a poll of one thousand hiring managers found soft skills
that can be more important than hard skills. Now. Hard
skills are things like tied to your direct job, but
soft skills are more in general, like critical thinking and collaboration.

Sixty two percent of hard and soft skills are equally important.
Twenty four percent things soft skills are now more important.
According to the poll, top ten soft skills that can
help you land a job. Good communication skills tops the list,
including things like concise emails, active listening, and overall clarity
and what you're saying. Communication skills are going by the wayside.

it's because young people suck at professionalism. Signals that younger
generations are entering the workforce with more laid back attitudes.
