(00:00):
Sorry, I wanted to start thefour o'clock hour with have you heard of
Megan the e Stallion? Matt,Yes, Megan the Stallion. I think
you say it like that. Sheis a singer or rapper. I think
she's in some commercials and she's gotendorsements, and she's doing live stuff,
and she's a pretty attractive woman, don't you think I sure do think so.

(00:24):
Yeah. Yeah. Well. Sheis now being sued by a former
employee. His name is Emilio Garcia, and he is accusing her of creating
an unbearable hostile work environment and subjectinghim to sexual harassment. Garcia was her
personal camera operator for five years andclaims he witnessed a Megan the Stallion having

(00:46):
sex with another woman while he wasright beside him, or she was right
beside him in an SUV and aBeza Spain in June of twenty twenty two.
Uh, how does that work? How does what work? Going to
Spain? I think you just geta plane ticket. I'm going to Spain
this year. Ah hah, I'mnot going to a Za, though.
I hear of weird stuff happens there. She she didn't Mike Posner take a

(01:15):
pill and a pisa. Who MikePosner, he took a pill and a
viza? What is? What's?I don't even know what that sentence means.
Mike Posner is a music artist andhe had a hit song called I
Took a Pill and a Beza.Oh, I took a pill in a
beza, like I have a profenI don't think so. The rest of
the song makes it sound like itwas not that. It's a very depressing

(01:37):
song that they made into like apop dance hit, so it's kind of
ironic. You have to listen toit to understand anyway. So Megan the
Stallion is sitting next to a personalcamera operator in the back of a h
I an suv, not a limousine, an suv and uh, she's like
getting it on with another woman, which you know, you can do what

(02:00):
you want, But how does thatwork? Too much? Yeah? Okay,
my bad, everybody? How doesthat work? Like, like you
just don't notice him there? Andin is are they just like grinding on

(02:23):
each other? Like, like, how does that work? You're in the
back of a car with a personsitting right next to you. I don't
know what are the dimensions of thislimo. It's not a limo, it's
an suv. Oh, what arethe dimensions of this suv? I don't

(02:44):
know think about an suv. It'sthe car I drove here, right,
How is it e impossible? Didthe seats go back? There's a person
sitting next to you. He's sittingright there. According to the lawsuit,
apparently he was instructed by Megan theestallion and said don't ever discuss what you

(03:04):
saw. Well he broke that rule. Oh anyway, So basically what this
is, this is not the onlything that's part of this lawsuit. Apparently
she has fat shamed him and calledhim a fat leap and said, spit
your food out. You don't needto be eating. That's a mean thing

(03:28):
to say. That's not very nice. Apparently the plaintiff was not permitted to
take rest and meal breaks, oftenworking over five consecutive hours without a thirty
minute meal break. Garcie had beenworking and claimed he was purposefully misclassified as
an independent contractor, so his hoursare not properly recorded. So my big

(03:51):
point, my bigger point here isis there just kind of like a double
standard here because you heard year itwas Lizo right, all this stuff came
out about Lizo being this this meanand abusive kind of person to work with.
Is there a double standard though? In some regards that because Megan the

(04:13):
Stallion is a female, she's AfricanAmerican, she's I mean, she's popular.
But are we less like the samegoes with Lizzo? But are we
less likely to ask questions of certainpeople based solely on their demographic or their

(04:33):
stature in fame? I mean,if that happened and somebody like, like
if we were working together and somethinglike what happened to the back of the
suv happened and one of us waslike next to each other when that was
going on, I don't think youand I would be coming back to work
the same day, like the nextday, like just not pretending like that

(04:56):
was not you didn't witness whatever wasgoing on there. I mean, I
feel like I feel like that wouldhave been one of us. Is that's
not gonna end? Well, Wellyou're telling hr that's what you're saying.
Depends on what's going on. Howdare you I told you not to speak
of this? Yeah, I don'tknow. I mean I'd be surprised.

(05:18):
Let's just say that I would thinkso if you got thoughts on this,
if you've bear witnessed to something prettyinsane in the back of a car,
it could be on the street. If you if you saw anything like that
going on, you can let usknow it. Four h two five five
eight eleven ten. You know,we can speak an indiendo if you want.

(05:42):
Four two five five eight eleven ten. It's news radio eleven ten kfa
B. Well, don't you knowHemry Songer is going to take a quick
break, But folks, he'll beback. In fact, I think he's
back. Now, let's listen inThis isn't smooth jazz overnights by any means.
Maybe that's where I need to gobecause it's not steamy. You know

(06:04):
what else is steamy Arizona in thesummers especially it's real hot bakes there.
I was gonna say, it's moreof a dry heat tomato tomato, but
more of a dry heat is howI look at it. I don't know
what that means. Well, steamylike you steam your vegetables, you know,
Okay, like you need water forthat. Okay, if you're gonna

(06:27):
steam your vegetables, So that's ahumid that's a humid thing. Now an
oven, just a straight up oven, or even an air fryer you go
down to you go down to Arizona, that's an air fryer. You go
to Florida, that's a that's asteamer, that's a boil, that's humid
heat. Right, thanks for clarifying, You're welcome. I did not go

(06:47):
to weather school, but I doread it part time. I wish I
had a good insult that I couldsay without being muted by our dumb button
lawmakers in Arizona's House of Representatives. They have a House and a Senate there
in the state of Arizona, butthey repealed that ban on abortion. Remember
what year that stemmed from eighteen sixtyfour. Yeah, that's an old one.

(07:14):
So the House of Representatives voted thirtytwo twenty eight to repeal that thing.
So this all comes after the ArizonaSupreme Court ruled that they had to
continue to observe this rule. Arizonadidn't even become a state until like fifty
years after this. So it's justweird that, you know, the times,

(07:36):
they are a change, and nowI mention all this because it is.
Donald Trump even said they've gone toofar. On abortion there. But
remember Donald Trump is really making itpretty clear about abortion as a as a

(07:57):
how do I say this, Hedoesn't want it to be an issue,
a debatable issue, because he wantsto let everybody understand that he wants the
states to have the ability to makethose determinations and those decisions himself. That
makes a lot more sense because thenit takes it out of the federal government's
hand. Therefore, the President hasabsolutely no impact on that whatsoever. However,
it is interesting that he would comeout and say Arizona went too far,

(08:20):
because that came. That decision camelike within a day or two after
he had made his post about that. Now the Senate has to figure it
out and then they'll probably come upwith their own rule on it. But
as of right now, that eighteensixty four abortion ban that continues to be

(08:41):
exercised, at least in the stateof Arizona, that is in jeopardy and
they may have to come up withsomething completely new. We'll find out,
and we'll keep you a posted onthat, because who knows could be coming
to a state near you for twentyseven When we come back, we'll have
plenty of for you. It soundslike we might have one of those phone
calls. We'll see if we can'tget that on the air here momentarily of

(09:07):
one of those stories, you know, what we were tiring about before.
And also I wanted to talk aboutsomething else that was kind of, you
know, on my mind about AlexandriaCassio Cortez and a Jewish professor at Columbia
and he's not happy with her andcalls her an agent of chaos. I'll
explain that on the way as well, So stick around. He's Radio eleven

(09:30):
ten KFAB and Maurice Song on newsRadio eleven ten KFAB. One of her
workers or personal cameraman was sitting rightnext to her when she was you know
what do the kids say doing thedirty or whatever? Yeah, the hokey

(09:54):
pokey or whatever. Let's call thewhole thing off. I don't know what
that is. That with another woman, And that was happening while he was
sitting next to her in the backof an suv, and she said,
don't say anything about it. Thatwas one of several things, but said,
let's call the whole thing off.No, I don't know what that
was. I don't think that's theway she's hokey pokey. No, put

(10:18):
your right foot in, put yourleft foot in. No, I no,
I don't want to talk about stuckgoing in? All right? So
four O, two, five, five, eight to eleven ten is the
number. Let's go ahead and getto the phones. Bob is there?
Hello, Bob, you got astory like this for me? Hey,
Emory, how you doing, goodman? What's up? So? I

(10:41):
got a story for you, kindof along those staved lines. This all
happened about I'd say twenty years orso ago. I was about twenty years
old or so myself. I hadjust gotten out of the Navy. And
I got out of the Navy andI took a little road trip. I

(11:01):
had my vehicle a few bucks inmy pocket, and I ended up in
Las Vegas and date out there withsome friends and family for a while.
And eventually the money started to dryup and I needed to get a job.
So I found a job actually asa cashier. And the cashier was

(11:22):
at a adult toy store at anadult dance club type of place. You
can use your imagination. Yeah,I think I know what you're talking about.
Yeah, yeah, So I wasjust a few days out of training.
I worked the overnight shift, andtwenty year old me is working as

(11:48):
a cashier. And one of myother duties was when the limousines would pick
folks up from the strip, theywould have me hold the door open from
for them to, you know, let the patrons in. And so I
had a customer who was looking atall of the merchandise that we had and

(12:11):
was asking some questions, and andthey encouraged the ownership there. They encouraged
us to allow customers to inspect themerchandise in a fairly detailed manner. And
in fact, they'd even let yourkind of put the batteries in it and
see how it works. Oh yeah, yeah. So I had a customer

(12:33):
in there and a lady, andthe lady was interested in a particular product,
and I had given her some batteriesto kind of see how this thing
operates. And lo and behold thephone rings and and it's the limo driver.
He says, Hey, I Igot a bunch of people that are
coming up. Can you come grabthe door? So I head over and

(12:54):
I grabbed the door and let thepeople in, and when they all kind
of filed in, went back tomy cash register, and upon returning to
the store, I find said ladydoing the hokey pokey as you put it,
uh, right there in the middleof the store, like no one

(13:20):
was watching, and twenty year oldme had no idea what to do or
say, except it just came out. I said, you know, we
have a if you try it,you have to buy it policy. Right,
well, what you bought it?Okay, I was gonna say.

(13:41):
She was just like did. Shejust kind of stare at you as like,
that's what you said. Like, that's of all the things you could
say to me right now, thisis what you said to me. But
okay, Bob, that I wouldnot forget that if that happened to me.
I would say that that if youwere to write a book about my
life and that happened to me,it's getting in the book like it goes
in the book. There's no doubtabout that. Definitely one to remember.

(14:05):
There was an interesting cast of charactersthat I saw many other stories similar to
that that, you know, youjust kind of file away in the back
there for the stories around the campfire. I guess I'm hearing that. Bob.
Hey, I appreciate you calling in. Man, that's a funny bit.

(14:26):
Appreciate you being a part of ourshow. Thanks every oh boy.
So what would you say in thatmoment? Would you interrupt her? I
say, let's call the whole thingoff. No, you can't just do
that. That's not how that works. Nobody will get that. She won't

(14:46):
think you're talking to her. Idon't know. I'm like, I'd give
it some time. I think Iwould just I would notice it. I
would probably walk away and that wouldbe that. And then i'd maybe like
a couple of minutes later, likepeek and see if it's still going on,
And then if it's still going on, then I might ma'am, would

(15:11):
you mind taking that to the bathroom? I would be afraid to say anything,
especially if I'm twenty years old.I mean, I would ever have
seen anything like that before at thispoint at that time, you know what
I mean, people who are justhitting in there, like, what are
you talking about? You don't wantto know. Let's call the whole thing
off. You don't want to know? Oh no, wow, yikes.

(15:39):
Okay, Well, anyway, whatwould you say? What would you say
to her? She's doing the hokeypokey right there in the middle of the
store. Let's call the whole thingoff. You know, those are the

(16:00):
lyrics of the song. I haven'tsang that song in quite a while,
and do you want to right now? I've always found that tune to be
kind of generic, honestly. Allright, well that's good because I wasn't
gonna let you anyway. Is itpolka inspired? Would you say that's a
polka inspired tune with the accordion andwhatnot? The hokey pokey? Yeah,
no, no, no, Thepolka is in a three four time signature

(16:25):
generally, Okay, the hokey pokeyis in a four four time signature.
So maybe it's like, what wouldyou classify that genre, the hokey pokey?
Sure, Americana folk music. Folkthere we go, okay, not
polka. Hey, trying to waltzto the hokey pokey. It's not how

(16:45):
it works anyway. Four forty three, I cannot believe we just talked about
that. There are more things inthe news. One of the things,
obviously, is the protest and uh, Fox News caught up with a Jewish
professor from Columbia University. Yeah, shaker there, they're actually Jewish people that

(17:07):
work for this university. And hisname is Shai Davidai, and he showed
up on the show this afternoon onthe channel this afternoon and was asked about
these rallies and what they mean tohim. But he also was kind of
ushered off of campus when he decidedhe was going to start a pro Israel

(17:30):
rally and have people who are ofJewish descent or people who want to support
Jewish people. They were going tohave their own little rally. And obviously
that apparently was too much to beasked for because he was told that,
you know, ejected from campus basically. Now again, it might be for

(17:51):
his own safety. They didn't clarifythat, but he had some choice words
for Alexandria Constier Cortes and some ofher cohorts and why they are partially responsible
for what is happening on college campusesaround the country. I'll tell you about
that coming up next. Stick withus right here on news radio eleven ten kfab
