put them to rest. There's almost a perfect game last
night I saw, Yeah, just.
Speaker 7 (03:25):
A rough, rough game for the raised, rough series against
the Yankees. We'll get into that. A lot of football,

I did not know that.
Speaker 2 (04:08):
I did know that.
Speaker 4 (04:09):
You did know that.
Speaker 2 (04:10):
I saw something on Instagram?
Speaker 4 (04:11):
All right? Somebody you didn't know it? You saw it,
all right, but I know it.
Speaker 8 (04:14):
Now.
Speaker 7 (04:15):
We call this a coin, all right, it's a it's
a pen top all right, heads and tails tip bottom
of the pen, tob all right.
Speaker 4 (04:24):
You got, I mean I won? Yeah, do you get
to defer or take the question?
Speaker 2 (04:30):
There I'm going to defer. Defer.
Speaker 4 (04:33):
It's a smart move, all right. All right, Well this
is the case. The winner is determined on that pretty much. Here,
all right, here goes. Hawaii was admitted as a fiftieth
state in the Union. How many years ago? A seventy
B forty C sixty six or D eighty one? All right,
(05:04):
I'm gonna go with I'm gonna go with eighty one
eighty one.
Speaker 2 (05:06):
I'm gonna what do I do here? Do I have to?
Can I steal it? Or what you can?
Speaker 9 (05:11):
You can?
Speaker 4 (05:11):
I can tell you right now, hold.
Speaker 2 (05:13):
On, don't tell me.
Speaker 7 (05:13):
I can tell you eighty years ago would be forty five.
Pearl Harbor was in what year? Pat, I don't know,
so Pearl Harbor was what forty one? So I'm gonna
go with eighty forty. It's definitely the most. It's eighty six.
Speaker 4 (05:31):
Okay, you're both wrong. Really, I said the most. Can
you give us the most? The correct answer, guy, sixty
six years is sixty six years.
Speaker 7 (05:40):
So you're telling me that when when the Japanese bumb
Pearl Harbor, it was not a state at that point.
Speaker 4 (05:46):
I mean, it's just history, all right.
Speaker 2 (05:48):
I mean I just followed up with a history question.
Speaker 4 (05:53):
There you go. That's how you play three minutes, right,
I got it. I appreciate you guys going in. And
next time this happens again, and I'm gonna come up
with another trivia question of things you don't know. I

Speaker 4 (06:15):
Pat and Aaron from WDA filling in for three Mississippi Trivia.
You got two more questions coming up before nine thirty.
You gotta know those because got blink one eighty two
tickets up for grabs. Daily Nugget in minutes, so ninety
eight Rock.
Speaker 1 (06:28):
When you need a nugget, a nugget of inspiration, This
is your daily Nugget with Crash and AJ.
Speaker 4 (06:37):
On ninety eight Rock, brought to you by Sun Coast
Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram today and uh it's a National
Senior Citizen's Day. I thought this is a pretty interesting quote.
Now I'll tell you who it from. Right after this.
Aging is an extraordinary process where you become the person
(07:02):
you always should have been. But you do it right here,
agent like a fine wine. Just getting smarter, taking all
that information on the information diet all your life and
supposedly you're supposed to be gaining momentum and speed to
be the best you could possibly be. Or that number, Yeah,
(07:26):
that age, that's just a number. That's a quote from
David Billie, who achieved a lot in his life. Man Now.
Aging is an extraordinary process where you become the person
you always should have been. See if you can, somehow,
some way take that into your day. My friends, that's
your daily nugget that tell other.
Speaker 8 (07:45):
People entering the contest, because I always enter. I'm most
of the time my home wan, but today I did.
Speaker 4 (07:50):
There you go. Advice from Gregory who entered those keywords
to two hundred and two hundred. Now has just pick
out a friend, which I think he's going to go
with his brother and take his thousand dollars and go
to Los Angeles or a lot of Vegas to check
out the iHeartRadio Music Festival. So that could be you
your first opportunity going on this morning nine ten am
on ninety eight Rock.
Speaker 1 (08:09):
Showing for Heyja in the morning Quickie on ninety eight
Rock brought to you by bartow Ford.
Speaker 4 (08:14):
All right son. About the crack the horizon at seven
four here and early afternoon showers some of those could
be thunder showers, a line of those probably on noonish
for some people around the Bay area. I have ninety
about a sixty percent chance to rain fifty and sixty
for the next two days. By the way, are we
talked a little bit about this a few days ago,
But it looks like Florida Power and Light announced their
(08:35):
proposed settlement and what they're going to do as far
as the great Hikes is going to affect about twelve
million Floridians ten million dollars over four years. That's the
highest in American history, by the way, Yeah, shareholders eleven
point nine percent profit. That also is the highest in
the nation. And it looks like some of the bigger
businesses are going to get some credits towards this, depending
(08:58):
on how much electricity they use. So the up brunt
of the ten billion dollars is on you and me
thinking about setting up a treadmill to run the electricity
in my house right now.
Speaker 8 (09:09):
Now.
Speaker 4 (09:09):
I don't know about you, but if somebody asked me
what the perfect salary was, I tell them like a
jillion dollars with the economy the way it is right
now for you and me. But according to a report,
the average American says the perfect salary is seventy four
thousand dollars. Yeah, nineteen percent of the people in that
(09:30):
survey said they need to make at least one hundred grand.
I think it's more realistic, but maybe they surveyed some
areas where people make it a little bit less. Another
surprise in the survey says that twenty four percent of
people said they're unhappy with their current salary. Only twenty
four percent. Really, there's a lot of death and destruction
of the news. So I'm going to stay on the
survey genre here for us today where it says you'll
(09:53):
drop your phone at like at least ten times this year.
I think I've already dropped my phone twenty times times
this year. And then you pull found that everybody drops
your phone a lot, and then they ask people what
they would do when they dropped their phone, like, for example,
would you dive into a pool fully clothed at a
wedding to save your phone. Fifty nine percent of people
said they do that, all right? Would you climb into
(10:15):
a dumpster? I've done this embarrassingly enough. Fifty six percent
of people said, yes, what are you gonna do? Just
let us sick? Keep it there? I went after mine. Okay,
don't judge me. There's a few more of these. But
would you risk climbing down onto subway tracks? Twenty percent
of us are dumb enough to do that. I might
just let it sit there, to be honest with you, there,
(10:37):
maybe you can share those, lose the phone stories and
drop the phone stories, because there's a ton of those.
I know, I have a few of them. Talk back
feature the free iHeartRadio app. All right, and if you've
flown enough, your flight has been delayed, all right? And
a story has gone viral right now with some video
of a jazz band that pulled out their instruments and
(10:58):
played to this captive audience right here. Yeah yeah that uh,
it's like that, uh trombone, a few other things there.
As STEVIEE wonders, you haven't done nothing, by the way, Yeah, yeah,
(11:19):
here you go. You want to comment on any of
this stuff, The talk back feature the free iHeartRadio app.

Speaker 6 (11:58):
We've got Christina here, who's a part of Gauge's Surprise
Car Show. You've been hearing us talk about it for
the last almost week now, and we're so excited to
finally have you on today.
Speaker 9 (12:06):
Christina, Thank you for joining the show. How you doing great?
Speaker 10 (12:09):
Thank you so much for having me.
Speaker 6 (12:10):
Now, can you give us just a brief rundown and
everything that's happening here and what Gaugeous Surprise Car.
Speaker 9 (12:15):
Show is all about.
Speaker 11 (12:16):
Yeah, so this story is really about us all coming
together for an eleven year old boy. So his birthday
was this week and he's been fighting a rare neurological
disorder without a cure, and his story has gone viral
just really overnight, and we've gone from collecting cards to
collecting gifts on Amazon and now we really just want
to come together and celebrate him as a community.
Speaker 6 (12:38):
Yeah, it's incredible, and this is you know, seeing that
video was absolutely heartbreaking.
Speaker 4 (12:46):
If you have a child and you watched the video,
no matter what situation you've been in, you can absolutely
relate to what's going on and you want to reach
out and help. You've got an opportunity to show up
on Saturday. Whether you've got a car, or you love
or you have a card.
Speaker 6 (13:02):
Yeah absolutely, your friends here right, yes, yeah, So maybe
you have an eleven year old or kids around that age,
or you just want to come out and support. I mean,
this is an incredible free event, which it seems like
so many people are now joining the party. You're talking
about Dunkin Earliers bringing their car, you know, their big
truck with all sorts of goodies.
Speaker 9 (13:20):
What else is in store?
Speaker 11 (13:22):
So we've got live music, We've got the Saint Petersburg
Police Department. They're coming out with a crew. They're coming
out with their SWAT teams, swap vehicle vehicles. We've got
the Fire Department bringing a truck. Gauge loves first responders,
so it was so important to us to have them
out and they're always ready to help step up and
support the community. So we have things like that going on.
(13:42):
They'll have tents set up things for kids. We've got
ConA Ice coming out. If you've got kids, you know
how much they love that. Yeah, So it's really it's
going to be fun, it's going to be cars. It's
going to be a good time for everybody.
Speaker 9 (13:54):
Now, is there a place that people.
Speaker 6 (13:56):
Need to go to get a ticket or to RSVP
ahead of time?
Speaker 11 (13:59):
How does this work that there's not. It's literally just
show up and enjoy. We didn't want to make it
difficult for anybody to participate. We didn't want to charge
anything for people to stop by. So really it's at
Leaving Law in downtown Saint Petersburg and we're there for everybody.
Speaker 9 (14:14):
We're a shout out to them for hosting this.
Speaker 11 (14:16):
Incredible incredible They host car shows regularly and I just
started messaging people in the car community, and within three
minutes of me sharing what I was doing, they were
on board.
Speaker 10 (14:26):
Set a date, set a time, and said, we're doing this.
Speaker 4 (14:28):
Yeah. We We had several people calling in over the
past week when we're talking about this and today you know,
I've got this type of vehicle. I've got that type
of vehicle. Is everybody's invited that has a vehicle pretty
much it's something to show off.
Speaker 10 (14:42):
Yes, Skage loves them all. He is such.
Speaker 11 (14:46):
He loves them all really, anything from jeeps to exotics
to all of it classics. He just the joy it
brings him. His dad's in the high performance automotive world,
and so.
Speaker 4 (14:56):
He'll loss it all. So if you're gearhead and you
want to do something great for somebody, all of a sudden, Gage,
You're gonna have more friends than he's ever had life.
Speaker 10 (15:04):
I love it.
Speaker 6 (15:04):
Yeah, motorcycles, cars, trucks, jeeps, broncos, you name it. If
it's got wheels, it's all gonna be there. That is fantastic. Now,
where's the website or I'm sorry, what's the best way?
Is the Instagram page? The Facebook page?
Speaker 11 (15:18):
The Instagram page is probably the best way. To find
us and it's Gauges Gages Garage Car Show. And from there,
there's a link in our bio that's a link tree,
and it will take you to every other website that
we have, whether it's our Facebook page, whether it's our
media appearances, different things like that. If you want to
learn more the families, go fundme. That link in our
(15:38):
bio will take you to everything.
Speaker 6 (15:39):
Now, is there going to be like a place to
drop off cards or how's that going to work?
Speaker 10 (15:43):
Yeah, it's going to have like a.
Speaker 9 (15:44):
Big box for that.
Speaker 11 (15:45):
You've had several people ask what they can do, and
one of Gage's.
Speaker 10 (15:48):
Favorite things to do is read cards.
Speaker 11 (15:49):
He loves mail, So we'd highly encourage anybody who stop
in by grab a card, write something in it for him,
and we will have boxes by our DJ station for
people to drop that off.
Speaker 4 (15:59):
All right, well we've got We're gonna take another break
because there's one particular item that is really urgent, and
then you're gonna a little bit more the storyline. This
family has been through the Ringers, so we'll get that
coming up a few minutes away. Slip Biscuit right now
crashing aj a ninety eight rock second of three Mississippi
Tribute questions coming up here about five minutes away on
(16:19):
ninety eight Rock, Tampa Bay's Rock station. But we have
a special guest in the studio. It has to do
with a huge party for Gauge coming up. You've heard
just talking about him a situation. We just got the
low down, but there's more in this whole situation.
Speaker 6 (16:30):
Yeah, please welcome miss Christina if you're just tuning in,
which thank you once again for joining us. And we
talked about all the stuff that's happening at the actual
event this Saturday, nine am to noon, which you can
find it, get the link everything you need to know
at ninety eight rock dot com. But there's something special
that we're really on the hunt for here, right Christina.
Speaker 11 (16:48):
Yes, yes, do you guys want to go right into
that need a little bit of backstory on the family.
Speaker 4 (16:55):
Backstory because this Gauge is only a part of this
crazy story going on right now.
Speaker 8 (17:01):
Yea.
Speaker 11 (17:02):
So we actually came in contact with this family. My
husband's in the high performance automotive space as well, and
met Gage's.
Speaker 10 (17:09):
Family through a need. We heard that there.
Speaker 11 (17:12):
Was a family at this organization who there was a
diagnosis with a mother, and we offered to kind of
help and watch the kids during treatment with her. During
that six week time where she was just going through
the ringer with things, her husband took the kids fishing,
contracted a flesh eating bacteria and was fighting for his
life at the same time she was going through all
of her needs, and their landlord just would not budge
(17:35):
on anything that was going on financially and essentially kicked
them out.
Speaker 9 (17:39):
Oh my god.
Speaker 11 (17:39):
And they moved back to Kentucky to be closer to family,
but there were all sorts of issues with insurance covering
Gauge's medical costs being that far away from his treating hospital,
so they recently moved back down here. I had the
family reach out asking if we would send some letters
for his birthday, and that's kind of how this entire
thing started. But one of the huge issues is driving
(18:00):
back and forth back and forth, back and forth from
Kentucky back down to Florida for Gage's treatments has really
taken a toll on a vehicle that was already not
in the best shape. Their vehicle. They've got one family vehicle,
it's at two hundred thousand miles, it's got an oil leak,
the transmission's going out. Gauge is in a wheelchair pretty frequently,
the tailgate doesn't work, the sliding door doesn't work.
Speaker 10 (18:22):
So one of our goals is to surprise.
Speaker 11 (18:26):
This family with a vehicle that they desperately need to
not have to worry about it.
Speaker 4 (18:32):
They've got medical dependable function for the situation.
Speaker 10 (18:35):
Absolutely absolutely so.
Speaker 11 (18:36):
The husband, Gaston, is a master tech with Toyota and
the family's wish list would ideally be a twenty twenty
plus Toyota Sequoia or for Runner. The shop that he
works at also specializes in GMS. Absolutely, so a Chevrolet
Tahoe would be something that would be right up their
alley as well. But we are doing everything that we
(18:57):
can to make this happen for that family to take
one more.
Speaker 9 (19:00):
Stress of their shoulders.
Speaker 4 (19:02):
Those are the choices, but anything in that category.
Speaker 11 (19:05):
Absolutely and as UV's a must. They've got to be
able to fit Gauge's wheelchair in the back. It's something
that they are going to need frequently as his diagnosis progresses.
Speaker 10 (19:16):
It's a progressive disease.
Speaker 11 (19:19):
And what they need as well is a hitch because
as he does go from a wheelchair that they can
push to maybe something that does need to be motorized.
They could throw one of the little trailers on the
back and put that wheelchair.
Speaker 4 (19:29):
That's not cheap.
Speaker 10 (19:30):
It's not it's not.
Speaker 11 (19:32):
And like I said, between the three of them, Mom,
Dad and Gauge, they just have medical bills that I
can't even begin to imagine. So if there's anything that
we can do to ease that burden for them, I
am here for it. We're rallying for it, and I
know there's somebody in the community that can step up
and help us.
Speaker 4 (19:46):
Nice that just in the flesh eating fascion, iis that
whole world I have familiar with that just those bills
alone will set a family and a spot is hard
to get out of. And then you add everything was
going all a Gauge. I mean, this is a situation
where we're we're all coming together and we love your help.
I would love to see I think we all love
to see somebody come up with that one vehicle that
(20:06):
they're saying, all right, I've got this to spare and
I can make this family put them in a much
better situation just by adding the vehicle. So that's a
goal atop everything else. That's going on Saturday.
Speaker 6 (20:16):
A right, it certainly is. Which if there's not that
the vehicle, is there at least a financial contribution other
ways that people can help if they don't have that vehicle.
Speaker 11 (20:24):
Absolutely so, at the show we are going to be
raising money for the family for medical costs. If we
don't happen to get a vehicle, they could put it
towards that if and when they need to. We'll have
QR codes everywhere for those who can't attend the show. Again,
if you get to our website through either yours or
through our Instagram page, there is a link to the
GoFundMe there, so feel free to still donate if you'd like.
Speaker 10 (20:47):
It would be absolutely incredible.
Speaker 4 (20:49):
All right, Well that's the information you need and all
the information we've got posted up right now.
Speaker 6 (20:53):
You better believe it. Ninety at rock dot com up

much for taking the time to talk to us today.

If you guys haven't seen some of our socials from
last night's show, some fun things and highlights are sitting

Speaker 8 (21:57):
Fir.
Speaker 4 (21:59):
Yeah, Trex didn't even come his hair when he came
in today. Sure, how much fun it was? Sure, all right?
But all right, earlier I asked them about the state
of Hawaii, and that was where my category was. It's
the anniversary of them getting inducted into the country. So
that's where the direction I went, all right, but Producer
X is up right now.
Speaker 3 (22:20):
So yeah, so, you know, just kind of following the
train of Gage's, you know, car show birthday party. We're
gonna do some car trivia here, Okay, but it's not
going to be just like when was the old tea invented?
Now we're talking about the ugliest car ever made in existence.
Speaker 4 (22:37):
The ugliest car ever made. I'm gonna tell you what
it is an existence. This is according to the Information
super Highway.
Speaker 3 (22:43):
Then Montiac Aztec is the ugliest car, widely regarded as
the ugliest car ever made. Right, okay, okay, it came
with one very practical option built in. Okay, all right,
I want to know what that option is. I'm gonna
give you a little little rundown here. A pop up
camping stove built into the rear hatch, okay, a tailgate
(23:05):
that double does his seat for two, a removable cooler,
or a built in tent and air mattress.
Speaker 4 (23:13):
All right, who's got first on this?
Speaker 9 (23:14):
Yeah? We didn't even flip a coin.
Speaker 4 (23:16):
You know what, I just.
Speaker 3 (23:17):
Jumped right into I was excited about this all right,
you want to defer. I don't care somebody.
Speaker 6 (23:22):
I'm usually going first anyway, So yeah, sure, what was
it set?
Speaker 3 (23:27):
See the tailgate that double does his seat for two
and the Pontiac gas You know what a Pontier.
Speaker 4 (23:31):
Gasteg do you remember?
Speaker 9 (23:32):
I was going for the cooler.
Speaker 4 (23:33):
I know what this one looks like, but I forgot
it was one thing I forgotten. I'm gonna go ahead
and give myself what.
Speaker 9 (23:42):
We're a mess right now.
Speaker 4 (23:44):
I needed all three Mississippis for this because my friend
had one of these vehicles, and I want to say
it was because he was he was always going out
to festival shows and he always had I needed camping space.
So I think it's tent, right? Is it a tent
a built intent?
Speaker 3 (24:03):
You are correct, Yes, it was a built intent and
air mattress, which was the sellable feature on the on
the ride.
Speaker 4 (24:10):
Yeah, He's always said if that tick could speak, it
would give up bad things. So there you go. That's
the second of three three Mississippi Tribute questions. The reason
why you got follow is because we got Blink. One
eighty two tickets were given away.
Speaker 9 (24:23):
Yeah, nine thirty.
Speaker 6 (24:24):
So something pops up with one of the or maybe
all of the three Mississippi Trivia questions could landy the tickets.
Nine thirty of course that third and final one coming
your way in the nine o'clock hour with Kashnagia on
Nadia Rock.
Speaker 4 (24:35):
So shout out Jeffrey and LuSE. I met him this
morning at the gym. He's a teacher, says, it's cool
what you guys are doing with the teachers nominating teachers,
and we got another one here are.
Speaker 9 (24:44):
And you don't have to be a teacher to nominate.
You could be anybody.
Speaker 6 (24:47):
It's just a favorite teacher, somebody that you thinks deserves
this five thousand dollars grant thanks to donors.
Speaker 9 (24:52):
Choose it's part of Iheartradios.
Speaker 6 (24:54):
Think a teacher or today's nominated teacher, Miss Stephanie Allie,
who teaches at River Ridge Middle School. Stephanie, Yeah, which
Stephanie adores this age group teaching eighth grade language arts.
She is a passion for middle school ever since she
wanted to become a teacher. She's kind, passionate, and caring,
which is certainly something to be celebrated.
Speaker 9 (25:14):
Way to go, Stephanie, you gotta love it.
Speaker 4 (25:16):
They don't do it for the money, that's for sure,
because we're lowest on the total poll as far as
pay so this is all passion. We thank all the teachers,
but especially Stephanie there nominated today.
Speaker 9 (25:25):
Most definitely, so keep those nominations coming.
Speaker 6 (25:27):
Ninety eight Rock dot Com backslash teachers to get in
the running for the five thousand dollars grant thanks to donors.
Choose with Tampa Bays Rock Station ninety eight Rock Good Morning.
Speaker 1 (25:38):
Crashing AJ are tapping into the sports k all the
local and national sports headlines on naety eight rocks.
Speaker 4 (25:46):
Tough week or tough month for the race? Which one?
I think we'll go with you just tough month all
the way round. Tough years, you know.
Speaker 6 (25:55):
But in June there were they were exploring opportunities ways
that how they were going to make he put a
World Series in at Steinberner Field, what would happen there?
Right now, it's like they might need to eliminate that
one from the list. In case you missed it, last
night's game at Steinbrener was a heartbreaker once again for
the Rays.
Speaker 4 (26:14):
Before that, I think we had a three percent chance
of making the playoffs before last night. Yeah, fourteen home
runs in two games.
Speaker 9 (26:22):
Yeah, most of them came the night before. It was insane.
But last night we lost to the Yankees in extra innings.
Speaker 6 (26:29):
Which extra innings haven't been the kindest story raise this season,
and they certainly weren't last night with that final score
of six to four, which the Yankees got out to
an early three to nothing lead with solo homers from
Grisham in the first and eighth innings. He had one
from Austin Wells in the fifth, but shut up to
the Rays. They fought hard in the late innings, Bob.
Speaker 4 (26:48):
Yeah, good fight, good ruck.
Speaker 3 (26:50):
I mean maybe I think it came down to just
take a couple of a foot or something really in
the ninth inning.
Speaker 4 (26:56):
Best best uniforms in the league, Tho, I'm not gonna
going out going out there.
Speaker 6 (27:00):
Yeah, I mean we did get another run in the
bottom of the tenth, but just wasn't enough to get
her done.
Speaker 4 (27:06):
Sadly had the runs, Yeah, the good ones.
Speaker 3 (27:10):
Yeah, I get set a record for most home runs
in a two game series, all right in the research part.
Speaker 6 (27:15):
And look at that, you know what. NASCAR released its
thirty eight race schedule for next year. Among the highlights,
a new street course in San Diego. They're going to
be making their return to Chicago and Speedway. The All
Star Race has been moved to Dover, Delaware, and it's
gonna start Febuary fourteenth, and Daytona come to a close
(27:36):
at Homestead Miami Speedway November seventeenth.
Speaker 9 (27:38):
They didn't get this.
Speaker 6 (27:39):
The Firestone Grandpa Seat Pete is going to feature a
NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race right there on the Grand
Pe Grand Prixtree course for the very first time in history.
That one is going to happen as part of the
Grand Prix weekend with the Truck Series racing on Saturday.
Speaker 4 (27:55):
I love the Truck Series.
Speaker 6 (27:56):
Yeah, and then you got the IndyCar Series that next
day Sunday.
Speaker 9 (28:00):
March first.
Speaker 4 (28:01):
That's cool, man. Oh yeah, make it bigger at some point.
It's got the other cars out there.
Speaker 9 (28:06):
But how cool is that?
Speaker 6 (28:07):
The first ever Truck Series street race happening right here
in Saint Pete.
Speaker 4 (28:11):
I'm awesome. I love rals downtown, man, it's so cool to.
Speaker 9 (28:15):
Go to it is. That's one of my favorites.
Speaker 6 (28:17):
And in order to codify the ranking process and make
it more transparent, the College Football Playoff is going to
be using enhanced metrics starting this season. Now. The first
of six rankings will be released on November fourth, But
they say with these metrics, uh, they're going to help
evaluate strength and how teams perform against their slate. They
say more weight will be added the games against strong opponents,
(28:39):
and a new metric called record strength will help the
College Football Playoff Committee determine how teams performed against their schedule.
Speaker 4 (28:48):
M okay, ores NFL stuff. I'd see that the Vikings
are actively looking for a trade for a veteran wide receiver.
Nobody in the Bucks camp has been named yet, but
Dryling Shepherd. I mean there, you know that we've got
so many but we've also got a couple of injuries
right now. So that's the thing right now. As far
as the NFL, all.
Speaker 6 (29:07):
Right, And finally, Yelp analyze reviews on their platform to
find the ballparks and stadiums with the highest ratings from food. Okay,
and this is a combo from both. Who do you
think has more baseball or football? When it comes to
the top ten on this list for the best game dates?
Speaker 4 (29:25):
I think I'm gonna go football on this one. You
got to go, You gotta go baseball early and often.
Speaker 6 (29:30):
Ding Ding Ding producer Rex knocked that one out the park. Basically, No,
I had eight of the top ten spots on the list.
So with that being said, you think any Florida stadiums
made the cut.
Speaker 4 (29:42):
I mean, I think We've got a pretty good variety
over there. I've got experience in our stadium in Jacksonville
Stadium and this pretty good eats of both of those, right,
I don't know. I actually don't think we I don't
think we're on this list.
Speaker 9 (29:53):
Unfortunately, once again knocks it out the park.
Speaker 6 (29:57):
No Florida stadiums arenas nothing made the top ten, coming
in at number ten, Citizens Bank Park in Philly, followed
by Peco Park in San Diego, Lucas Oil number eight.
They do have some good eats there, Bush Stadium in
Saint Louis at seven, Target Field in Minneapolis at six,
Fenway number five, Lambeau four, Oriel Park in Baltimore at three,
(30:18):
P and C Park in Pittsburgh, and your number one
stadium for game day eats, Oracle Park, San Francisco.
Speaker 3 (30:25):
Okay, I mean we don't really have like a specialty
item like you know, most of these parks they have
like a three foot hot dog with something very local
to the area.
Speaker 4 (30:34):
Maybe it's just because I have a drinking a little bit.
Sometimes it would taste like gourmet with cheese on the nachos.
For some reason. You really can't go wrong. Which is
a hot dog.
Speaker 3 (30:42):
But you know Ah's kids, everyone's got a hot dog.
Speaker 4 (30:45):
That's your sports keg. And of course were two songs
away from Florida or now Florida Nickelback and Natty a Rock.
Speaker 2 (30:52):
This is where she gets weird. Man, it's weird man.
Speaker 4 (30:56):
This could be your neighbor, bro, or your.
Speaker 1 (30:58):
Cousin in Nebraska. This is Florida or not Florida with crash?
Speaker 4 (31:07):
Is this our cousin from Nebraska today? Or who's this? Hey?
Speaker 12 (31:12):
What this is?
Speaker 8 (31:13):

Speaker 4 (31:13):
So, Frank, where you calling from?
Speaker 3 (31:16):

Speaker 4 (31:19):
All right, God bless you.
Speaker 6 (31:21):
All Right, it's so safe to say not our cousin
from Nebraska.
Speaker 9 (31:25):
But maybe today's superstar of Florida or not Florida? Is
all right, Frank?
Speaker 6 (31:29):
So, today's story begins with the school district who just
had to cancel school earlier this week, not even what
actually just over a week into the school year because
get this.
Speaker 9 (31:38):
There are no school buses.
Speaker 6 (31:39):
Oh g oh, okay, now why is that an issue?
How does that land superstardom? Well, guess what. The catalytic
converters from twenty buses were stolen over nights?
Speaker 4 (31:52):
How on people?
Speaker 6 (31:54):
I mean, it's a huge business and they really hit
the jackpad on that line.
Speaker 4 (31:58):
The business all right, yeah, crime is yeah, won by douches.
Speaker 3 (32:04):
Yeah, you know where we can get some great catalytic converters.
Speaker 6 (32:09):
The school boss which at least the school was able
to pull together, you know, that day after they canceled
and do virtual classes for a few days.
Speaker 9 (32:17):
But they finally were able to reopen yesterday.
Speaker 4 (32:19):
Good lord. Yeah, somebody made some money on a catalytic
converter install.
Speaker 9 (32:25):
Yeah, it's like a whole lot of money from people's socket.
Have you watched all the parents in this situation too?
Speaker 4 (32:29):
Jeez? All right, yeah, well break all right, we're going Florida,
Nebraska and.
Speaker 9 (32:37):
Florida hoping not Florida.
Speaker 4 (32:40):
All right, this one.
Speaker 1 (32:44):
I don't think Florida's that desperate.
Speaker 8 (32:46):
We're going not Florida.
Speaker 6 (32:47):
You sure about that, because you're right, not that desperate.
Michigan City, Indiana.
Speaker 3 (32:52):
It's your people right there in the border, the border
that's on the border of crazy over by was it
Gary and which nobody that you don't talk about it
right there nobody likes and that's where they would steal
catalytic conversion.
Speaker 9 (33:08):
That would be producer ex bring media dog out.
Speaker 4 (33:12):
Take your Facebook market man.
Speaker 9 (33:15):
Twenty get those Frank you got any of those lines.

Speaker 6 (35:10):
Good morning, Crash and thousands of public shoppers are banding
together to bring back a once long time staple in
the store's bakery section during hurricane season. We're talking hurricanes.
As of yesterday afternoon, more than thirty one one thousand
people have signed a petition for publics to bring back
the hurricane cakes or hurricanes as they're referred to. Messages
(35:33):
like go away or leave Florida alone would be displayed
on the cakes, along with hurricane graphics from the National
Hurricane Center. Now, the petition's asking for thirty five thousand
skit signatures, But honestly don't really know what's going to
happen if that goal is reached, because this isn't something
from publics. This is something fans are creating and pushing for,
hoping to get noticed and hopefully make a change on it.
Speaker 4 (35:55):
I mean, anybody can make a hurricane cake, not just
the publics. I mean, and here's my rule on it,
because I get why people are upset A while back
when a hurricane comes in ravages the area, and they're
still selling hurricane cakes. I think the hurricane cake should
be available before the storm. Nothing's going on with the storm.
Some more hurricane cakes. I mean it's gonna be a
(36:17):
touch and go kind of touchy subject.
Speaker 9 (36:19):
Yeah, it's touchy anyway, though.
Speaker 6 (36:21):
I mean, I don't think they're necessarily selling them after
the hurricanes, especially when there was so much damage.
Speaker 9 (36:27):
You know, I don't think Publics is doing that.
Speaker 3 (36:29):
I think they need to just take that money and
you just make it a charitable donation. You want a
hurricane cake, it goes to the aftermath of the situation.
Speaker 4 (36:38):
The hurricane cake goes over there.
Speaker 3 (36:40):
I think if Publics really wants to jump in on
the pr that's how you do it.
Speaker 4 (36:44):
And you get everyone buying it and the money goes
to a great cause.
Speaker 9 (36:48):
Knowing that it's gonna help hurricane relief.
Speaker 3 (36:49):
Done.
Speaker 4 (36:50):
Do we gotta come up with all the good ideas
all the time. How about hurricane pizzas. I'm down with hurricane.
Speaker 9 (36:54):
Pizza absolutely sure in favor. Yeah, let's go.
Speaker 8 (37:00):
So.
Speaker 6 (37:00):
New efforts underway to redraw political districts are underway in
both Texas and looks like here in Florida. Now, in Texas,
the Republican led House passed a new congressional map designed
to add as many as five GOP seats for the
twenty twenty six midterm elections. Now, the new map turns
three traditionally democratic districts and Republican ones and shifts two
(37:20):
others to be more favorable to the GOP, which they say.
That bill has now moved to the state Senate for
a final vote. Meanwhile, here in Florida, yesterday, Governor de
Santis announced plans to push for new congressional maps ahead
of the twenty twenty six midterms. He says that Florida
was undercounted in the last sentence and is owed additional
congressional seats. Democrats, including party chair Nikki Fried, have accused
(37:44):
Republicans of trying to quote unquote rig this system and
steal the twenty twenty six elections by redrawing maps outside
of the usual ones a decade census process.
Speaker 4 (37:54):
All right, first fall, I'll understand any of that right there.
It's called jerry mandering. Secondly, i'll pull its dirty. If
it's politics, it's dirty, all right, you should see it.
Speaker 3 (38:04):
They draw these lines, they're ridiculous, Like just draw a
basic square, like it's not really that different. They're cut
off a waterway and they like one little strip of
what like, come on, you've got in a boat right here.
You can vote this way right, regardless of politics. Let's
just draw a circle. Make it, wake it, make it
you make it easy. Much so you never know what
(38:27):
you'll see at a metal course show.
Speaker 6 (38:29):
And last night ninety eight Rock presents Falling in Reverse,
Wage War Tech nine and Sleep Theory case in point
for it.
Speaker 9 (38:38):
Ronnie Radkey at one point jump down in the crowd
with the l.
Speaker 6 (38:41):
Used to be one of the frontmen of Bad Wolves
at one point, who's now playing bas and singing backups
alongside him. They jumped down, walked in the middle of
the crowd, and all of a sudden, this moment happened
right here.
Speaker 4 (38:57):
He's looking astonished right now, looking at this little girl.
Speaker 2 (39:02):
You're like seven years old before.
Speaker 8 (39:06):
This thing.
Speaker 2 (39:12):
I'm yes, really nice.
Speaker 8 (39:15):
I like this.
Speaker 4 (39:18):
Let me ask you this, where did they'll get his tickets?
Because that was a good seat right here.
Speaker 6 (39:26):

And of course you can see the full video. I
mean when he notices the dog. For you gotta take
a look some of our socials A ninety eight Rocks

Speaker 9 (39:58):

Speaker 4 (40:00):
It's tasty, it's good.
Speaker 10 (40:02):
I wouldn't expect this to beat out food.
Speaker 4 (40:03):
It's a little mus shame, but wires actually not too bad.
Exit all, it's not too bad.
Speaker 10 (40:08):
It doesn't taste like cat food.
Speaker 4 (40:11):
I'm you know me if it's if it's meat, I'll
give it a try. I mean, I eat the McRib
So what's a cat food burger?
Speaker 9 (40:19):
Oh you don't you sound very convinced there, are you sure?
Speaker 4 (40:23):
I think you put a little bit of that McRib
sauce on there and anything I'll eat, I'll try the
cat food.
Speaker 3 (40:27):
Burg Tell him that it's cat food. Just say it's
like an Ostrich burger or something I've eatn Ostrich, Uh,
the cat food burger. I'm not gonna ask what's in it.
I'll eat It's a salmon burger. It's a salmon burger.

Speaker 9 (40:38):
I'll try anything with all sorts of spices.
Speaker 4 (40:40):
No onions please.
Speaker 6 (40:41):
And finally, couples dealing with infertility could soon have help
from the tech world.
Speaker 9 (40:46):
Get this.
Speaker 6 (40:47):
The world's first pregnancy robot is said to be in
development as we speak.
Speaker 9 (40:54):
In China.
Speaker 8 (40:55):
Now.
Speaker 6 (40:56):
The robot is said to be designed in humanoid form,
and it is quote unquote equipped with an artificial woman.
It's abdomen, that womb designed to carry a fetus for
ten months and give birth. Now prototype they say will
be released next year. And the price tag and he guesses,
any guesses, I.
Speaker 3 (41:15):
Mean three hundred thousand already answer to this because I
saw it earlier. It's about fourteen to fifteen.
Speaker 6 (41:20):

I mean, are you kidding me?
Speaker 4 (41:29):
Does the robot installed the insemination from the robot? Robot?
Speaker 3 (41:34):
They have relations with the robot? No, no, no, it's
just as a business deal. Yeah, it's purely business. My
nine months pregnant fiance would be.
Speaker 2 (41:43):
Like, where the hell the robot?
Speaker 3 (41:46):
Because you know who wants to be pregnant? Just pop
the seed in the robot and it's like an easy
bake oven.
Speaker 4 (41:52):
Right the here you go. You remember the matrix they
had the little bubbles. You know, I'll be sitting in
