Well, good morning, welcome Darren. So today's story begins with
our superstar. Twenty eight year old deputy Register. Deputy just
resigned on Wednesday after he was get this, caught stealing
cash during a traffic stop.

Speaker 1 (00:42):
Oh nomn Come on dude, now.

Speaker 2 (00:45):
It all went down after your restner driver for not
having a valid license. Apparently he took the guy's wallet
and film put it in his patrol car's trunk for
whatever reason, and then a couple of other cops showed up,
and that's when they saw Deputy Register returning to the
car trunk multiple times, and eventually Register did return the
driver's belongings, but the driver said he was missing three

hundred dollars in cash. That's when everybody started looking for
it and that's when what do you know, Deputy Register
went back to the trunk, opened a rifle bag, pulled
out some folded cash, and was like, oh, here it is, guys,
I found in the bag. I found it right there, slipped.

Speaker 1 (01:24):
Right out in the rifle bag and nobody was looking.

Speaker 2 (01:27):
In the car.

Speaker 1 (01:28):
Yeah, so obvious cops.

Speaker 2 (01:30):
Other cops there immediately reported it to their supervisor.

Speaker 1 (01:33):
Wow, all right, that's when you when you frisk, I
guess a suspect. It's not finders keepers on this whole thing.
So a bunch of Nard cops too. Man, they just
came a cop out like, dude, I'll split that with you.
Come on, we're just gonna throw you out. That's probably

Speaker 1 (01:54):
He cut us in, so we're gonna report his ass.
He's gonna be Florida and out Florida. So alright, well, Darren.

The big question is is it Florida or is it
not Florida?

Speaker 1 (02:07):
You know that's in my home state. I hope this
is in the but I'm gonna take Florida.

Speaker 2 (02:12):
You know what happened to Polk County?

Speaker 1 (02:14):
Oh damn, which.

Speaker 2 (02:16):
Grady drud he said, it makes me so angry. I
could choose the bark off of oak trees. Because he
betrayed the community's trust. That's why he's not a law
enforcement officer anymore. Which officer, Register? I mean, some names
just write themselves, right. He was arrested for theft, and
the sheriff says that he would have been fired if
he didn't resign. But by the way, they are going
to be reviewing all of his previous arrest and traffic
