Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome to the Greater South Florida Chamber Radio Program with
your host to board president John Kroll of Kroll Realty.
Speaker 2 (00:16):
Good morning, Welcome back to the show. It is Saturday,
October twenty fifth, twenty twenty five. Under of Mind everybody.
Later today and tomorrow from ten am to six pm,
we will be out at the Sawgrass Mills Mall for
our annual Fall Home Show. There will be a booth
setup for our next guest. Who's corporate trustee Ambassador pro
Leiva Max. It is Fabio LANZERI from pro Liba Max
(00:37):
and LANFAMLLC. And I want to get right into a Fabio.
We have limited time this morning. I'm just privileged to
be here with you this morning at West Palm Beach,
Florida iHeartRadio where we're streaming on the iHeart app. Let's
begin with what is pro Levamax and how did it
come about? Because folks, this is a legendary revolutionary product.
(00:57):
I take it. It's an anti inflammatory. It's the only
thing I've ever taken that has helped eliminate my pain
because I have true chronic pain.
Speaker 3 (01:06):
Go ahead, Fabio, Ah, Well, thanks for having me. Rob
I perlieve a MAX came around in two thousand and
seventeen when my wife had breast cancer and after all
her treatments she had to take an estrogen suppressant product
(01:31):
for ten years, and over time, this estrogen suppressant brought
about as a secondary side effect arthritic pain. And you know,
she was having problems getting up from bed, having problems
opening a jar, just she wasn't able to do it
(01:55):
for I said, oh, hate to see the low of
my life just.
Speaker 4 (02:02):
Be this way.
Speaker 3 (02:04):
So I tried to look for a prescription drug that
would help. Couldn't really find anything that worked and was
good for long term use and that was safe for
long term use. And I looked into natural supplements. They
all handled the existing pain, but I wanted to look
(02:25):
for something that went more than just the existing inflammation.
I wanted to see something that would handle the root
cause and obviously have no side effects at the same time,
and didn't find anything. I then said, wow, I got
to take things into my own hands and solve this
(02:46):
issue for my wife. And being in the industry for
forty years, I started looking and I started deeping a
deepening my research into various various ingredients, and I developed
(03:10):
this mixture of amino acids along with natural supplements, because
the idea was the amino acids took care of the
root cause it was going to signal to the body,
you know, to stop producing pro inflammatory proteins, increased the
(03:32):
production of anti inflammatory proteins, and the exist and the
supplements would take care of the existing inflammation. That was
the idea. So I gave it to her and lo
and behold. After thirty days, she says, Fabio, I don't
feel the pain anymore. And after four months she didn't
(03:53):
have anymore. She didn't tell me she didn't have any
more of this product because I just did it like that,
and she started experiencing the pain again. I made some
more again. After a couple of weeks, this time her
pain was gone again. So I said, hey, maybe there's
something there. And that's how it all started.
Speaker 2 (04:17):
I like that, and you know, it's neat to hear
a family story like that. And obviously my situation was similar,
and we have limited time. We'll get into it later time.
But I met Fabio right after having leperscopic surgery and
he could tell I was looking pretty beat up and
I was a little run down, you know. I was
forty eight seventy two hours out of the operating room
and I was in pain, and he had provided this
(04:39):
product for me complimentary, and folks that kid you not.
It works. It continues to work. I need it. I
take it regularly, and I thank God and I think
you daily for the product, because it truly does work. Fabio.
For the listening audiences out there, can prolibamax be used
safely alongside other recovery products like protein shakes or electric
likes or does this and the loans a daily supplement?
Speaker 3 (05:04):
Excellent question. It's an important practical question for anyone you
know using supplements for athletic recovery. Generally, Prolevamax is designed
to be a daily supplement that can be safely used
alongside core post workout nutrition like protein shakes and electrolytes,
because the protein shakes and electrolyte do not carry the
(05:27):
same ingredients that prolevamax have. In general, you know, prolevamax
is not a replacement to a meal, replacement or primary
source of macronutrients. Prolevamaxis is focused on systemic support for inflammation,
(05:48):
nerve balance, and chronic pain, while protein electrolytes serve essential
acute needs after exercise. There's very minimal or lap with
prolevamax and protein shakes. Prolevamax contains amino acids like glutamine, rgenine, serine,
(06:08):
and one vitamin B six, but you know the main
focus is on supplements such as curcumin, buswelia, reservitrile, gensing,
et cetera. You know, a standard protein shape provides high
doses of amino acids and electrolytes provide minerals. The blend
of supplements is not is typically not problematic when combined
(06:32):
with these basic post workout nutrients.
Speaker 2 (06:36):
I like that Bobbio does Prolevamax help with faster muscle recovery, flexibility,
or reduced downtime after games or workouts for the athletes
that are out there.
Speaker 3 (06:49):
Well absolutely, actually Prolyva Mexican help athletes recover faster, you know,
for them to feel looser and get back into training sooner.
The key is that Prolevamax is to be taken every day,
not just before a workout or anything. But you know,
(07:10):
it was designed to target pain and inflammation at their source,
which obviously indirectly supports better recovery and reduce downtime when
you train hard, your muscles experience tiny tears that trigger
inflammation inoxidative stress. And if you use it every day,
(07:30):
prolib A max takes care of that very well.
Speaker 2 (07:35):
Tell you what, I use it every day, my friend,
and I am so thankful for I truly believe that
everything happens for a reason. You know, I, much like you,
believe very much in my creator. I believe in God
and Jesus Christ is my savior. But I do believe
that you God put you in my path for a
reason at that particular time, because I kid you not,
it can pain can become overwhelming. What it does to
(07:57):
you mentally and what it can do to you emotion
is amazing, and people don't really realize it. And I
look at someone like you, polite, professional, humble, nicest individual
one could ever meet, and to think of the situation
you were going through with your family, that's got to
be tough. And now to see how it came out
the other side, I think it's really really neat. And
(08:20):
I know there's a lot of retired athletes out there,
like myself that played whether it was at high school
or college level or professionally, they still deal with pain
and inflammation long after their playing days and prelibamax correct
me from wrong can't help them manage that without relying
on pain measure NSAIDs correct.
Speaker 3 (08:40):
Oh, absolutely, a resounding yes for that. The main function
of prolemax is heavily focused on chronic inflammatory conditions and
managing pain without relying on drugs like the insets, the
nonsteroidal anti inflammatory drugs which are your over the counter
(09:00):
tail and all ad bill or moltrid. As we age
rob especially after years of intense sport, sporting activities and exercising.
That pain often comes from long term wear and air
things like joint inflammation, arthritis, or old the injuries flaring
(09:21):
up correct well believe them targets that root cause of
that pain, the chronic inflammation using natural, very natural research
backed ingredients like curcumen which is extracted from the main
ingredients of turmeric and boswellia which are known to common
(09:43):
flammat inflammation very safely without the side effects of traditional painment.
I mean the end set the tile and all ad
bills and moltrit. If you take them too many times
for too long, it can give you some liver deck image.
Polue doesn't do that. There's no way you can get
(10:06):
liver damage. There's no side effects whatsoever. And you know,
studies show that our formula we've done, We've did a
clinical study where the C reactive protein which we call
high sensitivity the CRP, which is a key marker for
(10:27):
to determine how much inflammation you have in the body.
Well that study showed that our product after thirty days
reduced it by.
Speaker 2 (10:36):
Fifty that's amazing.
Speaker 3 (10:39):
And yeah, and the same people that that we're in
that clinical study, the pain with the pain score from
zero to ten went from eight down to four in
thirty days.
Speaker 2 (10:55):
And you know what else your products fabio, I kid,
you know, I'd tried a lot of different things for
pain and your product's the only thing that's eliminated my pain.
But most importantly, you know this better than I do
because I was a d student in science and you
were an A student in science because I played football.
Long story short, you know that one of the key
(11:15):
side effects for people that have chronic pain, regardless of
whether it had to do with athletics, surgery, whatever it
may be, is insomnia. They don't sleep well, and you know,
so they'll try to curb it with pain. Medication, alcohol,
whatever it may be, the numb it and you become lethargic.
Your product provides promotes better relaxation in sound sleep, which
(11:37):
is amazing. And you and I know there's a growing
awareness out there that inflammation affects us not just from
a performance standpoint, but overall longevity. How does managing inflammation
with perleivimax tie into long term health? I want you
to touch on that because we have a couple of minutes left.
Speaker 3 (11:54):
Sure, i' mean inflammation and this is well document in
scientific papers, is the root of all diseases, diabetes, cardiac events,
all that. See the concept of chronic and low grade inflammation,
which we often term as inflamaging, is a major driver
(12:18):
of age related disease. So managing inflammation with prolebomas directly
it aligns with these long term health goals. Chronic low
level inflammation doesn't just cause aches, It drives cellular and
tissue damage, which we don't talk about enough, and that
(12:41):
underlies major age related diseases. The constant presence of inflammatory
signals is a strong strongly linked to cardiovascular disease. As
I said, neural degenerative disorders like Alzheimer's die at BDS.
By aiming to significantly reduce systemic inflammatory markers. Prolibu Max
(13:09):
attempts to damp in this smoldering fire that accelerates aging.
Speaker 2 (13:14):
That is amazing, Fabio, We got about a minute left.
What I'd like for you to do, is anybody out
there in the listening audience this morning that wants to
try the product or get a hold of you and
your team, let them know how they can do that.
In folks, we will be at the Sadgrass Mills Mall
all day today and all day tomorrow. You can come
out where there's a booth there. We can get literature
and we will be rappling off a couple samples of
(13:35):
the product. Go ahead, Fabio, absolutely so you can.

Speaker 2 (15:39):
Good morning, Welcome back to the show. It is Saturday,
October twenty fifth, twenty twenty five. We're privileged to be
here this morning at iHeartRadio in West Palm Beach, Florida.
We're now streaming on the iHeart app. Remember folks. Later
today from ten am until six pm, and tomorrow from
ten am till six pm, we will be at Sadgrassmills
Mall in between Primark and Brand Smart for our annual
fall home show with us is Corporate Trustee, Ambassador's new
(16:03):
Health Partners and I have with me Carlos Henriquez, who's
the director of External Group and Cellerya Sales. And what
we're going to talk about this morning, specifically is group
insurance benefits, specifically about ic hr A. Now, Carlos, I
know you're going to agree with me that there has
been a lot of noise out there, and I know
(16:24):
I want you to touch on this because a lot
of people have gotten nervous with everything going on. But
I know that you and your team are a seasoned
group of professionals success that's not happened by accident, and
your team has had a heck of a lot of
it over a number of years. So I'm going to
get out of your way and let you get right
into it.
Speaker 5 (16:42):
All righty, good morning, but thank you so much. Yes,
I agree there there's definitely been a lot of commotion
about it. First, I want to introduce myself again at
Carlos Henriquez here from New Health Partners and for those
of you that don't know, New hoalf Partners were a
large national agency. We offer clients, you know, help with
ACA with Medicare, accelary benefits like dental benefits, life, property
(17:07):
and casualty, car insurance and group insurance, which is what
I'm going to talk about a little bit today. Well,
thank you so much for having you on the show.
You know, good luck to uh at Sagras today. And yeah,
so let's let's talk a little let's tipe in a
little bit into Akra.
Speaker 4 (17:23):
Right.
Speaker 5 (17:23):
So, like you said, first of all, the name not
very not very catchy, right uh Akra. I know that
in the Big Beautiful Bill there were there was a
build that wanted to introduce so we can change the
name into choice, you know a little bit of a rebrand, uh,
you know, a little more attractive to the clients. But yeah,
that unfortunately didn't go through, but it's going to be
(17:46):
added into a separate build which hopefully goes through. Because
personally also not a big fan of the name ECRA.
But what exactly right is AKRA? So AKRA is individual
coverage Health reimbursement arrangement. Right. What that means is that
it's another type of group insurance. So you know, I'm
sure everybody that has has ever had the insurance to
(18:07):
their employer has had the traditional group insurance, right, the
traditional carriers bukas like you know, Blue Cross, Blue Shield,
the United Healthcare at you know, uh Signa, et cetera. Right,
So what happens with AKRA is that the employer makes
a you know, a contribution per month.
Speaker 4 (18:29):
Right.
Speaker 5 (18:29):
If you have a budget of let's say like five
hundred dollars per employee per month, I can give that
to my employees, and my employees are able to select
the plan that is an ACA froop plan, so they
can select whichever plan is they choose. Right, So we
have let's say ten employees, one can have OSCAR, one
can have Molina, one can have a better one can
(18:51):
have United Healthcare, et cetera. So it gives really the
employees the choice of selecting a plant that best suits
their knees and their needs and also you know that
that suits their budget as well.
Speaker 4 (19:04):
Right.
Speaker 5 (19:05):
So yeah, so for example, with ACRO, there is a
platform that they will go right to make their selections,
just sometimes they do with some traditional group insurance like
Employee Navigator, et cetera. So in this case, you know,
they will go into a platform to make their selections
and you know everything else that outside of that in
terms of bailing, the third part administrator, which is the
(19:27):
ACRE platform, takes care of the back end for them,
so they don't have to go in, you know, every
month and make their payments sometimes you forget. Those are
some of the things that you know, a lot of
the feedback what we've heard. So you know, it makes
the employee you feel like they have a true you know,
group insurance in that sense, right, even though it's an
individual policy. Uh, they're able to just set like the
(19:47):
plan and they don't have to worry about the payment
because everything's done on the back end and if they
need to be you know, somewhat adducted a premium from
their paycheck and then sort of their payroll system, you all.
But yeah, you know, with with everything that's happening with
a c A at this time, a lot of uncertainty,
you know, with the government shutdown and if the premium
text credits are going to renew or not. You know,
(20:11):
I you know, we were really not really concerned about it,
you know, because either way, you know, whether it's a
c A or for group, we're still seeing our large
increment of members going into an ACA. You know, it's
been growing exponentially every year. And now with AKRA, you know,
with the popularity of acropt, you know, we're seeing a
lot of members that potentially might not go into UH
(20:33):
an ACA policy, but a lot of them are still
going to an ACA policy when they're being off for
a group plan. Right, So we're going to see a
large increment of membership in the group side, a lot
of them being through EKRA or through or through traditional group. So,
like I said, you know, very very very excited for that,
and you know, like I said, we're not really concerned
in that part, uh because like I said, it's uh,
(20:56):
you know, acro really was created, so you know, they
could be maybe less subsidies through the government and maybe
a little more incentive to the employers.
Speaker 7 (21:05):
Uh.
Speaker 5 (21:06):
So they can incentivize the employers to give insurance to
the employees and that you know that they're able to,
you know, get a tax deductible at the end of
the year with any contribution and the gift ter employees.
So if they do let's say a five hundred for
employee promount contribution, uh, and they pay for example, there's
(21:26):
a fee associated with the acre platform or any broker fees,
et cetera, all those amounts will be tax deductible at
the end of the year for them, which is a
great incentive that you know, really the reason why ACO
was created to give that flexibility to the employees and
also give a you know, that big of a tax break, right,
incentivizing on that end to the employers to provide and
(21:48):
give employees benefits.
Speaker 2 (21:50):
Hey, Carlos, are there any restrictions is you have to
have a certain number of employees? Is there any parameters
or restrictions or requirements? Can you touch on that?
Speaker 5 (22:01):
So for EKRA, you really you can have you know,
two people or more on a plan for EKRA. Right,
so really very very minimum. Like I said, participation in
that aspect, two people more can join into an acroplan.
They can go into the platform make their selections.
Speaker 2 (22:18):
So yeah, it's interesting. Now you had mentioned some of
the different providers that are compatible with the program. Can
you repeat a few of those for anybody who may
have tuned in late?
Speaker 5 (22:28):
Yeah, So if any of our listeners have had an
individual plan right through the marketplace, those will be the
same carriers that they'll be able to select through EKRA.
So you know, the most popular that I can say
is Oscar and better Molina. You know, we have you know,
the healthcare we have SIGNA, we have also as met.
(22:52):
So depending on your state, all those all those carriers
in your state that you're able to purchase a plan
through a the also will be the same carriers that
you can purchase if your employer offers you ACRO.
Speaker 2 (23:06):
And you had mentioned something about the government shutdown. Is
any of this affected by that as we speak currently
this morning.
Speaker 5 (23:13):
Well, really the only thing that will be effected, I
would say, is the you know, for example, with the carriers,
they had to file two separate types of you know, premiums, right,
one if the subsidies are renewed, if the premium tax
credits are renewed, and if they're not, but we are
seeing about an average of fifty to twenty percent more
(23:36):
in premium that members will have to pay next year,
you know, but either way a lot of people also
forget that prior to those premi tex credits that happened
during the Biden administration, you know, the prices were still
around the same price they will be now. So you know,
the great thing, for example, with the ACA world is
that the premium have only gone up maybe a few
(23:58):
percentages per year comparison with traditional group that you know,
the prices have gone out between ten to like twenty
percent more year over year.
Speaker 2 (24:07):
That is amazing. That is amazing. Now your company and
new health partner are you? Is it regional here in
South Florida? Is it national? State wide? How does it work?
Speaker 5 (24:20):
No, so we were actually a national thoughts though, FMO,
if you're a marketing organization, yeah, so we can serve
as any employees in any state. You know, we have
our license and in all fifty states. So if we
have for example, and listeners are brokers and then don't
know how to get started on ACRA. We're more happy
to help you with the certification so you can get
(24:41):
very familiar, you know, get you up to speed on
how ACRA works. If you're an employee, and also if
you don't know what ACRE is, and perhaps your broker
it hasn't shown you that option right a time of renewal,
We're more than happy to provide that service to you.
I think it's it's very important in this day and
age for you to see all the options available to you.
It's you're going to run into some brokers, for example,
(25:02):
agencies that maybe show you just Tradition Group and Aedekra.
I think you know, for us, our model is that
we want to make sure that you see all choices available.
Speaker 2 (25:12):
I think that that's extremely important. You know, we got
about a minute left, Carlos, So whenever you get around
to it, if you want to one more time, what
I'd like for you to do is give out your
contact information, give out the web address and phone numbers
and let people know how they can get a hold
of you or if they need to go through a
portal or toll free number so they can reach out
to you and your team.
Speaker 5 (25:32):
Go ahead, sure, so I'll give you guys my personal
phone number. You know we're we're we like to have
a very opting communication here. So my phone number is
nine five four eight five zero seven seven eighty seven,
open from Monday through Sunday. You called me on a
Saturday and Sunday and I'm next to my phone. I
will pick it up. You know, we like to provide
(25:53):
that white glove service to all of you. Our website
is www dot newhealth partner dot com. And like I said,
should we text call me? A lot of people use
what's up? Please have my phone available twenty four to seven.
Speaker 2 (26:08):
Tell you what Carlos. If you're not doing anything later
today or tomorrow from ten till six, come on through
the Sadgrass Mills Mall. We got a table there with
your name on it. We'd love to have you until
the next time we get an opportunity to interview you,
because we'll be doing this with you on a regular basis.
I want to thank you for your time, and if
we don't see you, have a wonderful weekend. If we
do see you, which we hope to God, bless and
(26:28):
thank you for your time this morning, my friend.
Speaker 5 (26:31):
I'm appreciate it. Likewise, Thank you, Thank you.
Speaker 6 (26:39):

Speaker 2 (27:11):
Good morning, Welcome back to the show. It is the
twenty fifth of October twenty twenty five. I'm Rob the
director of Operations with the Greater South Florida Chamber of Commerce,
and you are listening to us on the best of
South Florida business. We're privileged to be here this morning
at iHeartRadio in West Palm Beach, Florida, where we're now
streaming on the iHeart Apple. Later today from ten am
till six pm, and tomorrow from ten am till six pm,
(27:33):
will be out at Southgrass Mills Mall in between Primark
and Brand Smart for our annual Fall Home Show with
US Corporate Trust the Ambassador five Star visibility. I have
Steve Sunshine who is a corporate Ambassador for the Greater
South Florida Chamber of Commerce, and he and his company
are in the process of doing a free that's capital
free digital marketing evaluation for all of our members and
(27:56):
people within our network. Kind of what I want to
touch on today, Steve, a lot of noise out there,
current state of things fourth quarter. Don't do politics and
don't really want to get into the doom and gloom
about the downturn with the economics. Other people say it's great,
but obviously things seem to get more expensive. There seems
to be a lot of noise. I like to try
(28:17):
to stay in my lane, stay in today. And obviously,
if you're a business owner or if you're an employee
that works for a business owner, and you're in a
role like you and I are, you have certain responsibilities
and you meet those responsibilities through production, and you have
to set goals. You have to make sure you meet
your goals. You have to make sure that you're doing
the next right thing. Success does not happen by accident.
(28:39):
I want you to touch on what you feel people
could do to improve their standings as business owners or
people who manage businesses. And obviously I know that you
had mentioned in the past it's a couple of key
shortcomings that people are up against when they're making mistakes
when they don't need to make those mistakes. So I
want you to touch on that and talk a little
bit about the free digital marketing evalue.
Speaker 4 (29:00):
Go ahead, my friend, great Rob, Thank you so much,
and I just want to commend you on the job
you do for all South Florida businesses and getting the
word out and you're an extremely valuable asset for any
small business and I highly recommend getting involved with the
Greater South Florida Chamber.
Speaker 2 (29:17):
Appreciate it, as Rob was sure.
Speaker 4 (29:19):
As Rob was mentioning, we're offering a free digital marketing
evaluation for small businesses because the number one thing small
businesses suffer from is a lack of a strategy that's
going to be successful for their particular business in their
competitive market with their resources. You know, every business struggles
(29:40):
every day to keep the lights on, to keep the
roof over the head, and they keep trying to get
more and more customers coming through the door. Well, they're
experts in their own business. They know how to run
a auto repair shop, they know how to be a doctor,
they know how to be a plumber. They know how
to do what they know how to do. But when
it comes to digital marketing, it's very, very challenging to
(30:03):
try to compete with professionals. You can do a lot
of digital marketing yourself, but to really have the right strategy,
with the right goals in mind, and with the proper
metrics to keep track of all your goals and outcomes,
you really need to have a professional Okay, it's not
(30:25):
as expensive as you think if you pick the programs
and the campaigns that make most sense for you and
your budget, and that's what we try to do when
we do talk to clients. But first off, you need
to have a good snapshot of what you're doing right,
what you're doing okay with, and what you're failing at.
And as a business owner or a marketer for a
(30:48):
small business, you're pretty much so close to the flame
that you don't get to see the fire. And I
just made that up so hopefully it makes sense. But
a small business owner doesn't know how the potential customers,
their targets are perceiving their digital presence when they see
their website, What do they think, what do they know?
(31:10):
What do they learn? What are the assets? What are
the shortcomings? Is the messaging getting through properly? And usually
it's not because people don't update their websites often enough
with the right digital marketing strategy. So our digital marketing evaluation,
all you have to do is go to five star
Visibility dot com slash chamber. That's five star Visibility dot
(31:32):
com slash chamber, which five is a number five, fill
out a quick little form you name, address, naming, your
website and your business, and in a few days we'll
have a one of our digital marketing experts go over
your Google presence, your Google business profile, your social media,
your website and really look at it from an expert's
(31:54):
i view of how you're being perceived in the marketplace.
Is your message clear and concise? Is it complete? Is
it easy to find you? Is it easy to do
all these things? Is your branding consistent. We'll give you
a simple abcd F type grade on thirty plus metrics
on the report, and then we'll go over it with
(32:16):
you and answer all your questions again totally free, no obligation,
so go to five Starvisibility dot com slash chamber. This
is an offer directly brought to you from the Greater
South Florida Chamber with our company, five Star Visibility, which
we are a digital marketing agency here in Fort Lauderdale.
We're on Cyprus Creek Boulevard just west of ninety five.
(32:39):
So we're a local company with local representation and local experts.
We know the local markets. We're not what most companies
come to us and say, I've got a guy in
another country who's really cheap, but I can't find him.
He's been invisible or miia for the last two months,
and I need website work. Or this guy's charging me
so much more, I have no idea if he's effective. Well,
(33:03):
you when you say you have a guy who does
your website, that's not a professional. It's like I have
a guy who does my medical stuff. Well that you
need a doctor. You need professional help. But you pick
the programs, campaigns, budgets and goals that's right for your business.
You don't have to spend twenty five thousand dollars a month.
(33:25):
You can start as little as two three four hundred
dollars a month. To get started doing the right marketing.
Speaker 2 (33:31):
That's very important because you know, there's so many companies
out there. It's ironic. You and I've talked about this
in person, We've talked about it on air. You'll it's
amazing when you'll see certain businesses and some of these businesses,
like I know one that we're dealing with that's in
the service industry. They do home improvement and they'll leave
it at that. I kind of they have eleven vehicles, right,
(33:52):
and there's two people to each vehicle. There's twenty two
people that I know that they have another armor. But
some many guests are between thirty, thirty five and forty
employees and no traditional marketing strategy. I blew my mind
still using a fax machine, very just like a shell
of a website. It was just really like a landing page,
(34:14):
and you know, really no listing in the Yellow Pages.
Not that that's important anymore because it seems to be
a thing of the past, but you do want to
have some type of a digital and online presence because
without it, you're in trouble. I mean the days of
doing an email blast and getting anything above a five
to ten percent open rate. If you're lucky fifteen to twenty.
(34:34):
If you're a large organization that still does that, and
you and I have talked about it, Steve, where if
you're doing push notifications, you could expect an eighty to
ninety percent open rate. So I mean it's just completely different.
Speaker 4 (34:47):
Yep, yep. Every business is different. And you know, just
think of how competitive the market is. You may have
opened up your business, you know, a few years ago,
five years ago, twenty years ago, forty years ago, and
your competitor are growing and everybody has the same challenge.
If you have twenty plumbing competitors all fighting for the
same customer in Boca ratone, then how are you going
(35:10):
to stand out? How are you going to beat your competitors?
They're hiring professional marketing agencies and people to do their strategy.
And if you're not, you're not competing. You have to compete.
It's a real world out there that you can't just
wait for people to walk in your door unless you're
extremely lucky and built such a great business that it's
(35:34):
self sustaining and self growing. But there's very few of those,
you know. I've talked to many many businesses that said
four or five, ten years ago. Business was great. Before
the pandemic, business was great. But after that, you know,
it's a struggle to get the phone, the ring, it's
a struggle to get someone in the door. And then
I say, well, when was the last time you updated
your website? Oh, four years ago? One? Was the last
(35:55):
time you did any marketing strategy, any advertising, any promotions.
Have you reached out to your customer base? Do you
have a mailing list?
Speaker 3 (36:02):
No?
Speaker 4 (36:03):
Okay, well you have tremendous opportunity to increase your business.
That's the biggest thing I see is that there is
so much opportunity because you have this history. You're not
starting from scratch. People know you. You just have to
get the word back out through the digital means.
Speaker 2 (36:21):
That is true. I'm hearing that noise in the background,
the music coming to the end of this particular segment, Steve,
give everyone your contact information. Let nothing get a hold
of you and your team if they want to go
ahead and do that digital marketing evaluation. I encourage you to.
If you're in the market for a new website or
any type of marketing, don't look any further. Go through
five Star Visibility. They're the best in the business.
Speaker 4 (36:42):

Good morning, Welcome back to the show. It is Saturday,
October twenty fifth, twenty twenty five. Privileged to be here

streaming on the iHeart app. I'm Rob the director of
Operations with the Greater South Florida Chamber of Commerce. This
is one of our weekly radio programs called the Best
of South Florida Business. Keep in mind later today from
ten am till six pm, and again tomorrow from ten
am to six pm, we'll be out at the Saudgrass
(38:22):
Mills Mall for our annual Paul Holmes Show. In between
Brand Smart and Primark with Us is the host of
our weekly radio programs and our board president, John Kroll
from Crow Reality. Our motto is we Roll with Kroll.
We're located at fifty four to forty seven North Federal
Highway in the heart of Fort Lauderdale, off of Commercial
and Federal Block, and a half north of Commercial and
(38:43):
Federal Court of a block south of Coral Ridge Best
Materian Church, Westminster Academy, where John's and alumnus John, I
want to get right into it today. I want to
talk a little bit about crow Really. You've been around
since nineteen fifty one. Your folks Karl and I Rene
founded it. You have over seventy five years as a
boutique family called real estate company. You do everything from
real estate investments, seminars and workshops. You worked at the
(39:05):
Trump Institute, you have a property management arm, you do
commercial real estate. You're working on stuff up at the
Treasure Coast, and you're also doing a lot of referral
business helping people buy and sell homes. Now for people,
if you go to the website Croll REALLYY K L
L R E A L T Y, You're going to
find out some things about the dream home finder, tips
(39:27):
for buyers, homeowner information, title and escro information, mortgage information
and mortgage rates. It's very very important. And then obviously
if you're looking for someone, you know people who are sellers,
you want probate information, free market analysis, tips for sellers.
Resources like new construction, schools, relocation, weather, real estate glossary,
(39:50):
and improving your credit score. Touch on what you're seeing
out there. I mean, so many people are like, oh,
the bubble burst. Things aren't where they were. The mortgage
rates are too high. What's your take on the whole thing?
Speaker 9 (40:03):
Yeah, Rob, thanks for having me on.
Speaker 2 (40:06):
To talk to you.
Speaker 9 (40:08):
Yes, definitely.
Speaker 4 (40:10):
Yeah.
Speaker 9 (40:11):
I just rolled out a new on the drop down
when you go to the website, there's a more section
on the top. There's a hyperlink you drop down, and
I just added a improve your credit score, which people
underestimate your credit score because that is very important, uh
in the purchasing aspect of real estate, and so a
(40:35):
lot of people just overlook that and they don't keep
their score straight, meaning that you know your score is
going to help you buy a home that you might
want to look at a home that's a little bit
more than your budget, but your score might put you there.
If it's lower, it might not. So those are things
(40:55):
that are important. So that's one of the links I
just added on there. It's really cool. You can go
in there and open it up and sign up. And
matter of fact, the girl that it's part of the chamber,
Pam Capucci. I don't know if I'm pronouncing her name,
but yeah, yeah, that's their link. So they're they're rolling
(41:17):
stuff out with the mortgage company. So that that was
really that's one thing good about the chamber with the
with connecting with people too as well. But again staying
on topic with the site. The one thing people don't
understand when they search, people collect their information and you
(41:38):
get people contacting you, where my site is the only
way I contact you. You if you reach it back
to me. So if you want to do a chat
or send me a message, I'll get back to you.
But there's a lot of good resources on there, so
you know, just like general resource information like schools and
(41:58):
whether you know, you got your real estate glossary where
you can go to any topic that you're thinking about
in real estate. You can go on there and click
on and find out information that would be very helpful
for you.
Speaker 2 (42:12):
That's really that's important. That's very important.
Speaker 9 (42:16):
Yeah, the thing too because I don't you know people,
I've been doing this for a long time, so I
see what irritates people and like for instance, like if
you go on Google and you search a home and
put watery on the water and you want a deep waterhouse,
you get on there, you're going to get hit with
about so many phone calls because what happens is that
(42:38):
information is sold to all the realtors, and so then
your information, you're going to be contacted by a number
of agents. That's just the nature of the business. So
and you're basically not even getting into the listing agent.
You're getting to a broker that's paid for a service
that is able to access their information as when they
(43:03):
go on to the website We're my side. If you
go on to it prorealty dot com, you can search
all those properties has the same feed. I have the
IDXP that has all the listings of any brokers. So
if you want to search on air and you find
something that's interesting, or if you need help on your search,
I can critique it. You can also set up your
(43:25):
own automatic search where it will notify you when a
property comes up in a neighborhood that you're looking a
price point, square footage, garage, waterfront, all that stuff, school districts.
It's really cool.
Speaker 2 (43:41):
That is important because you definitely want to make sure
if you're purchasing a home that you're buying in the
right area, and obviously if you're selling a home that's
in the right area versus an area that could be
urban blight, it's going to be a really easier to
sell a home a good area than it is in
an area that you know, I mean not to say
that could being one of the Opportunities zones or an
(44:01):
area that's being gentrified, like a perfect example. I've heard
you talk about it. You know, money's made on the
buy side, not on the cell side. And I saw
from like twenty eighteen through twenty twenty three one of
the areas that seemed to be a hotbed for people
buying stuff and making money off of it on the
buy side was Pompado Beach and some of the surrounding
(44:23):
areas correct.
Speaker 9 (44:25):
Correct, Yeah, yeah, And that that is so true too.
People don't realize that. You know, as you own a property,
you pay down your mortgage, and when you advertise a loan,
if you stayed in at ten fifteen years, you're basically
(44:45):
at the term at the end of your loan, you're
paying basically all principle. So everything you're doing, you're building equity.
So it's like money in the bay. So people don't
realize that. And you have an asset at home that's
appreciated so much over the years. I mean, I look
at people that I've sold property to, and I've been
doing this for forty six years, and you know people
(45:08):
that have sold their house ten years later, fifteen years
later making almost double what they've bought the house for.
Depends on areas, but you know, it's a great investment,
you know. And so anybody out there renting, you know,
give me a call. Maybe I can help you structure
a deal to buy a house and look at your
(45:29):
whole picture, and you know, look at the opportunities. Talk
to your accountant. The account will tell you to buy
the house instead of rending.
Speaker 2 (45:41):
Yeah, they will, because.
Speaker 9 (45:42):
There are things that you have to think about when
you're when you're making an investment, I mean, make an
investment at a rental, you know how it is. You're
you're I'm trying to get you to get squared away
on a property. So hopefully this year we'll find you
something soon.
Speaker 2 (45:57):
Rob, I hope so too, John, I do. It's been
a while, I'll tell you, because there's definitely no there's
no equity in rent, that's for sure.
Speaker 9 (46:06):
I know you're making the landlord rich, that's for sure.
But yees, it's a fun business is helping people, you know,
achieve their goal, their dream, you know, having to navigate
into something that you know, in the long run, it's
going to be the best investment they're going to ever make,
which just is it's rewarding, very rewarding.
Speaker 2 (46:30):
That is true. That is true, sir. You know, so
we got about a minute left. Share anything else that's
going on that you want to elaborate on, and then
obviously I want you to give out your contact information
so people know the best way to get a hold
of you and anything else that's going on, because I
know you're working on a lot of different stuff up
in the Treasure Coast and you have some other projects
(46:51):
that you do as well.
Speaker 9 (46:53):
Yeah, that's what that's what I do.
Speaker 4 (46:55):
I'll endit this.
Speaker 9 (46:56):
I kind of search around because I got this kind
of when I was working with the Trump Institute selling
inventary people. But I look what's going on in the infrastructure,
like roads and new development sites that they're raw land
and what they're going to be doing with the land.
But those are things that you know, if you want
to reach out to me, you can reach out my
(47:17):
cell number. It's ninety five four four one zero twenty
three oh one. Again, like I said, our website is
www dot Cralrealty dot com. And if you want to
get to me. How those are the ways to get
to me?
Speaker 2 (47:32):
