Speaker 1 (00:00):
This is Deeper in the Den. I'm with Dangerous Day.
You know, everybody loves a bargain for about three and
a half hours. Anyway. There's a new survey out on
everyday expenses found the people actually get a buzz when
they score a deal. The average purchase glow lasts about
two hundred and sixteen minutes. About one in three people
feel buzz longer than that, especially if the bargain is
(00:22):
during happy hour drinks. I guess ten percent of people
say that it boosts their mood for the entire day.
Sixty percent of people believe that they can find a
deal on anything in fifty four percent say they are
the best bargain hunter they know. People are also are
not shy about talking about it either. Fifty nine percent
of people like to brag about getting a great price

willing to splurge on. When they ask people what's worth
(01:27):
paying extra money for these days, smartphones came in at
number one. People don't care if they're cheap of phones
out there. They want to shell out top dollar for
the best appliance were second most worth it, followed by
computers and laptops, personal care items, TVs, laundry materials, coffee, clothing, shoes,
and skincare. What is your thing that you think it's
worth splurging on? Hmm. I noticed spere prices haven't gone
(01:50):
up much, but if they did, it'd be worth it
to me. They can for another episode of Deeper in
