Murphy Act, name in honor of a man who tragically
died by suicide while incarcerated.

pre trial filony offenders with mental ill and illness eligible
for treatment rather than jail. It also grants over seven

veterans court, and more, and aims to reduce incarceration and

Agreed. It looks like avocados aren't just good on toast.
They're now spreading sweet dreams as well. According to a
new study of pen State that found that eating avocados
can help you sleep better. Researchers had people eat one
avocado a day for six months, and they were surprised
to find that it actually improved their sleep. Now, it
also lowered their cholesterol, which they were expecting, but they're

still not exactly sure why it helped people sleep better.
They're best get as it's all the extra nutrients that
avocados have because they're loaded with fiber, potassium, folid fight
them and k all sorts of stuff. So they're gonna
do a little bit more research to figure why exactly
and pick impacts that. But sleeping while important for your
overall health and aging, and avocados could just be a

nice little way to improve your health in general.
