Speaker 1 (00:00):
Please, he's deeper in the den with dangerous day traffic
is really slowing down on the roads these days. Just
be thankful you're not New Hampshire. If you are, our condolences.
There's a report on the average driving speeds in each state,
and New Hampshire is the slowest. The average speed just
under fifty miles an hour. Wyoming has the fastest drivers

(00:21):
average driving speed seventy two miles an hour. To come
up with the numbers, they use Google data to track
the average drive time for long distance routes between state's
major cities. They made sure it was a good average
by checking the speeds in various times throughout the day
across different days of the week. The more densely populated
states generally slower than wide open states and bigger western

(00:43):
states more comprehensive than looking at speed limits or traffic congestion.
After everything was figured out, New Hampshire was the slowest,
followed by Vermont, Maryland, Mississippi, Rhodehighland, Alaska. After Wyoming. The
next fastest are New Mexico at seventy one miles an hour,
Idaho at seventy South Dakota at seventy point four Florida
at sixty nine point four, followed by Alabama and Arkansas.

(01:06):
Urban driving slowest Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Colorado, Ohio Fastest Alaska, Alabama, Nebraska, Arkansas,
and Missouri. North Dakota sits at the upper echelon sixty
eight point five miles per hour on average, Minnesota a
little bit closer to the middle at sixty two point five.

in a hurry. Don't miss anything deeper in the two.
So if somebody were to ask you right now, how
are you, Chances are you're going to say something like
good or fine or not bad. Then flip it back
to you they're going to say something similar and you're
probably both lying. According to DO Report, the average American only
feels fully healthy nineteen days out of a typical month,
roughly about sixty three percent of the time. In a

(01:48):
typical week, you'll feel healthy about four of the days
out of the week, less healthy for three days. And
that's just about feeling healthy, not everything else that's awesome.
People asked about health issues that they battle most frequently.
Main problems fatigue. People will struggle with it thirteen days
out of the month. Really, I was thinking it was
more like thirty mood changes for ten days per month,

(02:10):
and digestive issues nine point eight days per month, and
headaches at seven point five days per month, about five
days out of the seven days of the week. Does
work have anything to do with it? People asked how
you feel right now, and only twenty eight percent said
they feel completely healthy at the time, and seventy two
percent said moderate or poor. Fifty one percent admit they
are living with reoccurring health issues which have been ongoing

(02:33):
for six months or longer. Also, fifteen percent said not
feeling well has impacted their ability to fully enjoy time
with their family. Now, that's unclear how many struggle to
enjoy family time due to everybody else complaining of the
fact that they don't feel well too. They can for
