music with the Steve Miller Band coming up in just
a few at seven twenty. But first, the Crazy Train
is heading out to Caldwell, Idaho. Haven't been out here before,

(00:30):
but because of a man who was shopping at the
Walmart that is exactly where the Crazy Train is going.
Dylan Rockwell was arrested and charged with felony burglary after
he was caught stealing at the self checkout. Now you know,
the self checkout is supposed to be low key, the
honor system, right, you know, you scan your goods, you

(00:51):
keep it pushing old Dylan. He didn't just not scan
the items. What he did was actually pure genius. He
created a ring with a Tomato soup bar code on it. Okay,
so he would take big items, big ticket one hundred dollars,
two hundred dollars items, and as he would scan across

(01:14):
the Walmart scan, he would scan his ring and then
put the item on the side. So, like I said, it,
don't do this, don't do this.

Speaker 3 (01:24):
So he was ringing up like expensive items first for
the count of the soup he was ringing up soup. Wow, okay,
you want to just die.

Speaker 2 (01:36):
I mean, yeah, it's not a good idea. Don't do this.
It's still stealing. It is still a good idea, but
don't do it. Okay, everyone's like googling how to make
a tomato soup barcode ring? Right, So how did he
get caught? He got caught because somebody noticed that. You know, hey,
this guy's been doing this awful lot. He keeps buying things.

(01:56):
And they actually just tracked him down and followed him
to his house and then they found all of the
stolen goods. But that's how he got caught, because he
got greedy, and when you get greedy, you always get caught.

Speaker 3 (02:08):
I just saw that he was trying to walk out
with a three hundred dollars grill.

Speaker 2 (02:12):
Yeah with for tomato mark.

Speaker 3 (02:14):
Don't they check your.

Speaker 2 (02:15):
Receipt now when you leave Walmart? Right then? Yeah, that's
just yeah, they write it. They make a little highlighter thing,
but they're not checking receipts like that. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (02:24):
Now, well he's about to enjoy some county soup now, Okay,
when he goes to jail, Yeah, you know, I'm just.
