Speaker 1 (00:05):
Good morning, Welcome back to the show. It is Saturday,
the fifth of April twenty twenty five. We're a privileged
to be here at iHeartRadio in West Palm Beach, Florida,
where we're now streaming on the iHeart app. Privileged to
have with US corporate trustee Ambassador Linda Gordon, and she
is with a Medicare specialist and independent insurance agent, formerly
Medicare counselor with the New York City Department for the

(00:27):
Aging Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplements, Part D drug Plans, Dual Medicare,
and Medicaid Special Needs Plans. Her office numbers area code
seven seven two four zero eight eight four eight zero.
You can reach her directly on her mobile phone at
area code six four six nine five seven zero zero
eighty five. Linda, I want to get right into it

(00:48):
this morning. There's no easy way to put this. There's
a lot of noise out there. A lot of things
have transpired in a short period of time over the
last four to twelve weeks, and obviously I want you
to elaborate on in your expert opinion, how you feel
that the cuts in social security will affect social security
benefits in Medicare and what types of situations will be

(01:11):
affected by the cuts to Social security. Can you touch
on that course this morning?

Speaker 2 (01:16):
Absolutely? Thank you for having me. I'd like to make
everybody aware of what's going on because of there's going
to be cuts coming to Medicare and social security, especially
social Security. It's going to affect people actually enrolling in
Medicare if the offices are closed, if someone's disabled, if
they're unable to get to an office that's nearby, they're

(01:39):
not going to be able to enroll. As it is
right now, it's very hard to even get Social Security
on the phone. You should have to wait to that
forty five minutes for them to pick up, maybe even
longer now it's probably going to be hours. Right now,
if someone wants to go to a Social Security office
in Port Saint Lucy, they changed it that you you

(02:00):
just can't walk in off the street. You have to
make an appointment. And about a month ago one of
my clients try to make an appointment and I had
to wait over a month to get in. So what
I'm telling everybody is, if you're turning sixty five in
the near future, four to five months go on SSA
dot gov immediately and sign up like you would to

(02:21):
credit card. You want to enroll on SSA dot gov.
You want, first of all, you want to check and
make sure all your employment information and your income was correct.
But you want to also get on there and make
sure that you apply for Medicare. You have to do
that three months in advance, and this is very important. Also,

(02:41):
if you have Medicare and you need to make changes
to your Medicare, you're going to have to go to
the Social Security Office. This is going to be a
problem because the Social Security Office is going to be
almost impossible to get into. So I'm asking everybody to
make plans in advance. Do not wait till last minute.
You don't want to get messed.

Speaker 1 (03:02):
Up with this. You know, obviously social Security is the
livelihood for a lot of people. I mean, I know
you've done your job very well at a high level
for a long period of time. What are some of
the other obstacles that you foresee in your expert opinion
that are going to be for things that people are
going to have to overcome when this goes into full

(03:22):
ef fact.

Speaker 2 (03:24):
Well, let's say somebody's spouse dies. They want to go
to Social Security. You can't do this online. You want
to go to a Social Security office to get your
spouse's benefits. Maybe their benefits are twice important. Your say
is you want to get those benefits. If you cannot
get into a Social Security office, this is going to
be a big problem. You won't be able to pay

(03:44):
your bills. This the other person who is in your
life is no longer getting his Social Security This is
very important. Also, you want to if someone's disabled, they
can't travel a long distance to get to the office.
That's another problem. And another really really big problem is
if they could benefits to Social Security. Let's say they

(04:08):
eliminate employees, the staff, especially the IT people. Right now,
they're using a very old, antiquated system COBOL, and there's
not a lot of people anymore in this world that
are learning COBOL. If they do that, no one's going
to be able to utilize the system. They won't be
able to update it to fix it. This is a big,

(04:30):
big problem. You won't be able to verify your identity online.
You've got to go into an office. You've got to
go in to get child benefits. You can't enroll in
online for child benefits. If you have a young child
under eighteen and the parent has died or retired or
become disabled, you've got to go into the office. These

(04:52):
are a lot of different there's so many different issues
that can happen.

Speaker 1 (04:58):
That sounds like it could be a real quagmire because
I know that there are so many individuals that are
over fifty five years of age that rely heavily, heavily
on their Social Security benefits, and with things happening like that, obviously,
that's going to create additional obstacles for people. And I
think it's safe to say, you don't ever want to

(05:19):
make a blanket statement, but by and large, I think
that that generation was one of the generations like my generation,
who we just weren't real tech savvy. You know, it
took me. I'm still not. It took me a long
time to be able to learn to do the basic things.
And that's also an obstacle for seniors and boomers is
the fact a lot of them don't have any experience

(05:40):
with technical stuff and doing things online. So everything that's
being done obviously could be detrimental to their well being
and their livelihood. You know, as far as you know,
the big change that they said was going to happen
in twenty twenty five. Other than that, touch on some
of the other changes I know that were paramount. There
was some paramount shifts as far as things going different

(06:04):
in different directions with guidelines for people with what you
do as well, can you touch on that as well.

Speaker 2 (06:11):
Well as far as guidelines for what agents do. We
have to be trained every year and we have to
take a lot of tests. For every carrier that we handle,
we have to be tested, so I put aside two
months every year to be tested. They want to make
sure that we're up to date on all the information
for medicare also a lot of times people come to

(06:34):
us for information and we want to be able to
give them exact information. And if I don't know something,
I'll tell them. I'll get back to them with that
information and I know how to look it up. What
other things are you looking to find out about?

Speaker 3 (06:49):
You know?

Speaker 1 (06:49):
Obviously I know that there's changes and coverages and things
along that as far as like prescription drugs. And we've
got about a minute left if you want to touch
on that before you give out your contact information this morning.

Speaker 2 (07:00):
Yes, absolutely, this year they came out with a prescription
drug plan for people on Medicare. So if you've got
a drug plan and you can have expensive drugs and
you can't afford to pay them, you have a year
to pay for this. It's called the prescription Medicare Prescription
Payment Plan. You have to sign up with your carrier

(07:20):
and tell them that you want to be in this plan.
In this way, whatever you pick up at the at
the drug store, you don't have to pay for the
drug store. They will billy split it up over a year.
So if you signed up in April, if you're going
to be billed, you know from April to December, so
those mine. So this is a great way to be

(07:41):
able to afford things that you wouldn't be able to
pay for at the drug store.

Speaker 1 (07:46):

Speaker 1 (09:05):
Good morning, Welcome back to the show. It is Saturday,
the fifth of April twenty twenty five. We are privileged
to be here at iHeartRadio in West Palm Beach, Florida.
We're now streaming on the iHeart app Our next guest
is a corporate Trustee Ambassador. The gentleman's name is Fabio Lanzeri.
He's the global CEO for a Seras, which is a
specialty pharmaceutical company focused on the commercialization and development of

(09:29):
innovative products that improve patient experience. Also, he is the
founder and CEO of Lamb FAMMED, which is the company
that produces pro libamax and folks. I want to tell
you a little bit about pro libamax. That's one of
their key things that they do. I want to let
you know that after just two weeks have taken pro libamax,

(09:49):
I felt a noticeable difference. My pain had ease because
I had had surgery last year twice in November. It
was laproscopically done, and I had a lot of pain
in my body. My joints feel a couple lot more fluid.
I feel lighter, more agile, more vibrant. I'm finally able
to move freely without discomfort holding me back, and obviously
my digestive track is working a lot better. You know,

(10:11):
I want to get right into it this morning, Fabio,
tell me about ne Testo, your branded testosterone replacement therapy product. Okay,
so because you're also you're also you're also involved with
Asceris pharmaceutical company, which we're going to be talking about
this morning.

Speaker 5 (10:29):
That's correct, Okay, Yes, so Testo, Yes, Saris is a
company that is committed to commercialize and develop innovative solutions.

Speaker 3 (10:42):
In therapeutic areas that have.

Speaker 5 (10:44):
Significant on needs. It's the prescription side of line fan
basically line fan dealing more with the natural substances. So
are the foundational product that is the Testo, which we
will talk about today, and it's a testosterone therapy before

(11:05):
people with hypogonadism, which is low testosterone levels. And I
mean basically the TESTA was conceived with the objective of
delivering testosterone to the patient in a safe, efficient and
effective way. You know, today we have various delivery modalities

(11:28):
of testosterone, but we found that there are a lot
of them had deficiencies.

Speaker 6 (11:34):
Uh.

Speaker 5 (11:34):
You know, for example, there's the cream anointment, the cream
of appointment. I mean it does deliver testosterone, but that
can cause for testosterone to be transferred to another person.
For example, if you're married, then you sleep in the
same bed the you know, the bed sheets can have testosterone,

(11:55):
and and then your wife can can can it's a
testosterone You don't want that injection, which is the most
popular way of taking testosterone these days, but that causes
peaks and valleys, which is very detrimental and we can
discuss later. And then recently there's the oral medications that

(12:17):
came up that they came that got approved, but due
to the product going through the gut, the absorption is
quite poor. So therefore nasal delivery, which is what the
testo is, is truly the best way to administer testosterone
in my opinion.

Speaker 1 (12:37):
Fabia, elaborate and tell us a little bit about the
delivery modality if you would please. There are.

Speaker 5 (12:45):
Rob The testo's administered through the nose and the nasal
cavity is a very effective way to administer product and
the patients also find that much more convenient than injections

(13:06):
or topical treatment. See This method eliminates the risk of
transference which I mentioned before, making it safer for patients
and their families, and it's a very easy way to
administer a compound. I mean everybody, we've all had products

(13:31):
which we've used through the nose and very convenient. It's
got reduced side effects, and there was a clinical study
that showed eighty four percent of patients with testosterone replacement
therapy preferred in the TESTO over any other product available

(13:54):
in the market.

Speaker 1 (13:55):
Those are some pretty nice numbers to be able to
elaborate on. Congratulations on that because success does not happen
by accident, Fabia, What is Testa's efficacy? Can you touch
on that? Please?

Speaker 5 (14:09):
Sure? You know, if you go to the website, you
could see that we have performed over nine hundred and
eighty clinical trials and publication. There's over nine hundred and
eighty publications available on the TESTA and clinical trials have
shown that the TESTO effectively restores testosterol and levels with

(14:32):
fewer side effects compared to other therapies. The TESTO doesn't
give the patients the detrimental peaks and valleys, for example,
like the injection product does. Rob the testo mimics the
natural production of what our body would normally produce. Patients

(14:54):
report also improved improvements in energy and mood, and the
overall quality of life. Also, research publications which we can
talk about later on, have shown that Natesta does not
affect other hormonal levels in your body like F S
H and L age. Therefore, what that means is young

(15:15):
patients or patients that need to stosterone therapy at a
young age can still reproduce because high casalstrum levels and
other products reduce the semen in any jack show in
the ejaculation. So testosterone, for in my opinion, is the

(15:39):
best product available for this type of therapy.

Speaker 1 (15:45):
Fabio elaborate on and share with us about any possible
side effects sure well.

Speaker 5 (15:52):
With testosterone therapies, what happens is various hormonal levels rise
as in order for the absorption to occur in order
you have to give a certain amount of volume, which
if F S H and LA tries, for example, you
can't give, you cannot reproduce if you're yet with no TESTO.

(16:18):
That is not a problem because we always maintain a
consistent level in the bloodstreet bloodstream without significant fluctuations and
avoiding those peaks and troughs that we talked about. That
allows for the patient to have normal levels of hormones

(16:40):
and other parameters in the body.

Speaker 1 (16:46):
And why is all that possible when the TESTO and
not other products. Can you touch on that?

Speaker 5 (16:52):
Sure, because of the unique delivery modality that we have
through the name Knows and such ease of use, you know,
we can administer the product on a daily basis and
administer it like two three times a day. So what
happens is we don't increase the testosterone levels very high.

(17:17):
We mimic what your body normally would produce. And this
is important because that means that pure side effects will
occur compared to others levels, and that would allow more
balanced levels of for example, s s HLH, prostate specific antigen,

(17:42):
et cetera. You know, and if one of the most
go ahead. Sorry, Robin, no no.

Speaker 1 (17:48):
No, I apologize. I had wanted to reiterate. I had
read that testosterone increases hemogloba and as a result zio
hamatrit levels. Tell me about the problem with hemoglobin levels
with men using the sound strong and I'm sure the
listing audience is going to want to hear this as well. Yeah, okay.

Speaker 5 (18:09):
Hemoglobin is a protein containing iron that facilitates the transportation
of oxygen in various blood set in bloods in red
blood cells, but too high of the hemoglobin level can
cause increased risk in thrombosis, which are blood cloths obviously,
which can cause stroke, cart attack, and pulmonary embolism. It

(18:33):
can cause high hemoglobin to cause tickning of the blood
which lead to symptoms like headaches, business fatigue, and chest pains.
It can cause cardiovascular events such as a heart attack
or a stroke, and other complication and complications related to
lung function. You see, the TESTO is the only testosterol

(18:55):
that does not increase hemoglobin levels or the serum imadecrate,
which is the percentage of hemoglobe and versus total red
blood cells. I mean, we have numerous clinical trials that
demonstrate rop that netesta doesn't appear to increase serum emadecurate

(19:16):
when compared to intramuscular testosterone injection, while both modalities returned
men to a healthy functioning level of serum testosterone levels
which are over three hundred nnograms per desolator and in
eighty three percent of men. Actually, a very important clinical

(19:37):
trial rob demonstrated that in men who are risk of
developing polycytemia, which is obstructive sleep apnea and high baseline amadecrate,
nasal testosterone therapy and product like Netesta and other short
acting formulations are to be considered.

Speaker 1 (20:01):
Yeah, I think that that is amazing. I think that
that is amazing. And obviously I want to apologize for
the misnomer at the beginning of the interview this morning.
The correct pronunciation for the company once again, if you
would please.

Speaker 5 (20:16):
Sure Sarahs they z E r U S Pharmaceuticals, well,
the global company go ahead.

Speaker 1 (20:25):
I was just gonna say, Fabio LANZERI sir as a
global CEO for Sarah's and also being taking care of
lampam Med. They keep you very busy these days, sir.

Speaker 5 (20:36):
It does, it does, but I enjoy it because I
love innovative ways of improving the patience life and and
and and quality of life.

Speaker 1 (20:48):
Well, it's I know, I know, I know myself. I
want to try your product because I do have an
issue with sleep apnea, so I want to try that.
And obviously, I think the fact that you're doing this
from a nasal standpoint, because I've known other people. I've
known other people who have taken testosterone and they've went

(21:10):
through that and they've come up a fit because of
the fact that they were injecting it. So I like
the fact that you saw that that was a common
side effect. So I like the fact that you have
a safe approach with this. And obviously I can only
speak highly of you and your organizations because of the
fact that folks like kid you not try pro levamax.
You know, if you've got the bone spurs, or you've

(21:33):
got bad bad ankles, bad knees, a bad back, whatever
it may be, or if you fibromiologia, whatever it may be.
If you have problems, what you want to do is
you want to reach out to Fabio and his team
and they'll get pro levemax to you. But also with
this Natasto, this is really important. The contact phone number

(21:53):
and I was nine five four nine to one zero
six three sixty nine, or you can email Marketing m
R K E T I N G at A C
E r US dot co. You know, we've got about
three or four minutes left. I want to give you
the floor to share whatever you want to talk about

(22:13):
with the pharmaceutical aspect of a saracen detesta or anything
that's going on with pro libamax. And I'm proud to
announce that on June twenty eighth and twenty ninth, Bobby
and his team both companies will be with us at
Sawgrass Mills Mall for the fifteenth Daniel Hurricane Preparedness Home

three minutes and share with everybody anything going on Cutting
Edge or any promotions you're running, and let people know
how they can get a hold of you. Go ahead, sir, yeah,

(23:19):
thank you.

Speaker 5 (23:19):
Well, you know we've talked about it in the testil.
So let's talk a little bit about prolibamax, which is
a product that attends to the deficiency, the dietary deficiency
of chronic inflammation and pain. You know, when you have inflammation,
it can lead to all diseases are start by because

(23:46):
of high inflammatory levels in your body. And so therefore
what we try to do is to address that by
reducing the amount of chronic inflammation. But not just by
attending to the existing inflammation. We wanted to go to
the root cause. Why is all this happening, And all

(24:10):
this happens is because your body produces certain proteins called cytokines,
and these cytokines are pro inflammatory proteins which attack attack
parts of your body that have no inflammation. It's just

(24:31):
you know, itself gone bad, you know, And we're trying
to address that. And preliave a maxis addresses the root
cause why and tries to alter the production of these
pro inflammatory proteins while always addressing the existing inflammation so

(24:52):
as to reduce the pain. But we're the only ones
in the market that can do the both root cause
and exc seeing inflammation.

Speaker 1 (25:03):
I tell you kudos and hats off to you and
your team. You're excellent to work with, your products work,
and I'm really excited about continuing to work with you.
I'm hearing that music in the background means we've got
about sixty seconds left. Where I want you to do
is share anything you want to share about the promotion
that's going on, and give you best contact information for
people to get hold of you until we have you

(25:23):
on the next segment.

Speaker 5 (25:25):
Sure, thank you well. If you go to prelibamax dot
com b R O L E E V A M

Speaker 1 (26:54):
Good morning, Welcome back to the show. It is Saturday,
the fifth of April twenty twenty five. We're privileged to
be here this morning at iHeartRadio in West Palm Beach, Florida.
We're now streaming on the iHeart app Our next guest
is a new corporate trustee. Ambassador's name is Brad Curtis.
He is the founder and he runs the Miami Springs Gazette,
and the Gazette is the paper that is issued in

(27:16):
the city of Miami Springs, which is a very wonderful
community wanted to share with the listening audience. We will
be doing an event there on the twenty fourth of
May at the Adult Community Center. We're going to be
doing a business expone Holistic health Fare. So, Brad, what
I want to do is give you an opportunity this
morning to introduce yourself, give out your pertinent contact information,

(27:37):
phone number and web address. And I want to encourage
people not just in the Miami Springs area, but in
the surrounding areas as well as people that have locations
in that area of surrounding areas and also have hybrid
locations in Broward or Palm Beach, which a lot of
companies do. You want to look at the gazette as
a way to advertise because it's the best form of
adversement in that immediate area. In Miami Springs is a

(28:00):
wonderful place. Go ahead, Brad.

Speaker 3 (28:03):
Absolutely sounds like a plan. Takes a lot rob Yes,
Miami Springs is the escape, the safe hideaway. It is
a paradise around here, and the quality of life is
just it brings you back to different times a small
town field. And what we have is a family business

(28:23):
here and my father he started the River City Cazette
over forty five years ago when I was two years
old and he was in the National Football League, played
for the Miami Dolphins the undefeated season, and he took
what he made in the NFL and turned it into
a publishing company, and part of that was the River

(28:44):
City's Gazette. At first it was called the Springs River Gazette,
but to coincide with the festival, the biggest event in
Miami Springs, the River Cities Festival, which had its beginnings
at that same time and he was the chairman of
he named it the River City Gazette and it's been
like that ever since.

Speaker 1 (29:05):
And elaborate. I know there's four or five or six
different communities that you reference in each publication, in the
surrounding areas on that. Can you elaborate on those with
listening audience this morning?

Speaker 3 (29:15):
Of course, it's the River Cities area, the cities that
surround the Miami River here that that separates Miami Springs,
Virginia Gardens, Medley from from Hyalia actually, and that is
our areas of coverage, the Miami Springs, Virginia Gardens, Medley,
with a little bit of Durrel as well. Durau Florida.

(29:36):
It's three three one sixty six is the area code,
and it's you know, it's a very beautiful place with
very uh you know, they escape from the hustle and
bustle of South Florida.

Speaker 1 (29:49):
For lack of better grammar, it is like its own
little private Idaho. I'll tell you that it is definitely
a nice place, and it's a very quiet It's hard
to believe that it's that quiet when you're in Miami,
but it really is. And it's a beautiful place with
a lot of beautiful homes, and the people are extremely friendly,
and it's obviously a really really neat place to be.
Some day I'd like to be there myself on a
permanent basis. Talk a little bit about Talk a little

(30:12):
bit about some of the other things that you do
with in your organization, because I know you're really active,
and I know you've got a couple of things coming
up that you want to share with the listening audience
this morning. And then I want you to touch on
any type of promotions or advertising opportunities that you may
have for the listening audience this morning.

Speaker 5 (30:28):
Brad appreciate it.

Speaker 3 (30:30):
Thanks a lot, Rob. Yes, my official title is the
assistant publisher of the River Cities be Cauzette. You know
my father, he's on the seventeenth hole of the golf
course of the River Cities Gazette. So as soon as
he moves on and retires, all takeover. But as of now,
you know, I'm you know, pretty much the man to

(30:51):
go to if you need something done right now, especially
in the community. I'm a part of this community, and
I attend all the the local events, which allows me
to broadcast them and live stream and stream and share
with the community video and uh you know at direct feed,
the the digital version which is on Facebook, at River

(31:15):
City's Gazette without the the just River City's Gazette is
a daily feed. You know, it's entertainment, it's music, it's
health advice, it's motivation, along with you know, coverage of
local events and you know, like accidents, emergency situations and
construction that you need to avoid in the area. And

(31:39):
I do it all by myself. I'm like the reporter
around here, so you know, I I see eventually there'll
be a like a news team with a van and
a cameraman and fantacy equipment. But right now, just you know,
dealing with what I have, and uh, you know, we
have the print version, which we put ten thousand copies

(31:59):
of those out once a month, which you know makes
it a little bit limited about the advertising because it's
there's deadlines, there's space, and and you know it's only
at the end of every month. So if you're trying
to promote something that comes before that, you need to
go on the digital route. For example, today.

Speaker 7 (32:20):
I was at the the April book.

Speaker 3 (32:23):
Club at the Adult Community Center and it was Anna
Menendez who was discussing her her you know, her famous
book called The Apartment, and you know, of course I
was there and we featured it on the page, something
that could not have been in the newspaper because that
came out last week. So and you know, if you

(32:44):
need advertising, either digital or print, you know, it's very
reasonably priced in today's expensive world. You can at seven
eight six five eight seven three zero ninety three. But
at the very least just follow on Facebook and check

(33:05):
it out. You can you can get in touch with me,
you know via Facebook, Messenger or like I said, just
call me seven eight six five eight seven three zero
nine three.

Speaker 1 (33:19):
Y know, we got about a minute and a half left.
I know that you probably want to touch on not
this weekend, but the following weekend. There's a big event
coming up down there. And then obviously I know in
the month of May, we're excited to be working with
you to do that event that we'll be doing with
you on I believe the twenty fourth of May at
the Senior Adult Community Center there. So watch, go ahead

(33:40):
and touch on that. Put a listening audience this morning.

Speaker 3 (33:42):
Yeah, I can't wait for that Memorial weekend business Expo
at the Adult Community Center. But as far as you know,
sooner than that, which is April eleventh and twelve, the
River Cities Festival. It you know, the main the downtown
Miami Springs get shit down the circle and you know,

(34:03):
hundreds of booths and vendors.

Speaker 7 (34:05):
And we have the chili cookoff and things for the young.

Speaker 3 (34:09):
Ones to do, and you can just a lot of
people drive golf carts in the area, so you know,
you pull your golf cart up and you get out
and there's music and delicious food and treats and everybody
is there smile and happy and positive energy. And it's
really the biggest event in Miami Springs all year long.

Speaker 1 (34:29):
That's awesome. Well, once again, folks, it's been Brad Curtis. Brad,
what I want you to do once again? Give up
your contact information, the name of your organization, phone number,

you until we have you on next segment.

Speaker 1 (36:17):
Good morning, Welcome back to the show. It is Saturday,
April fifth, twenty twenty five. We're privileged to be here
at iHeartRadio in West Palm Beach, Florida. Woman now streaming
on the iHeart app. I'm Rob, the director of Operations
and the host of the Greater South Florida Chamber of
Commerce radio program. The best of South Florida business have
with this brand new corporate trustee members Gomez Rooping and
Solar Garrie Cividanas with me and Gary For the listening

(36:40):
audience out there, we got about nine or ten minutes.
I want to get right into it this morning. What
does Gomez Rooping and Solar Company. Do can you elaborate
on that please?

Speaker 9 (36:47):
Yeah? Absolutely, thanks for the opportunity to be here, and
I'm happy to elaborate. So here, at Gomez Roofing and
Solar we're trusted roofing and solar solutions provider serving all
of Broward, Palm Beach, and my Amy Day counties in Florida.
We actually specialize in residential also commercial roofing and that
includes everything robert from tile, metal, shingle, and even flat roofing.

(37:13):
And additionally we offer solar solutions such as the installations
solar water heaters, whole home power backup for storm seasons.
And our focus is really just on high quality service.
I think customer service and customer satisfaction is our two

(37:34):
main pillars.

Speaker 1 (37:35):
I like to hear that because unfortunately we both agree
that that's somewhat of a lost art in our country. Okay,
how long has Gomez Roofing and Solar Company been in business?
Touch on that police?

Speaker 9 (37:46):
Yeah, absolutely, we would love to. So the company was
originally founded in nineteen eighty three and that was by
Joe Gomes. In twenty twenty one, the business was actually
expanded and growny Stefan and Philip, who then took and
expanded its focus to include high quality solar energy solutions

(38:08):
to go alongside the roofing that they've been so established in.
This transition has allowed us to provide comprehensive energy solutions,
I think, while maintaining the high standards that have made
us such a trusted name in the industry for the years.

Speaker 1 (38:23):
You know, years ago, it wasn't common to see a
roofing and solar company as a hybrid. It's become more
common over the last decade or so. What, in your
professional opinion makes Gomez Roofing and Solar Company different from
other roofing and solar companies. I'm sure there's several things, obviously,
one of them being you go above and beyond with
customer service. But touch on that please.

Speaker 5 (38:45):
Yeah.

Speaker 9 (38:45):
Absolutely. I think one of the biggest concerns for most
residents in Florida is you know, they don't want a
solar company touching the roof and so what we finally
did is we took a long look and said, hey,
are really good at And that's what really sets us
apart is we are a roofing company first and foremost,

(39:06):
so we're going to make sure that your roof, which
protects you the most, is done right. But our commitment
to quality and customer satisfaction is what really sets us apart.
We offer a ten year warranty on all new roof
installations as well as warranties on our solar installations, so
really giving the peace of mind for our customers. We

(39:29):
also use American made products, We provide competitive pricing, and
we also offer some financing options which are really helpful
for the community. Right now, we have things such as
twenty four months no interest and no payments.

Speaker 1 (39:45):
Yeay, Does Gomez Roofing your solar company offer financing options
for roofing and solar projects? Yeah?

Speaker 9 (39:52):
Sorry, I don't think I really expanded on that second ago,
and the answer short is yet Yes. We understand that
roofing and solar are significant investments, which is why we
offer the financing options to make them more affordable to homeowners.
Our financing plans allow customers to spread out the cost

(40:12):
of their projects over months even years, while still benefiting
from energy savings and increasing home value. We work with
trust and financial partners who provide flexible payment plans that
fit different budgets all over while still being able to
take advantage of the thirty percent residential energy tax credit

(40:33):
that's provided by the federal government on all these projects.

Speaker 1 (40:38):
That's important. I'm glad you elaborated on that. How does
Gum and Gripping and Solar Company help customers save money
with solar energy?

Speaker 9 (40:46):
Touch on that, you know, that's a great question that
The short answer is this, solar energy helps homeowners reduce
their reliance on the grid and that leads to a
lower electricity bill. Additionally, installing solar panels can increase property
value and provide financial benefits through tax incentives and rebates.

(41:08):
Big thing is with the optional battery backup systems, most
of our homeowners get the savings, the increased home value,
and now they're also protected in cases storm does come.
They're now longer at risk of being without power.

Speaker 1 (41:25):
That's extremely important. You know, what is the mission of
Goma's Rooping and Solar Company.

Speaker 9 (41:32):
The most important Our mission is to provide entire communities
with access to clean, renewable energy while maintaining the high
standards and roofing. We strive to help these homeowners take
control of their energy costs, reduce the dependence on fossil
fuels and to contribute a more sustainable future, Robert, Beyond

(41:54):
just installing roofs and solars, we focus on building lifelong
relationships with our customers by offering seamless and professional services.

Speaker 1 (42:02):
So we're extremely excited about having you at all the
upcoming home shows we're doing nineteenth of April and Boyton Beach.
We can be with us at the hurricane Preparedness home
show that we're doing on the twenty eighth and twenty
ninth at Sawgrass Mills Mall, as well as the one
that's coming up at the Fairgrounds. And looking to have
you as a regular on our real estate real estate
home improving hours and things along those lines. But I

(42:24):
thought you might want to take a couple of minutes
to share some pearls or wisdom and talk about any
incentives that are going on that you want to share
with the listening audience this morning.

Speaker 9 (42:32):
I would love to take that opportunity, Robert, and thank
you so much. I mean, the easiest way that I
can boil it down to anyone listening today is you
know you wouldn't buy a home if there wasn't an
end in site as far as your mortgage. You wouldn't
buy a car if it was in perpetuity. As far
as payments with solar, not only do you have an

(42:53):
end in site, but you also have that amazing tax
incentive that increased value to your property. And that's a huge,
huge key point for giving homeowners peace of minds. Absolutely do.
We currently have some specials going on right now. First,
I know it's Saturday, UH, so the first fifteen callers

(43:14):
will receive five hundred dollars off any roof replacement or
solar installation, and one of the lucky UH callers that
calls in that we pick at random will also be
a service with an upgraded battery system at no cost
to them. The biggest thing is, if you're listening now,

(43:38):
call us here at Gomez Roofing and Solar. Our number
is eight seven seven two oh five one two one seven,
or guys, just visit it right on your cell phone.
Right online, you can go to Gomez Dashroofing dot com
and you'll find that for us, the key mission here
is to protect, to renew and to power your home.

(44:00):
Thank you, Robert so very much for the opportunity today,
and I really look forward to seeing you at that
next home show.

Speaker 1 (44:05):
Absolutely, we look forward to having you on a regular
basis on these radio programs. I want to thank you
for your time. You have a wonderful weekend, and folks
make sure you call in let him know you heard
it right here on the Greater South Florida Chamber of
Commerce radio program. I thank you, sir, and have a
wonderful weekend.

Speaker 9 (44:22):
Thank you, Robert.

Good morning. It is Saturday, April fifth, twenty twenty five.
We are privileged to be here at iHeartRadio on West
Palm Beach, Florida. Whe We're now streaming on the iHeart app.
I am Rob the director of Operations and the host
of the South Florida business news radio program have with
us a new members a corporate trustee Ambassador. Gentleman's name
is orn Gold and he is one of the principles

(45:16):
with Wall Street Careers. What I'd like for you to do, obviously,
you provide excellent recruiting solutions for people within wealth management circles,
white collar companies. Can you go ahead and give out
your pertinent contact information, how people get a hold of you,
touch on the locations of your facilities, and then I
want to get right into it this morning. A few

(45:38):
key questions I'd like to ask you.

Speaker 7 (45:40):
Go ahead, sir, absolutely, Rob, Thanks for having me this morning.
I really appreciate it.

Speaker 1 (45:43):
Pleasure.

Speaker 7 (45:45):
Wall Street Careers. We have a few locations. Our main
location is actually in Palm Beach Gardens right on forty
five PGA Boulevard, and we also have a location in
New York City in Manhattan. If anybody wants to reach
me directly, they can email me at ORAN. That's O R. E.

(46:06):
N at Wallstreet Careers dot com. And my direct dial
is two one two six six one four seven five.

Speaker 1 (46:16):
Eight or And there are a lot of different things
that go on in today's world out there and obviously.
What I want you to do is touch on one
of the things and give a couple of key reasons.
Why did you create the Wall Street Careers SaaS platform
which connects job seekers to hiring managers. Can you elaborate

(46:38):
on that for the listening audience this.

Speaker 7 (46:39):
Morning, absolutely, rob So. A few years ago we saw
the need for a hyper niche platform that caters to
the specific needs of the asset management industry. So think
traditional asset managers like mutual fund companies and alternative asset
managers like private equity funds and hedge funds. These firms

(47:01):
always have a need for talent and the current market
of job job platforms is very broad. So LinkedIn anybody
from a trash man to a trader could be on there. Indeed,
the same thing. So all these job boards are super

(47:23):
broad and you get a lot of unwanted responses when
you post your job. Our platform was built from the
ground up, that's software as a service, and we make
this tedious process simple and streamlined with our proprietary technology.

Speaker 1 (47:38):
What makes this platform different or unique from the competition
like LinkedIn, indeeder zip. Can you elaborate on that?

Speaker 7 (47:45):
Absolutely? So, the Wall Street Careers platform was created to
make the job job search process easy and streamlined for candidates,
and it enables the employers who actually post their positions
to really swim in a pond versus is a nocean
for instance, like LinkedIn or indeed or zip. They have

(48:05):
every type of job and candidate on it. Our platform
is just for the asset management industry, so it's very
specific and the candidates are curated just for this industry,
so you're not going to get any candidates responding to
a job post that isn't relevant.

Speaker 1 (48:26):
And what have candidates in the market been saying about
this new platform which helps them to connect with hiring
manager and asset management.

Speaker 7 (48:33):
Well, the feedback has been nothing short of amazing. They
love that they can access the entire industry right from
our platform, so it's one stop shop and that saves
them a tremendous amount of time. And the employers love
it as well because they're getting a very focused platform

(48:53):
of relevant candidates which lets them save a tremendous amount
of money on contingentes and erroneous job advertisements.

Speaker 1 (49:03):
What has been the feedback of hiring managers or so.

Speaker 7 (49:07):
Our clients love that they could access a relevant pool
of candidates quickly, and most importantly, at a price point
far lower than other platforms like LinkedIn or Indeed, so
the Wall Street Careers platform gets them exactly what they
want and fast and.

Speaker 1 (49:23):
What other platforms does Wall Street Careers have.

Speaker 7 (49:27):
So Wall Street Careers has a retained search platform for
complex searches that requires stealth in the marketplace. For instance,
if a publicly traded company or a large private company
board wants to replace a member of the C suite
like the CEO, the COO, CFO, CTO, they need to
find that replacement quietly. They can't make waves in the

(49:49):
market so their investors don't get scared away, which drives
down market caps. We also have a consulting platform which
offers our clients highly skilled industry professional for short or
long term engagements across the middle and back office of
our clients' operations.

Speaker 1 (50:07):
Obviously, you're as well versed in this as anybody I've
spoke to in a considerable period of time, and you're
at the top of the pecking order, if you will,
for lack of better grammar, when it comes to your
industry classification. You're very, very well versed, and I don't
want to be redundant about that. What do you see
out there right now? I mean we have like two
three minutes left. What I'd like for you to do
is let we give you the floor, but can you

(50:28):
share some of your pearls of wisdom in twenty twenty
five as we've went through somewhat of a paradigm shift
and obviously there's a lot of uncertainty and as they say,
a lot of noise out there. Can anything you want
to share with the listening audience that may help them
to be successful if you could.

Speaker 7 (50:44):
Absolutely. If you're a firm that is looking for talent,
the most important thing you can do is to be
very specific in what you're looking for. There's a lot
of candidates out there looking for or new positions, but
the more detail you can give them the better. And

(51:06):
on the flip side, if you're a candidate looking for
a new role, make sure that you're applying to a
relevant role. Do not apply to a job that you
really don't have the skill set for. So that's I
think the best piece of advice I could give our
listeners this morning, you.

Speaker 1 (51:23):
Know, and obviously what you just touched on, I'm sure
there's a couple of other things. What are some of
the other we don't never like to use the terminology mistakes,
but what are some of the other shortcomings that you
may see people come up with when they're in this
field and they're looking to get hired or they're looking
to staff their facilities. What are the things that you

(51:44):
would encourage people to definitely not to do if you could,
Can you touch on a couple of those?

Speaker 3 (51:49):
Yeah.

Speaker 7 (51:49):
Absolutely. When it comes to a resume, the resume has
to be clear and to the point, we've seen so
many different versions of resumes that are just so long
winded that a hiring manager who's super busy will look
at it and just throw it aside. It's got to

(52:10):
hit them, it's got to hit them quick, or you're
not going to get the attention that you want. So
it's important to have a great resume. That's why we
actually have an in house resume writer.

Speaker 3 (52:20):
Oran.

Speaker 1 (52:21):
I want to thank you for your time this morning
one more time. If you give out your contact information
that people know how the can get ahold of you
until we have you on next segment. It's been a
pleasure and I look forward to conducting a series of
interviews with you over the course of the year.
