if you really want to improve your relationship, you can
do it in sixty seconds. A psychologist shared tips on
how to improve your relationship in just one minute a day.
You get into a routine of taking sixty seconds to
give each other full attention. He says, giving your partner
full attention, undivided presence, no multitasking, no phone in hand,

no rushing, make deliberate choice to turn towards each other,
and openness and warmness. Here's four examples on how you
can do that to improve your relationship. A one minute
hug after a long day at work, even twenty seconds
can lower cortisol and boost your bonding hormone oxytoxin. A

appreciate about them that day. Could be big or small.
