Guy Jumps Off Cruise Ship On Purpose

A guy racked up a hefty cruise bill, so he decided to jump off the boat before it docked!

When they landed in Puerto Rico. Uh huh, he decided
to jump off the ship.

Why did he jump off the ship?

Well, apparently on the cruise ship he was playing poker
and wracked up sixteen thousand dollars in gambling decks.

Speaker 3 (00:40):
Over the vacation.

Speaker 4 (00:41):
He didn't realize it until you know, when you're gonna
leave the cruise ship, they give you the bill.

Speaker 3 (00:46):
They always get you in.

Speaker 4 (00:48):
So Jay thought that'd be a good idea to jump
off the ship so that they couldn't catch him.

What do you think They got your credit card on
file br they got your address, they have your passport,
all the thing.

Apparently somebody on a jet ski saw that he jumped off.

And helped him to the shore.

But later on, like customs and the Coastguard, tracked him
down and made him pay that sixteen dollars damn in
gambling debt.

Speaker 3 (01:17):
That's crazy. Indeed, come on, just say you don't have it.
I'll pay it over time.

No, you can't just say you don't have it. That's
not how gambling works. That's not how poker or gambling works.
