Speaker 1 (00:00):
This is deeper in the din with dangerous day. Well,
think back to high school. Did you ever cheat on
schoolwork that is not your boyfriend or girlfriend. More than
ten thousand adults were asked recently in fifty nine percent
claim they never cheated on homeworker tests in high school,
Twenty eight percent admitted cheating occasionally, and four percent said
they did it frequently. Six percent weren't sure, in three

(00:22):
percent said they preferred not to say. Younger men were
in the group most likely to admit to cheat in school,
and probably inspired by all the talk of students today
cheating with smartphones, AI and other technology, they said. Fifty
four percent of adults said they would not cheat on
homeworker tests if they were in school right now, Twenty
one percent said they would a little, and five percent
said they would do it frequently. Only four percent of

(00:45):
adults think all students are cheating right now, twenty three
percent said most of them, twenty two percent said about
half of them, and thirty two percent said some of
them are. Only three percent of adults say none of
the kids are cheating right now. Really none, that's pretty nice.
Iive now I remember attempting to cheat in high school
and I failed. Let me explain. So the night before,

(01:06):
I wrote down what I thought would be all the
pertinent questions on a little crib sheet, folded it up,
stuck it in my pocket. I failed because I reached
in my pocket the next day I couldn't find the
crib sheet. But because of the fact that I wrote
down all the information the night before, I remembered it,
I actually aced the test. Now here's the funny part.
I was getting ready to leave the classroom. Look down

(01:27):
on the floor below my desk was the crib sheet. Luckily,
I was able to pick it up and jam it
into my pocket before anybody saw it. Because if somebody
saw it, they would have thought I cheated on the test,
But actually I had not. There's a big fail for you.
In the two there's a famous quote the hallmark of
a successful person is they're always stretching themselves to learn
new things. But my question is do you keep doing

(01:49):
those things? They asked people on the internet on social media,
what's something you tried once you knew right away that
wasn't for you. Some of the most popular answers are gambling.
Somebody said they went to a casino with family, and
friends lost several hundred dollars in an hour and a
half and never placed it bed again. Running The funny
thing is a person said, if you see me running,
you should run two. Being a morning person, I can

(02:11):
wake up early if I have to, but I'm never
happy about it. Scuba diving didn't make it past the
pool training. Other things people tried once but they knew
wasn't for them. Hot yoga, they said, so many people
passing gas. It's humidity farts too. Virtual reality made me
dizzy and gave me a splitting headache. Going to a
strip club it was so boring. I felt bad for
the dancers. Dating somebody with opposing political beliefs. Giving birth

(02:35):
the one woman said, not once, I did it twice,
but the brain tricks you like the candy corn trick.
You forget how bad delivering a baby is until you
do it again. Another person said skiing, they'll never go
on the bunny hell again. Hot tubs, giant soup for humans,
drinking bloody Mary's, helping the prince in Nigeria. That's something
somebody did. They never do again. And my favorite, A

(02:56):
person said, a three way. They joked if I wanted
to disappoint two people at once. I just called my parents.
