Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome to the Greater South Florida Chamber Radio program with
your host, board President John Kroll of Kroll Realty.
Speaker 2 (00:14):
Good morning, Welcome back to the show. It's Saturday, March first,
twenty twenty five. We're privileged to be here at iHeartRadio
in West Palm Beach, Florida, where we're now streaming on
the iHeart app. Have with this new corporate trusty Ambassador,
doctor Michael Rosenbloom with Jennifesis Chiropractic. What I'd like for
you to do is give out your contact information where
you're located, web address, phone number, how people can get
(00:36):
a hold of you, and give a little background on
your organization because a lot of people are chiropractors, or
a lot of people or physical therapists or acupuncturists, but
you have a different take. It's hybrid. You do multiple things.
From what I understand, you do them all well and
which is rare when people multitask. I know I'm not
the greatest multitasker, but I had the privilege of reviewing
(01:00):
everything and I saw that you have just impeccable credentials
and we're really excited about working with you and myself personally,
I'm John, our board president. I'm excited about getting in
to see you because I've got some miles on this body.
I kid you not talk to you. It's like this
last year was rough.
Speaker 3 (01:16):
So yeah, no, you know, it seems like sometimes almost
every year can be a little bit rough. I tell
a lot of my patients that we can't change.
Speaker 4 (01:25):
The direction that most of our bodies.
Speaker 3 (01:27):
Are heading, but we can change the angle and the
steepness of the decline. And so absolutely, we believe very
very much that everybody deserves to feel well and that
a healthy body is a body that is in motion.
You know, you feed it well, you rest it well,
you try to protect your mind and do the things
that you know are the good things to do, and
(01:47):
everybody ends up being really in a good spot. The
name of our office is Genesis Physical Medicine and Chiropractical.
Like you mentioned, we, I personally have been in practice
for about thirty one years. I practice that West for
about twenty years in the New Mexico and Arizona area
and came to Florida.
Speaker 4 (02:07):
Came back to Florida.
Speaker 3 (02:08):
Actually I grew up in South Florida, and it's just
such a delight to be here and to be able
to continue to grow and expand our space. Actually do
a lot of professional consulting for other chiropractors, and I've
been fortunate to teach at every chiropractical school in the country.
So I'm a little bit of a nerd when it
comes to our space. But I love serving people. I
(02:30):
love taking care of people, and we specialize in specifically
three different areas. Obviously, people that have severe neck and
back problems, disc related problems, sciatic radiating pain, numbness, burning, tingling,
things like that, not just your run of the mill.
My neck is a little bit sore because I slept badly.
(02:50):
But we focus on some pretty tough cases people that
are seeking alternatives to surgery. The second thing that we
focus on quite a bit in our office is an
area of crime knee pain, kneed trouble.
Speaker 4 (03:03):
We've discussed before.
Speaker 3 (03:04):
Yes, it's real trouble, and it affects your ability to
live a good life. And so we have different systems
in our office for those patients that qualify for our
program where we can help them have again an alternative
to more invasive type treatments. And last, but certainly not least,
as we have a process and a protocol for peripheral neuropathy,
(03:24):
which is a quite horrible condition that can afflict the
nerve endings in your feet, in your hands, and frankly
all over the body.
Speaker 5 (03:32):
You know.
Speaker 2 (03:32):
For myself, you know, as I mentioned to you, I'm
fifty eight, sixty six to seventy one.
Speaker 4 (03:38):
Yeah, but you look good.
Speaker 3 (03:39):
That's the key. That's the key. I don't care about
the number. I care about how you carry, you know.
Speaker 4 (03:43):
But I appreciate that I do. But I'll be honest
with you.
Speaker 1 (03:46):
I was.
Speaker 2 (03:46):
My daughter was telling me that a week ago, and
I told her, it's not how you look, it's really
how you feel.
Speaker 4 (03:52):
And I kid you not.
Speaker 2 (03:53):
As last year I had shared with you, I went
through two labroscopic surgeries to have two different tumors room
and all within the same month. And the problem was
I was going to have it done in the summertime,
and I was doing my pre op before I was
going back home to San Diego to see the family,
the girlfriend, my grandkids. Next thing I know, oh, you
(04:15):
can't fly your aphib I was in the hospital from
the second of July till July seventh, and I was
on eloquis and ada drone and I had to have
the ablasion and it just from that point. The medicine
they gave me for the next sixty to ninety days
just I was brutal. Finally the cardiologist took me off
and put me on metropolo and baby aspirin. But I
(04:37):
did the raproscopic surgeries to have both of the tumors removed.
Knock one would thank god. I'm all right, but it
took a lot out of me. And the thing is
t ironic. You said that I have no maniscus in
either knee, and I blew out my right knee twice,
and you, being a chiropractor, my bottom the disc at
the bottom it's like this, and the perimeter of my back,
(04:59):
I have bones everywhere. Yeah yeah, so, and my doctor
had tried to tell me we need to open up
you but your back to get to ball. I said, no,
I don't want to be cut open for any reason.
And then that was what I had told them. You know,
when I did my laproscopic surgery, I said, you know,
if you got to cut me open, I'm not doing it.
I says, if it's laproscopically, we'll do it. And thank goodness,
(05:20):
it took, but I like what your premise on that,
and I like your ideology behind that because myself, I know,
I'm looking forward to coming in and seeing you because
it's like the knee pain has just gotten to the
point where it sometimes it's unbearable. But I've grown used
to using the ice pack. You know, my wife's been
going for five years now, so it's just me and
my dog. She doesn't mind unless she rolls over on
(05:41):
the ice pack in the middle of the night. Upsets
it a little bit, but you know, I'll make it well.
Speaker 4 (05:46):
You know.
Speaker 3 (05:47):
Funny that you mentioned that. I think that one of
the most powerful things that people can do for their
well being is if they have any pain or inflammation anywhere,
is the use of ice. It's such a powerful natch
anti inflammatory. And you're doing the other thing that I
think is so important, that's to remain well hydrated. Those
two things really do so much for your health. But overall, yeah,
(06:11):
I think that understanding the mechanics of how the body functions,
it's fearfully, wonderfully made. It's a wonderful design. But when
there's trauma, and especially unattended trauma over the course of years,
then the body begins an accelerated wear and tear process,
and then at that time you're like, okay, now we
got to do something to intervene and surgery. There's a
(06:33):
time and a place for surgery.
Speaker 2 (06:34):
Right.
Speaker 3 (06:34):
Your heart was served with surgery, and sometimes people have
to have procedures and their spine or in their neck,
but the statistics are so poor. If there's any chance
that you could avoid neck or back surgery, my opinion,
just as a person, as a as a as a
patient myself, is that it'd be a It's worthy of
(06:54):
investigation because so many potential problems can happen with a
surgery right right, and infection anesthesia mistakes happen because our
doctors they're human beings, you know, they're just like us,
and so it's a tricky situation. And you have to
be a good steward of your environment, of your of
where you live, how you live, how you function, and
(07:15):
all that.
Speaker 2 (07:16):
We got about sixty to ninety seconds left. I want
you to touch on any promotions you're running right now.
We're going to be doing a series of interviews with you,
and I know that you're going to be out of
some of the upcoming affairs, including more than likely you're
going to be one of our sponsors for the healthcare
at Jack Armanda on April third, Go ahead if you would.
Speaker 4 (07:32):
Yeah. So basically what we want to do.
Speaker 3 (07:34):
A lot of times people say, doctor Mike, I have
this problem, can you help me? And everything in our
clinic begins with an evaluation and usually a set of
X rays. So we're running a special forty nine dollars
you call our office. Our number is nine five four
nine seven seven zero eight eight eight, and when you
call the office, you schedule an appointment. We'll do the
(07:57):
very very best we can to evaluate the case and
if we can and help you, will accept your case.
If we can't help you, if we can't change your
life for the better, we'll let you know and we'll
let you move on to different options. But that's how
everything begins. Our web address is Genesis Physicalmedicine dot com
and we look forward to working with you in the
present and in the very near future.
Speaker 2 (08:18):

South Florida Chamber, we'll enter you for the raffle on
the third of April, where we're raffling off some playoff
tickets for one of the first home games in this
series with the Florida Panthers.
Speaker 4 (08:32):
And I'll tell you what.
Speaker 3 (08:33):
Just as a special offer if you mentioned iHeartRadio, and
we'll also include completely complimentary a nice extra large gel
pack ice pack that you can take home and use
over and over and over again to give you relief.
Speaker 4 (08:46):
Once again.
Speaker 2 (08:47):
It's been doctor Michael Rosenblue from Jennefics Physical Therapy and Chiropractic,
and I want to thank you for being with us
this morning. Look forward to conducting a series of interviews
with you. You have a pleasant weekend, and thank you, my friend.

Speaker 2 (09:33):
Good morning, Welcome back to the show. It's Saturday, March first,
twenty twenty five. We're privileged to be here at iHeartRadio
in West Palm Beach, Florida. We're now streaming on the
iHeart app. Have with this longtime corporate trustee, Ambassador Robert Wagner,
who's with Healthmax. What I'd like for you to do
is give out your contact information, background information on the
organization web agdress, phone number, and talk a little bit
(09:55):
about what you do because there's a lot of companies
within your industry, specific clear in South Florida, but you
have a very unique approach. It's a very effective high
I like to say, higher end approach. Not to take
away from the competition, but competition is healthy, but the
way that you and your team go about it, it's
a little bit different.
Speaker 7 (10:14):
Go ahead, well, first of all, thanks thanks Rob for
having us on here again. My name is Robert Wagner
with Health MAAC Center. We are located at eighty nine
ninety five North Military Trail right in Palm Beach Gardens,
right there on the corner of North Lake Boulevard and
Military Trail. We so we've been in business now for
(10:35):
about twenty fourteen. Since twenty fourteen, ten ten almost over
ten years now. We really started our business out of
a necessity to fix what we felt was just a
broken healthcare system. It didn't really promote real wellness. You know,
my business partner, who was a pro baseball player, experienced
a lot of heart issues. Actually this is late twenties,
(10:59):
and when he went out and started looking for solutions
to the traditional medical world, he found really just a
lot of really complicated stuff. You know, they want to
give you prescriptions and surgeries and really expensive medical bills.
And so he had a friend of his who was
a chiropractor, and he started going to see this guy,
and he started to really feel better.
Speaker 8 (11:19):
He started to get some results.
Speaker 7 (11:21):
For the first time, someone sat down and really explained
to him how wellness worked and how the body worked,
and how the body can heal itself if you give
it the opportunity. And so they got together and they said,
you know what, let's bring this to the masses. You know,
one of the challenges that I think sometimes in the
healthcare world is they don't look to fix the root
(11:42):
cause of what the problem is, and they will prescribe
things like drugs or things like that to fix a problem,
and then it causes another problem and another and it
kind of snowballs out of control. This is kind of
a quick little fact here. I'm not sure if you
know this, but in the United States, yes, we are
ranked about number thirty two in the world in healthcare
(12:06):
out of one hundred and sixty countries. Now we are
ranked number one in critical care. So we're really good
at fixing fixing someone when when there's a traumatic accident,
say a car accident or you get you know, bit
by a shark or something like that. But when it
comes to health care and wellness and preventative care, we
(12:26):
don't do so well. So you know, we really started
health Maccenter looking to fix the model of that would
allow you know, there's about three or four things that
people people hate when it comes to going to a doctor,
and we really look to prevent that. We do something
really unique at our office. Everyone who comes into our office,
(12:48):
your first two visits are completely free, so we'll do
free adjustment, free X ray, free consultation. We want people
to come in and try out what we do for free.
So you can actually visit our website Health Maccent. You
can actually go on there, click a button, set a
free appointment come in and try it out for yourself
to see if it makes you feel good and see
(13:10):
what we can do for you.
Speaker 2 (13:12):
You know, the fact that you touched on those numbers.
Repeat those numbers again though, that's astonishing.
Speaker 8 (13:17):
Yeah.
Speaker 7 (13:18):
So the US, out of about one hundred and sixty countries,
you know, major you know countries in the world, the
US is ranked number thirty two in the world in
healthcare overall. Right Now, like I said, we do really,
really a really good job with critical care. So if
somebody gets into a major accident, this is the place
where you want to be. You know, they'll get you
(13:38):
to get to a major car accident. We got surgeons,
We got all kinds of people that can fix you.
But when it comes to preventative care, which is keeping
people healthy and preventing disease and illness, we just don't
do real, real great in the United States, And so
companies like health Max we really want to focus on
that wellness aspect of what we do and putting your
(14:01):
body in a position where it can heal and prevent
some of these chronic inflammatory type illnesses and diseases that
people have.
Speaker 2 (14:09):
You know, that's ironic that you touch on that because
of the fact that there are I suffer from inflammation,
as I mentioned. You know, I had the procedures at
the end of last year, and now I've come across
a new product that's seemed to work with it. But
for me, one of the key things was staying properly hydrated, obviously,
being real disciplined with the diet, staying away from certain
(14:29):
foods like I love spicy food. I could come home
and eat a whole bottle of jalapenils with carrots, but
it's not a real good idea to do on a
regular basis. And you know, the thing that's always impressed
me the most about you and Jack and your team
was the fact that outgoing, charismatic, but always out there
on the front line, cutting edge, always something cutting edge,
(14:50):
whether it was the different holistic approach that you took
with giving people certain things that they could use to
combat through weight or whether you were trying to give
people ways to strengthen their immune system, the one on
one stuff that you do, the fact that you come
to people, always out there doing screenings and testings for
(15:10):
people at the different healthcares and stuff, and your opinion
and your professional opinion, what do you feel separates you
from a lot of the other people within the industry.
Speaker 8 (15:21):
Man, that's a great question.
Speaker 7 (15:23):
So the first thing is that what we try to
do and focus on in our offices, we try to
focus on finding out what is really causing the problem.
There's something that's gotten really popular in the medical world
in the last few years called roote cause medicine. We've
all had the experience where you go to the doctor
(15:44):
to fix a problem and at the end of the
visit you don't really understand what was causing the issue
or even what.
Speaker 8 (15:52):
The solution to the problem is or how to correct it.
Speaker 7 (15:58):
And as the doctor, the most important thing that a
doctor does is diagnose a patient. If you see, if
you don't know what's causing the issue, it becomes really
really difficult to fix or give the proper treatment. So
we put a lot of energy into really focusing on diagnosis.
(16:20):
Let's find the root cause of what's causing this so
that we can fix it and it won't come back.
So that that's number one. I think number two is
the easy access to care and our doctors. You know,
I realized this industry was not very customer focused when
I first got into it.
Speaker 8 (16:39):
Most offices subjected.
Speaker 7 (16:41):
People to a lot of inconvenient appointment times and overbooks schedules,
and you know, you go to see the doctor and
you're there for two hours before you get to talk
to the doctor, and then you only meet with him
for like ten or fifteen minutes, and all that stuff's
really really frustrating when you're in pain and you don't
know what's wrong with you, you know what I mean.
(17:01):
So one of the things that we do in our
office is once you become a patient with us, we
don't actually require appointments. We actually have open hours. You
can just come in anytime you're ready. Most people are
in and out of our office in ten to fifteen minutes,
and we just make it super super convenient for people
to come in as much and as often as they want.
Speaker 4 (17:22):
Now.
Speaker 7 (17:22):
The third thing is a really fun, family friendly environment.
We're all great. We want to really give people the
opportunity to come in and have a good time and
feel good internally and externally. But the fourth and probably
the most important item is affordability. We have a subscription
based model where our patients come in, they pay a
flat rate and then they have unlimited care to come
(17:44):
in as many times as they want. And we found
that by people not having to focus on where the
money's going to come from to get the care that
they need, and they can just get as much care
as they need no matter what their situation is. Man,
that just makes a world of difference.
Speaker 4 (17:59):
Certainly. You know, we got about a half a minute.
Speaker 2 (18:02):
That's what I want you to do is give out
your contact information, phone number, web address, and touch on
any promotions that are going on before we sign off
this morning.
Speaker 7 (18:08):
Absolutely so if you if you want to learn more
about Healthmax sooner, you could visit us at www dot
health Healthmaxcenter dot com. Click on that free button, free
appointment button, you can set a time to come in

Speaker 4 (18:31):
I love that.

I love that one to thank you for being with
us this morning, have a wonderful weekend and look forward
to having you on next segment.

Good morning, Welcome back to the show. It's Saturday, March first,
twenty twenty five. We're privileged to be here this morning
at iHeartRadio on West Palm Beach, Florida, where we're now
streaming on the iHeart app. Have with us Pharmicon Medical Research.
With us is Lynn Nelson and Desiree Mupson. What I'd
like for you to do, Lynn, give out your pertinent
contact information, phone number, web address, Let people know how
(19:33):
they can get a hold of you at Pharmicon Medical Research.
And I know there's some different things that are transpiring
that you want to elaborate on for the listening audience.
Go ahead, sure.
Speaker 10 (19:42):
We are Farmicon Medical Research. We are located at four
six zero one Military Trail, Jupiter, Florida. And we also
have our office in Palm Beach Gardens which is the
eleven three eighty Prosper Farms, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. And
(20:04):
right now we currently have a study that is called
Planter fibermatosis. And what it is, it's just nodules at
the bottom of the feet and if you have two
or more, and it's very painful. Normally people who stand
for long periods of time would get something like that.
So we are currently enrolling for that patient. I mean,
(20:25):
I'm sorry for that study right now with doctor Sedaniel
and also with doctor Boozes.
Speaker 2 (20:33):
You know your company has been around how long.
Speaker 10 (20:36):
Well, the company has been here at least for two years,
and it is a we're just now up and starting.
But as I stated before, we do have we already
do have studies and which is the plant of fibermatosis,
and we also have a knee pain study that should
be coming shortly as well. And we're going to specialize
in a lot of different research as far as wound care,
(21:01):
foot and ankle and vaccines. Whatever study it is that
you're interested in participating in, nine out of ten we
will have it or we currently have it.
Speaker 2 (21:11):
Now you know, one of the biggest advantages for a
medical research company in today's world. It's twenty twenty five,
it's been somewhat of a paradigm shift with from a
global aspect, coming off the pandemic, new administration in America,
a lot of new things that are transpiring and happening.
And one of the things people I think agree about
(21:33):
across the board is being finding an opportunity to subsidize
your income to create additional wealth. And obviously, when someone
does a research study and they do a clinical trial
on behalf of your organization for you, you compensate them.
Can you touch on that a little bit how that transpires,
how it works.
Speaker 10 (21:51):
Sure, each pharmaceutical company has, each research has a pharmaceutical
company or a sponsor that sponsor them.
Speaker 4 (21:59):
And because of your.
Speaker 10 (22:00):
Time in your travel for coming to participate in the
different research study that you may be interested in, the
pharmaceutical companies compensate you. They compensate you for your time
and your travel. And depending on what study it is
that you're participating in, each compensation differs and I've seen
as low as eight hundred and it can go up
(22:23):
to four thousand dollars.
Speaker 2 (22:25):
Sometimes, you know, what are the different trials that are
out there right now? The different clinical trials I know
they range from everything from COPD to people that are diabetic.
I mean, can you rush a broad stroke or talk
about some of the different areas that people have an
opportunity to do a clinical trials with you and your organization.
Speaker 10 (22:49):
Of course, we have, like I said, we're about to
get another study I forgot to touch based on that one.
That one is for diabetic foot ulcers. We all know
as a diabetic you are prone to healing slower than normal.
Speaker 4 (23:06):
If you're not a.
Speaker 10 (23:07):
Diabetic the way you heal just for having the diagnosis
of diabetes type one or two. If you have a ULCO,
it's very difficult for that wound to get healed the
proper way and heal completely. So we do have a
study that we will be getting shortly as well for
diabetic foot ulcers. We have We're going to have vaccine studies.
(23:29):
We're gonna have COPD. It ranges from knee pain. We're
going to have respiratory studies. It just you know, broad
spectrum of respiratory like asthma, we have weight loss, sleep
app neea, it differs. We're going to have quite a
(23:49):
few studies, and whatever study it is that you may
think that you want to participate in, you just give
us a call at the number that I stated to
you at five six one six two four four eight
zero zero. Just let us talk to you, get some
information from you, just some basic information, and you would
(24:10):
just let us know at the time whatever study it
is that you want to participate in, and once you
let us know that, we'll put it in a database
which only stays in our database. And whenever a study
of interest becomes available, a trained recruiter will reach out
to you or myself, I will reach out to you
and let you know we currently have that study that
you wanted to participate in, and I would give you
(24:32):
information on that study and we would take it from there.
Speaker 2 (24:35):
Are there any restrictions that people need to know about it?
Is there anything that you want to that they need
to have when they come like two forms of ID
valid ID?
Speaker 4 (24:44):
Is anything? Yes?
Speaker 10 (24:45):
So you would bring your a valid state I D.
That's pretty much it. We do not accept insurance. We
don't need we do not need your insurance information. This
is solely from the sponsors itself. That would compensate and
you would bring a list of medications that you're currently
on if you have a quick sometime people keep it
(25:07):
on their phone. Just a little medical history about any
diagnosis that you may be experiencing or any surgery you
you had in the past. You just bring your photo ID,
a list of medications and possible medical history.
Speaker 2 (25:21):
Well, I hear that music in the background. We got
about a minute left. So what I'd like for you
to do before we sign off this morning? Give the
contact information to give one more time how people can
get a hold of you, and anything that you want
to share before we sign off this morning.
Speaker 10 (25:33):
Sure, it's with doctor Sedaniel who is a board certified
and surgery trained and treatment of diabetic conditions as well,
and he is also an associate of the American Podietary
Sports Medicine. He also specializes in varicos veins and of
course he is the head of the research center. And
we also have doctor boozas with us, who is a
(25:56):
Board certified surgeon in orthopedics. He specializes and sports medicine wounds.
Once you give us a call at the number that
I gave you, which is the five six one six

twenty twenty five. We are privileged to be here in

your pertinent contact information, web address, phone number, talk a
(27:49):
little bit about the business, and I know that you've
got some different promotions that you're running. But one of
the key things I want people in the listing audience
to gras this morning is the fact that Ken is
mobile can come to you. Not everybody has that opportunity.
A lot of people are brick and mortar and they're restricted.
The fact that he is mobile is huge. I want
to get out of your way and give you an
opportunity to share with the listening audience what it is
(28:11):
you do, why you do it, and how you go
about doing it over the next seven date minutes.
Speaker 11 (28:15):
Go ahead, Ken, Sure, thank Rob, and thanks again. For
having me on the program. I really appreciate the opportunity
to be here and speak about Palmb's Fitness Professionals. And yes,

you reach that goal. So with Palm's Fitness Professionals, you

(29:21):

(29:44):
it again, free consultation to where we will discuss what
you're currently going through as as far as fitness wise

Speaker 2 (30:21):
I'm really excited about working with you because I know
you're going to be added a lot of the upcoming events.
We have like four or five more that we're releasing
this coming week that we've got contracts in on the
fact that you'll be with us at some of the
upcoming things and be with us out at the golf
tournament and healthcare that we're doing in jack Aranda.
Speaker 4 (30:36):
Will be huge.
Speaker 2 (30:38):
And you know, the thing about it is so many
people in today's society, you know, they wake up every
day and say, you know, I'm going to change I'm
going to change my life. I'm going to change this.
So I'm going to do this. I'm going to stop
this by you stop that vice the fact that you
work with people, because the whole thing about working out
is doing.
Speaker 8 (30:56):
It exactly exactly.
Speaker 4 (30:58):
Rob, I'm going to do it to get.
Speaker 2 (30:59):
The rid exactly. It's just like I always tell people.
It's just like you know, you can't win the lottery
if you don't buy a ticket. You know, as they
used to say, I'm a firm believer in Jesus Christ,
my Lord and Savior. It's like my grandmother raised this,
faith without works is dead. So so if you're going
to pick up the Bible and carry it, you might
want to learn some of the scriptures, and then after
you learn them, apply those to your life. And obviously
(31:22):
there'll be a change, because in the best of us
there's a little bit of bad, then the worst of
us there is a little bit of good. And obviously
health and wellness is a key aspect. If you have
a proper spiritual outlook, and you have a proper diet,
and you have a proper faith in your almighty chance,
and you're working out and doing the best you can do,
chances are it's going to enhance the quality of your life.
(31:46):
Shared with you off air and my father lived to
be ninety seven years of age, it's not real common anymore.
But for ninety five of those years he was in
great health. He was still going to the gym.
Speaker 4 (31:55):
It's great.
Speaker 2 (31:56):
And then he got cancer, he got sick, and then
the Alzheimer's did him in. But so often I see
people that are not following through, and obviously, you doing
what you do.
Speaker 4 (32:06):
For a living.
Speaker 2 (32:06):
You see the dues and the don'ts.
Speaker 4 (32:09):
And we got a couple of minutes left.
Speaker 2 (32:11):
What a couple of messages that you'd like to have
people resonate with them this morning in case they want
to reach out to you to set up consultations. What
is it that you strongly suggest people to do and
what would be some of the things you would suggest
for them not to do?
Speaker 11 (32:27):
Yeah, Rob, So, the hardest thing for anyone starting a
fitness program is setting the time to do it. And
the great thing about our business model is that we
are accountable towards you, meaning that we're going to show
up at your door every time you schedule with us.
So if that can be the changing component of what
helps you reach your fitness goals, then we're going.
Speaker 4 (32:48):
To help you do it.
Speaker 11 (32:48):
Because all of our guys are dedicated guys and girls
are dedicated toward helping you reach your goals, using scientific
principles and evidence based back to research to do so.
So not only are we going to keep you accountable,
but we're gonna utilize the methodologies that are gonna help
you gain the results that you want to get.
Speaker 2 (33:10):
Now, what if if someone was to reach out to you,
what is there like an initial consultation, an initial fee?
What are the any parameters you want to share that
you're listening with the listening audience this morning?
Speaker 4 (33:20):
Yeah?
Speaker 11 (33:20):
Sure, Rob, So, like I said before, how we do
it is that we book an initial consultation and that
initial consultation is completely free. So you can book that
consultation online through www dot pbfinished Professionals dot com. And
during that consultation time, we'll discuss how our services can
best help you reach your goals and we'll discuss what
(33:42):
you're currently doing not doing. So that way both our
company and you can be on the same page.
Speaker 2 (33:49):
You know, that's very very important. You know, we got
about a minute left. What I want you to do
is give out your contact information again, share it with
the listening audience, and then touch on the promotion again
that you're running. So people know and the have them
mentioned Greater South Florida Chamber of Radio program and I'm
sure there's some type of incentive.
Speaker 11 (34:06):
Go ahead, definitely, Rob so Our website where you can
book that free consultation is www dot Pbfitness Professionals dot com,
or you can give us a call at eight for
four seven one seven at thirty five twenty seven. And
the promotion we're running forever you get fifty percent off
your first session so you can try it out, see
(34:27):
how it works in your home, and hopefully from there
we can get you attain your Finnis goals.
Speaker 2 (34:32):
I want to thank you for being with us this morning.
It's a pleasure looking forward to conducting a series of
interviews with you over the next few months and having
you out at all the upcoming events.
Speaker 4 (34:40):
You have a wonderful weekend.

Good morning, Welcome back to the show.
Speaker 2 (35:29):
It's Saturday, March first, twenty twenty five. We're privileged to
be here at iHeartRadio in West Palm Beach, Florida, where
we're now streaming on the iHeart app.
Speaker 4 (35:38):
I have with me corporate.
Speaker 2 (35:39):
Trustee, Ambassador Esteban Quintero, who is with Community Medical Group
and he is one of their directors of operation and
he's the community outreach specialist in Community Medical Group. Is
a unique situation because you know, you do a little
bit of everything. You know, obviously you're credited and trusted.
You know, it's a self sufficient support short center. You
(36:01):
provide peace of mind by providing positive health outcomes for
the families and their loved ones. You do telemedicine, you
offer transportation, you have in house labs, and you offer
wellness programs. I know you have multiple locations. What I
want to do is give you an opportunity to talk
a little bit about what's going on because I know
that you're in Miami Dade, in Broward County. I see
(36:23):
that you have locations in Florida City, Hyaliah, you have
locations in all over Tampa in that area. So you
have multiple locations. You know, you have dozens and dozens
of locations, and obviously you know it's prevalent in Dade County,
but I know that you have a big presence in
Broward County as well. Give a little background on your
(36:43):
organization and talk a little bit about your company overview.
Speaker 5 (36:49):
Thank you, Robert for your support. Yes, sir, we've been
receiving your support since Lasciator and I really appreciate very
much in that you have treated us the considerations that
you have given us during all those past ten months
that we've been living together. Okay, I've been always telling
(37:13):
my people that we are in good hands with you,
that we are receiving most of the support that we
as a company of medical services could receive to do
better branding and marketing.
Speaker 8 (37:28):
Okay.
Speaker 5 (37:28):
Basically the events that we assist with you are for that,
so to get us to know in the market, Okay,
where the needed like like it says on our core
values and behaviors, Okay, we are here as a mission.
Speaker 4 (37:48):
Okay.
Speaker 5 (37:49):
We have carrion for the most vulnerable families in our community. Okay,
and we have several core values and behaviors which are
in Tekel, passion service and accounting medity.
Speaker 4 (38:04):
Okay.
Speaker 5 (38:04):
That's that's our main reason of being in this area
of South Florida, doing Miami Dade and doing Brower County.
Speaker 12 (38:16):
Uh.
Speaker 5 (38:17):
We have in Brower County a very important presence that
has been growing up very fast for the last two
and a half years. We started with Margate and then
a load of the Lakes and then Pembroke Pines. We
are trying to grow a little bit more during the
(38:38):
next two years in Brower. We cannot tell you precise timing,
but we are going there. Basically on our company overview,
I can tell you a little bit. As a medical group, Okay,
we prioritize personalized and accessible medical care okay, with the
focus on preventing and managing coron diseases for seniors okay.
(39:03):
Meaningful that we try to focus on the continued care.
And we try to treat our elder people of Medicare
patients as our own okay, as a family with the
names and their needs that they've been uh getting for
(39:24):
their last two years okay. And and we have like
like you said, we have a lot of locations around
Miami daid okay. And the good thing is that we
separate okay, the services we have it.
Speaker 4 (39:42):
We have it like I.
Speaker 5 (39:43):
Said, here and a technical technologic infrastructure okay, which is
automated with the medical centers okay. And and design to
ricks base practice management and Electronic Health record or well
known as EHR.
Speaker 4 (40:03):
Okay.
Speaker 5 (40:04):
I could stay here for like a half an hour
with you telling you all the benefits that we can offer.
But the main recent of staying here in brower And
is trying to let people know that we can give
them all they need in only one place.
Speaker 2 (40:23):
Yeah. I think from one of your slogans, one of
your catchphrases, it stands out to me because I know
you you're excellent to work with. I've met several of
your team members impeccable. The quality that you provide for
people in professionalism goes above and beyond. But one of
your catchphrases is within reach beyond care, family, children, seniors,
and that Community Medical Group. Obviously, folks, you could expect
(40:45):
to receive unparalleled quality care and service from an extensive
number of qualified doctors and specialists over twenty locations and
growing daily, dedicated to offering a personalized approach for all
of your medical needs. To a fully integrated in house
team of social services agents ready to guide you so
you can be rest assured that it can be healthy
(41:05):
and live your best life, and you're in good hands
when you're dealing with community to medical group. Those are
just some reasons why CMG continues to go beyond care
and we can strongly support their growth and insist that
people look into going into their facilities. Had the pleasure
of going into both the facilities in Margate and Lauderdale
the last couple of weeks. Very nice facilities, very clean, professional,
(41:30):
excellent locations, easy access, easy parking, and it was really
neat to be able to see that people are still
going above and beyond, dotting all their eyes, crossing all
their tea's, making sure that they're going above and beyond
to provide quality healthcare. Because, let's face it, that's what
people are up against in today's America. People are up
(41:51):
against the fact that so many people go to see
their practitioners, whether it's a primary care, a medical group,
whatever it may be, a hospital or care, they feel
like a number. And I noticed that when I saw
the people in your waiting rooms and I was watching
your staff interact, I said, Wow, this more is closely
held its hands on. They're taking a different approach that
(42:13):
I don't like the terminology, old school approach, but it
was an old school approach. And obviously I got to
watch a few of your doctors talking with patients, excellent
bedside manners.
Speaker 4 (42:23):
That's important. It's so important to.
Speaker 2 (42:24):
Feel wanted rather than neglected or agitated when you go
to the doctor. Because I'll be honest with you, I
went last year several times, and it's real easy to
get frustrated when you're.
Speaker 5 (42:34):
Oh, yes, yes, and let me tell you something. You
mentioned something a few seconds ago. That is the service
that we give to all our patients. Correct but remember
those services. It's it's a teamwork that I can I
can give you some numbers of how much people is
(42:54):
involved in this situation to give the best service ever
for all our patients. Okay, I can mention like we
have patients together services. We have more than a ninety
five one thousand adult pediatrics, Medicare patients which are received
(43:16):
for Medicare patients of six thousand, more than six thousand
Medicare patients and on exchange patients is more than fifty
eight thousand.
Speaker 4 (43:26):
We have a.
Speaker 5 (43:27):
Total of almost seven hundred employees around the whole area
of Central Florida and South South Florida and Brawar County.
Speaker 4 (43:42):
That's amazing.
Speaker 2 (43:43):
I'm looking forward to conducting a series of interviews with
you and your team. Once again, folks, it's been Community
outreach specialist Esteban Quintero with Community Medical Group for questions
or appointments called area code seven eighty six seven four
four one eight zero zero once again, that's seven eight
six seven four four one eight zero zero, or you
can visit Communitymedicalgroup dot com. I want to thank you
(44:07):
for being with us this morning. We are now signing
off from West Palm Beach, Florida, where we're streaming.
Speaker 4 (44:12):
On the iHeart app.
Speaker 2 (44:13):
And I thank you and I wish everyone in community
medical group a prosperous twenty twenty five. I always grateful
for you as likewise, Thank you, sir.
Speaker 5 (44:22):
Thank you.

Good morning, welcome back to the show. It is Saturday,
March first, twenty twenty five. We're privileged to be here
in West Palm Beach, Florida at iHeartRadio where we're now
streaming on the iHeart app. Have with us this morning.
Our final interviewee, his name is Shanekstakas and he works
with sc Investing. What I'd like for you to do
is go ahead and give a little background information on
(45:18):
your organization and yourself. I see one of your catchphrases.
I like it, your journey to financial freedom. I like
that people are definitely right now. There's a lot of
noise out there, Shane. We're going through a different time
in our country. As they say, there's a new sheriff
in town, and we are seeing a severe paradigm shift,
and obviously, I think financial security is one of the
(45:40):
things that probably faces everyone, regardless of your age. I'm
fifty eight, I'm a widow where I'm one of those
people who had money and lost it. But you know,
I'm happier for being a grandpa. I guess that I am,
but not to say I wouldn't like to have a
couple million dollars in the bank. But you know, I
have a good job, I'm comfortable, and I'm happy. But
I want you to give a little background on your
(46:01):
organization because we're looking forward to welcoming you as a
new member, and I wish I had more people within
your industry, but unfortunately, I'm sure you saw the statistic
eight out of ten Americans live check to check week
to week, hand the mouth, and they're going month to
month over seventy five percent of Americans don't even have
final expense insurance. It's really sad, and obviously I know
(46:22):
what your goal is to probably help people create some
security and strengthen that so that they can enjoy an
excellent retirement. So I'm going to get out of the
way and let you give some background on you and
your organization.
Speaker 4 (46:34):
Go ahead.
Speaker 12 (46:35):
I've been day trading for about five and a half years.
I'm self taught from the ground up. I started when
I was twenty one ish I'm twenty six now. A
lot of hours in the market learning the technicals and
fundamental side of everything going on, especially in the economy.
A lot of people call the market a scam because
they really don't know how the economy really works. And
(46:57):
it's the market's really not for the average person if
you don't understand it, because you definitely do lose in it.
Nine out of ten people do lose in the stock
market because they don't have the right background in it
or the knowledge base in it. Just like everything, you
have to understand it to become good at it, and
it does take a while. So I decided to start
(47:18):
teaching people in all age groups. Definitely targeting the younger group,
because school really doesn't teach you how to invest properly.
Speaker 8 (47:25):
They teach you the basics.
Speaker 12 (47:26):
And I still think everyone should know how the economy
and the banks move and how money moves throughout the system.
We're coming into a different time right now with crypto,
with the new president, and a lot of stuff's turning
to crypto right now, so I think a lot of
people should understand how everything does work in the whole
industry and why you do why you can still make
(47:49):
a significant amount of money off a small amount and
even if you working at average job, if you understand money,
you can become pretty well off just by putting into
the right places and taking it out at the right time,
timing the market, and understanding when not to get in
and when to get out.
Speaker 8 (48:05):
And sit on your hand.
Speaker 12 (48:06):
It's all about discipline at the end of the day.
Speaker 2 (48:09):
That's so true, and I think that's one thing that
a lot of people in our country do lack, is discipline.
Another one would be patients because obviously everyone wants instant gratification,
and I don't think that that always works. I like
the fact that you touched on the fact that you're
self taught, and the market seems to be strong. You know,
(48:29):
obviously it goes up, it goes down, It goes up,
it goes down. What we want to be able to
do is provide an opportunity for organizations to get in
contact with someone like you who can help them to
learn that. Have you thought about possibly you know? Do
you are you available to teach people this? Or do
you do you do consulting with individuals? How does that work?
Speaker 4 (48:52):
Yes?
Speaker 12 (48:52):
So all my teaching right now, I'm teaching about thirty
five students. All my teachings one on one mentorship personalized
to them because everyone learns different, so I do the
hands on and then I also do the other way
of teaching them, so I give both presents to the
client or the consumers because everyone learns different. So I
have a full mentorship where I teach you from ground up,
(49:14):
where I take you to absolutely knowing nothing about the
market and anything about fundamentals, technicals and to becoming a
profitable trader or just understanding more and how to invest properly.
You can still rely on your financial advisor, but we
all know how the big banks always like to win,
so sometimes the financial advisor is on the bank side,
(49:35):
so you can call him out for his stuff if
he's kind of doing it the wrong way. But average
people really can't do that because they don't have the
background and that little bit of knowledge. Usually right now,
I'm teaching a lot of people and I've got nothing
but good reviews from that. I was teaching on the
Fresh and Fit podcast for a little bit before we
(49:56):
had a little discrepancy. But so I have a lot
of students right now, lot of reviews on myself and testimonials,
And especially in this industry, there is a lot of
a lot of people who say they know how to trade,
and a lot of people who don't know how to trade.
It's a brand and a lifestyle. The difference between me
and a lot of other people, I actually show my
losses and I show my wins, and I actually teach properly.
(50:20):
It's not I don't tell my students or anyone you're
going to get rich quick. That's what a lot of
people say, and it's not the fact. The fact of
the market is you're going to lose for a little
bit until you start understanding it significantly, and then you'll
see your drastic winds go up and way up, and
it all comes down to the probability of yourstoryward and
all that kind of stuff.
Speaker 2 (50:39):
What would be one of the common mistakes that you
see people make that try to go it alone.
Speaker 12 (50:46):
The common mistake is basically everyone likes to buy the
tops the market when the greed is euphoria, and especially
right now. Bitcoin we just seen it was out one
hundred and eight, one hundred and eight thousand at the
beginning of February. Right now sitting around eighty was sitting
at yesterday like seventy seven. Big banks, by the lows,
average people buy the tops of the market because they
(51:06):
get the greed. I always sell, buy the fear and
buy the fear, and sell the greed up by the
buy the fear and sell the greed of the market.
When everyone's greedy, big banks are getting out when they
tell you, basically buy the When Bitcoin back in twenty
twenty one, they said bitcoin's not going to one hundred ky,
they were selling. They said bitcoin is going one hundred k,
(51:27):
they were selling off. When they said bitcoin is going
to zero, they were buying. They always you always do
the opposite of what they're telling you. Because smart money
concept is the big banks are the smart money and
the big boys. They want to get in early. Then
they tell the average person to get in and then
they dump everything on them. They use the average person
as eggsit liquidity in the market.
Speaker 8 (51:46):
Sadly.
Speaker 2 (51:47):
Yeah, that's that's ironic. I like the fact that you
touched on that. You know, we got about a minute left.
What I want you to do is give out your
contact information again, phone number, web address, and then talk
about any promotions that you're running, because obviously we want
to get you on board with this and have you
on as a regular because you know, we do a
real estate, real estate investment, home improvement hour, financial hour,
(52:07):
medical hour, so you'd be a good fit in any
of those.
Speaker 4 (52:10):
Go ahead.
Speaker 12 (52:12):
My contact information is five six one six six four
six five five three. That is five six one sixty
six four sixty five five three. My Instagram is underscore
s dot C dot investing, or you can look me
up as Shane Kristakis. Right now, I do have a website,
but it's under construction.
Speaker 2 (52:34):
Uh.
Speaker 12 (52:34):
Most of the time it's all word of mouth and
usually my Instagram. I am right now coming out with
a documentary about the whole entire market and kind of
exposing some of the faker traders in the industry that
a lot of people look up to, that I used
to look up to. So right now, that's what I'm doing,
and I all I'd like to do is if I
can change a couple of people's lives in the next year,
(52:56):
that's the best part about it. And right now is
