What is your character?
Speaker 4 (00:15):
I am one of the live hosts of Disney and
Ice presents Mickey's Search Party.
Speaker 3 (00:19):
It's a super exciting role.
Speaker 4 (00:21):
I get to sort of bridge the gap between the
performers on the ice and also the audience members. So
not only will I be skating on the ice, but
I will also be talking on live Mike and I
will be in the audience in shoes as well, running around.
There's a lot of audience interaction in this show.
Speaker 3 (00:36):
Super fun, wow.
Speaker 1 (00:37):
Wow, Everybody's been talking about it for the past month.
It's really good, especially since it's Mickey Search part because literally,
isn't every character from Disney going to be in this performance?
Speaker 3 (00:48):
Our show.
Speaker 4 (00:49):
It covers seven different Disney tales, right, so some of
your classics and also some of.
Speaker 3 (00:54):
The more modern stories. We have Bell from Beauty and
the Beast.
Speaker 4 (00:58):
We have Mowana toy story, Coco, we have a Ladden,
the Little Mermaide and Frozen.
Speaker 2 (01:03):
Wow wow, so looking forward to that.
Speaker 1 (01:05):
Now, there's also something that you have prior to that
that you can go to call Disney on Ice Wayfinding
with Mowana.
Speaker 2 (01:12):
Tell me a little bit about that.
Speaker 4 (01:14):
Yes, So it's a super fun character experience and guests
will get to meet not only Mowana, but another special
guest at the end. It's super fun. You get to
wayfind with Moana, which is how ma Wana navigates during
the night on her boat and sails through the water
using the stars and her palm. So it's a very
fun experience. Kids will enjoy it and parents.
Speaker 3 (01:35):
Will enjoy it too.
Speaker 4 (01:36):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (01:36):
Yeah, So this is all happening starting tomorrow and the
eighth and the ninth, So seventh, eighth, and ninth. Where
can people get tickets?

Speaker 4 (01:50):
Well, goodness, I have been with Disney on Ice since
twenty eighteen. I join on the show Mickey Search Party,
so it's very.
Speaker 3 (01:57):
Special to me.
Speaker 4 (01:58):
I helped build it back in the day and I've
been able to be the live host ever since.

So it's still.
Speaker 4 (02:04):
Magical, just as magical as the day that I started,
getting to travel around meeting people from different states, from
different countries. We go all over the world with this show,
so it's really special and it's such a unique show
as well. Not only do we have skating, but we
also have acrobats, we have aerialists, we have performers that
are doing tumbling on the ice and also flying in
(02:26):
the air.
Speaker 3 (02:27):
It's really neat.
Speaker 2 (02:28):
You guys.
Speaker 1 (02:29):
I got to give you guys credit because I tried skating,
just any type of skating. I know, I've never done
it since. It's just it's crazy. So I got to
give you guys a lot of credit. You guys got
a lot of technique and skill. How long have you
been just ice skating and since you were a kid.
Speaker 4 (02:46):
Yeah, I started skating when I was four years old,
and then I started with private lessons when I was six,
and then I competed all the way since I was
six through high school, and then I auditioned for Disney
and Ice.
Speaker 3 (02:58):
Then I always knew that I wanted to be performer.
Speaker 4 (03:01):
I was also involved in musical theater when I was younger,
so being able to meld the skating with the performance
was really special and it's never really gotten old.
Speaker 3 (03:10):
I mean, it's the dream job.
Speaker 2 (03:11):
