After many times of running into this hot-sauce loving DJ, EDM Venue finally got the chance to sit down with Trivecta. We had the chance to talk about his crazy touring schedule, his upcoming second album, and about hot sauce.
Fresh off releasing his debut album "The Way Back Up", Trivecta was a MUST-SEE show at UMF 2024. Sam Dobkin, Aka Trivecta, had the crowd going crazy during his sunset set on the "Live" Stage. same thing. And yesterday we gotin and have a bunch of buddies at
the Ophelia House and so that waslike my time to try to sleep.

out the guitar? Yeah? Man, I got a couple of moments,
some fun ones in there. Yeah, we're on the live stage man as

well. Right, for sure.How's it feel being from Florida playing on
a major festival? I know youplay on most of the major festivals in
Florida now too. Yeah, it'sreally cool. I front my sort of
like ARC. I guess. Icame up putting music on the internet and
people were listening to that, andthen so my fan base was kind of
all over the place. And thenI started playing shows and that turned out
to be a whole new sort offrontier that was where the online stuff was

exactly. Yeah, and then Ito then traveling was like, oh shit,
this is a whole new thing.So it's interesting. I kind of
feels like Florida. It's like weall I almost try to hold. My
first few shows were Florida, butit Florida is one of the later markets
for me to start sort of pullingtogether. So it's cool to kind of
be getting more chances lately to comein and start sort of solidifying back home,
you know, back home, yep, let's go next. Ultra was
a big inspiration for you, correct, because you went here like over a

decade ago and enjoyed yourself. Yes, ten years ago, eleven years ago,
twenty thirteen, I had a projectfor public speaking due the next day,
and I felt like I was justmissing it. Man. I felt
like I heard Ultra was going on. I was in Tampa and I heard
Ultra was going on and I wastrying to produce DM and I said,
you know what, Nan, Sunday, I just went down. I drove
down in the morning and I wentand I like found to take it from

a dude on the street, andI went and I checked it out,
and I remember a Lesso's set.He was so excited and I was so
excited. And I drove back thatnext morning like yeah, and I got
back to public speaking on time.But I remember sitting there and like the
next day with my laptop just like, Okay, I need to make my
shit more, like you know,it would work in at Ultra And now
here we are, Oh, herewe are for sure. And last week

we had a big release with Slander. Yeah Better World. That was a
great one. Yeah yeah, I'mexcited about that one. Super stoked a
lot of view is real quick,real quick. Yeah. Yeah. We
got a really cool chance to sortof keep playing that one out for a
while, and that sort of gotgot got the people chomping at the proverbial
bit. You know, they wereexcited for it, so it felt like
a nice tension and release. ThoseSlander boys are sort of the masters of

are they're They're clamoring for the songfor like centuries then they finally hit
them. So it's true. Itwas cool to be part of that campaign
