Man Fined For Spitting Leaf That Blew Into His Mouth

An elderly man was fined hundreds of dollars because he spat a leaf that blew into his mouth!

Today we're going across the Pond to England. An eighty
six year old man, Roy Marsh, was walking in the

So a leaf blew into Roy Marsh's mouth and he
was like and spit out the leaf to police. Officers
were near him and saw him spit out the leaf
and they confronted him and they said, sir, why are
you spitting on the ground. That's considered littering and it's illegal,
and he was like, okay, right, like it was a leaf, yeah,

And I guess he got smart with the officers. They
gave him a three hundred and thirty five dollars ticket
for littering because this man spit out a leaf that
blew into his mouth.

in that area are really trying to crack down because
it's a tourist area and they want to make sure
