you know.
Being in that community and being a part of the
(14:10):
building blocks of creating community like that for entrepreneurs within
South Florida is such an honor and such a necessity.
And I absolutely love that you guys are participating in
that because it requires all of us to accomplish that, right, Like,
it can't just be Seizing Happy building community. It has
to come from all the places. And so for me,
(14:32):
it is an absolute honor to be able to collaborate
with you guys, and to work with you guys, and
to support your growth, because it takes the people that
you know to connect with the people that I know,
And it takes the people from Seizing Happy to go
over there and take care of their health. And it
takes the entrepreneurs that you already have over there to
come over to Seizing Happy and learn how to make
more money, and learn how to maximize their time online
and learn how to have their signature programs and signature talks.
(14:54):
Like it's so beautiful to be able to have women
like you who understand the element of collaboration and who
understand the element and the importance of wellness behind everything
that is a product of our entrepreneurial growth, you know,
And so tell me about prosper Ivy's upcoming experiences. I
(15:15):
know that you guys have some preliminary launches in place
that you guys are just about ready to open. Do
we already have a date? Do we already have some plans?
What is that looking like?
Speaker 2 (15:31):
So? Yes, actually you can call us today and book
your appointment. So we are at the location. The doors
are open. We have nurses here ready to help you. Right,
we have events coming up. You can go into our
event bright link and you can see all the events.
But for example, the first event is September twenty fifth,
which is to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month Latina's Entrepreneurs. There'll
(15:55):
be three wonderful women here talking about their entrepreneur journey
and how they do it. So, because I agree with
you one thousand percent is it does not have to
be lonely at the top, right, and you can learn
so much from others so that your journey could be easier,
could be faster. I'm one of those persons. I don't
want to trip over the same rock that you did
(16:16):
if I can learn from you how to not trip
over that rock.
Speaker 4 (16:19):
Okay, So I'm one of those folks.
Speaker 2 (16:21):
So these are the events that we are going to
have every other week check us out. There will be
something for you to come join us, and there's no pressure.
We just really want you to come and connect with
other women and other people that can potentially help you
in your journey.
Speaker 4 (16:37):
And I think something else.
Speaker 2 (16:38):
That's really beautiful is a lot of our groups and
folks that we know are women, and we as women
tend to everything is on us. When do we stop
and take care of ourselves? And that's one of the
major critical points. And if we're not taking care of ourselves,
nothing else matters, Nothing else matters. If you're sick, nothing
(17:00):
else matters because that has to that has to be
taken care of first. So we are a woman owned
right women uh two team that it's really talking about entrepreneurs,
but females entrepreneurs special to me because again we do
everything and gig.
Speaker 3 (17:23):
What I'll add to that too is, you know, we
talked a lot about educating our community.
Speaker 4 (17:27):
Not only are we going to do workshops just.
Speaker 3 (17:29):
An IV therapy and the health benefits around IV therapy,
but we're going to have a doctor that specializes in
DNA testing, a doctor that really specializes in obesity medicine.
You know, expert matter that will be here to give
workshops to you know, we hope to see a lot
of women just come and listen. You know, we as
women age, right, there's the homeown scenarios that we deal with, right,
(17:53):
So it just having doctors that are going to be
here to boby that education, will have nutritionists that will
provide that that guidance. To Genie mentioned, we're going to
be doing yoga October fifth, you know, just helping you know,
small business owners women specifically to really take care of
their health. I know that I was, you know, spent
(18:13):
many years ignoring my health, and when I got hit
with a serious health situation, I stopped. It didn't matter
how successful was, it didn't matter how much I climbed
that corporate ladder. That health was my number one priority.
And I want to make sure that I relate that
and I educate and I bring awareness to women out
there and men as well, how critical important it is
(18:35):
to take care of your health.
Speaker 1 (18:37):
Yeah, because I think the most important thing too that
sometimes we forget about our health is we can ignore it,
and we can ignore and we can ignore our health
just like we can ignore our intuition too. But there
comes a point when your health is going to say, Hey,
if you're not going to listen to me as I
am telling you that you need to stop and pay
attention to this, then I am going to bring you
(18:59):
to a halt and I am going to make sure
that you do what you need to do. And so
when it comes to health as well as when it
comes to your intuitive abilities to tap into your guidance,
it is critical that you are the one that takes
the initiatives to stop and to listen, to stop, and
to handle whatever needs to be handled. Because one way
(19:20):
or another, either you stop because you're checking in consistently,
making sure that everything is in flow, making sure that
you're healthy, making sure that you're in tune, that you're
following that inner compass, that you're taking care of yourself
so that you can pour deeply into your business and
your family and your marriage and your friendships and your
finances and all the other things that we do as
women entrepreneurs and as women period or either way you're
(19:43):
gonna be brought to a halting stop by your health
or by the decisions that your intuition is trying to
get you to make that you're completely ignoring and deciding
to run into walls. So it's just like, shouldn't we
just do the maintenance of like let me stop and
listen to my body, let me stop and listen to
my intuition, so that both are one of those things.
Don't grab us by the hair and say, listen, bitch.
(20:06):
I've been telling you. I've been telling you to do this,
and you're not paying attention. So now I'm gonna force
you to do this so that you can be okay.
Speaker 2 (20:13):
You know that's right.
Speaker 4 (20:16):
Prevention. Prevention is the key.
Speaker 1 (20:18):
That's that's the best way to put it. Absolutely, prevention
is the key. And so you guys had such an
amazing presentation with us on stage at Move, Breath, Grow.
It was such an honor to have you there. You
guys were setting up ivs for our guests, and I
heard raving reviews about the benefits of having you guys there.
(20:39):
You were so informative for the people who came to
your table to talk about you know, teach me more,
tell me more. I want you to share some of
that information right now for our listeners who weren't able
to make it to MBG twenty twenty four. Can you
tell us. What are some of the specific services that
you guys offer. So you've mentioned, for example, to help
(21:00):
with immune boosts, to help with weight loss, tell me
about what we can what we can find at prosper Ivy.
Speaker 2 (21:09):
So I'll start with that, and I'm sure that we're
not gonna chop in right. So look, it's very simple.
You can have injections, which we call boosters, or you
can have a whole cocktail which has all the vitamins
that you need. And yes, you can go to a
website and they'll be predesigned cocktails, ib bags that kind
(21:29):
of say, hey, if you're looking for immunity, you should
choose this one. If you lose, if you're looking for
more energy, you should.
Speaker 4 (21:36):
Use this one. Right.
Speaker 2 (21:37):
But as we mentioned at the beginning, we really want
to customize it to what you need. So you can
book something and when you come in, Gigi, we're gonna say, okay,
tell me about what you've been feeling. Because every vitamin
we have has a specific specialization that it's for. For example,
we get a lot of women. So going back to
the maintenance piece, right, I'm really tired, I have brain fog,
(22:00):
I'm overwhelmed, I'm not eating well. Right, If those are
the things that are bothering you, then I'm going to
say to you, how you know from one to ten,
it's it's like really affecting you at a ten level?
Is it affecting you at a one level? Because I
want to recommend and my nurses want to recommend. One
makes more sense, right, And then I'm gonna say to
you what it sounds like to me. You need a glutathine,
(22:22):
you need a biotin. Glutathyme is great. A detoxes your liver,
it makes you like kind of redo the whole system.
Biotine makes your hair grow and your nails and your
skin look great.
Speaker 4 (22:33):
Right.
Speaker 2 (22:34):
Then we have the immunity booster, which really helps you. Hey,
I'm always running and I always feel rundown. It helps
you move forward. So we explain each and every one
of them, and depending on what you say to us,
then we're gonna say, hey, do a cocktail or just
do a booster. Okay, this is about what you need.
This is not about about selling you anything. It's about
(22:54):
giving you solutions to what you're currently feeling. Delfina, Yeah, no,
I would just add gg that.
Speaker 3 (23:02):
You know again, it's personalized care. It's prevention care, it's
educating our community, and it's making sure that we are
acknowledging helping you whatever your health concern is.
Speaker 4 (23:14):
So we have it all from every different IV.
Speaker 3 (23:17):
We have all different boosters, but it's really customizing it
to each individual and what they're looking to achieve with
their health goals. I would leave you with this one
piece that is my favorite IV drip and everybody uses this.
Speaker 4 (23:30):
It's called the NAG.
Speaker 3 (23:32):
It is very popular with a lot of famous individuals
folks that they do it. So NAD is a natural
compound that we have in your body and as we age,
it declines. What NAD does is I maintains your metabolic function.
It gives you great skin, takes away the brain, frog
gives you tremendus amount and energy. But one of the
(23:53):
things that is why it's so special to me is
it helps with cognizant function. So for individuals that and
this is personal to me as well, that have suffered
with Alzheimer's, this helped slow that down. I just lost
my mom last year to dementia, and I can tell
you that is one of the things that's always top
(24:14):
of mind for me and knowing that there's actually an
IV that could help you slow that down is life changing.
Speaker 2 (24:23):
Yeah. And we get a lot of folks as well
that come in and say, look, I had cancer, I
have this out of immune disease and all that, and
there are actually vitamins and treatments that you can put
into your body to slow it down, to reduce it
to you know, a wayman make it claim. Some folks
make a claim even to prevent it. But definitely, you know,
(24:45):
vitamin C is incredibly powerful, but the vitamin C you
get in a bottle is not sufficient to what you're
trying to achieve. It has to go into your bloodstream.
So people say, oh, how do we know this works?
It is a simple.
Speaker 4 (24:58):
When you go to the hospital, what is number one.
Speaker 2 (25:00):
Thing they put on you. What's the first thing they
put on you when you go to the hospital is
an IV bag?
Speaker 4 (25:05):
Why? Because it works.
Speaker 2 (25:07):
All the medicine that you need while you're on the
hospital is done through this IV bag and all the
medication and the vitamins is done through the ivy back
because it goes straight into your bloods stream. When you
take a vitamin or anything else you may be drinking.
Most of your stomach acid destroys it. Now when it
goes straight to your bloodstream, you're getting one hundred percent
(25:28):
of what you're putting in and it immediately feel the difference. So,
and the last one I will leave you with is
that I.
Speaker 4 (25:35):
Get a lot of questions on Gigi is weight loss?
Speaker 2 (25:38):
Weight loss and as you know, as you get older,
is a lot harder to do. Okay, I have an
eighteen year old, so she can go to the gym
for two hours and feel great. I can walk for
forty minutes and I'm exhausted, right, and the weight doesn't
come off the way used to when I was eighteen. Right.
Speaker 4 (25:54):
We have a great.
Speaker 2 (25:56):
Program around weight loss, and a lot of people sitting
out there, they see semi blue Tide, they see Tripezitie,
and they see these promos for two hundred dollars, three
hundred dollars. Be very careful where you go. You want
to have a registered nurse. You want to know where
the product is coming for and you want someone that's
going to be by your side, holding your hand, not
just taking a shot. You come here, someone's with you
(26:18):
week over a week. We are monitoring your progress. We
are talking about nutrition. You are going to get an
IV back with all the vitamins, because it's not about
just losing the weight, is making sure you're healthiness and
you are up to the most benefits that you can
get out of your body and your health. At that point,
it is a lifestyle change.
Speaker 1 (26:41):
I think that's such an important element that you just
mentioned because there is a level of trust that I
think needs to be developed before you can give somebody
access to your bloodstream.
Speaker 2 (26:50):
Right.
Speaker 1 (26:51):
And one of the most important things that I loved
about having you guys be part of the Seizing Happy
community and everything that we're doing also is the legitimacy
behind your brand. Right, You're you have people who are
certified to do this, and not just certified to do this,
but who have at least two years of experience doing this.
I know that you very carefully source everything that you
have that you're that you're providing for your clients, and
(27:14):
this is key, right. And you also mentioned just now
something that I absolutely love that that you brought up,
because it was if you didn't bring it up yourself,
I was going to bring it up.
Speaker 2 (27:22):
And that is.
Speaker 1 (27:24):
When you're doing something that has to do with your health,
having somebody walk with you is key. It is key
for consistency, It is key to check the impact of
everything that's going on, and it is key for adjustments.
This is so similar to what we do with coaching. Right,
I can give you something to do, right like I
(27:44):
can give you a program, I can give you a system.
I can give you something you know that that could
work for you. I could even customize something specific to
your business, give it to you and walk away. But
it's in the application, the integration, and the consistency that
you're going to get the results. And so it's when
you have somebody that is checking in with you for accountability,
(28:05):
for results, for application, for integration, right, that's when you're
seeing the results. And this is the magical impact of
having a one on one coach, of having somebody support
you through the process of what it is that you're receiving.
And that's the key to having the maximized success. That's
(28:25):
the key to what a lot of people like to
call the quantum leap. And that is true whether it's
in business or it's in health. So when you're having
to when you're trying to create a leap in your health,
whether it's in weight loss, or it's for your immune system,
or it's for your brain fog, or it's for your
brain's capacity right to like you said, like to slow down,
(28:47):
you know some of these diseases that are that are
increasingly impacting women and people around us. Is it is
equally as important to have the quality of the product
as it is to have somebody there to make sure
that you're checking in with them and they're checking in
with you, like, hey, how is it going still? Hey?
(29:09):
Is there a tweak that we can do? Is there
a little thing that we can add? You know, how
are you that consistency? Because no matter how much systems work,
no matter how much, and I always relate everything to
business and what we do because it's just my perfect
way of like mirroring how close our health is to
our business, how close what you guys do is to
(29:30):
what we do, right and seeing happy just in growing
your business, it's the same thing. And so yes, I
can give you a system, but it's in the personalization
and it's in the attention to detO and how you
are applying it and integrating it that you're going to
get the maximum results. Yes, you can create that custom
cocktail for me and that custom system for the weight loss,
for example. But it's in me checking in with you
(29:52):
and with your experts that I'm going to say like, hey,
I've also been feeling a little bit like this as
this is hitting my body, and you're going to say, perfect,
we have something for that. We're perfect. That just means
it's working good. Come back in two weeks and we'll
do the next thing. Right, We're like, hey, I also
now that I feel so much lighter, I also want
to take care of this fantastic. Let's now is not
the best time to do that. Let's finish this and
(30:12):
then start with that. And like having somebody there who's
going to be able to walk you through, to take
care of you, to you know, watch out for the process.
Like that's that's really what we deserve as entrepreneurs. That's
what we deserve as women. That's what we deserve as
people that are trying to do something better for themselves,
for their lives, and inevitably for the people around us.
(30:32):
Because when you take care of you, everybody around you
is going to do better. And this is true especially
for women. This is true for everybody, but it is
true especially for women because we are the centerpiece of
the wellness of our families. We are the centerpiece of
the wellness of our business. We are the centerpiece of
all the things right, and so it's so important for
us to really look out for our wellness, to really
(30:54):
look out for our health, to really look out for
number one right, like you got to you got to
put your health first, or else, like how do you
do all the things you want to do? It's impossible.
So to wrap up some you know, are there any
final words or invitations that you want to share with
our listeners here at Chats with Gg and with the
Seizing Happy Tribe.
Speaker 3 (31:15):
I would just say, thank you Gig for having us on.
We love being part of Season Happy Tribe. We love
being a sponsor for you. We believe in everything that
you're doing in your mission, So thank you. You know,
I would just say, I think we said a lot today.
I would just say, put your health first, make it
a priority.
Speaker 4 (31:35):
Come check us out. You will love our place, you
will love what we offer.
Speaker 3 (31:41):
And again it's about prevention and customization for all our clients.
But you know, come check us out. I promise you.

You'll love us.
Speaker 2 (31:50):
And I have to say and agree with the Finel.
Speaker 4 (31:53):
We love love, love, seizing happiness.
Speaker 2 (31:55):
You know, we love the event that we did. It
was so much fun to dancing. It was awesome. Even
my nurses were dancing. It was hilarious. We were all
part of it. And I'm with the FINA taking care
of your health. And I think you said as well, Gigi,
it's number one. It doesn't matter. And we are the center,
especially if you're female. We love men and they should
(32:17):
come as well. We have something for them. But females
and women are the center of their family, the center
of the caregivers, and we'll always put ourselves last.
Speaker 4 (32:29):
And what we're asking is that.
Speaker 2 (32:30):
You put yourself first at least once a month, all right,
most of our plans just once a month.
Speaker 4 (32:37):
You come in for half an hour.
Speaker 2 (32:39):
Okay, that's it. For half an hour, give yourself a cocktail.
It has all the stuff that you'll need, will customize
it to you and that would give you the energy
the focus to go to the next thing and be
even better at what you do already. So that would
be my take call us.
Speaker 4 (32:58):
Follow us on.
