Speaker 1 (00:00):
This is Steber in the Den with Dangerous Day. Well,
if you're throwing a Fourth of July party, a new
poll found it wouldn't be perfect unless you have one
of these four things. Two thousand people were asked to
name the top things a Fourth of July party should have.
So top things we'd be bummed not to see. First
of all, classic barbecue foods. You can get fancy if

(00:21):
you want, but half of people are going to be
bummed if you don't have burgers and hot dogs. Fireworks
not possible in some areas. Don't break any laws, but
it was number two on the list. Great music. That's
where the Fox comes in. You can take us with
you anywhere you go with the iHeart Radio app and
have us with you. We have an all American weekend
coming up. This weekend made the America Songs and you
can celebrate, brought to you by our friends at Hugo's

(00:44):
Wine and Spirits. So we'll have the music for you.
Get your playlist ready to go and Outdoor games was
number four on the list. Combined Cornhole always a safe
in the best recent rankings made it the best backyard game,
followed by bachi. Also, they looked at top fourth of July.
Foods popular burgers, hot doogs, chicken ribs, sausage, most popular sides,

(01:04):
potato salad, chips, baked bean, devilled eggs, and the coal slot.
Hope you have a great fourth of July, and hope
you come back with all of your digits deeper in
the well. If you're having a rough morning, you might
be ready for a long weekend, or maybe you skipped
one or more of the things. A poll by the
Mattress brand nature Peedick asked people to name the things
that can throw off their whole day. Top five include

(01:26):
not having coffee, forgetting to brush your teeth, not drinking
any water, not showering, or skipping your morning workout. I
guess I know people that have had about ten thousand
bad days in a row. Then if that's the case,
survey found the average morning routine takes thirty minutes. It
takes twenty five minutes before we feel fully awake. It
also found that waking up on the wrong side of
the bed is a real thing. Thirty seven percent of

(01:47):
people said they can tell they're going to have a
bad day within the first ten minutes of waking up,
turning a bad day into a good day is possible, though,
According to the survey, top things we can do to
prevent a bad day eating a good breakfast, getting some
fresh air, drinking water, or making time to stretch. Of course,
another thing you can do to make sure that you're
not going to have a bad day is tuning into

(02:08):
the Fox so I can share a little life on
my life yours looks a little bit better. Tuning again
