Speaker 1 (00:00):
Big thanks to her. She was also very patient. You
know why because I forgot the call her like twice
that I told her call her.
Speaker 2 (00:06):
She double dipped.
Speaker 1 (00:07):
She did, she's she's She won twice in the last
three months. How crazy? Is that good for her? Also,
I have to tell you about my latest interactions with
my artificial intelligence assistant, which I'm using more and more lately.
Speaker 3 (00:19):
Matt.
Speaker 1 (00:20):
Do I have a problem or am I just am
I lonely? Or do I really need just a real
life assistant at some point? Should I just invest, Like,
can I have like a hundred thousand dollars to invest
into like a full time assistant who can just like
do a bunch of stuff that I need to be done.
Speaker 2 (00:36):
What if you were your own assistant? How does that work?
Speaker 3 (00:39):
Matt?
Speaker 2 (00:39):
What if you were happier with your thoughts? I'm not,
I'm not.
Speaker 1 (00:42):
If you could sit and be still with yourself. I
did go camping, and I did I was quite still
with myself. And I actually will tell you this man
that'll recharge you.
Speaker 2 (00:50):
It's good.
Speaker 4 (00:50):
There you go.
Speaker 2 (00:51):
It was a lovely experience.
Speaker 1 (00:53):
It was it was great. I've camped the last two week,
ands I wish I could go again.
Speaker 2 (00:56):
Maybe I will.
Speaker 1 (00:57):
Maybe we'll just go with myself.
Speaker 2 (00:58):
My wife's busy. Yeah, but what if you were camp
and you looked up to the horizon, this beautiful hill,
there's some trees up there, and then you saw a
robot dressed like he was from two thousand and two
running down that hill right at you, like listening to
smash Mouth.
Speaker 1 (01:15):
Yeah, he now I'm a robot. You're gonna have to
go back to the two o'clock hour. Ll I'm meant
to go back to the two o'clock out. I understand
what Matt's talking about. But there's a video of a
Chinese robot wearing very baggy clothes running down a hill,
and we're led to believe that's in China.
Speaker 5 (01:28):
So I don't know, no.
Speaker 1 (01:30):
Idea what would happen if he would have fallen over,
No idea if he can run up the hill, but
we know he can run down the hill. Anyway, we're
getting into the mix here of the Jeffrey Epstein situation.
Phones are off right now. If you want to email
me Emory at kfab dot com. The phones will be
on after this segment. I just don't want anybody to
call in and me not be willing to take the
call because I have a lot to say here, Matt.
(01:51):
How often have I talked about the Epstein files in
the last week on a scale A couple of times,
on a scale of like more than usual, the same
amount as usual or less than usual?
Speaker 2 (02:00):
Oh more, because it's been in the news. That's that's correct.
Speaker 3 (02:03):
Right.
Speaker 1 (02:04):
Do you think more people in America are talking about
it now than they have before? I hope so, because
we actually have the results, right, Like, nothing was.
Speaker 2 (02:12):
Here, but we don't have the results. Well, we had,
That's what's noteworthy.
Speaker 1 (02:15):
But that's the thing is that there are some people
out there that don't think we have the results, but
the people who are in charge say, we do have
the results.
Speaker 2 (02:21):
And we trust them.
Speaker 3 (02:22):
Sure.
Speaker 1 (02:24):
Well, listen to this post that Donald Trump posted on
truth social which was on Saturday afternoon as a response
here and again, there's some breaking news thisaf hour about
this and I'll get to that. Well, let me just
tell you this. You're wondering what the developing news is today.
Pamboni has fired her ethics director in the Department of Justice.
(02:46):
Apparently did that on Friday. That was the Uh, it's
one person in charge of advising her and other officials
of how to navigate conflicts of interest. So Joseph Terrell
was this guy's name and confirmed on his LinkedIn because
you know, people with big time, big boy jobs have
LinkedIn as their chief social media of choice, and says
he was fired from his position without giving a reason
(03:08):
for his removal. And he had worked for the Department
of Justice for sixteen years. Became director of the Departmental
Ethics Office July of twenty three. So this was not
somebody that was hired by Trump. This was somebody that's
just in the DOJ's office as kind of a person
that was advising other officials how to handle conflicts of interest. Specifically,
guy's gone. So that's happened, and it's been confirmed this afternoon.
(03:30):
Now here's a true social post from Saturday afternoon Donald
Trump posted. And again you gotta remember that it was
late Sunday night into Monday, like eleven PM or midnight,
depending on where you were. Is when they try to
sneak in the results of the Jeffrey Epstein thing where
they said Jeffrey Epstein did kill himself. There was no
client list. This was not something they announced in the
(03:52):
middle of the day. They didn't announce it when the
news was going on for a lot of people. They
did it when most people were attempting to fall asleep
on the East Coast and the Midwest sketch going into
a Monday with a ton of other stuff going on
last weekend, and I said that I was just like,
the optics of this are awful. I also did not
think that it was useful for this administration to overreact
and have Donald Trump just fire somebody involved because he
(04:13):
didn't get an answer that he was looking for. Apparently,
also over the weekend yesterday, to be specific, Gallaine Maxwell
has apparently, through I don't know, I guess her lawyers
or something, has said she would come forward and provide
a client list if given the opportunity. I don't know
what that means, and I'm not sure I'm willing to
buy into that, because I'm sure she's had plenty of
opportunities to talk about stuff like this and has decided
(04:34):
not to. But I found Donald Trump's true social post
on Saturday afternoon to be quite interesting. And here is
what it says. It's a long one. So hold on
with me, are you ready? And what's going on with
my boys and in some cases gals. They're all going
after Attorney General Pam Bondy, who's doing a fantastic job.
(04:56):
We're on one team MAGA, and I don't like what's happening.
We have a perfect administration, the talk of the world,
and selfish people are trying to hurt it all over
a guy who never dies, Jeffrey Epstein. For years, it's
Epstein over and over again. Where are we giving publicity
to files written by Obama, crooked Hillary Komy Brennan and
(05:19):
the losers and criminals of the Biden administration who conned
the world with the Russia Russia Russia hoax, fifty one
intelligence agents, the Laptop from Hell and more. They created
the Epstein files just like they created the fake Hillary
Clinton Christopher Steele dossier used on me. And now my
so called friends are playing right into their hands. Why
(05:42):
didn't these radical left lunatics release the Epstein files. If
there was anything in there that could have hurt the
MAGA movement, why didn't they use it. They haven't even
given up on the JFK or MLK Junior files either.
No matter how much success we have had securing the
border to porting criminals, fixing the economy, energy dominance, a
safer world where Iran will not have nuclear weapons. It's
(06:06):
never enough for some people. We are about to achieve
more in six months than any administration has achieved in
over one hundred years, and we have so much more
to do. We are saving our country and making America
great again, which will continue our complete priority. The left
is imploding. Cash Betel and the FBI must be focused
(06:26):
on investigating voter fraud, political Corruption Act Blue, the rigged
and stolen election of twenty twenty, and arresting thugs and criminals,
instead of spending month after month looking at nothing but
the same old radical left inspired documents on Jeffrey Epstein.
Speaker 2 (06:42):
Let Pam Bondy do her job. She's great.
Speaker 1 (06:47):
The twenty twenty election was rigged and stolen, and they
tried to do the same in twenty twenty four. That's
what she is looking into as ag and much more.
One year ago, our country was dead. Now it's the
hottest country anywhere in the world. Let's keep it that
way and not waste time and energy on Jeffrey Epstein,
somebody that nobody cares about. Thank you for your attention
(07:11):
to this matter. End quote. Oh that was a long one. Anyway,
the result of this, you might anticipate, has not been
met with a lot of positivity from the voter base
of Donald Trump. In fact, this is, as far as
I know, the first documented instance that Donald Trump has
been ratioed on his own social media platform. Now, if
(07:32):
you're unfamiliar, a ratio on social media is the term
that's used when there's more comments or replies than there
are likes or reposts. And that's what's happened here. Forty
two thousand people like this, forty seven thousand have replied.
That makes it a ratio, and usually that means people
don't like what the original poster had to say. There
(07:53):
are many people in the Donald Trump administration for a
bunch of different reasons. And again, I want to go
back to just misleading moments throughout this entire campaign, throughout
the investigation of Epstein about all of the people, and
they said, hey, we're going to get to the bottom
of this. We're gonna be the most transparent administration ever.
They invite those fifteen This is the part I just
(08:16):
can't get over. They invited fifteen pretty popular right wing
social media influencers had them come to DC, and the
White House gave them these giant binders that said Epstein
Files Phase one on the front. They posed like they
were some sort of like secret club that was going
to do this investigation instead of the mainstream media or
(08:40):
legacy media. And then nothing came of that, and months
later we hear there's nothing more to the Epstein conversation.
I've had people insinuating my email that maybe some deals
were made behind the scenes to protect some of the
people that might have been on said list to get
their votes for the big beautiful bill. I don't know
if that's true, but I've had people bring that up
without answers.
Speaker 3 (08:59):
All.
Speaker 2 (08:59):
We have a questions. You know, who is a lot
more interested in Epstein until recently the President Well you
can find the tapes of him talking about it.
Speaker 1 (09:08):
Well, you can see it in the campaign. It was
in the campaign last year. There are people that are
just not satisfied with how this has been resolved and
the lack of resolution, and people were saying, well, you
can't fire Donald Trump, so let's fire Pam BONDI you
think Donald Trump's going to do that, especially with this
kind of attitude of being like nobody cares about Epstein?
Speaker 4 (09:26):
Are we sure about that? Because he seemed to care
a lot about Epstein. A few months ago he invited
fifteen influencers in the White House to pose with binders
to talk about their digging into these files. And now
he says he wants his attorney general to be looking
into the twenty twenty elections still, which again, he's the president.
Speaker 1 (09:44):
Now what are we gonna do. Get in a time
machine and go back to twenty twenty. It just feels
like we're missing some of this in a way that
I think is making some people that are hardcore Trump
supporters pretty uneasy about it. So that's why I'm going
to open the phones and I want you to talk
about this.
Speaker 2 (10:00):
This has been sensitive for a lot of people.
Speaker 1 (10:02):
We've had some people call in and email me, but
not a lot of people because I think people are
afraid to say that, you know what, I'm not with
Trump on this one. That's okay. This is a talk show.
We can talk through those things. Just because you disagree
with him on this or you're trying to figure out
why he's like this on this particular issue, now, that
doesn't mean that you can't generally support what he has
to say. I think this is an important conversation worth
(10:23):
having because I do think we have been misled on
this one, I think quite a bit over the last
several months. And I don't think that we should just
say quiet about it. I mean, would you feel that
way if it was a Democrat president?
Speaker 2 (10:35):
Certainly not. We'll call us four h two five five
eight eleven ten.
Speaker 3 (10:38):
Is the number?
Speaker 1 (10:39):
Four h two five five eight eleven ten. More on
the way on news Radio eleven ten, Kfab.
Speaker 2 (10:43):
Emery sung on news Radio eleven ten, Kfab.
Speaker 1 (10:48):
I'm curious to know how people feel about it, because
this was not the way that Trump was talking about
this just a few months ago. Julie's on our phone, Lenge.
We'll start with her. Julie, thanks for being a part
of our show today. What's going on with you today?
Speaker 3 (10:59):
Well?
Speaker 5 (10:59):
I diehard Trump fan. I voted for him all three times.
I went all the way to DC for January sixth.
Do it been the man? I'm in one hundred percent
and I am surious with him. Oh, I am absolutely serious.
You know, damn well, he's in charge, and God didn't
spare his life to protect pedophiles. He needs to complaint
(11:22):
the LEAs think it is, say why we don't want
to charge these people? Yeah, maybe there is a ciaop
going on. Well, then say it, don't just say oh no,
it's enoughing to see here. Move along, because we're not
going to set that I will never vote for him again.
I'm serious.
Speaker 2 (11:38):
Wow.
Speaker 1 (11:38):
Well, Julie, I do appreciate you for being so candid
with us today. As definitely the kind of conversation. I'm
curious how many people feel that way and how many
people are afraid to say it because of how much
of support they've given to Donald Trump and they don't
want to feel like they've been duped or bamboozled. I
do appreciate that candor today. Let's go ahead and go
to Paul real quick before I hit the bottom here. Paul,
thanks for calling eleven ten kfa be what's going on?
Speaker 3 (12:01):
Well, like Julie, I'm a little upset because I didn't
vote for Donald Trump, but you know, he's PROTECTIONOPHI. I
don't know, you know, nobody really knows what's going on
with that, but he always said I didn't At first,
he said, I didn't know I've seen, you know, any
sort of videos of him, you know, Yeah, so that's
kind of questionable. But my whole thing, big question is
(12:22):
why did Bongino threaten to quit and torch tam Bondi
on the way out? Yeah, if there's not something there,
if there's not a something burger there, you.
Speaker 1 (12:29):
Know, yeah, no, And that was interesting. I didn't really
even know how serious that was until we got to
the weekend. Also, and like how he didn't even show
up to work after Wednesday. He's just taking some days
off or something, you know. That tells me that there's
a little bit more friction there than it's been let on.
And I we haven't heard Donald Trump address that either.
And again I think it's not great optically, not just
because of the way they announced this, but the fact
(12:51):
that you know, there are people are going to need
to be held accountable if that kind of thing starts
to happen. So who's going to have to fall on
that sword? I don't know who that is. But Paul,
I think it's a really interesting point that you made that,
you know, the tone on the Epstein thing has changed
kind of regularly from Trump, not just in the last
you know, three or four months, but listen to the
(13:11):
way that he talked to and just kind of denied
having even known the guy. But that, I mean, we
know we did because we have the video evidence of it.
Speaker 2 (13:19):
So I don't know.
Speaker 3 (13:20):
It's interesting.
Speaker 1 (13:21):
No, No, that's one thing I yeah, Paul, I'm sorry,
I'm raring up against the bottom here, but I do
appreciate the thought.
Speaker 2 (13:27):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (13:27):
So, like the CIA thing is something that I know
absolutely nothing about, I'm not going to be willing to
tackle on the air, at least not for right now.
But I do think, Paul, the biggest thing for me
in this moment is trying to understand why Donald Trump
is just saying nothing to see here, because that is
the attitude. It's like nobody cares about this guy. That's
(13:48):
not true, and he cared about him as recently as
just a couple of months ago.
Speaker 2 (13:52):
So we'll have to see Emery Sunger
