I got this crazy idea and I'm going to go
through with it because that's just how I am. And
you know what, it could be a hitter, miss, it
doesn't matter. It's going to be great, and I want
to share it with you first, because you, the loyal
listeners of this podcast, are my tribe. You've been around
for a really long time. This podcast has been around

for years, and you've made this podcast a top five
percent podcast and that just makes me so happy. And
part of the reason I know this because you tell me.
Part of the reason that we have been able to
achieve that is because you and I talk. You and
I talk all the time. You're in my DMS and
you're constantly telling me what you need for your business,

what you're struggling with. And over my years as a
as a business and media coach, and over the twenty
years that I've spent as an entrepreneur, I keep finding
some very so similar patterns. And now that I've spent
sixty seven years as a coach and I feel really

confident in being able to deliver success for my clients,
I've decided that I'm going to create a container that
I have never seen done before. At least not live
and especially not in the way that I am planning
to do it, And so I want to share it
with you on this episode because I want you to
tell me what you think about it and how you feel.

Here we go. So when I started in business over
twenty years ago, I opened my very first business as
a dance studio called Gg's Dance Academy. We celebrated our
twenty first anniversary last September. And then I simultaneously led

(02:58):
a very successful career in media, radio and television, learning
a lot about messaging marketing, how to create commercials and
audios and commercials for radio and television that convert that sell,
that really a message. All these things fast forward. When
I went through my severe burnout as an entrepreneur pursuing

(03:20):
my master's degree at FIU, I realized that I wanted
to become a business coach once I unlearned so many
ill behaviors and habits of entrepreneurship, and I relearned the better, smarter,
more relaxed, and more profitable way of doing business. And
then when I learned that there are so many women

(03:44):
finding burnout before, like right before they reached their peak
of success, or at least their first real peak of success,
before they set even bigger goals for themselves, what ends
up happening is they burn out right before they get there,
and then they quit and they feel like a failure.
Because they didn't achieve it, but because they burned out
in the process. And so the main focus of all

(04:05):
of my coaching programs have been to give you, the
clients right, to give you more time away from your
business and more profits, and to be able to do
this for you with less stress. Success with less stress
is the seizing happy model, right. So I started doing
this and I was able to reach lots of success

(04:26):
for my own business, but more importantly for my clients.
I have some of the most powerful testimonials that I
can that I can share with you. Or I've had
clients that have increased their sales by sixty percent in
less than six months coaching. I've had clients. I have
testimonials of clients that in my free workshops were able

(04:47):
to land a client on day one. I have testimonials
of people who've sat also actually free on my free
trainings and been able to duplicate the membership of their
community by day three. You know, I and I can
go on and on, but what I've learned through my
years as a coach, what I keep seeing over and

(05:08):
over and over is that there's amazing entrepreneurs out there
who invest in coaches and then you invest in a
marketing coach, and then you invest in a brand development coach,
and then you invest in a business coach, and you're
getting these signature programs, which are good, they're amazing, right,
You're getting these incredible signature programs from different coaches that
focus on different things. But then when you bring it

(05:32):
into your business, some of this stuff just doesn't click together.
So it's like you have pieces of different puzzles and
you're trying to put them together in the puzzle that
is your business, but they just don't click. They just
don't they don't fit into each other. And then you
go out there and you keep, you know, figuring it out.

(05:55):
You end up having to figure it out regardless on
your own. You continue throwing spaghetti at the wall. Unless
the only time that I've seen this fixed, right, Like,
the people aren't going through this problem is when they're
paying for a one to one coach, Because a one
to one coach is going to dive into your business
and create or co create with you what is customized

(06:16):
an exclusive just for your business. Right, So that's definitely
the fix. Now, what happens with that is that not
everybody has the funds to have a one on one coach.
You know, that's a big investment. That's a high that's
that's that's a big investment. It costs money to have
me one on one and to have access to me,
you know, for multiple calls a month, and to have
access to me via like boxer, and be able to

(06:37):
answer your questions at almost any time throughout the week
and between our sessions, like that costs money. So I
keep thinking to myself, what can I do in what
way can I help these entrepreneurs who already have a service,
who are making some money but can't seem to be
able to figure out how to scale even though they're
investing in coaches. And it's because they're getting all the

(06:59):
ingredients but not the recipe. And so if any of
this is resonating with you, I want your take on
what I'm going to talk about in this episode because
I just want to make sure I'm not crazy. I mean,
I'm probably gonna do this anyway, but it feels good
to hear from you and you tell me, Gid, you
know what, this is actually a good idea. So here's
what I'm thinking that I want to do. I want

(07:21):
to take you my tribe, those of you that are
currently in business, but you're having some like feast or
famine experience in your business. In other words, sometimes you
have phenomenal sales and then it kind of lolls out,
and then you have good sales, and then it lolls
out again, and you can't seem to build up the
constant momentum. The people in my tribe, the women entrepreneurs

(07:47):
in my tribe, who are showing up on social media,
but you're getting crickets or worse yet, you're not getting
the right client. So yes, you're showing up, you're creating
your content and stuff like that, but you're not really
getting people from that content that are like, take my money,
I'm ready to buy your stuff. Right, and I want
to also cater this to and hold on, let me

(08:12):
add something. Not to the content not actually getting you
enough of the right clients, but if you're taking too
much time, you're spending too much time trying to create
this content. And then also the third group that I
was going to talk to is those that are spending
too much time in your business. Right, You're like doing

(08:32):
all the things right, and you're not really getting enough
time and profits. I want to talk to you. And
the reason is because I'm thinking of putting together a
program that is affordable where I am going to help
you to build your business model, to build the structure

(08:55):
of your business from the ground up, live together in
the simplest way, and we're going to include the most
valuable and essential elements of a business structure that do
not require crazy tech and all sorts of building and

(09:15):
connecting and things. Because again, simplicity is the easiest way
to grow your business, especially when you're like within the
first five years. And so what I want to do
is I want to create a program. I think twenty
weeks would be a really good amount of time where
you and I are going to work together to build

(09:38):
out that I almost want to call it like it's
like your business blueprint. Right. There are elements of every
single business that are absolutely essential. They have to be
present no matter what industry you're in. These elements are
clear messaging, so you have to you have to be

(10:01):
able to say the right words in the right way,
in the right order. And that's a lot harder than
it sounds. Right, Content that converts. You need to be
able to create content that converts. In other words, the
kind of content that is going to get people to
say I'm ready charge me. The third thing is you
need to be able to create content quickly and easily.
And nobody got time to be spending three to four

(10:22):
hours a day recording all the time or looking for
inspiration and everybody else's content, because then all you're doing
is you are creating replicas and drowning yourself in the muddle.
I'm not even going to get into it, but like
the whole going viral thing, that doesn't guarantee sales. In fact,
I have multiple clients who've gone viral and had no

(10:42):
sales from it, because that's not what gets you money, right,
neither as followers. And so number four is I'm going
to teach you my system to never run out of
content ideas for content that converts. There is actually a
system to this, and that's one of the things I'll ta.
Number five is simple systems so that your business can

(11:04):
flow and you can have more free time. This is key.
You should not be spending a ton of time on
your business every day working in it. And then the
last thing, which is also probably maybe this is the
most important, and that is to develop a clear client
journey that is going to increase your client's LTV, your
client's lifetime value. In other words, that instead of having
to go out to get new clients every single month

(11:26):
or every single quarter, you're going to have a system
that your clients become return clients in addition to whatever
new clients are coming into your ecosystem. Now, here's going
to be an additional bonus that I'm going to include
in this program, simply because I can't help myself. One
of the biggest obstacles to business success isn't only all

(11:47):
these things that we're talking about. Yes, these are important
elements that need it to be successfully and accurately and
expertly created and implemented into any business, But ultimately the
biggest tool for business success is your mind. And so
all the ways in which we self sabotage, all the
ways in which we sometimes succumb to imposter syndrome, all

(12:08):
the ways in which our self doubt and limiting beliefs
keep us from executing and keep us from doing the
things that we know we need to do in order
for our business to grow, All of those parts of
our mind are also going to be things that I
want to work on in this program because you've probably
heard me say this a billion times if you've been

(12:29):
inside the Season Happy tribe or anywhere in my ecosystem
for even five minutes, and that is that your mind
is the leading. Your mind is like the fuel, and
the business is the engine, but your mind is the fuel. Right.
Whatever is happening in your mind is what's going to
determine what you do or don't do in your business.
And that in turn, obviously the action or inaction that

(12:51):
you take is going to determine your business success. And
so this is absolutely necessary that we address all of
these things as well. We nurture. The style of coaching
inside Seizing Happy is always going to be nurturing the
business and the woman behind the business. You've heard me
say this also a bazillion times. It is the goal
and unique style of coaching that we offer in Seizing Happy.

(13:12):
Always it's the business, but also the woman behind the business.
And so I already know how to teach all this
because I coach on this with all of my one
on one clients. This and there's a few other elements
that I bring to the table right with my actual
business experience, with all of my media and content experience,
plus the fact that I'm certified to coach, right, so

(13:34):
I know how to do this in a way where
it can be customizable to you and your needs based
on what your lifestyle, your desired lifestyle, and your desired
business outcomes require. Right. But I find that there are
so many women who come to me and they want
me to help them with all these things, but they
just can't afford to have me as their one on

(13:56):
one coach. So I want to create a program, or actually,
this program's pretty much already created, because I already know
how to coach on all this stuff, right, And these
are like the main things that I want to talk
about and because I think that they're like the most
essential components to have a flowing, profitable business quickly. And
I want to put this together and I want to

(14:17):
know if this is something that you would like to
that you would like to jump into. And I think
it's important because this is going to be good for
the newer entrepreneurs, right, who don't want to waste all
the time that some of us wasted throwing spaghetti at
the wand they just want to kind of get it
customized and get it right from the beginning. But this
is also good for those other entrepreneurs who've been at

(14:39):
it for a while. But like I said in the beginning,
you have all the ingredients, but you don't have the
recipe or you have all the puzzle pieces to a
different puzzle right And obviously that's why it's not clicking together,
because the puzzle of your business needs to be structured
in its own, unique and customized way. I want to
