heavy rain hammered Texas hill country yesterday before dawna on Friday,
turning creeks into raging rivers. In case you missed it,
there was some catastrophic flooding happening in Texas over the weekend,
and as of last night, Sheriff Larry Lethiu said that
the death toll from the flooding has risen to eighty

two people, with those floodwaters washing away homes, cars, even
camps along the Guadaloupe River. In fact, the worst hit
is the All Girls Camp Missed It, which was near Hunt, Texas,
where ten campers ages twelve to sixteen are still missing
after their cabins were ripped apart.

I saw some of the video of the time lapse
video of the wall of water that was coming with
all the things that was carrying.

All of a sudden, these people did not have a chance.

They did it. Apparently the river rose at least what

time to respond or prepare for this, and especially being
later overnight hours.

or something like that behind it. I mean, when it
happens that fast, it's yeah, are you get information that fast?

or service might have been impacted between the storms. There's

rushing floodwaters washed their way, homes, cars, even camps along

All Girls camp camp missed it near Hunt, Texas, where
ten campers ages twelve to sixteen are still missing after
their cabins were ripped apart. It's just heartbreaking I just

to people that fast when the water's moving that fast
and carrying all kinds of stuff with it. I watched

disaster in response to this. Witness reports say that at

families who have lost loved ones, in particular their daughters

They say the relief funds are being directed to local

Heavy rain hammered Texas hill country before dawn on Friday,
turning creeks into raging rivers. Last we heard, the death
toll has now risen to eighty two people as those
rushing floodwaters washed their way, homes, cars, even camps along

the Guadalupe River. In fact, the worst hit is the
All Girls camp camp missed it near Hunt, Texas, where
ten campers ages twelve to sixteen are still missing after
their cabins were ripped apart. It's just heartbreaking I just
I can't.

There's not a lot of information that you can get
to people that fast when the water's moving that fast
and carrying all kinds of stuff with it. I watched
them of the video. It's really hard to watch.

So it is and thoughts going out there for sure.

Which at least seventeen counties have now been declared a
disaster in response to this. Witness reports say that at
the river rose nearly fifteen feet in an hour. Yeah,

speak in English at the end of his noon blessing
saying this.

I would like to express sincere condolences to all the
families who have lost loved ones, in particular their daughters
who are at summer camp in the disaster caused by
the flooding of the Guadalupe River in Texas in the
United States.

has launched the Kerr County Flood Relief Fund, which is
specifically aimed at helping those affected in the communities, and
this is put on by those in those communities. So
it's going to help those and hunt Ingram, Kerrhill, Centerpoint,
and Comfort Texas, all those places along the Guadaloupe River.
They say the relief funds are being directed to local

organizations that are involved in the rescue, relief and recovery efforts.

that's not the only place that experienced flooding. Heavy rain
and flooding also happened thanks to now tropical depression Chantelle,

North Carolina. In fact, in Moore County Town South, a
town of Southern Pines, the long Leaf Dam broke, forcing
residents to evacuate their homes and leading to several water
rescues from vehicles.
