Oh my goodness. So Mom anddad called me yesterday to let me know
that they had to go to SaintMary's yesterday. Okay, but just to
talk to the billing department. Okay. Yeah. So they spoke with the
patient accounts manager, Bev Morgan multipletimes on the phone, or at least
Dad did, And so they goto talk to them, I don't know,

some billing issue whatever, and asthey get their, Mom says that
she was like, I mean,they were so sweet. They were just
very polite and very friendly when weget there. Yes, and obviously they
talked to your dad on the phoneseveral times, so they kind of knew
who this man was coming to seethem. Yeah, But as soon as

we sat down to talk to Bev, she said, well, I just
kind of thought that maybe we'd behearing on the radio that you all were
coming down here today, because youknow, we listened to Dave and Jin
and we thought that maybe, youknow, we hear about Mama Bear and
Papa Bear all the time. Andso yes, I was like, oh
my goodness, that's hilarious. Amom goes, well, they didn't even
know we were coming up, andI haven't told Jin, and so she

texted me and said, oh mygosh, have something to tell you.
I can't wait to tell you.And then that's what she told me.
She called me later told me nice. So she said that apparently they always
have us on while they're working.They always listen to us religiously. Bev
even said that they feel like they'rea part of our families because they hear
so much about our family. Youare part of our family. Shout out,
