that we're hoping the court's going to hand down a
decision and get this over with tomorrow before they take off.

Right, yes unless they decide not to let them all
out and schedule another day next, week BUT i suspect
they're all going to come out. Tomorrow two of them involve.
Kids one of them is a case out Of, texas involve.
Pornographers texas passed a law that said that if you

run a pornography, website you have to verify that somebody
is an adult before you let them. In they've got
to be eighteen to be able to view. It and
these pornographers got together and formed a group called The
Free Speech. Coalition how's that for a? Name totally fooling,

folks and, said, oh that's just too much trouble for
us to verify that somebody's. Eighteen and that case went
all the way to THE Us Supreme, court and basically
we're going to hear from the court whether that is
a reasonable regulation for a state to be able to put. In,
look it's not any. Different you know there are wineries

and other places where you can actually order, alcohol you
have to verify that you're at least twenty one when
you get into. That but these pornographers are, saying, well
they shouldn't have to do. That.

No, wait here In, ohio we're, ACTUALLY i think it's
still in the legislature right, now but a bill to
require the social media companies to verify age before allowing
accounts for young. People so it doesn't seem, like you,
know when pornography is, involved that this should be much
of a.

Decision, NO i don't think so. Either AND i actually
think this might be one of those cases where all
the justices actually agree on this. Issue it's hard for
me to figure out how the three liberal justices on
The court could somehow think this is just too much to. Ask,
now there's another case involving children that also is going

to be very important to parents across the. Country it's
out of a very liberal school district In. Maryland they
put in a procedure in which they, said we are
not going to allow your kids to opt. Out, well
they call it sex, education but it's not really the

kind of traditional sixth education we. Expect it's basically transsexual gay,
propaganda and they haven't integrated it into the almost the
entire curriculum, there and they used to let parents opt
out of it for their, kids and then suddenly they,

said we're not going to allow you to do. That.
Now the school district said was too much trouble to do.
That yet they allow parents to opt their kids out
of all kinds of other things like you, know physical,
education et. Cetera but they, said, nope you can't opt
your kids out of, This and that again is going

to be a very important case for parents over the
rights of the education with their. Kids and by the,
way very broad coalition of parents sued over, This christian,
Parents jewish, Parents muslim, parents and during the oral, Argument

Justice kagan you, know well the liberals on the court, said,
well she, Said i'm not quite sure you have to
be a very religious parent to want to object to
this kind of education being given to your. Kids so,
again you, KNOW i don't know how it's going to come,
out BUT i suspect that perhaps at Least Justice kagan

may join the other conservatives on the.

Court the number of unanimous decisions out of this current
court IS i don't know if it's record, setting but
it's been a little impressive as of. Late, YEAH i
have faith in, Fact, JACKSON i don't know That jackson will.
To this is not A this is not a religious issue,

really although the litigants are coming together from various. Religions
this is just a very practical common sense. Issue and
we may see a unanimous on. This will, See, yeah we.

Had. Now the other case for waiting for is the
birthright citizenship. Case, now the thing about that case is
it's not before the court to make a substantive decision
on the merits of whether or Not President's Trump President
trump's interpretation of The Fourteenth amendment the citizens clause is.

Correct what happened was that three different courts in three different,
states very liberal, states all issued nationwide injunctions saying you
can enforce your executive order on birthright. Citizenship The Justice
department appealed on the, injunction basically saying these injunctions go too.

Far these judges didn't have the authority to issue, them
and this was of such importance that normally on an
emergency appeal like, this The Supreme court just makes a.
Decision The Supreme court actually scheduled or arguments on it
On may, fifteenth which also is unusual because normally arguments

and In, april and we should get a decision on nationwide.
Injunctions the reason this is important is obviously that won't
just affect this, case because you know what's happened over
the past six, months there have been dozens of nationwide
injunctions issued by judges against actions of the, president and

we all suspect The Supreme court is going to come
out with some kind of decision that lays out what
the rules are for when nationwide injunctions are appropriate and
when they're.

Not this idea that our circuit courts have the ability
to stop a presidential action is it's. Laughable and this
hopefully will be the first step in, nullifying nullifying the
ambitions of many of those people behind the bench because
it's you, know the comparison has been made over and over.
Again if the president sends fighters into to you, know

go After, homosagin is a judge able to say you'll
bring them? Back, no there are some things that are
beyond your, purview stay in your.

Lane, well, LOOK i certainly, agree AND i think most
almost all of these judges they're rogue. Judges almost all
of These, look they're almost seven Hundred Federal district court
judges across the, Country yet these injunctions are coming from
just a small number five judicial. Districts it's what's happening

here is liberal groups are engaging in judge, shopping forum.
Shopping they're going to the states and the locations where
they can find a liberal. JUDGE i, mean, look when
you get an injunction From Washington state on the other
side of the country over something that happened In, WASHINGTON,

dc you know they went judge. Shopping why didn't they
file in the addition Of. Columbia, well because they wanted
to get a particular.

Again and how nobody has called this into question is

didn't have the authority to delegate that kind of power
to an executive branch, agency THE, fcc AND i suspect
the plaintiffs actually may win in their challenge to, this

very leary Of congress giving too much of its power
to independent. Agency so, Yeah i'm hopeful like you are
on that, case BECAUSE i don't really see how the
world THE fcc or any other agency could be given

to a federal, Agency, listen we're not going to figure
out how much taxes should be. Imposed we'll let, you
