This is tuber in the din with dangerous Day. Well,
if you've been racking your brain trying to figure out
why today is notable, well it's National Punctuation Day. In
a reason poll, most Americans say they very often use
periods capital letters in their writing. Less than ten percent
of people said they rarely use periods or capitals. So
here's the rest of the breakdown. How do we use

and how often do we use? Commas? Fifty five percent
said very often, ten percent said rare contractions, forty nine
percent often, sixteen percent rare question marks thirty nine percent
often and twenty one percent rare quotation marks twenty seven
percent often in thirty two percent rarely. Exclamation points twenty

at the end. Deeper in the two, it seems like
we're constantly hearing about things that are supposed to be healthy,
but turns out they're not. Stuff like margarine and diet soda,
snackwell cookies, vitamin water, and tanning for vitamin D. Some
people have gone a little overboard with a lot of these.

So here's a plot twist. Somebody asked the Internet what
things are actually healthy despite most people thinking they are not.
Some of the best answers include daydreaming. Experts say it's
a form of focus and meditation. Taking breaks when you
feel unproductive. It isn't lazy, you can reset. Others also
mentioned midday naps, revitalizing and re energizing yourself, frozen vegetables,

a lot of veggies are frozen within hours of being picked,
which locks in a lot of nutrients MSG basically salt
and natural flavor, also salt and fat and sugar. Especially
when you're cooking at home, when you can control it,
you're not being slammed with hidden amounts eggs. Some people
actually act like eating eggs is a daily cholesterol bomb,
but they're actually super nutrient dense carbs. People demonize them,

but the whole grains and fruits you literally can fuel
your brain other things that are actually healthy. Most people
think they're not. Potatoes get a bad rep because they're
usually prepto with a lot of oil and butter, fried
or processed into chips, But if you roast, bake, or
air fry or boil them most likely the healthiest starchy
carb you can eat popcorn heind fiber and polyphenols, which

is a benefit just so you don't put it with
a lot of salt butter. Hamburger's unhealthiest part of the burger,
by the way, is the bun. Arguing in relationships, not constantly,
but arguing is healthy. They say. Playing video games actually
can help with problem solving and work your brain. Sleep
according to your body's needs, not according to societal norms,

telling people off, just avoiding toxic people altogether. And somebody joked,
I'm hoping somebody says ice cream and donuts. But then
they added their mood boosters if you do them in moderation,
so I guess in a way they can be good
for you. Hmmm. I got to figure out how to
get beer on that list. To me again for another
