give Tracy down the road all thetime, because anytime I get her gives
her diviot, it's it's months later. Well, because you don't have the

So that's true. You have toplan out anyways. But still you're always
so busy. So I finally wentgot a deep tissue massage, which I'm
not usually the deep tissue massage person, okay, because a lot of times
I can hurt right, Yeah, they get up in there. This was

(00:45):
amazing. Oh nice. Yes,this was Patricia at in Style Salon in
Barbersville. And dude, so getthis. And I always get asked by
every massage therapist, you know,do you want me to work on any
certain areas? I tell them myback, my lower back, my traps,
blah blah blah, and then theysay, well do you want me
to work on your glutes and yourfeet, and I always say no glutes,

(01:06):

tell her my problem areas, andone of them is my left hip.
I've had a hitch in my giddyup for like two years basically since I
got pregnant with Leo okay, likethree years. Uh holy. So I
told her about that and she says, Okay, so while I'm massaging this
area, I just want you toknow that I think that the tension is

(01:30):
coming from your gluteus maximus, yourglue. Holy. I was like,
okay. She was like, so, I'm just saying that if I were

I don't want to pressure you intothat. I was like, no,
no, no, listen, whateverwe want to do to make this

(01:51):
feel better, I'm down, okayfor it. Okay, dude, was
amazing. At at least so manypoints in my back eye felt it like
literally like the tension released. Iwas like, oh my, so from
now on, you're getting the bootymassage. Listen. You should always get
the booty massage. I'm just tellingyou, it seems like the best idea.

(02:12):
I've never had it before, neverin my life. But now she

Ruthie's Table 4

Ruthie's Table 4

For more than 30 years The River Cafe in London, has been the home-from-home of artists, architects, designers, actors, collectors, writers, activists, and politicians. Michael Caine, Glenn Close, JJ Abrams, Steve McQueen, Victoria and David Beckham, and Lily Allen, are just some of the people who love to call The River Cafe home. On River Cafe Table 4, Rogers sits down with her customers—who have become friends—to talk about food memories. Table 4 explores how food impacts every aspect of our lives. “Foods is politics, food is cultural, food is how you express love, food is about your heritage, it defines who you and who you want to be,” says Rogers. Each week, Rogers invites her guest to reminisce about family suppers and first dates, what they cook, how they eat when performing, the restaurants they choose, and what food they seek when they need comfort. And to punctuate each episode of Table 4, guests such as Ralph Fiennes, Emily Blunt, and Alfonso Cuarón, read their favourite recipe from one of the best-selling River Cafe cookbooks. Table 4 itself, is situated near The River Cafe’s open kitchen, close to the bright pink wood-fired oven and next to the glossy yellow pass, where Ruthie oversees the restaurant. You are invited to take a seat at this intimate table and join the conversation.
