some dog owners are barking mad after a dog park instituted.
I should say a new rule. Now dogs, they're still
allowed to go to this dog park, but there's new
rules that say they gotta go quietly.

It is forbidden for dogs to bark, howl, or wine
or else. The owner's face finds ranging from five hundred
dollars to two thousand dollars.

What is the point of this.

Apparently they want your dogs at the dog park to
be quiet so they are not disturbing people in the
area or scaring people in the area. So if your
dog goes to the dog park, they just need to
play with other dogs and strangers without saying a word.
