Speaker 1 (00:00):
And welcome back to Dumb and Dangerous. Everybody, please introduce yourselves.
Speaker 2 (00:03):
I'm Jimmy and I am the dungeon Master.
Speaker 3 (00:06):
Hey, I'm Brandon. I'll be playing Sir Hogan. He is
literally just Hulk Hogan as a dwarf.
Speaker 4 (00:11):
Hi.
Speaker 5 (00:12):
I'm Elise. I'm going to be playing Larry the Satyr.
He is medium sized sadr at about five to eleven
in height and he's got brown hair.
Speaker 1 (00:22):
I'm Producer Blake and I'll be playing Hamnlick. I am
a tee fling that's about medium size. He's six foot
he weighs roughly one hundred and eighty five pounds, with
broken horns and dark blue skin.
Speaker 4 (00:32):
Hey, my name is Baron. I will be playing Beltrazor.
Beltrazor is an older human man with silvery hair, a
kind heart nature, and a talent for the arcane arts.
Speaker 2 (00:41):
All right now, as per usual, who would like to
give the recap the previous session for a free inspiration?
Speaker 3 (00:48):
Die?
Speaker 6 (00:49):
I would?
Speaker 4 (00:50):
I can do it all right? Go ahead?
Speaker 6 (00:53):
Okay, So we start off the I Believe it was morning.
Speaker 7 (00:58):
With a triple on all of our horses towards the
Bandits hide out. We end up taking the more scenic
route because the quickest way was more dangerous, and we
end up passing through the town that we did towards
the beginning of our adventure where we bought bandits and
(01:20):
we found Handi Chick and Gertrude and that town, and
Sir Hogan and Hamulick find out that the two former
brothers that they helped reunite are in jail and they
want to jail break their friends. So Hamulick and Sir
(01:43):
Hogan try and convince Larry and Beltizar to break out
these pretty much random strangers that they met one time
and Beltizar and Larry, and also there's a huge soldier presence,
so Beltizar and Larry do not think that's a good idea,
and they can it's them to continue going towards the
Bandit's hideout, so they keep going. They stop for a
(02:05):
short rest, and then Sir Hogan sees a goose out
of the corner of his eye or whatever, and so
Sir Hogan then becomes like entranced and then followed just
starts walking through the woods and all of his friends
follow him because they're besties, and they end up coming
(02:27):
into this like clearing of a forest where Sir Hogan
finds a tiny little hammer in like a skeleton's hands,
and they also meet a wivern and the wyvern fights them,
but then you know, the heroes win, and so then
the heroes deal the wife the wyvern eggs and the
(02:51):
venom from the dragon ish creature, and then we hear
a roar, and then that was.
Speaker 6 (02:59):
That the end.
Speaker 4 (03:01):
So yeah, that's really good.
Speaker 2 (03:03):
Do you get one free inspiration di You can use
that to reroll any roll of your choice.
Speaker 4 (03:08):
Yes, So the.
Speaker 2 (03:10):
Wivern was defeated, you extracted the venom from its stingertail,
grabbed through the eggs, and you hear another one what
you assume is another one. It sounds very similar off
in the distance, and you can only assume it is
heading this way. What are you all doing from here?
Speaker 3 (03:29):
Run?
Speaker 1 (03:30):
Hamlet say, we run?
Speaker 4 (03:32):
Much time to go?
Speaker 1 (03:32):
Handlin takes off immediately, doesn't even question it, doesn't wait.
He takes off with his egg and his back egg.
Speaker 2 (03:39):
You were at the top of like a like a
twenty foot tall like hill with like little cliffs.
Speaker 4 (03:45):
That go down.
Speaker 2 (03:46):
Do you just run and jump or do you carefully
trying to get down?
Speaker 1 (03:50):
Uh? He he jumps off to the first ten feet
down and perfectly lands like a superhero, and then he
won't do it again to the other one and then
take off sprinting.
Speaker 2 (04:05):
Okay, make a dexterity saving through for me, all right,
we'll see specifically on this superhero landing. All right, I
got a nineteen perfect three point landing, and then he
kind of roll and you would jump another one and
you land again, roll and you start booking it and
(04:28):
turned into a gorilla, I guess began, and Larry.
Speaker 8 (04:36):
Belsh will make sure that Sir Hogan has his magic
hammer that he was after this entire time. Did you
throw it and pick it up? Or it feels like
it's it's been a while.
Speaker 4 (04:46):
I don't know why.
Speaker 8 (04:47):
It's only been a whole six seconds anyway, so yes,
with the Sir Hogan having the magic camer Beltshore will
also start booking it, not trying to be fancy, just
you know, getting.
Speaker 6 (04:58):
Down in the front of Larry will also be running
for his life.
Speaker 9 (05:02):
So really Sir Hogan would want to fight the beast,
but he needs to talk to his hammer as one does.
Speaker 3 (05:09):
Also starts looking it.
Speaker 2 (05:12):
All right, you all get down from this little mound
and make your way back over to Thankfully, the horses
were tied up by Larry, so they are still there.
Speaker 4 (05:22):
Do you all?
Speaker 2 (05:22):
Are you guys just going back to your little camp?
Are you making way?
Speaker 6 (05:27):
I would like to put on my fancy belt that
I found.
Speaker 2 (05:30):
Okay, you kind of put the belt around your waist,
and since you've already taken the time to attune to it,
you kind of feel a little bit tougher per se,
like you can take a little bit more of a hit.
And you also, well you wouldn't notice the other ones yet,
(05:50):
so yeah, for the most part, you just kind of
feel a little bit more fortified after you put this
belt on.
Speaker 8 (05:56):
Okay, Beach Resort did do a identify on that, so
he knows the effects.
Speaker 4 (06:02):
He'd pass on the exact effects to Larry, so Larry
knows what he's in for.
Speaker 2 (06:06):
That is correct, But Larry wouldn't immediately notice these effects
upon putting on the bell, even if he like technically
knows what it does, he does not feel anything else.
Speaker 8 (06:15):
Fair enough, anyway, shall we should we pack up camp
or just take the horses and get the hell out
of her or hell's out of here? I suppose what
do you all think. Come on, don't be shy.
Speaker 3 (06:28):
Needs to talk to his hammer.
Speaker 4 (06:31):
How far away are we from that wife or nest?
Speaker 2 (06:35):
Maybe like a hundred foot not far at all?
Speaker 8 (06:38):
Yeah, yeah, we should probably let's get a move on.
Can you talk to your hammer while riding through a Hogan?
Speaker 3 (06:46):
Of course I can. I just immediately hop on, Sir Steed.
Speaker 2 (06:50):
Well, all right, technically I don't know if you can.
If you're talking about attunement, how about to.
Speaker 3 (06:56):
Get to.
Speaker 1 (07:00):
Sir Hogan? Can I drive, Sir Steed and you attune please?
Speaker 3 (07:08):
I'm gonna trust you with my finest possession. Stone calls
Tete Austin. Can you do this?
Speaker 1 (07:15):
You know I can. We're obviously lawyers together. We have
to trust each other.
Speaker 3 (07:21):
You're right, You're right.
Speaker 4 (07:22):
I just hand them the reins grows to a lawyer together,
stay together.
Speaker 2 (07:27):
So okay, so you are right on the back of
Stone cold, Yes, okay. What's going on with Hanmlecks horse?
Speaker 1 (07:35):
Then I'm leaving him.
Speaker 8 (07:40):
For the life. You're not sacrificing a horse, you know.
You can't be that stereotypical Oh hold.
Speaker 4 (07:49):
On that, you know what, that may help you.
Speaker 1 (07:53):
I'm leaving. Okay, I'm leaving the horse over there. That
is what I will be doing.
Speaker 2 (08:00):
I will say, I will unfortunately rule that it will
still be very difficult to constant because it takes a
short rest in order to attune to an item focused
solely on this item. So if you get distracted while
you were writing, then you will break the focus and
you have to restart.
Speaker 4 (08:20):
How close are we to the band of stronghold at
this point?
Speaker 2 (08:23):
I believe you're about a day and a half away.
Speaker 8 (08:27):
Oh, you could talk to the hammer the next time
we set up camp, and then we can all ride
our horses. And you know, not sacrifice for innocent steed.
Speaker 3 (08:36):
This is not.
Speaker 4 (08:39):
You know what?
Speaker 3 (08:39):
That horse doesn't matter.
Speaker 4 (08:41):
Damn.
Speaker 8 (08:43):
All right, Well, I know there's not talking to you
out of the horse, out of steed murder. When you
set your mind to it, the.
Speaker 1 (08:49):
Horse stays no matter what I'm driving, stone cold steed.
Speaker 4 (08:54):
All right.
Speaker 8 (08:57):
Well, as we're taking off, then I will at least
untie the horse in the tree and give it a
firm slap on the behind, so it's running in the
opposite direction, so maybe it has a chance to survive.
Speaker 2 (09:10):
Okay, it begins making its way off. Are you guys
picking up camp? From what like it wouldn't It's not
a flall on campsite that you would all would have.
I'll be if a few rations here and they are
scattered about, do you quickly clean up and then go
or you just get on the horses and ride If the.
Speaker 8 (09:26):
Rations are mostly eaten and I don't think there's anything
valuable that we'd leave in camp, so I'm okay with
just picking up and riding so we don't have to
deal with the second river and everybody else.
Speaker 1 (09:37):
I pick up? Are we driving back past it? Are
we at the camp site where the horses are? Is
that where they are?
Speaker 3 (09:46):
Yes?
Speaker 1 (09:47):
Yes, okay, I'm literally just gonna go around and grab
the some of the stray chicken feed that fell out
of my pocket when I was sleeping, put it back
in my pocket, and get on the horse.
Speaker 4 (09:56):
It fell out of your pocket while you were sleeping.
Speaker 1 (09:59):
Not much of it, just a little bit, like literally
the smallest bit, But I care about every bit of
chicken feed.
Speaker 4 (10:04):
Okay, okay.
Speaker 2 (10:05):
Most important part, all right, is that what we're all doing,
we're just kind of quickly making haste. Yes, okay, you
all begin to write off, and you can still hear
the screeches coming from a distance. Once you're leaving, it
kind of sounds like it's actually rather close, within a
few hundred feet of you. But you do not see
where that why ver Nest was from where you are,
(10:28):
and especially so as you write off, you have no
clue whether or not it is going to follow, or
if it will be able to But you all make way.
Is there anything that is being done as he guys
are heading out?
Speaker 1 (10:41):
Yes, Hamlik is gonna sing sea shanty to keep everyone
in good spirits?
Speaker 2 (10:47):
All right, which sea shanty is this?
Speaker 1 (10:51):
It's gonna be called Espresso. Bye the Selena.
Speaker 4 (11:00):
Carpenter.
Speaker 1 (11:00):
Yes, yes, Selena the Carpenter.
Speaker 2 (11:05):
Uh huh, okay, are you gonna give us a little rendition?
Speaker 3 (11:09):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (11:09):
Sure, guys, this is handling speaking. If you guys want
to join, please feel free.
Speaker 8 (11:18):
I think when you got this, show us what you
got happened, like I believe in you.
Speaker 1 (11:22):
Yes, that's me Expresso.
Speaker 8 (11:29):
Oh this is gonna be our next three hours of Friday,
isn't it.
Speaker 1 (11:34):
The thing with Handlick is he only knows that one
part of the song, So it's only that one part
on loop.
Speaker 2 (11:41):
All right, that's beautiful. For the next However long Hamlck
just repeats that over and over. Is anybody keeping an
eye out or you guys dress making way?
Speaker 3 (11:51):
Huh sir howkins? So we focused on this hammer.
Speaker 8 (11:55):
Yes, Larry will be keeping an eye out, and belch,
try and ride up front and keep everyone on track
and moving as fast as possible.
Speaker 2 (12:04):
Okay, Larry, go ahead and roll a perception check at
disadvantage for me. I'm saying disadvantage because you're also trying
to ride on the trail.
Speaker 5 (12:14):
Okay, click the wrong thing, Okay, perception I got a sixteen,
all right, I would disadvantage of eleven?
Speaker 4 (12:22):
Oh an eleven?
Speaker 2 (12:23):
Okay, you steer the wife urn and it does seem
like it is still you can't honestly, you can't really
tell with an eleven. You can still hear it, but
you do not see it flying in the sky or
any other instance of it. I have a question, as
a reminder, where is the two eggs? Are they in
(12:44):
the bag of holding? Because I know there's one that's
in Hamlick's bag.
Speaker 4 (12:48):
Yes, the other two are in the bag of holding.
Speaker 2 (12:50):
Okay, noted? All right, you guys are kind of writing
and can I get someone to go ahead? And roll
a D twenty for me to see how the rest
of this day goes.
Speaker 1 (12:59):
I can do it. It's gonna be a solid nine.
Speaker 2 (13:05):
Okay, as you all are writing, what's the kind of order?
I'm assuming Larry's in the back because he's kind of
keeping an eye out. Well, I guess that kind of
answers it for me because beltrazars in the front. Sir
Hogan and Hamlick are in the middle. All right, Larry
and Hamlick, go ahead and give me another perception check
at disadvantage is forty or so minutes into writing.
Speaker 1 (13:30):
I got a sixteen at disadvantage.
Speaker 6 (13:34):
I got a five at disadvantage, all right, Hamlick.
Speaker 2 (13:38):
Out of the corner of your eye, all of a sudden,
there's something swooping in very fast. You look over and
you do see the wyevern making a.
Speaker 4 (13:50):
Swoop towards you, towards me.
Speaker 2 (13:53):
What are you doing in this moment? It seems like it.
Speaker 1 (13:57):
I am going to take What does the road look
like that we're on.
Speaker 2 (14:03):
It's it's kind of just a plane dirt road. There's
trees on either side. There's an area up ahead where
there's like a bit of a field, but right now
it's just dirt road about twenty ish feet across, and
then about another fifteen twenty feet towards the tree line.
Speaker 1 (14:23):
Okay, So what I'm gonna do is I'm going to
do can thomaturgy create like a vision like a is
like a like a like a vision of something?
Speaker 4 (14:40):
Or no, let me look at thomoturgy. I think that's
minor illusion.
Speaker 2 (14:45):
Yeah no, yeah, there does not create like a little
image of anything. That would definitely be minor illusion. Okay,
what domaturgy is typically more voc like more audible.
Speaker 1 (14:55):
I'll do a silent image and am I sure that
the wavern is right on us? Or is it coming in?
Speaker 2 (15:04):
It's you see it kind of flying in the tree
line and you see it begin to soup. The point
of that perception check is that you see it just
before it makes like its official swoop in at you.
Speaker 1 (15:16):
Okay. So I'm going to hold up a silent image
of one of its eggs and toss it over into
the most like tree branched area to where it's hidden
(15:36):
like away from us.
Speaker 4 (15:37):
Okay, okay, and.
Speaker 1 (15:40):
Then go take off a run and tell them to run.
Speaker 2 (15:44):
Okay, the image appears, But I'm going to read silent
image real quick second, make sure I understand.
Speaker 4 (15:54):
Okay, yeah, you do.
Speaker 2 (15:55):
So it's going to make an intelligence check to see
if it actually falls for it, which I'm assuming this
guy is not very smart at all. That is a
five to his intelligence. Let's see what he rolls A one.
Oh okay, don't worry. He rolled a four minus three
for a one.
Speaker 3 (16:17):
So much better.
Speaker 2 (16:17):
Yeah. Yeah, you tossed that and it looks perfect, and
it just immediately starts to swoop towards you and then
completely turns course and goes directly into the bushes and
starts looking for it.
Speaker 1 (16:32):
Guys, we gotta go. Now, run and then I'll I
take off, I bolt.
Speaker 3 (16:42):
Okay.
Speaker 2 (16:42):
See, you guys are going at full speed on the horse.
Speaker 8 (16:45):
Is that when it dove into the bushes? I don't
know how far ahead. I don't know if we had
to specify, but is it within a thirty feet of
me when it dives into the bushes to search for
the egg?
Speaker 2 (17:01):
I'm gonna say no, because you guys are kind of
you were constantly moving at well, I guess one hundred
and twenty foot per round, assuming you're dashing with the horses,
and he would have thrown it to the side and
took about a second or two before it actually swooped down.
So I'm going to assume it's out of thirty foot range.
Speaker 4 (17:21):
All right, gotcha?
Speaker 8 (17:23):
Then yeah, we will continue on. Then dash and dash
and dashing these spouches or will.
Speaker 2 (17:30):
Okay, anything else from the rest of y'all.
Speaker 1 (17:36):
Keep going, keep going, sir Hogan, nothing's wrong, Just keep
learning and I go. I keep going.
Speaker 3 (17:43):
Okay.
Speaker 2 (17:44):
You hear a loud screech from behind you. You can
kind of assumed it's kind of figured out that it
was a ruse. It is not very happy, or at
the very least, it cannot find the egg, but it
still smells it from coming from your direction. You are
continue writing, and based on the speeds, you do not
(18:10):
see it for another little bit, sir Hokan, go ahead
and give me a general constitution saving throw to see
how well you're able to concentrate while writing this fast.
Speaker 3 (18:24):
I got a.
Speaker 2 (18:26):
Fourteen, okay, I was looking for thirteen on there, So yes,
let's go. Another little bit passes, and you do attune
to this weapon, so let me go go ahead and
add it to your character sheet, oh man, and feel
free to go ahead and read it out to us.
Speaker 3 (18:47):
Oh oh, okay, okay, where is it at?
Speaker 2 (18:52):
I should be in your journal? We have a journal, yes,
like where your character sheet is and everything.
Speaker 3 (18:59):
Oh okay, yeah, like where.
Speaker 2 (19:04):
It should be in your journal now, just right like
right below your character Is it not there?
Speaker 3 (19:08):
Oh? I'm sorry? Yeah yeah. Blink hammer. It is a
plus one light hammer. The sides of the hammerhead are
inscribed with an image of a dog with elongated features,
and it seems to be vanishing finally forced light hammer,
perfectly balanced and ideal for throwing. It contains three charges
and regains one d three charges after a long risk.
(19:31):
It has two abilities. The first one is blink the
round you throw the dagger. Well, in this case of hammer,
you may use a bonus action to expend a charge
to teleport to that hammer's location and grab hold of
it so long as it is within one hundred feet
of you. And the second ability is bound return and
(19:51):
as a bonus action I can recall the hammer. It
will vanish from its current location and materialize in my hand.
Wom teliboarding hammer.
Speaker 4 (20:03):
That's kind of teleboarding palette.
Speaker 2 (20:06):
Dangerous. I went behind in there and fixed it.
Speaker 3 (20:11):
There we go there we go.
Speaker 2 (20:13):
It now says hammer works supposed to say hammer. So
you all continue writing. You are now attuned to this
hammer in about another ten minutes pass is anybody? Is
Larry still the one who is primarily keeping an eye
out for the wyvern?
Speaker 1 (20:29):
I feel like Hamlick will now since he's since he's
afraid that the wavern is right off.
Speaker 4 (20:34):
Okay, okay, this spelcher or just had that encounter.
Speaker 8 (20:39):
Belsho will also keep half an eye out for the
wiron as well.
Speaker 2 (20:42):
Okay, if everyone's going to be keeping an eye out,
this will slow you down.
Speaker 8 (20:47):
Office those is down, Belshore, keep writing hard so everyone
can stay going fast and just not focus on surroundings.
Speaker 4 (20:54):
In that case, okay, uh.
Speaker 2 (20:57):
Can I get Hamlick and Larry to make another perception
check disadvantage?
Speaker 4 (21:01):
This is as.
Speaker 2 (21:03):
Sir Hogan is finishing a tudament.
Speaker 1 (21:06):
I got a gnat one for a four, all right,
and then Larry got a nine.
Speaker 2 (21:11):
Okay, you don't even hear the thing anymore. You are
kind of hoping that you lost it, and you continue
writing on and see here the good sign.
Speaker 4 (21:27):
Surely nothing bad it is about to happen.
Speaker 3 (21:30):
All right.
Speaker 2 (21:31):
That's that yeah, don't worry about the dice rolling.
Speaker 4 (21:36):
It's okay, guys. God told me not to worry about
the dice rolling.
Speaker 2 (21:42):
Okay, handle it out of out of nowhere, seeming it
comes swoops in. You did not see it coming, and
it takes a bite at you for a fifteen Does
that hit?
Speaker 3 (21:55):
Yes? Okay? Is it that little stone cold steed?
Speaker 2 (22:00):
No? No, just handle it.
Speaker 3 (22:02):
Okay.
Speaker 2 (22:04):
So it's going to be two D six plus four.
That's eleven plus four, so fifteen damage on you handle it?
Speaker 6 (22:13):
Ooh jeez.
Speaker 2 (22:15):
And then it is going to make another attack as
soon as I fixed this.
Speaker 4 (22:22):
There we go.
Speaker 2 (22:24):
With its stinger. Does a twenty six hit?
Speaker 1 (22:28):
Oh my gosh, yeah.
Speaker 4 (22:31):
This is a lie the last one. The last one
was a bitch.
Speaker 2 (22:38):
Go ahead and roll a constitution saving through it for me,
I got a seventeen seventeen does save. So you're going
to take half the poison damage, which you'll bring that
to twelve poison damage on top of thirteen piercing.
Speaker 4 (22:52):
How are you doing?
Speaker 1 (22:53):
Not too good? I'll be honest with you, none, not
too good? Boys.
Speaker 3 (23:02):
Can I lay hands on him from like since I'm
sitting behind him on the.
Speaker 2 (23:06):
Horse, Yes, it makes this attack and then it swoops out.
Speaker 4 (23:10):
So, oh, both of you would get a taxi.
Speaker 2 (23:13):
Yes, sir Hogan and Hamlinul, you both get taxes opportunity
on it.
Speaker 3 (23:18):
Oh, I guess I would have light my light hammer
in hand, so I'm just gonna take a swipe with that.
Speaker 4 (23:27):
Okay, Well, you don't have to have the light hammer
in hand. I would.
Speaker 2 (23:29):
I would argue that you could have swapped out for
your bigger hammer at this point if you wanted to.
Speaker 3 (23:33):
Oh, then then let's go big.
Speaker 4 (23:36):
Okay, let's go be big.
Speaker 3 (23:38):
All right? All right? What a roll? And I got
a I got a twenty seven.
Speaker 2 (23:43):
A twenty seven. Will it go ahead and roll damage?
Speaker 3 (23:47):
All right? I'm gonna kind of divine smile.
Speaker 4 (23:49):
Off the horse please, absolutely.
Speaker 3 (23:54):
Awesome. I'm just gonna do a first level one. So okay,
that would be ill to attack. So I got a
fifteen on the attack and then it's two D six,
right I think, yes? Or two eight, two eighty twoty eight.
Oh yeah, that's good. Got a six and a four,
(24:18):
so I've got twenty five damage twenty five.
Speaker 2 (24:21):
It screeches as it begins to pull away. Hammelick, you can,
but you're holding the reins so utmost I would say
you could punch it if you wanted to.
Speaker 1 (24:34):
Can I use my dagger?
Speaker 2 (24:38):
I I'm gonna say no, because you wouldn't have the
dagger out while you were riding the horse.
Speaker 1 (24:44):
Okay, well then I'll just throw a punch.
Speaker 4 (24:49):
Okay, go ahead and roll what? What rolled a punch?
Speaker 2 (24:54):
What?
Speaker 4 (24:55):
Just your strength? Just your strength?
Speaker 1 (24:57):
Oh no, U I got a nine?
Speaker 3 (25:03):
Okay.
Speaker 2 (25:03):
So this kind of this thing swoops in, bites you
hard on the shoulder and holds you there while it
comes in with the stinger and it gets you right
in the side, sir Hogan from behind makes a big
old slam right on its head, and you kind of
just try to slap it away, like no, not go away,
stay away from my horse?
Speaker 3 (25:25):
All right?
Speaker 1 (25:26):
Uh? Can okay? Can I Larry, Larry, can you give
me an egg so we can get this thing off me? Please?
I'm hurt?
Speaker 3 (25:42):
He help?
Speaker 6 (25:44):
Okay, yeah, come back?
Speaker 4 (25:47):
Who would like to? Anybody can roll nature for me?
Speaker 6 (25:51):
I'll do it. Hold on, let me get to my
little nature screen.
Speaker 4 (25:55):
Okay, Nature's intelligence. I'll also roll nature.
Speaker 8 (25:59):
Nature eighteen Nature from belt.
Speaker 6 (26:03):
Rezor six Nature from Larry.
Speaker 2 (26:09):
Belt rezor from what your your general understanding on how
wyverns work. They are typically not aggressive by themselves unless
they are defending or trying to get back one of
their eggs. And you do know that they are able
to smell their eggs from.
Speaker 8 (26:28):
Afar in response to Hamla yelling. If it costs a reaction,
I don't mind, but just Welsher will say, it's not
that he knows you have the egg in his head,
as he can smell the egg. Even if you throw one,
he's just gonna keep coming back to the one he
can smell. So either we kill it or we put
all of them in the bag of holding. Either one
is good, and to be fair, I mean good god
(26:51):
sir hoging it up?
Speaker 4 (26:53):
Number on them?
Speaker 8 (26:54):
A good jobs are hugging.
Speaker 3 (26:56):
That's just what.
Speaker 4 (26:56):
Belcheres are saying.
Speaker 1 (26:57):
Okay, okay, guys, how about this. I tossed the one
in my bag since he smells it, you keep the
egg in yours, and you just give me one of
your eggs later so we don't have to fight this thing.
How does that sound?
Speaker 8 (27:11):
It may still smell it, They can smell it for
very far away.
Speaker 1 (27:14):
Yes, But if the only one that can smell is mind,
we get rid of the one I.
Speaker 4 (27:19):
Have, and but when we take the next one out,
then it will smell the next.
Speaker 6 (27:24):
Where we'll discuss this later.
Speaker 4 (27:25):
Let him throw his eggs.
Speaker 1 (27:28):
We'll do it at the camp, not right now. I'm
gonna throw your egg. I toss my egg as far
as I can. Well, I wait until it's like in
range of seeing me, which I'm figuring I'm I'm looking
at it now because I'm hurting. I wait until it
gets closed, and I toss it as far as I
can into the bushes behind us, so it doesn't follow.
Speaker 2 (27:52):
So yet you make the toss, and you almost immediately noted, like,
lose visual on it as it sid It hits the
air brake and you can kind of sweep in towards
the bushes. You all continue writing on yes and yeah,
you lose visualization. You don't hear it vocalizing anymore. Is
(28:15):
there anything else? Do you ever want to do?
Speaker 4 (28:17):
Heal me, heal me?
Speaker 3 (28:21):
Yeah, let me wait, sir, look this health potion my bought.
Speaker 8 (28:28):
Wait, you might want to use your lay on hands
since that recharges over a long rest, and we're probably
gonna go to sleep before we meet the man.
Speaker 3 (28:34):
It's shut up, old man, nobody.
Speaker 4 (28:39):
Nobody cares about the old man.
Speaker 1 (28:41):
Knowledge using logic. But yes, can you do that?
Speaker 4 (28:44):
I'm sorry, passive passive a health potion? Okay?
Speaker 3 (28:52):
Uh?
Speaker 2 (28:53):
Let me look up potion of feeling real quick. Sure
I know how much I wrote.
Speaker 3 (28:57):
I wrote it down last time. It's two d four plus.
Speaker 2 (28:59):
Two okay, so maximum of ten. So go ahead, and
are you drinking at handlick?
Speaker 5 (29:06):
Uh?
Speaker 3 (29:08):
Sir Hogan?
Speaker 1 (29:08):
You sure you don't want to use lay on hands? First?
Speaker 3 (29:12):
Drink the potion?
Speaker 7 (29:12):
Boy?
Speaker 3 (29:13):
All right?
Speaker 1 (29:15):
You said two dy four?
Speaker 2 (29:15):
What twenty four plus two? This costs sixty gold.
Speaker 1 (29:20):
By the way, I got five health.
Speaker 2 (29:25):
Got five, which is a fifth of what you could
be healed by from sir.
Speaker 1 (29:32):
Sir, Sir Hogan, please please help.
Speaker 4 (29:37):
Look, this is a place of knowledge or I need
to save it.
Speaker 1 (29:41):
You just give me a little I need a little taste.
Speaker 3 (29:44):
Please, I'm gonna I'm gonna give him five on hands.
Speaker 6 (29:52):
And then after that Larry will give him a healer's kit.
Also use my five.
Speaker 1 (30:02):
I don't care. Just keep me more health please. I'm steward,
I'm still in bed shape.
Speaker 2 (30:08):
Are you all still writing fast?
Speaker 8 (30:11):
I feel I feel like we can slow down now
right start traveling at the standard speed because we do
want to stop and have a long rest before we
get to the bandit camp, because all in all, we've
made actually pretty good time.
Speaker 4 (30:24):
Correct, Oh deity, who knows that? Okay?
Speaker 8 (30:26):
Yeah, I figure so since we're making such good time,
we probably afford to rest before we hit the bandits
and not be yelled at when we get back, since,
like I said, we've actually been pretty efficient in terms
of how fast we've been going. So if anybody wants
to do something else, feel free to speak up.
Speaker 6 (30:46):
Well, I would just have to have like, we would
have to stop for me to to heal him with
my healer's kid.
Speaker 4 (30:51):
So, oh I see, well.
Speaker 1 (30:53):
Let's just get does that like, let's just get to
camp and then we'll heal please.
Speaker 4 (30:59):
Okay, okay, give like, oh sorry, go ahead.
Speaker 2 (31:03):
Did you say that you were aiming for bushes?
Speaker 3 (31:06):
Uh? Yeah?
Speaker 2 (31:07):
Can you go ahead and make a dexterity check for me?
Speaker 1 (31:11):
I sure can just dexterity by itself?
Speaker 3 (31:14):
Yeah? Oh lord seven?
Speaker 2 (31:19):
Okay, no one would have saw where it landed or
how it landed.
Speaker 1 (31:23):
Wait waite inspiration.
Speaker 4 (31:27):
Most important role a natural.
Speaker 2 (31:32):
Okay, you, in fact you saw it land perfectly safe
in the bushes and did not break and cause the ire.
Speaker 4 (31:39):
Of the wifer.
Speaker 2 (31:41):
Okay, you all may continue.
Speaker 4 (31:46):
All right?
Speaker 8 (31:47):
Uh so we can stop from like one minute and
let Larry use the heroes kit, or we can keep
going until nightfall and make camp.
Speaker 1 (31:55):
What do you all think I can I can handle
till nightfall, but we go please.
Speaker 8 (32:01):
Okay, okay, yeah, And we will continue going until we
set up camp at night fall. If like, from our
knowledge of the area, if we I belches over anybody else,
and He'll say, if anybody else knows if we're getting
really close to the bandit hideout, you know, tell us
all and we can you know, stop like you know,
thirty minutes outside before we get there and set up
(32:23):
camp and then we'll travel tomorrow. But let's just travel
as far as we can make camp and then hopefully
hit the Bandits tomorrow. And that will be the plan,
unless anybody else has anything else they would like to suggest.
Speaker 1 (32:37):
I just want to heal.
Speaker 3 (32:38):
It's sir, it's sure.
Speaker 2 (32:40):
Hogan approved, all right, Okay, the rest of the day
goes uneventful for the most part. You will make camp
and you can go ahead and have your long rest
hand lick. Is there anything else you as won't need
to discuss or do before start the next day.
Speaker 1 (32:58):
I feed my chickens.
Speaker 2 (32:59):
Oh actually, uh, who's taking watches? I don't remember how
we did it last time.
Speaker 1 (33:07):
I'm just long resting.
Speaker 8 (33:09):
Okay, well, we are in Manett territory now, so we
should probably figure out a pretty good system. I can
take the final watch, since I'm up at that point
in time.
Speaker 4 (33:21):
Anyway, since I go to sleep so early, and then.
Speaker 2 (33:27):
Sorry, I was just rolling a D one hundred to
see what's going to happen tonight.
Speaker 4 (33:30):
For mysterious purposes. Anything happens.
Speaker 6 (33:33):
Yeah, yeah, sure, I guess Larry can take first watch.
Speaker 4 (33:39):
Sure, Hogan, could you take middle watch?
Speaker 3 (33:42):
Me and Darla got it all right.
Speaker 8 (33:46):
I guess ham Nelik is extremely grievously injured. That's that
is valid, like you have, you've got a whole asshole
it off.
Speaker 4 (33:54):
That's true.
Speaker 8 (33:55):
That's true economically, the horrible grievous injuries. Actually it doesn't
here after we take, after we sleep the night away.
It's crazy how that works anyway, just magic anyway. So
that's that's the watch order. Okay, go ahead and have
each of you roll perception checks. Besides, of course, it's
(34:16):
canonically Belchi will use uh the hooters to get an
aerial view. I don't know if that helps with the
perception or not, or if it's just flavor. I'm cool
with it just being a flavor. Excuse me, what you
can use the what hooters?
Speaker 4 (34:30):
My familiar? Oh yeah, I forgot about you're familiar? Okay, yes, yes,
like the the the chain, restaurant, the restaurant he summons,
and entire hooters.
Speaker 1 (34:42):
I pulled down my shirt. Let them watch.
Speaker 2 (34:47):
There's summer, some in woodland beings and there's someon hooters.
Speaker 4 (34:50):
Yes, oh boy, all right, it's just fine. And everyone
off what they rolled? Please, Larry got a one, got
a three? All right, take us away, sir, you gotta steven.
Speaker 3 (35:14):
All right.
Speaker 2 (35:16):
So the first two watches go through fine. On the
third watch, I believe, which was Beltrez order, yes it
will be my fault. Yes, you hear kind of a
screech off in the distance, unknown animal. But then there's
the night goes through smoothly. You all got very lucky
(35:39):
that the role my role was in y'all's favor. Wow,
that was a nasty chain of perception roles.
Speaker 4 (35:49):
Okay, it would have been mad had we kept the
egg o.
Speaker 3 (35:56):
Wall.
Speaker 2 (35:56):
Wake up in the morning, and I assume you continue
to make a way, And this is the day that.
Speaker 4 (36:01):
We actually reached the camp, isn't it.
Speaker 2 (36:04):
Yes, it'll be towards the kind of end of the day.
Speaker 8 (36:07):
Oh okay, Well, should we ride hard and try and
make it there around noon or should we try and
stealth in at the during the night?
Speaker 4 (36:16):
What do you all think?
Speaker 6 (36:19):
I mean, I have night vision now so.
Speaker 4 (36:23):
And I do not, but they probably have guards.
Speaker 3 (36:26):
But I don't know. I don't know.
Speaker 4 (36:27):
What do you start, Hogan Ham Like, what do you think?
You know?
Speaker 8 (36:30):
All in guns blazing high noon? Or stealth in and
kill as many as we can before they realize what's
going on at night? I'm undecided, to be honest.
Speaker 3 (36:38):
We go in.
Speaker 9 (36:39):
Trogan loves a good bloodbath, but he's got a teleporting
hammer he'd really like.
Speaker 3 (36:44):
To try out.
Speaker 1 (36:47):
We go how about this old man? We do go
in a full of blaze at night? Thoughts.
Speaker 8 (36:58):
I feel like if we're you know, it's if it's
on what everyone wants. I feel like going in full blaze.
We could just do that as soon as we got there.
Speaker 1 (37:08):
No, we have the surprise attack at night I.
Speaker 8 (37:12):
Mean, actually, that's that's a fair point. Was that was
that you being tactical, hamdle Lick.
Speaker 1 (37:17):
No, I like to strip at the biggest, at the
biggest boom.
Speaker 4 (37:23):
Ah, there he is. Okay, okay, we're good. We're good,
all right, So I guess so.
Speaker 8 (37:28):
We wait a little bit after we get there, and
then we go in under the cover of night and
just blit screak full on Russia before they realize what's
going on.
Speaker 4 (37:36):
Is that the general plan?
Speaker 1 (37:39):
Yes, Hamdlelick punches his fists and says, shut up, old man,
let's do.
Speaker 8 (37:43):
It all right. I mean, we still have a handful
of hours before we get there, handing like you, you understand.
Speaker 1 (37:49):
That we're why you ruin everything? Old man?
Speaker 4 (37:53):
I'm sorry.
Speaker 8 (37:54):
Next time, I will fold space and time to get
us there as soon as the plan is finished. Handlelick,
I hate you, thank you?
Speaker 1 (38:01):
I hate you so much?
Speaker 8 (38:06):
Is just laughing on his sourse. It's okay, I love you, having.
Speaker 1 (38:10):
I'm serious, I'm serious. I hate you. Why would you
do this? Why do you ruin my day? Every time
I forgive you and you do this? Why you do this?
Speaker 4 (38:19):
Oh, you don't understand when you're older, having a look.
Speaker 8 (38:22):
It's one of the few joys us elderly people have
messing with the you I hate you, belst will laugh
as we ride on to this high noon side, I guess,
or whatever time it is at this point.
Speaker 2 (38:37):
All right, can I get one more person to roll
a D twenty for me? Do you see how the
day's journey goes? Yeah?
Speaker 3 (38:41):
I got it, Sure would like to.
Speaker 1 (38:43):
Oh wait, go ahead, sir Hogan, go ahead, I got
a six.
Speaker 2 (38:47):
Okay, go ahead and roll a D six for me
as well.
Speaker 3 (38:53):
Oh lord, he just did. Got on.
Speaker 4 (39:01):
Nothing serious.
Speaker 2 (39:03):
Uh but there's just a lot of like brush and
bramble in the road, and if the area they're getting
to is much less of a primary road and literally
just a trail. Uh So there are animals that you
come across that have to slow down for, but nothing
dangerous happens. But you are slowed on your pace. You
(39:23):
will still reach freaking Rock Garrison by the end of
the day, but it will be into the evening.
Speaker 8 (39:31):
Oh I suppose that's fair. It's we were planning on
blitz greening them at night anyway, So too bad losing
a little time.
Speaker 4 (39:39):
But anyway, so riding on then, Okay, I'm not anybody
has anything.
Speaker 1 (39:47):
I'm ready to do. I'm ready to attack.
Speaker 3 (39:50):
Let's go, sure, Hoogan craves bloodshed, Larry is in.
Speaker 8 (39:56):
Honestly, it has been a while since Bochelo spilled the
blood and tasted the the hearts of his foes.
Speaker 4 (40:01):
So yes, off we go. Okay, you will continue to
make your way.
Speaker 2 (40:07):
You all begin to arrive. It's probably six ish in
the evening. There's still plenty of time before it gets
dark dark. You can see off in the distance, so
as a reminder, most of you have been here before once.
It is an old garrison that was used back when
(40:28):
there are many wars happening. It's kind of an L
shaped building, two stories high, with two walls that at
least used to lead to this third three story tower
out kind of in front that kind of watches out
for those incoming. It's very run down, disheveled. The last
(40:48):
time you all were here, there were dozens and dozens
of bandits. This time not much so from what you
can tell for a distance. You are aware that when
they attacked the castle there were very large body counts
of bandits who were basically massacred by the king soldiers.
(41:09):
And you are all approaching. Are you approaching stealthy or
you just kind of coming on up?
Speaker 3 (41:16):
Sir Hogan proposes an idea.
Speaker 4 (41:19):
What does this, Sir Hogan?
Speaker 3 (41:21):
So I'm not gonna do the voice I'm about to
get start explaining. Last time we were here, there was
a hole in the wall on like the back of
the castle, right because I think I jumped through it
until like the next floor.
Speaker 2 (41:33):
Uh no, you guys, you four, you three came by
yourselves and went through the main gates, and that's where.
Speaker 4 (41:42):
You're greeted by the bandits. You're so right, think something
you're thinking of the little one shot I did how
to play?
Speaker 3 (41:50):
Okay, I did retract? Let's kill them all?
Speaker 8 (41:55):
Should we try and stealth for until we see see
a few of them and then a suit As we
see as banditar in sight, we drop stealth and immediately
try and start murdering.
Speaker 4 (42:06):
I hate you, old man, It's okay.
Speaker 8 (42:11):
I secretly hate you to have like can he whisper
it so that the fai I just don't hear.
Speaker 4 (42:15):
They don't never believe you.
Speaker 1 (42:18):
I hate you, I.
Speaker 3 (42:21):
Love you.
Speaker 1 (42:23):
Let's let's go. I guess we'll do the old Man's plan.
Speaker 4 (42:27):
Oh, you guys are trying to stealthily approach.
Speaker 1 (42:33):
To approach and then we attack.
Speaker 3 (42:36):
Okay?
Speaker 2 (42:36):
Can I get everyone to I'm assuming you leave your
Are you bringing your horses or do you?
Speaker 4 (42:41):
Are you leaving them somewhere we can tie up the
horses at yeah, yeah, nearby the uh wherever we set
up the camp and they're already at.
Speaker 2 (42:52):
Okay, is this right off the trail or are you
trying to make it a little bit more hidden, more like,
you know, a couple of minutes off the troild least?
Speaker 4 (43:02):
Okay?
Speaker 2 (43:04):
Can I get everyone to go ahead and roll stealth
checks for me as you all begin to approach?
Speaker 8 (43:08):
Oh my gosh, well, stealth checks's very stealthy.
Speaker 3 (43:13):
Got seventeen.
Speaker 8 (43:15):
I was gonna say, before we roll stealth checks, Belcher
was going to give himself, Larry and the paladin them
emboldening bond if that is all right with the DIA.
Speaker 4 (43:28):
I was trying to get that in there before.
Speaker 2 (43:30):
Yeah, you can, we can retroactively at those. So you
guys all have emboldening bond. So go ahead, and so
who all's getting it?
Speaker 8 (43:41):
Belchizor Larry and Sir Hogan since Hammelik is a bit
more naturally stealthy than everybody else.
Speaker 4 (43:51):
Okay, so you.
Speaker 2 (43:53):
All can go ahead and add defours to your roles retroactively.
Speaker 3 (43:58):
I got a one for an eighteen.
Speaker 6 (44:01):
I got a three for a ten.
Speaker 8 (44:06):
Oh, I hope this D four is pretty good because
my heavy arbor is not doing me favors. Let's yeah,
uh D four one of the D four, you know what? Hmm,
because I'm so low compared to everyone else right now,
would be a six.
Speaker 4 (44:24):
I will use my.
Speaker 8 (44:27):
Hey, yeah, inspiration, I'll use my inspiration to reroll. Okay,
see if that helps me at all. Let's see and
then the stelters now, uh, technically better theoretically, instead of
a six, it's a nine.
Speaker 2 (44:46):
Okay, so we have a nine, a ten, and eighteen
and a fifteen. Yeah, let me go ahead and roll
and see how y'all compare the very low Wow.
Speaker 4 (45:01):
No, you don't know that.
Speaker 2 (45:02):
You don't know that, you have no idea. You all
begin to approach, and you do see there is a
single bandit up in the tower kind of keeping watch
over the entire area. But you just not seem he
seems mostly oblivious, oblivious to you all. From which direction
(45:23):
do you approach? You approach, like from the trail or
one of the sides.
Speaker 1 (45:27):
Uh, is there a way that Handley can get behind
him and snap his neck?
Speaker 2 (45:32):
Well, talk about that whenever you're able to get to there.
But as you were approaching, are you coming from let's
just say the south, which is the trail?
Speaker 4 (45:40):
The west? East, or north?
Speaker 6 (45:43):
I feel like we'd be a person from the side, right, Yeah.
Speaker 4 (45:45):
Definitely not on the trail.
Speaker 2 (45:48):
Okay, can you give me west or east?
Speaker 3 (45:50):
We'll just go west. I'm west.
Speaker 8 (45:53):
West sounds good to me too.
Speaker 2 (45:55):
Okay, let me go ahead and move your character tokens
over to the can properly approach battle map time?
Speaker 1 (46:03):
Well, yes, I was gonna say, I was gonna say,
Can I go east? I want to go to the
other side so that there's a potential of a sneak
attache for one of us.
Speaker 4 (46:12):
Okay, just Hamlet going the other way.
Speaker 6 (46:15):
Larry will go with Hamlet.
Speaker 2 (46:17):
Okay, divide and conquer or divide stud one of the two.
Speaker 8 (46:24):
You know, it's a fifty to fifty chance, and those
are good odds.
Speaker 6 (46:28):
Don't put all your eggs in one basket, you know.
Speaker 2 (46:31):
Exactly, Well, the issue is that you guys didn't put
all your eggs in the back of holding basket and
it caused the wife.
Speaker 4 (46:38):
And to keep it hacking.
Speaker 1 (46:39):
So well, look that that was.
Speaker 5 (46:43):
That was not us.
Speaker 4 (46:45):
Oh, Gertrude's fault.
Speaker 1 (46:47):
Don't blame Gertrude.
Speaker 6 (46:48):
We can't believe all right, it was Hamlet's fault.
Speaker 2 (46:51):
I'm gonna move you all to the map o. Oh lord, oh,
I need to give you a life, sir, sir Larry
vision night vision, sixty footman. And okay, because is everybody
(47:14):
able to see.
Speaker 3 (47:17):
Yes?
Speaker 2 (47:18):
Uh yes, like did you say you're waiting tonight?
Speaker 3 (47:25):
Yes?
Speaker 4 (47:26):
Yes, what are you doing as the light.
Speaker 8 (47:29):
Source belters are Uh, He'll let the others take it
first and he'll just have his uh you know ready,
ah right, I think we've decided this before it does toll.
The dead actually make a very audible sound when it's ringing.
Speaker 4 (47:46):
I don't believe so. I believe it's just in the
head of whoever Okay is receiving it. Gotcha, then he
will just ready to told the dead okay.
Speaker 8 (47:57):
Uh.
Speaker 2 (47:58):
The sound of dories phil fill the air around it
for a moment.
Speaker 4 (48:03):
Like around the target and how are out? Yeah?
Speaker 2 (48:08):
I would argue that you have to be right next
to it to hear it. It's like especially allowed within
the head of whoever's been targeted.
Speaker 8 (48:17):
Yeah, that makes sense, all right, Well he'll just ready
a told the dead then and whenever, you know, we
jump this one person, he'll pitch in. Can he actually
see the person in the tower? Is there a light
source in the tower?
Speaker 2 (48:30):
You are on the opposite side of the tower. You
two are coming in from the west.
Speaker 3 (48:36):
I see.
Speaker 2 (48:37):
I will put you next to Sir Hogan so you
can kind of follow along with him because you can
still see five feet right right?
Speaker 4 (48:43):
Yea, god damn it.
Speaker 8 (48:50):
We are so fucked, but you know what to excelsior anyway,
I'll follow your leads or Hogan.
Speaker 2 (48:57):
So who wants to make the first few moves? Team
West or Teamy Baby actually have a good idea? Who
wants to represent their team? And in an initiative role,
Larry will.
Speaker 6 (49:08):
Represent I vote Hamlick because Larry is not rolling.
Speaker 2 (49:13):
Good Hamlic and Belchers are go ahead and roll initiative.
Speaker 1 (49:18):
I got an eighteen, I got to twenty three.
Speaker 2 (49:21):
All right, sir Hogan and Belchers are you guys will
go first? What are you guys doing? So you are
approaching from the side. You do see there is a
huge hole in the back of this building and you
can yeah, so you up. You just so happened to
think incorrectly. But this is in fact the map that
y'all practiced on before. And see up to the second
(49:49):
story from this hole. That's mostly in the first story
the most explosion sometime agoin.
Speaker 3 (49:56):
Is there a window? Yeah, I can see it too,
don't think is that window that has that little it's
kind of like it.
Speaker 4 (50:04):
It's five feet wide.
Speaker 3 (50:06):
Okay, oh, gram, I had the old man with me.
I'm gonna throw a check a hammer through there. I
guess who he can, can't you?
Speaker 2 (50:16):
That's that and that is on me for making this
map incorrectly. Belchers are you can see that window and
there is light within there.
Speaker 3 (50:24):
Okay, all right, I'm gonna look over at uh want.
Speaker 4 (50:32):
We've been traveling together for months.
Speaker 3 (50:34):
I might got hit on the head a couple of times.
Speaker 4 (50:36):
That's that's fair.
Speaker 3 (50:37):
That's see.
Speaker 9 (50:39):
They expect us to go through the big hole, but
we're gonna go through the tiny window whenever we see
getting ready to kill and I just want to chunk
my hammer right through the window.
Speaker 4 (50:52):
Okay, go ahead and roll to attack.
Speaker 3 (50:56):
Here's a question. Uh my, that hammer isn't in my
thing yet. What do I need to hit? Oh?
Speaker 4 (51:01):
That is my apologies. I've meant to go go ahead
and make that. So go ahead.
Speaker 2 (51:06):
Let me hop on your character sheet real quick. As
soon as I find Sir Hogan, go ahead and roll
strength plus three.
Speaker 3 (51:16):
Okay, I got a twenty two, so plus three twenty five.
Speaker 2 (51:21):
Okay, yeah, just you throw it in, just completely shatter
the window. And he was laying through awesome on the inside.
Speaker 3 (51:33):
And I'm gonna use one of my blinks to just go.
Speaker 4 (51:38):
Okay, you meow.
Speaker 3 (51:41):
Well, that's that's my that's brought up. The blinking noise is.
Speaker 2 (51:44):
Sound like kind it is now in your character sheet. Okay,
see you teleport in there? Whoa and you can see
you're kind of in like a mess hall kind of situation.
There was a loud crashing noise of the glass breaking.
Belters are what are you doing?
Speaker 8 (52:06):
Elch our uses once per day free misty step from
fay touch.
Speaker 2 (52:10):
I will say it's the window is only about twenty
feet from you, so you could definitely use your movement
and just crawl it right inside.
Speaker 8 (52:18):
What uh yeah, Belsher would just save his once per day,
free one for that, and I'll it doesn't appear I can.
Speaker 4 (52:25):
I can crawl through the window, Jimmy.
Speaker 8 (52:27):
I mean I'm stuck.
Speaker 3 (52:30):
I'll do it for you.
Speaker 4 (52:31):
There you go, Thank you. I appreciate it. It was
my factor body was having different I just.
Speaker 3 (52:36):
Watched him like crawl into this window.
Speaker 4 (52:38):
Yes, you still have your movement, sir Hogan. Let'st the doorways.
Speaker 3 (52:46):
Okay, walk yep.
Speaker 2 (52:50):
Well as you get to be about right here, these
two bandits that are at the front of the building
turn around because they heard that glass breaking and they
see you beginning to approach. Oh, okay, you have about
another ten feet of movement if you want another.
Speaker 3 (53:07):
Do I have an action anymore since I threw the hammer.
Speaker 2 (53:11):
No, use your action to throw the hammer and bonus
action to blink to it.
Speaker 3 (53:14):
Okay, that's what I thought. So yeah, I'm just going
to uh go the full ten feet and uh run
at them both.
Speaker 2 (53:24):
Okay, Okay, So we're gonna pause here before we start
we roll official initiative.
Speaker 4 (53:33):
Uh Hamlick and Larry.
Speaker 8 (53:36):
I think you do have another attack though, So Hogan,
if you want to throw the hammer again.
Speaker 2 (53:42):
Well here's the thing. Once I did that they would
no longer be surprised if we weren't. This is there's
not a turn order happening yet because I wasn't expecting
you start immediately, and I didn't hit him.
Speaker 3 (53:53):
I didn't hit him with the hammer, so I don't
know if it'd be like me attacking them.
Speaker 2 (53:57):
Well, you can still, you can attack twice by throwing
and picking up and throwing again. But I'm just not
going to say no for this time.
Speaker 4 (54:06):
Right here.
Speaker 3 (54:07):
That's good, that's good.
Speaker 2 (54:09):
Okay, Hemlck and Larry, how are you all? Are you
too approaching?
Speaker 1 (54:14):
Okay?
Speaker 4 (54:15):
Ham?
Speaker 6 (54:15):
What's the plan?
Speaker 3 (54:17):
All right?
Speaker 1 (54:17):
You see this window over here?
Speaker 3 (54:20):
Oh?
Speaker 6 (54:20):
Whis window?
Speaker 1 (54:22):
There's a window over here that I can see. There's
light creeping out.
Speaker 3 (54:25):
I like it.
Speaker 1 (54:26):
I want to go through there.
Speaker 6 (54:27):
Okay, word Larry will approach the window.
Speaker 2 (54:34):
I'm not quite sure what when you're talking about. Can
you move your character token.
Speaker 3 (54:38):
Over to it?
Speaker 1 (54:39):
Over in this light? The direction up towards this way.
Speaker 4 (54:44):
Okay.
Speaker 2 (54:45):
So you two are coming from the east, so you
were on the side closest to the tower, but you're
kind of sneaking past it. There was a huge hole
in this wall that connects to the main building that
would lead to the courtyard. You two, as you pass by,
do see there are two guards stationed at the front
door to the actual building itself. What you see as
you approach is actually just a door. Do you continue
(55:09):
approaching the door or are you changing course?
Speaker 1 (55:14):
I so the guards are looking out towards the hole, right.
Speaker 2 (55:19):
Yeah, they're looking out into the courtyard right now. But guys,
I'm just gonna say, you guys are stealthy enough to
where you are not seen at the moment.
Speaker 1 (55:25):
Oh, then I'm gonna go through the hole. If they're
not looking in our direction, well.
Speaker 2 (55:29):
I mean they would be looking in that direction, they
just don't see you yet before as you are approaching.
Speaker 1 (55:35):
Um, okay, Larry, go back to where we just were.
We're gonna go the other direction.
Speaker 2 (55:46):
Okay, so you know this will take your entire time
if you guys decide to go back to where you were.
Speaker 1 (55:51):
All right, never mind, go back to where we went to,
and we're gonna go.
Speaker 4 (55:57):
Are you guys approaching that that door.
Speaker 1 (55:59):
Yeah, we're gonna go through the door.
Speaker 4 (56:01):
Okay, it is locked.
Speaker 6 (56:03):
Ooh, I got my lock picks.
Speaker 2 (56:05):
Hey, go ahead and roll your Thieu stools.
Speaker 6 (56:10):
Roll lock picks. Got it? Okay, I got an eleven.
Speaker 2 (56:16):
You can add it's you can add the D four.
Speaker 6 (56:20):
Oh right, D four, My bad, I'll get I'll remember
a one.
Speaker 2 (56:25):
So I got a twelve all right, Well it was
only a DC ten because it's a very basic door
with a very basic lock. You do, in fact open
the door and are able to step inside. As you
both are very stealthily trying to sneak in through the door,
you kind of get the lock pick just right open
(56:45):
the door. You begin stealthying your way in, and you
hear a window crash somewhere else in the building, and
you hear guards.
Speaker 3 (56:52):
Go all was that?
Speaker 6 (56:54):
That was?
Speaker 1 (56:54):
That was, sir Hogan? I can feel it. I can follow.
Speaker 2 (57:00):
Now. Can I have everybody go ahead and roll initiative
for me? Officially?
Speaker 3 (57:06):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (57:07):
Oh yes, officially.
Speaker 1 (57:09):
I got a twenty two.
Speaker 6 (57:13):
I think I also got to.
Speaker 3 (57:14):
Don't know, I got the nine nine nine nine nine
nine thing.
Speaker 4 (57:17):
I got a twenty one. How does that keep happening
to you, Sir Hogan? I mean.
Speaker 3 (57:24):
Larry's problem?
Speaker 2 (57:25):
Yeah thirteen yeah, yeah, I don't know why that's happening anyways. Okay,
that's actually really good. So both two of you got
a natural twenty on your initiative, and it happened to
be the the other crew trying to sneak in.
Speaker 4 (57:43):
East team.
Speaker 2 (57:45):
So we got a twenty two and a twenty two.
Oh yes, both got twenty two. Okay, who has the
higher dexterity?
Speaker 6 (57:53):
Probably not me.
Speaker 4 (57:54):
I have a fourteen fourteen.
Speaker 1 (57:56):
I also got a fourteen.
Speaker 2 (58:01):
Go ahead, and both of you roll dexterity real quick.
I guess to see who is slightly faster.
Speaker 1 (58:08):
I got a twenty two.
Speaker 2 (58:11):
Okay, let me move this right there, because you should
be zero point one four. I don't know why it's
not saying that. All right, hemlick, it is your turn.
You hear this window crashing off in the distance.
Speaker 1 (58:28):
Okay, what are we just in like a little stairwell?
Speaker 5 (58:31):
What are we?
Speaker 4 (58:32):
Where are we?
Speaker 2 (58:34):
So you two are in this hallway and you do
see jail sales immediately to your left. They are empty.
You do see some like bloodstains on the wall, but
you do not really see much. You assume this is
kind of a backway that's not currently being used.
Speaker 1 (58:50):
All right, well, I'm gonna go around the corner.
Speaker 2 (58:53):
Okay, and you see, oh go ahead, yeah, see you're
just in another small uh nine by nine in room,
there's some benches and there's a door leading out to
another hallway.
Speaker 1 (59:05):
I'm gonna go peek the door right here and see, like,
look down the hallway each way.
Speaker 2 (59:11):
Okay, you look down the hallway and you don't see anything.
Off to your left in the hallway, you see some
barrels in some like broken pieces of wall, but nothing
of note. Into the right, you see kind of a
bend to another section of the building and a doorway
that leads somewhere.
Speaker 1 (59:30):
All right, I'm gonna walk over to the bend and
look down the side of the corner.
Speaker 2 (59:35):
Okay, you kind of are very stealth and you look
down and you see Sir Hogan beginning, and I believe
that is gonna be all of your.
Speaker 4 (59:50):
Movement to get there.
Speaker 1 (59:53):
Okay.
Speaker 2 (59:53):
Yeah, maybe you moved a little bit more than you
should have, but I like that. So that's that's where
your movement will do you.
Speaker 1 (01:00:00):
Okay. So what I'm gonna do is can he see
me from where he is? I figure he can.
Speaker 2 (01:00:07):
He is in the middle of running, and Sir Hogan
is not the most perceptive guy, so he does not
necessarily notice you unless you say something all right.
Speaker 1 (01:00:16):
And I'm guessing we're still being stealthy here.
Speaker 4 (01:00:22):
That's up to you, Bud.
Speaker 2 (01:00:23):
You hear a window shatter and you see Sir Hokan
going screaming and running at someone.
Speaker 1 (01:00:28):
All right, Well, what I'm gonna do is, since I
can see him, I'm gonna cast message on him, okay,
and I'm gonna be like, where are you going, like
trying to be spooky, but it's obviously.
Speaker 4 (01:00:42):
Me okay, and he can also.
Speaker 3 (01:00:48):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (01:00:48):
So, sir Hogan, you're in the middle of running at
these guys and you'd hear okay, where are you going?
Inside of your head?
Speaker 3 (01:00:57):
Do I like get the respond running to wait for
my turn?
Speaker 4 (01:01:00):
You can respond right now, okay?
Speaker 3 (01:01:02):
Would I would I know it's hamd Alick. Would I
be able to tell.
Speaker 8 (01:01:08):
I, M.
Speaker 2 (01:01:10):
He's maybe done this before, but that's not the front
of your mind. Yeah, I'm gonna say you're not entirely sure.
Speaker 3 (01:01:17):
Okay. It definitely like throws me off guard for a second,
but Hogan sees two bandits that need to die, so
it probably wouldn't deter me from stopping stopping my run. Okay.
Speaker 4 (01:01:34):
Is that the end of your turn? Handlick?
Speaker 1 (01:01:37):
Yeah? I'm gonna go ahead end there, okay, Larry, here go.
Speaker 5 (01:01:42):
Okay, I'm just gonna follow handlick the hard time since
he already checked everything out for me, that you.
Speaker 2 (01:01:50):
Be able to see what else coming through. You go
through the same hallway. You are right next to this door.
Speaker 4 (01:01:55):
That can be opened.
Speaker 6 (01:01:57):
Oh, I'm gonna open it.
Speaker 4 (01:01:59):
Okay.
Speaker 2 (01:02:00):
You open the door and you kind of see into
like a sort of hallway, not a hallway in office. Okay,
you still have your action if you wish to dash
or ready something.
Speaker 6 (01:02:16):
Man, I'll just get.
Speaker 5 (01:02:19):
I'll just I'm sure my mace is already out, but
just in case it's not, I'm gonna get it out
on my morning star, not my mace.
Speaker 2 (01:02:27):
Uh that comming into your turn, Larry, Yes, okay, belt resorts.
Speaker 4 (01:02:32):
Here go.
Speaker 2 (01:02:33):
You kind of you stealthily going through this shattered window,
and you see Sir Hogan step out to the middle
of this cafeteria mess hall area and he just begins
charging at someone.
Speaker 8 (01:02:45):
Well, this was a whole twelve seconds longer that we
last in stealth, and I originally thought we would. So
doing pretty good. We're making progress. So Belshore look around
the room, follows Sir Hogan by five ten fifteen, see
the two guards and just peek his head out by
the door and do a quick little rhymes binding ice
(01:03:11):
to the two guards right there, And that is a
con saving throw for both of them.
Speaker 2 (01:03:16):
Would that clip, sir Hogan? From where you are at there?
You're telling me behind him, I can.
Speaker 8 (01:03:21):
Move into the door since it's a cone. I thought
that because it would grow as it goes to just
an if you want to ensure, I can just step
five more feet forward to so there's definitely no question
of whether it would clipper or not, and just cast
it from there.
Speaker 4 (01:03:38):
Okay, what do they need to roll? It is a
constitution saving throw of a DC fifteen.
Speaker 2 (01:03:43):
Okay, so let's go ahead and roll for both of them.
First one got a I don't think they have a
plus to their constitution. Say they're not, they're not that special. Oh,
a plus one to con So you rolled a fifty,
so he just saves tragic and the other one rolls
(01:04:04):
a nine. So the one towards your right is in
fact enshrined with the ice. What kind of damage did
they take?
Speaker 8 (01:04:14):
And oh good, rolls eight seven and four and three
to eight. So they take the one that failed takes
nineteen points of cold damage, and the one that succeeds
takes nine or ten, depending.
Speaker 4 (01:04:25):
On how you want to round.
Speaker 2 (01:04:26):
It'll be round up, so that one takes ten cold
damage and the other one is just enshrined in ice
and he's gone.
Speaker 4 (01:04:34):
He's still no chance.
Speaker 3 (01:04:36):
Well that.
Speaker 8 (01:04:38):
I did it well here, So I will take one
five foot step back behind the door and into my turn.
Speaker 4 (01:04:46):
Hey, sir, Hogan, you go.
Speaker 2 (01:04:49):
You're beginning to charge you hear this voice in your
head and beltizer steps right next.
Speaker 4 (01:04:54):
To you and freezes these two guys. What are you doing?
There's a door.
Speaker 2 (01:04:58):
There's a hallway to your left, hallway to your right,
and uh, five foot ahead and to the left there's
a door, and five foot ahead to the right there's
a door, and fifteen feet ahead of you is the
door leading outside.
Speaker 3 (01:05:10):
Where are the bandit on the right. It's fully like
he's out, He's out of here. He's frozen.
Speaker 4 (01:05:18):
Yeah, yeah, he is frozen solid.
Speaker 3 (01:05:20):
Any other guy just took damage.
Speaker 4 (01:05:22):
Yes, he is very cold, but he is alive.
Speaker 3 (01:05:26):
Okay, I'm going to it has a bonus action. I
get to retrieve my hammer. Okay, so I'm gonna throw
it at him. Okay, go ahead and role project.
Speaker 2 (01:05:38):
I rolled in eleven. An eleven just misses.
Speaker 8 (01:05:46):
Yes, thank you, best story, welcome before for.
Speaker 2 (01:05:52):
Faith A fifteen will hit. Go ahead and roll damage. Wow,
I got nine, God dang it. Nine off of vote
A D four weapon is impressive. Yeah, bounces right off
his head and honestly, are you just saying you're just
gonna retrieve it?
Speaker 3 (01:06:11):
Yes, she's gonna come back to me. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (01:06:13):
It just bounces off his head and lands perfectly in
your hand.
Speaker 3 (01:06:16):
Awesome. I want to look at the ham and be like,
this is awesome. And since I heard the voice, now,
I'm gonna like look to my left and just see
handle it standing there and be like, did you see that?
That was so sick? Yep, And then I'm gonna continue
(01:06:41):
my movement down this hallway to the right, so'd be
twenty five, And then can I open that door to
my left?
Speaker 4 (01:06:53):
I think you can open both of them.
Speaker 2 (01:06:55):
I'll say, awesome, there we go and yeah, one leads
back to the room that's kind of broken with the
broken wall that you.
Speaker 3 (01:07:02):
Can kind of.
Speaker 4 (01:07:04):
Yeah, you could have it's a healer's choice.
Speaker 2 (01:07:08):
And the other one seems to be in an empty
like kind of dishoveled room.
Speaker 3 (01:07:12):
Okay, suss nothing, and it's gonna end his turn right there,
all right.
Speaker 2 (01:07:17):
Up next is the bandits they heard yelling, and there
is one who's gonna come out of that room right
next to the door, and he would barely see you
Vulture Zor before he sees Sir Hogan. Technically, she's gonna
(01:07:40):
come up and approach. You're gonna make a swipe at you.
He seemed to be lost ors the bathroom. Does a
ten hit ten missus. Okay, he makes a swipe and
its completely missus, who are you get what are you
doing here?
Speaker 4 (01:07:59):
Go ahead?
Speaker 3 (01:07:59):
Sorry?
Speaker 2 (01:08:00):
Up next, there will be another bandit who is actually
gonna approach from this area from a door leading into
the mess hall, who also sees you belt Rezor, and
it will finish his movement to approach you, who is
going to make a swipe at you. Of course, does
a sixteen hit sixteen missus. Oh my goodness, what scene
(01:08:22):
insane for a wizard eighteen domar class. Okay, that is
going to end their turn because any other bandits would
not be in the area to come at you. Up
next is Hemlick, what are you doing?
Speaker 1 (01:08:41):
I'm gonna run over towards the like where I saw
Sir Hogan because I saw him attacking, and there's a
guy right beside me. Correct when I run up.
Speaker 2 (01:08:54):
Yeah, as you're kind of running by the mess hole
right in front, right inside of the door, there are
two bandits of them is within your reach.
Speaker 1 (01:09:03):
Okay, what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna keep do.
I see Sir Hogan still right in front of me.
Speaker 4 (01:09:08):
Yeah, you see Sir Hogan down the hallway.
Speaker 1 (01:09:11):
Okay, as I'm running past, I'm still trying against Sir Hogan,
but I see him. I want to like pull out
my dagger from my hip sheath real quick and just
stabbing and then tug off running.
Speaker 2 (01:09:24):
Okay, God rule to attack.
Speaker 3 (01:09:27):
I love it.
Speaker 1 (01:09:29):
I gotten eleven.
Speaker 2 (01:09:32):
An eleven misses, Oh unfortunate. And as you kind of
run past, he's gonna make a swipe of his own
as an opportunity attack. Dan's an eighteen hit. Yeah, yeah,
all right, he's gonna deal uh six stephen damage as
(01:09:52):
he kind.
Speaker 4 (01:09:53):
Of run past. All Right, I'm there still have what
do you mean You're down?
Speaker 1 (01:09:57):
Like I'm like I went, I took my health.
Speaker 2 (01:10:00):
You just keep going oh, okay, okay, he still about
ten more feet of movement from where you are.
Speaker 1 (01:10:05):
All right, I'm gonna run up to Sir Hogan five ten,
I'm right beside him. Be like, oh, thank goodness, go
away from Larry. He's kind of lame.
Speaker 3 (01:10:19):
Yeah, at least you go on a stealth like, what's
that about? Yeah?
Speaker 1 (01:10:22):
Did you I tried? Did you see how cool that was?
I if I had gotten him with that dagger hit,
that would have been so cool.
Speaker 3 (01:10:28):
Or you would have got he would be dead.
Speaker 1 (01:10:31):
He would be so dead, right now, that was so dead. Yeah,
it was just it was a mishap. He moved.
Speaker 4 (01:10:42):
Conversation.
Speaker 5 (01:10:43):
Yeah, since I saw that the bros Are reunited, I'm
going to go into this office that I just opened
the door for.
Speaker 3 (01:10:49):
Hm.
Speaker 6 (01:10:50):
Oh okay, ooh ooh okay.
Speaker 2 (01:10:55):
And then there's a little yeah, and off to the
left of this area there's another It opens to another area.
It seems to be kind of mostly storage, and just
inside of there, if you look to the left, you
see a door that leads to a mess hall area
and you do see a bandit down the way harassing belts,
but also in the far corner from where you are,
there is a set of stairs that seemed to lead up.
Speaker 6 (01:11:18):
Okay, I will if I shoot an arrow, will it
hit beltas Or?
Speaker 2 (01:11:27):
If you roll extremely poorly, there is a chance, but
probably doctor.
Speaker 5 (01:11:32):
All right, well, I'm gonna shoot my crossbow at this
bandit right directly in front of Beltasor.
Speaker 4 (01:11:39):
Okay, oop, and I got.
Speaker 2 (01:11:42):
A nineteen and nineteen will hit go and roll damage six? Okay,
you get one right in the right in the back.
If you like, you can use your bonus action to
reload and fire another shot.
Speaker 6 (01:11:56):
That's exactly what I want to do, So I'll fire
another shot.
Speaker 3 (01:12:00):
And I got a.
Speaker 6 (01:12:05):
At seventeen, all right, go ahead and world damage. And
then I got a nine.
Speaker 4 (01:12:13):
Okay, another nine?
Speaker 2 (01:12:15):
Does this guy in He kind of shoots forward and
almost falls over Beltrazor a little bit as he's shot
twice in the back. Oh my, all right, anything else
for it? Any turn, Larry?
Speaker 8 (01:12:28):
That's it?
Speaker 2 (01:12:29):
Okay, Beltrazor. This bandit almost like lunges at you.
Speaker 4 (01:12:34):
Just kind of falls over you a little bit. And
there's this other one right in front of you as well.
What are you doing.
Speaker 9 (01:12:41):
That?
Speaker 8 (01:12:42):
The only other bandage in the room is dead, and
Larry seems to be going I should probably join my friend.
I'm very very sorry about this. Well, I suppose I'll
select my character move a little bit out.
Speaker 4 (01:12:55):
I'm moving the entire map. There we go, while still
within his range.
Speaker 8 (01:13:00):
Want to get more closer to my comrade. There, and
I'll just do a point blank first level magic missile.
I doubt this will kill, but maybe this will dissuade him.
Speaker 3 (01:13:11):
Right, So that is.
Speaker 8 (01:13:13):
Three D four plus three, so that is three plus
five plus five, so ten thirteen points of force damage
to this bandity.
Speaker 2 (01:13:26):
And it gets him and he it goes flying over
the table as you kind of shoot him past, like
shoot him shoot him up with the magic missiles. He
goes flying over the table.
Speaker 8 (01:13:36):
Bussers mid monologue. As he's cast, he goes, now you
should really think about leaving. Oh my god, I didn't
think you would die from that. Oh well, okay, well,
well Larry, shall we go? And he will end his
turn next to Larry and just to be ready to
move and explore the rest of this and that will
(01:13:58):
be the end of his turn.
Speaker 4 (01:13:59):
All right, Next is Sir Hogan.
Speaker 3 (01:14:02):
Sir Hogan is going to walk into this little closet
and open this other door.
Speaker 2 (01:14:09):
That's on the right wall, and it's just a little
sleeping chamber not currently being used.
Speaker 3 (01:14:17):
So he's gonna go that's lame, and he's gonna walk
right back out. Yep.
Speaker 2 (01:14:21):
And you notice that this place is kind of like
bear it seems like for you are getting the assumption
that they are quickly packing up everything here.
Speaker 3 (01:14:30):
Okay, And he's gonna look at him and it and
be like, there ain't nothing cool over here, gonna walk
back over his final five, he's gonna start walking back
to the main ring where everyone is.
Speaker 4 (01:14:43):
Okay, you still have your act a dash.
Speaker 3 (01:14:46):
Oh my gosh, thank you. That would have been dumb
like been to hear about. Oh dang, you'll kill more people.
That's awesome, and.
Speaker 4 (01:14:59):
Yeah, of your praise is appreciated. Continue for I'm done.
Speaker 3 (01:15:10):
All right.
Speaker 2 (01:15:11):
Up next are the bandits, uh and.
Speaker 1 (01:15:16):
The here should we wrap them eulogy? Since they're all dead?
Speaker 3 (01:15:21):
Is that their turn? As they get.
Speaker 2 (01:15:22):
Eulogies, Larry two bandits immediately come rushing down the stairs.
Speaker 6 (01:15:30):
Okay, I mean right at.
Speaker 2 (01:15:31):
You, as you're the only one they see right there,
and they're both gonna start making swipes at you. Okay,
I am assuming a five misses yes, and another five
miss uh. Yeah, they're just swiping at you. You're kind
of getting your morning Star up and kind of blocking
it perfectly. That's yeah, that's that is unfortunate. Gonna end
(01:15:55):
the bandits turn. Actually, hold on, Fred about this guy.
This guy, he's gonna hop down here. You can't see this,
so be quiet. You don't know what's going on.
Speaker 1 (01:16:06):
Oh spooky.
Speaker 2 (01:16:08):
Oh no thanks, That's gonna actually endo his turn, so
no one knows what happened there up next to handlick.
Speaker 1 (01:16:20):
All right, I'm just gonna run into the room. I'm
gonna be right beside vouchers are and can I how
tall are the other two? Because I am six foot tall?
How tall are they?
Speaker 2 (01:16:35):
Oh?
Speaker 8 (01:16:35):
Was definitely under six feet He's like five between five
eight and five ten.
Speaker 6 (01:16:42):
Same with Larry.
Speaker 2 (01:16:43):
I think I just listened to one of the earlier
installments and you said Larry is five eleven specific.
Speaker 6 (01:16:49):
Okay, five eleven. Then there we go.
Speaker 2 (01:16:52):
Yeah, I would say with there being two people and
between you and the bandits, it will give that the
one bandit you can can see half cover.
Speaker 1 (01:17:02):
Hey, can you guys do me a favor in duck
real quick?
Speaker 4 (01:17:08):
Well, get right on that on my turn if I can.
Speaker 1 (01:17:13):
Can they not during my turn? Can they not duck?
Speaker 2 (01:17:19):
They can duck, but it will still impose half cover.
Speaker 1 (01:17:22):
H Would it help them prevent from being hit by
any chance?
Speaker 3 (01:17:28):
Yes?
Speaker 2 (01:17:28):
Yeah, it's very very unlikely that you will hit them.
It is just you may go why trying to aim
around them?
Speaker 1 (01:17:35):
Okay, can you guys give me a quick duck real quick?
Speaker 4 (01:17:39):
Yep, like a little squat down.
Speaker 3 (01:17:44):
Okay.
Speaker 2 (01:17:45):
As you say that, you hear very faint in the distance.
Speaker 1 (01:17:48):
Uh oh, we gotta go now, guys. And then I
immediately go firebolt. I don't have to yell it, but
I want to want to yell it. So I'm gonna
yell fire by.
Speaker 4 (01:18:01):
And I got a twenty A twenty will hit go
in world damage?
Speaker 1 (01:18:06):
Yes, I got a thirteen damage.
Speaker 2 (01:18:11):
Yeah, you blow this guy away. He's done, so he's
going for another swipe on Larry. As Larry duck down.
But you just kind of like right the.
Speaker 1 (01:18:20):
Neck I got you, Larry. Don't you worry.
Speaker 3 (01:18:26):
All right?
Speaker 4 (01:18:27):
Anything else?
Speaker 2 (01:18:27):
You you turn a handlick?
Speaker 8 (01:18:29):
Uh?
Speaker 1 (01:18:29):
Yeah, Larry? Is there another guy over there? Yep? Hey, buddy,
what's your name?
Speaker 2 (01:18:38):
He doesn't you just hear some yelling going on from
over there. He does not respond to you.
Speaker 1 (01:18:43):
You're next, buddy, since you didn't want to give me
your name, You're next. And I got a chicken.
Speaker 2 (01:18:49):
Oh no, all right, that end of your turn.
Speaker 4 (01:18:53):
Yeah, that'll end to that time, Larry.
Speaker 3 (01:18:56):
Here you go.
Speaker 6 (01:18:57):
All right, I'm going to Morning's. Are this guy right
in front of me?
Speaker 3 (01:19:02):
Okay?
Speaker 6 (01:19:04):
And I rolled a fifteen?
Speaker 4 (01:19:08):
Okay, that'll hit.
Speaker 2 (01:19:09):
Go and roll damage a seven. Okay, whack you hit
him like right across the chest and he stops. Just
try to breathe in he still got your second attack.
Speaker 5 (01:19:19):
Yeah, I'm gonna hit him with the morning Star again,
and I got a nine plus four thirteen.
Speaker 4 (01:19:27):
All right, that'll hit.
Speaker 2 (01:19:29):
I got a nine okay, And as he's kind of
bending over trying to catch his breath, you just hit
him again right on the back and he just falls
flat on his on his belly.
Speaker 6 (01:19:38):
Amazing. Okay.
Speaker 5 (01:19:41):
And then I'm going to walk up the stairs, head
towards the stairs.
Speaker 2 (01:19:47):
Okay, see here, it's about fifteen foot to there.
Speaker 4 (01:19:52):
Do you go all the way up?
Speaker 1 (01:19:54):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (01:19:55):
Okay, you hear I'm gonna transport your character. Don't freak out.
You didn't see that. Okay, all right, and you are
at the top of the stairs. You kind of see
this landing area again, very dishuffled. Things are kind of
strewn about. You do not see anybody at the moment.
Speaker 6 (01:20:17):
Okay, how much movement did I use to get.
Speaker 2 (01:20:21):
Those You have five more feet of movement where you are.
Speaker 6 (01:20:26):
Well, I'm going to use my five feet of movement
to get out of the way of the opening.
Speaker 4 (01:20:32):
Of the stairs. Okay. That could be the end of
your turn.
Speaker 6 (01:20:36):
That'll in my turn.
Speaker 2 (01:20:37):
All right, up next, as belchers are.
Speaker 8 (01:20:41):
Belcher Lord doesn't know about any secrets going down below him,
so he will just follow Larry up the Oh there
we go up the stairs, Christine Tunny And yeah, he
will get right behind Larry at the top of the stairs.
Speaker 4 (01:20:55):
Okay, put you out right here. You get to scroll
down on the page. Okay, gotcha. And I think that
is all of his movements.
Speaker 8 (01:21:04):
So for his action, he will just ready a firebolt
for any enemy that appears in his line of sight,
and that will be his turn.
Speaker 4 (01:21:13):
Okay, Sir Hogan, here go.
Speaker 3 (01:21:16):
All right, Sir Hokin is going to follow them because
he has no idea where he is.
Speaker 1 (01:21:22):
Well, as Sir Hogan passes U ken. I want to
be like, did you hear the goose since I yelled
at her before? Yeah, I yelled goose right before I
throw that things.
Speaker 3 (01:21:33):
I figured.
Speaker 1 (01:21:35):
The goose is in control of these people. Just be
warned when you go bet you far gone.
Speaker 3 (01:21:41):
We got to kill them all.
Speaker 4 (01:21:45):
All right, Sir Hogan, use a movement.
Speaker 3 (01:21:47):
Yep, I'm gonna dash. I can go the stairs.
Speaker 2 (01:21:50):
I have ten fifteen, twenty. Okay, let me move your character.
Speaker 3 (01:21:54):
Thank you movie here, I'm outside.
Speaker 2 (01:21:58):
Yeah, sorry, I'm trying to us the page. Okay, you
can get to be about right here. That is your movement,
all right, same thing as he kind of disheveled landing.
Nothing much of note in here, singular source of light.
Speaker 3 (01:22:16):
All right, awesome, all right.
Speaker 2 (01:22:18):
Up next is the Bandits. He's gonna, oh this is
so funny, hamlik from up behind you. Out of nowhere
comes this bandit coming from the hall where you guys
just were, and he is going to make a swipe
at you.
Speaker 4 (01:22:39):
Oh no, does a twenty two hit.
Speaker 2 (01:22:42):
Yeah, lord, he's gonna deal four damage on you.
Speaker 1 (01:22:48):
All right.
Speaker 2 (01:22:50):
He's kind of goes, I've got you now. I kind
of plummets his scimitar right into the back of your leg. Yeah,
as far as he knows, you're the only guy here.
He's the slew of dead bodies all around. Is that
gonna get into the Bandit's turn Hamlet can this her go?
Speaker 1 (01:23:10):
Buddy? I don't know if you know this or not,
but you see this chicken beside me. We'll do you
punk chicken?
Speaker 4 (01:23:20):
Uh what huh you've messed He acknowledges the chicken.
Speaker 1 (01:23:25):
Well, you've messed with the wrong fella.
Speaker 3 (01:23:28):
Uh.
Speaker 1 (01:23:29):
Ham the chick get under him.
Speaker 2 (01:23:35):
Runs undernath his legs like what the hell he like
it is, getting ready to grab his sword to try
to plummet it into hamn the chick.
Speaker 1 (01:23:42):
I immediately click the thing to make him grow, going
under him, into between his legs and into the ceiling.
Speaker 2 (01:23:56):
Okay, sure enough. Uh, he is going to roll a
dexterity saving throw. See how he does? Oh that's not
bad A eighteen so he does not take damage from
Ham to chick just growing and is instead just kind
of shoved off to the side here.
Speaker 1 (01:24:17):
Okay, well, Ham the chick still has availability to attack, correct, Yeah,
I'll allow it. Okay, Well, obviously he is going to
trying to see which one. I'm gonna say a peck.
He's gonna peck him coming down like he just threw
him up. And as soon as he comes down, he
(01:24:37):
wants to peck him down into the ground like.
Speaker 3 (01:24:42):
I got a.
Speaker 2 (01:24:45):
Twenty two okay, twenty two and the damage is.
Speaker 1 (01:24:49):
Seven piercing, all right, that hurt him.
Speaker 2 (01:24:52):
He is on the ground, writhing and painted as a
giant chicken came out of nowhere and I kind of
pecked him right in the stern.
Speaker 1 (01:24:58):
Hum uh Okay. Now, Handli wants to walk up to him,
kneel down and be like, do you really want to
keep going with this, buddy?
Speaker 4 (01:25:09):
What the hell are you?
Speaker 1 (01:25:12):
I'm your worst nightmare? And then I want to give
him a kiss on the forehead.
Speaker 4 (01:25:18):
Okay, psychological warfare? Does that end your turn?
Speaker 9 (01:25:25):
Ken?
Speaker 1 (01:25:26):
Is there any possible way hand in the chick or no?
Speaker 5 (01:25:30):
Uh?
Speaker 1 (01:25:30):
Hand the chick is just gonna use his movement to
go stand on his head.
Speaker 2 (01:25:35):
Okay, Okay, he just kind of stands lords over his body.
Speaker 1 (01:25:40):
No, No, I mean like I want him to stand
on his head like that is where his feet will
be is on the top of his head, so he
cannot get up Okay.
Speaker 2 (01:25:50):
Okay, you know what he's gonna go at, So go
ahead and roll strength or strength or athletics.
Speaker 1 (01:25:56):
For ham to chick, strength or athletics.
Speaker 4 (01:25:59):
Would you say yes, strength or athletics.
Speaker 1 (01:26:04):
He got a twelve?
Speaker 4 (01:26:06):
A twelve.
Speaker 2 (01:26:07):
He moves his head out of the way, so hand
the chick is not able to properly. Just stand on
him and pin him down.
Speaker 1 (01:26:14):
Okay, hand the chick keep an eye on him for
a second so he can't tenn and that'll.
Speaker 3 (01:26:23):
All right.
Speaker 2 (01:26:24):
Larry, here go Okay, I'm going to move to this door.
Speaker 6 (01:26:32):
We'll peak in.
Speaker 2 (01:26:34):
Okay, you'll look and you'll see a long hallway going down. No,
it might be different for you, but you do not
see anything going down. It's kind of just an empty hallway.
What's your passive perception?
Speaker 3 (01:26:49):
Not high?
Speaker 6 (01:26:50):
It is ten?
Speaker 2 (01:26:52):
Okay, yeah, you just see a hallway. There is an
open doorway. It kind of looks like to an area
with some beds and another door or down the way.
There are multiple windows looking out into the courtyard, but
you do not see anything down this hallway. And to
your left there is another smaller hallway with two doors
at the end.
Speaker 5 (01:27:10):
He's twenty five, but I can use a dash right
also to move another.
Speaker 6 (01:27:17):
Yes, four, okay, thirty, all right.
Speaker 5 (01:27:21):
I'm gonna go down this little hallway and open these
doors down here, okay, all right.
Speaker 6 (01:27:27):
So I opened one door.
Speaker 1 (01:27:33):
And peek in.
Speaker 2 (01:27:35):
Okay, it looks like a an actual bedroom compared to
all of these. Again, very disheveled. You do not see anybody.
Speaker 4 (01:27:42):
Inside, Okay.
Speaker 5 (01:27:44):
Then I will open this other door in front of me, okay,
and then I'm gonna walk in there.
Speaker 6 (01:27:52):
Oh frick, there's somebody in there.
Speaker 1 (01:27:55):
Yes.
Speaker 4 (01:27:55):
You step in and you see this massive man.
Speaker 2 (01:28:01):
Stand up. He was kind of bending over packing some things.
Looks over and you recognize him as the bandit leader.
You saw that like a week and a half ago,
whenever you traded.
Speaker 4 (01:28:10):
The chest to him.
Speaker 2 (01:28:12):
Okay, of course they would send you will. That is
where we're gonna end for tonight.
