Speaker 1 (00:00):
This is deeper in the den with dangerous deed. Well,
how satisfied are you with life? Saying on a scale
from one to ten. A new study found that if
you're hovering around a three could be affecting your health
in a big way, or at least not protecting your
health anyway. Researchers show that loving life comes with a
lot of health benefits. You're less likely to get sick

(00:21):

to qualify it. So they ask people imagine a ladd
with steps numbered zero, two, ten, ten being the best
possible in life that you can imagine for yourself, and
zero being the worst. They found, on average, the minimum
number before anybody sees any health benefits is two point seven.
If you're above that, basically three or higher, you're going

(00:41):
to see more health benefits the higher you go. They
also found that being excessively happy, like a nine or ten,
came with no negative effects, just positive ones. In other words,
you can't overdose on happiness. As a matter of fact,
the more the better, all right, On a scale from
one to ten, happy am I well? I guarantee tomorrow
