Avalanche Information Center and Children's Diabetes Foundation

Ethan Greene is the Director of The Colorado Avalanche Information Center. There have been several deadly avalanches already this season. He talked about how they forecast the avalanche risks all over the state and how people can try to avoid triggering avalanches.



Coming up in April, there is a big Fundraiser for the Children's Diabetes Foundation. The Spring Brass Ring Luncheon and Fashion Show.

Proceeds from the Spring Brass Ring will benefit the Children’s Diabetes Foundation to fund research at the Barbara Davis Center for Diabetes, promote diabetes awareness and education, assist families in need, provide scholarships, and sponsor activities for children and their families affected by diabetes.

Lori Finch is The Guild President who oversees the luncheon and fashion show. She talked about Type 1 Diabetes, what it is, and how it has affected her family.
