Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome to the Greater South Florida Chamber Radio program with
your host to board president John Kroll of Kroll Realty.
Speaker 2 (00:16):
Good morning, Welcome back to the show. It is Saturday
of the twenty eighth of June twenty twenty five. Were
privileged to be here this morning in West pomp Beach, Florida. iHeartRadio.
Who we're now streaming on the iHeart app. My name
is Rob. I'm the director of operations with the Greater
South Florida Chamber of Commerce. This is one of our
weekly radio programs, the best of South Florida Business. Have
a brand new member of ours, a corporate member. The
(00:36):
gentleman's name is Steve Sunshine and he works with a
company called the Five Star of Visibility, and they're a
hybrid model because they do a lot of different things.
What I'd like to do is get out of the
way here this morning for you, Steve. Give you an
opportunity or the next eight to nine minutes, introduce yourself,
give out proper call sign, web address, phone number, and
little background and information on your organization. Talk a little
(00:58):
bit about what you do, because obviously you do it
very well.
Speaker 3 (01:01):
Oh, thank you so much. There, Rob appreciate the opportunity
to talk to you here today. Our company, five Star
Visibility is a digital marketing agency. We're located right here
in Fort Lauderdale, right off of Cyprus Creek at ninety five.
We've been helping small businesses in South Florida drive traffic,
(01:23):
make additional sales, and help their branding and website, social media,
and all the other great things that digital marketing provides.
You can go to our website at five Starvisibility dot com.
That's five with the number five. I can be reached
at any time always at our corporate offices at nine
(01:44):
to five four two eight nine five five five five
or s Sunshine at five Star Visibility. That's how you
can get a hold of me. Very accessible. One of
the things that we really pride ourselves on is understanding
the local markets and business in general. There are a
lot of technology companies out there and marketing companies out
(02:07):
there that know how to click the buttons and find
the right lever to push, but if they don't understand business,
they really can't build a unique and effective strategy for
your business to succeed. That's what we feel is missing,
mostly for the small business is that voice that has
(02:27):
the experience in both business and marketing and has the
technology and the website type technology and experience to deliver
on that strategy. Because without a good strategy, no matter
how much effort you put in in your digital marketing,
(02:49):
it's not going to do well. So strategy is paramount
and first on our list, and we always have deep
discussions and it's more of a collaborative effort with our
clients that we really get to understand their business. We
see it from all angles, we visit their locations, we
(03:09):
talk to them, and we really design the effective strategy
more than just a social post or a paid ad
or a website page. Without strategy, again, it's not going
to be effective.
Speaker 2 (03:24):
Steve, take a few minutes for the average individual out
there who maybe they may identify with the term digital marketing,
but elaborate in a few minutes, if you would, what
digital marketing is and what are some of the best
courses of action to get started in digital marketing if
you would, please.
Speaker 3 (03:41):
Sure, sure, Well, a website and an online presence is
really a reflection of your own company and your business.
One thing I always tell clients is that everything that
your company represents and says in person or on the
phone needs to be reflected the same on your website,
(04:04):
your social media channels, your Google business profile. You need
to have a unified, singular message for the repetition and
for the trust factor. If your people are saying the
sky is blue and your website says the sky is
light green, then the disconnect builds distrust in potential customers.
(04:29):
So digital marketing our tools and platforms and strategies to
voice or amplify your brand, your offer, and your unique
selling proposition. So first and foremost, everybody knows digital marketing
as your website. Well, your website can be just a
simple brochure of here's who we are, here's kind of
(04:51):
what we do, and here's how to get a hold
of us. Well that's good and basic and it works.
But if you're trying to build a relationship and grow
sales and have a positive influence on your customers, you
need to deliver more through the digital marketing channels. So
every question that a customer needs to have answered before
(05:13):
they purchase from you or even call you, should be
delivered and available on your website, on your social media
channels or platforms or pages, and in all your communication
to the customer. It all needs to work in sync.
So again we start with your website. That's your kind
of your hub, your base, and then you should have
(05:37):
a visibility in most all the social media platforms. You
don't have to have aggressive campaigns, but you just need
to be visible. So if people look for you, they
can find you. That's the first game in digital marketing.
Am I easy to be found. The second part of
digital marketing is my messaging, clear, concise and effective. Am
(06:00):
I telling them what my unique selling proposition really is,
why they should shop with me, talk to me, hire me,
frequent my company. You need to give them the compelling
reasons why you're a good choice over the competition. So
those are two main things now. Also there's other ways
(06:22):
to market digitally. You can do email marketing, which has
been around a long long time and still one of
the most profitable or highest return on investment channels because
of the low cost of sending emails out. But you
really have got to have a strategy with all your communications.
Am I delivering important information that the customer will read
(06:47):
and benefit from. If the customer has no benefit, then
you're just kind of like sending out a birthday card
or a happy Thanksgiving note. It's nice and it's easily forgotten.
But if you're sending out how to repair your air
conditioner during the very hot months, or how to buy
a car, or any of the services, and you give
(07:10):
them information, they're going to trust your voice and they're
going to give you an opportunity to possibly sell them
your services. It's all about earning the business. You do
it every day in your physical stores and in your
service businesses, and as you talk to customers you want
to earn the business will Digital marketing is the same thing.
(07:32):
You want to earn the business by representing your brand
and your messaging clearly, concisely and everywhere you want to
be found. Sometimes companies will just market to where they
think their customers are, but the customers can be anywhere.
It's just how effective and how much budget you have
(07:55):
to reach them in different locations. If your customers are
young people and they're on TikTok and they're on YouTube,
and they're on Twitter and all these other places, then
you need to be there. If your channel is very traditional,
then maybe you need to do off online marketing in
(08:16):
traditional channels and on advertising on bus benches and newspapers
and all this old style stuff. It depends on where
your customer is. But a hybrid or a combination marketing
program to reach everybody in all channels is really the
optimum way to go. Another thing with digital marketing that
people don't really or recognize is that their website and
(08:41):
digital marketing should be designed to save the company and
their customers money. If you can build it once and
show it to many people, it becomes more efficient to
handle customer service your customers.
Speaker 2 (08:56):
That is, that's amazing. I'm hearing that noise in the background. Steam.
So we got about a minute left. What I want
you to do is we'll pick up where we left
off in the next segment. But what I'd like for you
to do is identify any promotions that are going on
that you and your company you're offering right now and
give out your contact information until we have you on
again in the next segment.
Speaker 3 (09:15):
Okay, sounds great, when we do it now, yes, sir,
when we come back, okay, sure, all right. One of
the things we're focusing on right now for local businesses
is their Google Business profile. It's called local marketing or
local SEO. Google offers a free service that can give
any local business a place on the Google Properties that
(09:38):
allows a person to find them, find directions to their place,
map to their store or location, and information about their
products and services. We are offering a special offer that's
to manage and optimize your Google Business profile to drive
local customers to call you to find directions or go
(09:59):
to your web site. It's regularly six hundred and ninety
nine a month for us to do this every month.
We have it on sale for three hundred and ninety
nine dollars a month, and absolutely a local business will
get more customers and more return on investment on their
Google business profile being optimized than any other channel that
(10:20):
they can choose because Google dominates the local search and
people these days want to serve support their local businesses
before the national or regional or businesses that are a
distance away. So having a dominant presence on the Google Maps,
if you search like pizza near me, you'll see a
(10:43):
map a result on Google and our job is to
get you up to the top of those rankings. Because
the first three that show in the map pack or
the three pack, get ninety five percent of the clicks
on a typical search so you're not in the top
three on the strategic keywords that represent your business in
(11:05):
the areas you want to market to, then your competition
is beating you. So if you want to sell let's say,
let's say air conditioner service in all of West Palm Beach,
we can strategically market and strategize to help you dominate
(11:28):
that area. Specifically down to the mile by mile square
quadrant of who is going to see your company's marketing
materials when they search for something near them or if
they say air conditioning Broward or air conditioning Fort Lauderdale
or air conditioning repair. We want you to show up first.
(11:49):
And that's what our Google Business Profile marketing package is
all about. We do everything for you. It's all done
through Google and it's yours to own for So as
we keep adding more and more content and have strategy
that is working, you'll continually get more and more business
from it. We feel it's the number one thing every
(12:12):
small business in South Florida should really focus on. You
can do it yourself, but you can also do your
own breaks. But I trust a professional, So you can
do it yourself, but let us handle it for you.
We'll prove ourselves every month and drive more and more
business your way with the Google Business Profile marketing package.
Speaker 2 (12:33):
You know, Steve, Now we got two or three minutes left.
What I would like for you to do identify some
of the key mistakes that the small businesses are making.
I know that you touched on it at the beginning
of the interview. I don't want you to do that.
And then I want you to give out the contact
information how people can get a hold of you if
they do want to take advantage of that promotion, because
what you're offering is extremely attractive at that price, it's
(12:54):
very attractive.
Speaker 3 (12:56):
Great, thanks Rob. All Right, this small business what they
usually make mistakes and it's very common, and it's it's
not really their fault. They're not experts at online marketing.
They're experts in their own business. But what companies usually
do is one they don't update their website to match
their current products, offers and services they send. They tend
(13:19):
to put the investment in their website. Let's say in January,
they build this all brand new website and it's beautiful
and great, and they're selling winter related stuff, and they
don't up there update their website and in June July
comes along and now it's summer, but they think they
already updated their website this year, and they're not going
to invest in and change the presentation for this season
(13:44):
or the products and services that make the most sense.
It's like if Macy's never changed their displays and the
window always had a picture of winter coats even though
it's June. They don't do that. They know they have
to freshen their website. So that's that's the number one mistake.
The number two mistake is that they say, you know,
(14:04):
I've got a cousin's friends, brothers, sister that does my website. Well,
anybody can do something inferior and simple and basic, but
is it the strategy that's going to drive success for you.
You wouldn't hire your friend's son as a lawyer if
he wasn't a lawyer. If just because they know how
to do something doesn't mean they should do it for you.
(14:26):
So second is choosing the wrong people to do it. Third,
it's trying to do it all yourself when it really
needs more attention. You know, if marketing driving customers is
critical to your business's success, every day you should be
working on it, not just once in a while, or
when sales stop and the bank account's low and the
(14:49):
checks are bouncing, you need to work on it when
business is great, when business is good, and when businesses
slows down.
Speaker 2 (14:56):
That's amazing. They got to work on marketing, that's amazing. Steve.
We're coming to the under the interview. We got forty
five to sixty seconds. Lab. What I want you to
do is give out your contact information one more time,
and I'm looking forward to having you on a future segment.
It's very informative. Great, and I'm very grateful that you
were able to share this with us this morning.
Speaker 3 (15:14):
Great Rob, I love the opportunity. Okay. Our company again
is five star Visibility five with the number five, and
I can be reached by phone or going online, and
the phone number is nine to five four two eight
nine five five five five, and we're in Fort Lauderdale.
(15:34):
We'd love for you to come into the office or
we can come meet you at your place to learn
more about your business. Like I was at an HVAC
repair company today and we're also talking to lawyers today
on a zoom call. And I'm working on another company's
website that does home healthcare. So We really have a
wide background of types of customers that we deal with,
(15:57):
and we're open for business. We have plenty of resources
and capacity to do it, and you're going to talk
to me directly out here here.
Speaker 2 (16:08):
I really appreciate your time this morning, and I look
forward to having you on next segment.
Speaker 3 (16:12):
Great. Thank you so much, Rob, You have a great
day you too. Thank you for listening. Hey.
Speaker 2 (16:23):
I'm Rob, the director at the Greater South Florida Chamber
of Commerce www dot Greater South Florida Chamber dot com.
Nine five four five eight zero eight eight zero two.
You're listening to one of our weekly radio programs here
at iHeart. If you're interested in becoming a guest on
the show, or advertising with daily and weekly commercials, or
participating in any of our upcoming expos and events, please
(16:46):
reach out to us at nine five four five eight
zero eight eight zero two. Good morning, Welcome back to
the show. It is Saturday of the twenty eighth of
June twenty twenty five. We're privileged to be here this
morning at iHeartRadio on West Palm Beach, Florida, where were
now streaming on the I Heart app. My name is Rob.
I'm the Director of Operations with the Greater South Florida
Chamber of Commerce. This is one of our weekly radio programs,
(17:07):
the Best of South Florida Business have with us longtime
corporate trustee Ambassador Michael di Lavera, who is the editor
of The New Pelican newspaper, and The New Pelican is
one of my favorite publications. I know that in Broward
County it's the second largest publication behind the Sun Sentinel.
And it's a really, really neat paper because of the
(17:29):
fact that they're always up to date with what's happening
in local politics from a municipality standpoint and from a
county standpoint. And the fact that you have a very
very active advertising base is another attractive thing. I know
you've probably got some stuff going on that you want
to share with the listening audience right now, Mike, But
are there any promotions you're offering this summer and going
(17:52):
into the fall, and is there anything that's going on
in Papaino Beach or Broward County that you want to
make the listening audience aware of.
Speaker 4 (18:00):
Yeah, they buy well, first of all, it's great to
be here, and thanks for having me. Rob.
Speaker 2 (18:04):
Absolutely, Yeah, if they.
Speaker 4 (18:07):
Buy six ads quarter page or larger, they get a
free ad, and if they buy twelve or more of
the same size or larger, they get two free ads.
So it's a really good deal.
Speaker 2 (18:20):
That is a great deal. That is so an organization
like ours that has an event coming up in August
where I've got multiple vendors, we could offer that to
our people where they could divide that and take advantage
of that.
Speaker 4 (18:34):
Correct, Yes, they can.
Speaker 2 (18:37):
I think we'll definitely be doing that with you, sir,
for sure. For sure. Yeah, we're going to be at
Charlotte Burry Civic Community Center there in Papolo Beach Lighthouse
Point on August nineteenth from ten am until two pm
for a Professional Business Services XBO along with some workshops
and seminars. So we're excited about that and we'll definitely
be advertising that in your publication.
Speaker 4 (19:00):
Yeah, I'm looking forward to going at myself.
Speaker 2 (19:02):
Yes, indeed, what else has been new there, sir? What
have you been up to this year and this summer?
Anything there's I'm sure there's some interesting things that you
want to share.
Speaker 4 (19:13):
Well, we just you know, summer could be kind of
slow in terms of local news, but but we've been
covering some things. You know, a little while ago, we
had some of the the immigration raids. One of them
happened in a couple of our cities, so that was interesting.
Speaker 2 (19:32):
Yeah, that is interesting.
Speaker 4 (19:34):
Yeah, it's always it's always interesting to see how things
on a national level trickle down and actually happened at
a local level.
Speaker 2 (19:42):
That is true, Yeah, that is true. It seems like
it goes from a national spotlight and then now it's
happening here locally. And then obviously it was big news
with the Florida Panthers winning the back to back Stanley
Cups and that was quite a parade in celebration they
had last Sunday down at Fort Lauderdale Beach. I was
(20:02):
quite neat.
Speaker 3 (20:04):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (20:05):
Yeah, the pictures of that was pretty good.
Speaker 2 (20:07):
Yeah, they were Were you there yourself?
Speaker 4 (20:11):
I was not there.
Speaker 5 (20:12):
No.
Speaker 2 (20:13):
Well, I'm sure that hopefully we'll be doing it again
next year. I'm hoping that they get an opportunity to
win it again. It looks like they have a strong
possibility to do that.
Speaker 4 (20:23):
And yeah, sometimes I wish sometimes I wish we we
covered more local sports like that, or at least the
national sports.
Speaker 2 (20:33):
Well, you know, coming out of a national election in
twenty twenty four going into twenty twenty five, and then
obviously the midterms coming up next year in twenty twenty six,
and a lot of stuff going on. A lot of
different things happened. So but yeah, talk a little bit
about your publication, the areas that you cover, the distribution points,
(20:54):
and the number of publications that you put out. Go ahead.
Speaker 4 (21:00):
Yeah, we cover northeast Prior County from deffol Beach on
down to Port Lauderdale. We have between thirty two and
forty papers per month that we put out, and they're
all gobbled up very eagerly by our readers who really
(21:20):
liked that local angle, which is not something you can
find in the New York Times or sometimes even the
Sun Sentinel, although they are a very good publication. So
if that's what people like to really like the local news.
Speaker 2 (21:36):
That is true. Local news is very important and obviously
there's so much of it, so many things going on
here in South Florida and Broward County specifically. It's always
been a hotbed for news. And I know you've been
around for a number of years now.
Speaker 4 (21:51):
Correct, Yeah, we've been around since nineteen ninety three.
Speaker 2 (21:56):
Wow, that's impressive, you know, success doesn't have by accident,
and obviously you've had a very successful run. I know
that we always enjoy advertising in your publication because we
always yield great results from it. So I'm expecting the
sam for what we have going on on August nineteenth
at Charlotte Burray. It should be excellent.
Speaker 4 (22:15):
Yeah, we're looking forward to that as well.
Speaker 2 (22:18):
Perfect, So touch on those promotions again, Mike.
Speaker 4 (22:22):
Yeah, if they buy six ads at a quarter page
or larger, they get one free ad, and if they
buy twelve or more, they get two free ads.
Speaker 2 (22:32):
Okay, and a call signed to web address phone number
to get a hold of you email address.
Speaker 4 (22:40):
Yeah, our email. Our email is editor at Newpelican dot
com and our website is New Pelican dot com. And
my phone number is nine five four seventy three eight
seven zero zero.
Speaker 2 (22:55):
Okay. All right, Well, we got about a minute left, Mic,
anything else that you want to share before we sign
off this morning.
Speaker 4 (23:03):
Just looking forward to fourth of July. I think it'd
be great for everybody, and we're also if anybody has
any news they want to share, they can call me
as well.
Speaker 2 (23:13):
Perfect, I will get that out on the wire for
the people in the Greater South Florida Chamber of Commerce
on our network and later today and tomorrow from ten
am until six pm, we'll be out at the Sawgrass
Mills Mall for the fifteenth Daniel Hurricane prepared this home
show and business expo, so come on out and see us.
And once again it's been Michael Dilivera from the New Pelican.
(23:35):
He's the editor in chief. He'll be with us on
the nineteenth of August. It's a Charlotte Burry Civic Center.
Thank you, Mike, and have a wonderful Fourth of July
and thank you for your time you too, Thanks Rob.
Speaker 6 (23:52):
The New Pelican Newspaper is your local news source for
news about local issues and current happenings in South Florida.
Local journalism is more important than ever, and that's why
it's critical to support the New Pelican Newspaper. Probably serving
the communities of Broward County, including Pompino Beach, Deerfield Beach,
Lauderdale by the Sea, Lighthouse Point, Wilton, Manors, and Hillsboro Beach.
(24:13):
Visit Newpelican dot com for the latest coverage that impacts
you and your community. Get all your local news at
Newpelican dot com.
Speaker 2 (24:21):
Good morning, Welcome back to the show. It is Saturday,
the twenty eighth of June twenty twenty five. We're privileged
to be here at iHeartRadio on West Palm Beach, Florida,
where we're now streaming on the iHeart app. I'm Rob
the director of Operations with the Greater South Florida Chamber
of Commerce. This is one of our weekly radio programs,
the Best of South Florida Business. I have with us
David Pennington with Leakbusters Roofing and then one of our
(24:43):
new Corporate TRUSTe Ambassadors. And later today from ten am
until six pm, and tomorrow from eleven am until seven pm.
He'll be with us out at the Sudgrass Mills Mall
for the annual Hurricane Preparedness home Show and business Expo.
And David, I want to get into it this morning.
A little background on your company. You have a very
unique model, very active. Talk a little bit about the organization,
(25:05):
how long you've been around, how people get a hold
of you, the best phone number, web address, and some
information on what you do because you do it a
little bit differently than some of the other organizations, but
you do a lot of things well and I want
people to find out about your organization if they don't
already know who you are, which a lot of people do.
Speaker 7 (25:22):
Well, Thank you, Robert Yep. This is David Pennington with
Leaked Busses Roofing. We're a local business located out for Piers.
We've been in business for going on ten years now.
We're experts in metal roofing, low slope, commercial industrial. You
do a lot of repairs and everything else too. No
job too big or too small for us. We're certified
(25:45):
their last contractors for a big commercial units. The best
number to reach us that is seven seven two three
through two eight four five ZUO and we're license insured, bonded.
We take care of anything that you've got. We're also
mineral contractor, so yeah, we can. We can get you
taken care of.
Speaker 2 (26:05):
Now, David, I know you service the Treasure Coast in
I believe Indian River County as well, and I know
you do stuff in Palm Beach County. Do you go
south into the Track County or you cover Broward and
Dade County as well statewide? Or how's it?
Speaker 4 (26:19):
Well?
Speaker 5 (26:19):
Absolutely okay, yes, sir, we cover the whole state.
Speaker 7 (26:23):
You give us a call, we can come out there.
Do we do free inspections, free estimates, and we'll get
you taken care of.
Speaker 2 (26:31):
Yeah, because not everyone correct me if I'm wrong. Not
everyone does metal roofing because there's a lot that goes
into that. There's a lot of moving parts with that. Correct.
Speaker 7 (26:41):
Absolutely, yes, sir, We have all colors in stock we
can give you. We have a ten year warranty working
ship warranty on all of our roofs, as well as
the manufacturer warranty which is up twenty five to thirty years.
We got no salt water set back on some of
our panels, so if you're on the water, we can
get you hooked up with a very nice amount of
(27:01):
roof that you'll have a warranty against corrosion or any
rusts or anything like that. Also offer aluminum which we'll
get rid of all that. Our painted kinar systems stand
up against the salt water. And yeah, the metal roof
system is the best to go with on your home.
It's going to give you prolong your insurance and everything else.
(27:22):
It's the best combat system to go against hurricanes as well.
Speaker 2 (27:27):
Absolutely. Now, how many people are employed.
Speaker 7 (27:30):
There, We've currently got about one hundred and fifty employees
between all of our office personnel and our production center,
our main home office and our labor personnel.
Speaker 2 (27:45):
The primary office is in Saint Luci County and Fort
Pierrash correct, Yes, sir, yep, you have other satellite offices
as well, or is that just just the main office.
Speaker 7 (27:56):
Yeah, so we've got another office over in Punt of Order,
Florida too, And as mentioned, yeah, one of our other
office is here in Fort Pierce, Florida. And we also
have a production center uh in Saint Lucie County, so
we're able to That helps us be able to cover
the whole state, whether it's Southwest Florida and North Florida.
Speaker 5 (28:18):
We've got you covered. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (28:20):
No, my family was over in Punt of Gordon for years.
We had rentals over there. My parents were over there
for thirty five years, so I'm very familiar with that.
Speaker 5 (28:28):
Oh yeah, beautiful area certainly is.
Speaker 2 (28:30):
Certainly is, but so is Fort Pierce. That's why I
tell people, you know, fastest growing area in the state
is uh, you know, Port Saint Lucian, Fort Pierce, and
it's amazing with everything and going on up there. Every
time you turn around, there's a new commercials dwelling going up,
or I'm sure you're putting up a lot of those ropes,
or there's a new house being built, so which is
not a bad thing because once at International Airport gets
(28:52):
in there, the economy we'll be booming even more so. So,
but it's nice to know that, Yes, nice to know
you do cover the whole state. I'm happy to hear
that because not all the organizations we work with do
and as you can attest to so many companies that
used to be in Daden Broward then they went to
Paul Beach and they went further north, and they're even
going further north as we came out of the pandemic
(29:13):
and coming into the new era of everything that's happening
in our country. So but I was really pleased to
see when I took a look at your information though
when you joined our organization recently, you have so many
positive reviews, I mean glowing reviews. So obviously I'm gonna
go out on a limit. Guess a lot of your
business is probably referral based.
Speaker 7 (29:32):
Correct, Absolutely, that's probably seventy five percent of our business
is referrals, and you do a lot of networking, So yeah.
Speaker 2 (29:43):
Not everyone can say that either. So that's here, that's
very important.
Speaker 7 (29:47):
Yeah, I think yep, I think out of two hundred
and forty reviews where a four point nine started a
rated company, So that and you know, and itself speaks
in volumes and it's on Google.
Speaker 5 (30:01):
So we're also.
Speaker 7 (30:03):
BBB accredited business and several other accredited accreditations as well.
Speaker 2 (30:09):
That's always good to know anything going on that you
want to share, anything cutting edge going on with coding, licensing,
any promotions you're running during hurricane season as we get
into it, or anything like that that you want to
share with the listening audience this morning.
Speaker 7 (30:27):
Yeah, So what we'd like to push is, especially before
hurricane season, we'll come out and do what's called a
digital analysis of the current state of your roof. That way,
say there's a hurricane or a storm that comes through,
we all know your insurance company is going to fight
you on whether it was pre existing damage or damage
that was caused during the storm. So with our digital
(30:49):
analysis before the storm, and we'll give you the report
and everything, you'll have proof of the stand in what
your roof was look like before the storm and if
the damages were incurred during so and then also, you'll be.
Speaker 5 (31:05):
Put into our system.
Speaker 7 (31:06):
So once the storm passes, we'll come out. We'll give
you a call if you're in the area that it hit,
and we'll come out and do a free inspection and
make sure that your roof is stelling good standing orders.
Speaker 2 (31:17):
That's amazing. I'm glad that you shared that. That's very
very important.
Speaker 4 (31:21):
You know.
Speaker 2 (31:21):
I know we got about a minute left. We're going
to be doing a series of interviews with you on
looking forward to getting you on a couple of other
programs that we have as well. But later today from
ten am until six or seven pm Tomorrow from eleven
till seven at the Sadgress Mills Mall, you can meet
David and his team in person. But what I want
for you to do is give out your pertinent contact
information one more time before we sign off this morning.
(31:42):
I'm looking forward to seeing you later today.
Speaker 7 (31:46):
Yes, sir, so as I mentioned, our office number seven
seven two three three two eight four five zero, or
you can get a hold of me directly at nine
four one six six two one three six six and
as Robert had mentioned, will be out at the Salgrass
Mills Hurricane Preparedness Expo this weekend. We'll have a lot
of samples. We'll have examples, we'll have some videos playing
(32:08):
of drone with from our drone. If you don't like
people getting on your roof, we have the technology to
take the pictures from the ground for your hurricane, the
digital analysis pre storm checklist, and yeah, we can get
you to take care.
Speaker 2 (32:24):
David, I want to thank you for being with us
this morning. Once again, it's David Pennington from Leakbuster Shripping.
Looking really forward to working with you and you have
a wonderful morning. I'll see you later this afternoon.
Speaker 7 (32:36):
You too, Robert.
Speaker 4 (32:37):
Thank you.

Good morning, it's Saturday, June twenty eight, twenty twenty five.
We're privileged to be here at iHeartRadio in West Palm Beach, Florida,
where we're now streaming on the iHeart app. I'm Rob
the director of Operations with the Greater South Florida Chamber
of Commerce. This is one of our weekly radio programs
the best of South Florida business have with this longtime
corporate trustee, Ambassador Fabio Lanzeri, who is the CEO and
(33:34):
founder of land Fammedical and he also has a pharmaceutical company.
He's going to talk a little bit about the one
of their new products they have. Go ahead and get
right into it this morning, Fabio.
Speaker 3 (33:43):
Okay, Yes.
Speaker 5 (33:45):
Saris is a company that is committed to commercialize and
develop innovative solutions in therapeutic arias that have significant on needs.
It's the prescription side of line FAN basically line FAM
dealing more with the natural substances. The are the foundational
(34:07):
product that is the TESTO which we will talk about today,
and it's a testosterone therapy for people with hypogonadism, which
is low testosterone levels. And I mean basically the TESTA
was conceived with the objective of delivering testosterone to the
(34:29):
patient in a safe, efficient and effective way. You know,
today we have various delivery modalities of testosterone, but we
found that there are a lot of them had deficiencies.
Speaker 3 (34:45):
You know.
Speaker 5 (34:45):
For example, there's the cream anointment, the cream of appointment.
I mean it does deliver testosterone, but that can cause
for testosterone to be transferred to another person. For example,
if you're married, the sleep in the same bed, the
you know, the bed sheets can have testosterone and and
(35:06):
then your wife can can can get some testosterone. You
don't want that injection, which is the most popular way
of taking testosterone these days, but that causes peaks and valleys,
which is very detrimental and we can discuss later. And
then recently there's the oral medications that came up that
(35:30):
they came that got approved, but due to the product
going through the gut, the absorption is quite poor. So
therefore nasal delivery which is what no testo is. It
is truly the best way to administer testosterone in my opinion.
Speaker 2 (35:47):
Fabia, elaborate and tell us a little bit about the
delivery modality if you would please.
Speaker 3 (35:53):
They are.
Speaker 5 (35:55):
Rob The testo's administered through the mills and the nasal
cavity is a very effective way to administer product and
the patients also find that much more convenient than injections
(36:16):
or topical treatment.
Speaker 3 (36:18):
See.
Speaker 5 (36:19):
This method eliminates the risk of transference which I mentioned before,
making it safer for patients and their families. And it's
a very easy way to administer a compound. I mean everybody,
(36:39):
we've all had products which we've used through the nose
and very convenient, it's got reduced side effects. And there
was a clinical study that showed eighty four percent of
patients with testosterone replacement therapy preferred in the TESTO over
(37:01):
any other product available in the market.
Speaker 2 (37:05):
Those are some pretty nice numbers to be able to
elaborate on. Congratulations on that because success does not happen
by accident, Fabia, What is ne Testa's efficacy? Can you
touch on that? Please?
Speaker 10 (37:19):
Sure?
Speaker 5 (37:21):
You know if you go to the website and you
could see that we have performed over nine hundred and
eighty clinical trials and publication. There's over nine hundred and
eighty publications available on the TESTA and clinical trials have
shown that the TESTO effectively restores testosterone levels with fewer
(37:43):
side effects. Compared to other therapies. The testo doesn't give
the patients the detrimental peaks and valleys, for example, like
the injection product does. Rob the testo mimics the natural
production of what our body would normally produce. Patients report
(38:05):
also improved improvements in energy, in mood, and in overall
quality of life. Also, research publications which we can talk
about later on, have shown that NA tesla does not
affect other hormonal levels in your body like FSH and
l AGE. Therefore, what that means is young patients or
(38:26):
patients that need to stosterone therapy at a young age
can still reproduce because high casalstone levels and other products
reduce the semen in any jack show in the ejaculation.
So the stalstone for in my opinion, is the best
(38:50):
product available for this type of therapy.
Speaker 2 (38:56):
Fabio elaborate on and share with us about any possible
side effects.
Speaker 5 (39:02):
Sure well, with tesosterotherapies, what happens is various hormonal levels
rise because in order for the absorption to occur in
or you have to give a certain amount of volume,
which if f s H and LA tries, for example,
you can't get. You cannot reproduce. If you're yet with
(39:27):
no TESTO, that is not a problem because we always
maintain a consistent level in the bloodstreet bloodstream without significant
fluctuations and avoiding those peaks and troughs that we talked about.
That allows for the patient to have normal levels of
(39:49):
hormones and other parameters in the body.
Speaker 2 (39:56):
And why is all that possible when the TESTO and
not other can you touch on that?
Speaker 5 (40:02):
Sure? Because of the unique delivery modality that we have
through the name nose and such ease of use. You know,
we can administer the product on a daily basis and
administer it like two three times a day. So what
happens is we don't increase the testosterol levels very high.
(40:27):
We mimic what your body normally would produce. And this
is important because that means that pure side effects will
occur compared to others levels, and that would allow more
balanced levels of for example, s SA, child age, prostate
(40:50):
specific antigen, et cetera. You know, and one of the
most go ahead, Sorry, Robin.
Speaker 2 (40:58):
No no, no, I apologize. I had wanted your reiterate.
I had read that tustomstrone increases hemoglobin and as a result,
z hematrite levels. Tell me about the problem with hemoglobin
levels with men using the son strone, and I'm sure
the listing audience is going to want to hear this
as well.
Speaker 3 (41:18):
Yeah, okay.
Speaker 5 (41:19):
Hemoglobin is a protein containing iron that facilitates the transportation
of oxygen in various blood sets in bloods in red
blood cells, but too high of the hemoglobin level can
cause increased risk in thrombosis, which are blood cloths obviously,
which can cause stroll, card attack, and pulmonary embolism. It
(41:43):
can cause high hemoglobin to cause tickning of the blood,
which lead to symptoms like headaches, business fatigue, and chest pains.
It can cause cardiovascular events such as a heart attack
or a stroke, and other complications and complications related to
lung functions.
Speaker 3 (42:01):
You see.
Speaker 5 (42:01):
Netesto is the only testosterol that does not increase human
globin levels or serum imadecrate, which is the percentage of
hemoglobin versus total red blood cells. I mean, we have
numerous clinical trials that demonstrate rop that no TESTA doesn't
(42:23):
appear to increase serum emmadecriate when compared to intramuscular testosterone injection.
While both modalities returned men to a healthy functioning level
of serum testosterone levels which are over three hundred nnograms
per desolator and in eighty three percent of men. Actually,
(42:46):
a very important clinical trial, Rob demonstrated that in men
who are risk of developing polycytemia, which is obstructive sleep,
APNA and high base flying and adecurate nasal testosone therapy
and product like Matesta and other short acting formulations are
(43:09):
to be considered.
Speaker 2 (43:12):
Yeah, I think that that is amazing. I think that
that is amazing, And obviously I want to apologize for
the misnomer at the beginning of the interview this morning.
The correct pronunciation for the company once again, if you
would please.
Speaker 5 (43:27):
Sure A Sarahs the z r U S Pharmaceuticals, well
the global company, go ahead.
Speaker 2 (43:35):
I was just gonna say, Fabio LANZERI sir, as a
global CEO for A. Sarahs and also being taking care
of lampam D. They keep you very busy these days, sir.
Speaker 5 (43:47):
It does, it does, but I enjoy it because I
love innovative ways of improving the patients life and and
and quality of life.
Speaker 2 (43:59):
Well, it's I know myself. I want to try your
product because I do have an issue with sleep apnea,
so I want to try that. And obviously I think
the fact that you're doing this from a nasal standpoint,
because I've known other people. I've known other people who
have taken testosterone and they've went through that and they've
(44:21):
come up a fit because of the fact that they're
injecting it. So I like the fact that so that
that was a common side effect. So I like the
fact that you have a safe approach with this. And
obviously I can only speak highly of you and your
organizations because of the fact that folks like kid you
not try pro levamax. You know, if you've got the
(44:42):
bone spurs, or you've got bad bad ankles, bad knees,
a bad back, whatever it may be, or if you fibromiologia,
whatever it may be. If you have problems, what you
want to do is you want to reach out to
Fabia on his team and they'll get pro Levemax to you.
But also with this Natasto, this is really important. The
(45:02):
contact phone number and that is nine five four nine
one zero sixty three sixty nine, or you can email
marketing m R K E T I N G at

got about three or four minutes left. I want to
give you the floor to share whatever you want to
(45:23):
talk about with the pharmaceutical aspect of a saracen natesta
or anything that's going on with pro libamax. And I'm
proud to announce that on June twenty eighth and twenty ninth,

of other events happening in May and months moving through
the calendar year in twenty twenty five, they'll be at
all the events. But go ahead and take us two
three minutes and share with everybody anything going on Cutting
Edge or any promotions you're running, and let people know
how they can get a hold of you. Go ahead, sir, yeah.
Speaker 5 (46:29):
Thank you. Well, you know we've talked about it in
the testil, So let's talk a little bit about Prolibamax,
which is a product that thanks to the deficiency, the
dietary deficiency of chronic inflammation and pain. You know, when
you have inflammation, it can lead to all diseases are
(46:55):
start by because of high inflammatory levels in your body.
And so therefore what we try to do is to
address that by reducing the amounts of chronic inflammation. But
not just by attending to the existing inflammation. We wanted
(47:15):
to go to the root cause. Why is all this happening,
and all this happens is because your body produces certain
proteins called cytokines, and these cytokines are pro inflammatory proteins
which attack attack parts of your body that have no inflammation.
(47:41):
It's just you know, itself gone bad, you know, and
we're trying to address that and believe a Maxis addresses
the root cause why and tries to alter the production
of these pro inflammatory proteins while always addressing the existing
(48:01):
inflammation so as to reduce the pain. But we're the
only ones in the market that can do the both
root cons and existing inflammation.
Speaker 2 (48:13):
I tell you kudos and hats off to you and
your team. You're excellent to work with, your products work,
and I'm really excited about continuing to work with you.
I'm hearing that music in the background means we've got
