Speaker 1 (00:00):
So I had to get this out here. Donald Trump, Pambondy,

(00:03):
Marco Rubio, several other you know people in the cabinet
were you know, sitting there taking some questions and discussing
different things. And some of the big things in the news,
obviously Texas and the Texas flooding. You have what's going
on in the Middle East. You have trade deals, tariff talk,
tariff you know, extension, you know pause, extension to August
first for the country. They're negotiating with all sorts of

(00:24):
stuff like that. But a big thing that happened Sunday
night into Monday was the release of Jeffrey Epstein's stuff,
which basically said, yes, he died by suicide. No, there
was not a client list, which it goes completely against
what this particular administration had been saying on the campaign
trail and that they were going to get to the
bottom of it and they were going to share it
with the American people. Donald Trump, his White House with
Pambondy as Attorney General, invited fifteen different influencers, right wing influencers,

(00:48):
not in the national media, not the big news, not
the big news networks, No right wing influencers, conservative influencers,
across a variety of platforms, you know, TikTok x, Instagram,
name it. They show up, they get given these gigantic binders.
This is late February. They're holding up the binders and
showing off the big photo op saying, look, look, we
have this information. We're going to get to the bottom

(01:10):
of the Epstein files. Didn't hear a peep about was
in those binders at all? Did anybody remember that, I mean,
we had the big photo op. Well, nobody who got
the binders seemed to have a lot to say about it.
And here we are fast forward to the beginning of July,
and at midnight of all times, you know, as we
were sleeping getting ready for a work week, the Attorney
General's office drops the knowledge on everybody that, oh, hey,

(01:33):
by the way, Jeffrey Epstein killed himself and there was
absolutely no client list and there's no reason to keep
talking about this. A very strange change of pace on
this particular topic. Well, a reporter, in this opportunity to
speak about something that I believe is absolutely one of
the four or five most important things this week that
should be talked about in Washington, DC, had the audacity,

(01:54):
apparently to ask Donald Trump and Pam Bondi this question
while they're sitting at this table. I will listen. We'll
listen to the entire question, and we'll listen to the
aftermath here. But you'll hear a reporter and you'll hear
Donald Trump and Pam Bondi speak on this. This was
earlier today, Jame Jeffrey Epstein lets some lingering mysteries of
One of the biggest ones is whether he ever worked
for an.

Speaker 2 (02:14):
American or foreign intelligence agency. The former Leader Secretary who
was Miami US attorney Alex Costaki, allegedly said that he
did work for an intelligence agency. So could you resolve
whether or not he did? And also could you see
why there was a minute missing from the jailhouse.

Speaker 3 (02:32):
Team on the n side.

Speaker 2 (02:33):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (02:33):
Sure, I just interested. Are you still talking about Jeffrey Epstein?
This guy's been talked about for years. You're asking, we
have Texas, we have this, we have all of the things,
and are people still talking about this guy? This creep
that is unbelievable. Do you want to waste the time?

(02:55):
And could you feel like answering?

Speaker 2 (02:56):
I don't mind answering.

Speaker 4 (02:58):
I mean, I can't believe you're asking a question at
Epstein at a time like this where we're having some
of the greatest success and also tragedy with what happened
in Texas, it just seems like a desecration, But you
go ahead, sure, sure.

Speaker 2 (03:13):
First to back up on that, in February, I did
an interview on Fox and it's been getting a lot
of attention because I said, I was asking a question
about the client list, and my response was it's sitting
on my desk to be reviewed, meaning the file along
with the JFK MLK files as well. That's what I

(03:36):
meant by that. Also to the tens of thousands of
video they turned out to be child porn downloaded by
that disgusting Jeffrey Epstein, childborn is what they were never
going to be released, never going to see the lighted
day to him being an agent, I have no knowledge
about that. We can get back to you on that.
And the minute missing from the video. We released the

(03:59):
video showing definitively the video was not conclusive, but the
evidence prior to it was showing he committed suicide. And
what was on that there was a minute that was
off the counter and what we learned from euro of
Prisons was every year, every night they redo that video

(04:21):
as old from like nineteen ninety nine, so every night
the video is reset and every night should have the
same minute missing. So we're looking for that video to
release that as well, showing that a minute is missing
every night. And that's it on Epstein.

Speaker 1 (04:35):
All right, So there it is. I appreciate Pam Bondi
deciding to take the actual question and to try to explain,
because those are the talking points. She said. It was
sitting on her desk, even though she was talking as
the file as a whole, not necessarily a client list
per se to review, and the minute that's missing, she says,
that's just part of the jails process. But we have

(04:57):
conclusive evidence from different pieces of knowledge that he did
commit suicide, and she says that should be the end.
We are done here and the stuff that isn't released
is never going to be released, and this is the
end nowhere on Epstein. But Donald Trump's riling up some
of his supporters, and that includes the people like libs
of TikTok, that includes Liz Wheeler, that includes DC Draino,

(05:18):
our guy Rogan Rogan o' handley. What a name those
people are calling for either Pam Bondi to be fired
or be released from her position all of a sudden
because of the lack of conclusive evidence that they believe
they were expecting, but also I think the fact that
they were played. These are the same people that were
invited to the White House for that photo op with

(05:40):
the giant Epstein binder, and they posed with it. They
acted like this as the start of the most transparent
administration in American history. And there is a bit of transparency.
And again I have to give a ton of credit
to Attorney General Pam Bondi here, but you have this
photo op with all these right wing conservative people, these
influencers across all these social media platforms celebrated. Is Hey,

(06:03):
this is the first step in not just digging up
the Epstein files and the things that the previous administration
allegedly we're covering up. But this is the start of
you know what the next four years is going to be.
We're going to get to all the bottom of all
of the secrets that we've been dying to know for years,
and then we find out there's no secrets. I think
they feel like they've been taken for a fool in
a lot of ways, and it sounds like this administration

(06:24):
has already done with it that Donald Trump snapping at
the reporter saying, are you still talking about this guy?
And I mean in a vacuum. He's right. The text
is way more important. The trade deals are way more important.
What's going on in Israel iron those negotiations, that's way
more important. I totally understand all that. At the same time,
this is a thing that I think a lot of
Trump voters, Trump supporters, they need more answers on and
I'm not sure Donald Trump's snapping at the reporter saying,

(06:46):
is this really what you want to talk about? This
is a desecration considering all the stuff we could talk about,
and you want to waste our time on this, Well,
it's two minutes, for whatever it's worth. I think a
lot of Trump supporters are kind of being like, I'm
not he needs it, kind of like changed his tone
on this particular subject because he's losing me on it
a bit. And that's not just me saying that. That
is people who have been in his corner this whole

(07:10):
Epstein episode over the last couple of days. I think
they are scratching their heads trying to figure out what
happened and what went wrong. As mentioned Attorney General of
Iowa Brandon burd Is schedule join me at the top
of the hour. We'll talk to you about some other
stuff that's happening here. If you have some thoughts. I
have the phones off right now. I have my email
open Emory at kfab dot com. If you have anything
that you like to tell me, Emory at kfab dot com,

(07:32):
or you can leave me a talkback on the free
iHeartRadio up. Just listen to eleven tin kfab. As you're
listening to its live, hit the microphone button. You can
leave me up to thirty seconds of audio. More coming
up on news radio eleven tin kfab Emery Songer. If
you're listening to its live on eleven tin kfab, there's
a little microphone button. You can hit that and leave
me up to thirty seconds of audio. And here is
what Jason had to say.

Speaker 3 (07:52):
The problem is with this is it doesn't bode well
for America, this double cross backstab happening. As a Trump supporter,
I'm pissed and I don't appreciate this at all, and
it just leaves a bad stain in our mouth. It's
not going to do well for our country as a
whole this happening period, and it certainly doesn't mark well

(08:13):
for the Republican or Democrat Party. I mean, you're basically
making a state of disillusionment in the entire country.

Speaker 1 (08:21):
I think Jason is speaking honestly on behalf of most
people in the Republican Party when it comes to this
particular subject. We were told in the campaign trail that
this president and his administration we get to the bottom
of this stuff. And there has been absolutely no major
revelations to this case, to the JFK files MLK files.

(08:42):
Maybe there's something that will pop up at some point.
I had an email come in from Chuck and said,
don't we still have delay Maxwell and custody. Couldn't we
ask her? Couldn't she testify to the list? Don't you
think that they've probably tried asking her at some point?
And if we don't have actual evidence, then what good
is that going to do. The Attorney General of the
United States basically straight up said this is the end

(09:03):
of the line for this. We have all the evidence
we need. He killed himself, he didn't have a client list,
we don't have anything to report on this despite all
that this administration has talked about about uncovering secrets and
being as transparent as any Unfortunately, there just seems to
be some level of unfortunate situation here where this administration

(09:25):
over promised something that they thought that there was something
underneath you that was being hidden by the Democratic Party,
and then it comes back and basically what was being
reported was the truth, and now they have under delivered
on this particular front. And then to compound the issues,
Donald Trump is acting very testy to any reporter who's
asking about the question. And it's not a good look

(09:48):
either because then there's still some people and especially on
the political left, that are like, well, if there was
a list, he must be on it, otherwise you wouldn't
be getting so defensive. It's nothing is a win here.
Nothing is a win for this administration on this topic.
And the fact the timing of releasing this this was
supposed to be a major reveal. They didn't do it
at a press conference. They didn't do it in the
morning of some news item. They didn't say that this

(10:09):
would be announced at a certain time so everybody could
realize it. No, they tried to slide it into a
very busy news cycle on a Sunday night at about
eleven pm or midnight our time, and expected, i'd guess
for people just to overlooked it when they woke up
on Monday morning. Also, no major news should be released
by our government when everybody's attempting to go to sleep.
That just tells me that you're trying to hide something.

(10:31):
In the midst of the flooding in Texas, which is
a tremendous tragedy, you have the tariff talk, you have
the extension of tariff pause until August first for the
countries they're negotiating with. You have the wars that they're
trying to end in Europe in the Middle East. You
have all this extra stuff, this AI stuff with Marko Rubio,
which is certainly quite sensational and I think it's worth

(10:51):
looking into. And instead all that is happening here with
the Jeffrey Epstein, they just kind of slid it in
in the middle of it all. They don't really seem
to want to talk about it. It is a weird look,
that is for sure. Got a lot of other people
that are making some comments here, but I need to
get some time. I get the Garrick sent me an

(11:11):
email in seat a rollover crash on eighty eastbound at
eighty fourth. Rollover crash eighty eastbound at eighty fourth, two
left lanes blocked. So I got that email. We all
will look into that. We will hope that our traffic
is getting updated in a way that we can let
you know exactly what's happening there. And we will let
you know what's going on, but certainly that would slow
some things down. But I eighty eastbound at eighty fourth,

(11:34):
if you're kind of in that neck of the woods,
I just keep an eye out and appreciate Garrick for
giving us this information so we can try to get
people the best information that we can. And we will
look for that here in the next several minutes and
let you know the latest on Interstate eighty eastbound around
eighty fourth. Coming about the top of the hour, four
o'clock hour, I'm expecting to chat with Attorney General Brenda

(11:57):
Bird of the state of Iowa. She elected not to
run for office as governor of Iowa going into next
year's campaign cycle. In staid, we'll run for reelection as
Attorney General. I'll ask her why and have her kind
of tell me a little bit about what she's seeing
in the Attorney General's office in Iowa and across the country.
And we'll also give you another thousand dollars keyword a
chance for you to be a big winner. We'd love

(12:18):
for you to be a winner listening to us. That's
all coming up next on news radio eleven ten KFAB
