Drugs At Work & Ice Cream

See someone at a shop and wonder "what are they on"? Dangerous Dave talks about a study that show some people are drinking and using drugs at work. Plus, our favorite ice cream according to Insta-Cart.

This is deeper in the den with Dangerous Day. So
have you ever had a strange encounter at a shop
and thought, what was that person smoking? Well, they might
literally be high. There's a new study came out of
Ohio State University shows nine percent of young adult workers
in their thirties or using alcohol, marijuana, and harder drugs
even like coke on the job for about six percent alcohol,

three percent using marijuana, and one percent taking hard drugs.
That also includes opioids. And no, it's not people working
from home. The risk for substance abuse is highest in
the food service industry and safety sensitive occupations including construction.
They think it's certain industries like blue collar heavy manual jobs,
people don't have a lot of supporter guidance for substance abuse.

They also added policies and supportive interventions could improve safety
and help reduce workers' misuse of alcohol and drugs. This
may also address some of the working conditions that contribute
to the problem. So people using drugs at work, I
knew there was something fishy about those guys on the hall.
Deeper in the two, Instacart shared another round of stats,

this time about America's top ice cream orders. It's National
Pina Colada Day. And this is kind of fitting because
the top trending ice cream over the past two years
pineapple coconut. My question is how many people are adding
rum to it. Pineapple coconut ice cream saw thirty seven
percent boost in sales last year. Pistachio was next with
twenty five percent, and greened he had twenty four percent.

They also looked at the most popular flavors overall. You
can probably guess number one a big hint, it's not chocolate.
Number one on the list vanilla, it's classic and customizable.
That was followed by chocolate, cookies and cream, strawberry, mint chip,
cookie dough, coffee, butter pecan, Neapolitan peanut butter chocolate, and
there's a Dubai chocolate. It's also a hot flavor rising

in the ranks Midwest though. Up here we're obsessed with
Moose Tracks ice cream and if you haven't had a
chance to try it, if you see it, I would
highly recommend it. Now, I don't know if I want
a bowl of ice cream or just a Penia colada.
