this has been trendy since last year, so it's not
brand new, and it's also really not brand new. Is
your teenager's favorite new phrase? Clocked it? Google searches for
it are an all time high. It means what you think,
you notice something, you make a mental note. But kids
are using it in a much broader way than parents would.
