Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome to the Greater South Florida Chamber Radio program with
your host to board president John Kroll of Kroll Realty.
Good morning.
Speaker 2 (00:15):
I'm Robed, the director of Operations with the Greater South
Florida Chamber of Commerce. This is one of our weekly
radio programs called the Best of South Florida Business and
it is Saturday, November one, twenty twenty five, and privileged
to be here at iHeartRadio in West Palm Beach, Florida.
We're now streaming on the iHeart app. Have with us
five star visibility Stephen Sunshine Corporate Trustee Ambassadors are doing
(00:36):
a free digital marketing evaluation for all the people within
our network and who are members of our organization. You
get out of the way, Steve, and let's get right
into it this morning.
Speaker 3 (00:44):
Go ahead, sir, Great Rob, Thank you so much, and
I just want to commend you on the job you
do for all South Florida businesses and getting the word out.
And you're an extremely valuable asset for any small business
and I highly recommend getting involved with the Greater Self
Arty Chamber. As Rob was sure. As Rob was mentioning,
we're offering a free digital marketing evaluation for small businesses
(01:08):
because the number one thing small businesses suffer from is
a lack of a strategy that's going to be successful
for their particular business in their competitive market with their resources.
You know, every business struggles every day to keep the
lights on, to keep the roof over the head, and
they keep trying to get more and more customers coming
(01:29):
through the door. Well, they're experts in their own business.
They know how to run a auto repair shop. They
know how to be a doctor, they know how to
be a plumber, they know how to do what they
know how to do. But when it comes to digital marketing,
it's very, very challenging to try to compete with professionals.
(01:50):
You can do a lot of digital marketing yourself, but
to really have the right strategy, with the right goals
in mind, and with the proper metrics to keep track
of all your goals and outcomes, you really need to
have a professional Okay, it's not as expensive as you
(02:10):
think if you pick the programs and the campaigns that
make most sense for you and your budget. And that's
what we try to do when we do talk to clients.
But first off, you need to have a good snapshot
of what you're doing right, what you're doing okay with,
and what you're failing at. And as a business owner
(02:31):
or a marketer for a small business, you're pretty much
so close to the flame that you don't get to
see the fire. And I just made that up so
hopefully it makes sense. But a small business owner doesn't
know how the potential customers their targets are perceiving their
digital presence when they see their website, What do they think,
(02:53):
what do they know, what do they learn? What are
the assets? What are the shortcomings? Is the messaging getting
through properly? And usually it's not because people don't update
their websites often enough with the right digital marketing strategy.
So our digital marketing evaluation, all you have to do
is go to five star Visibility dot com slash chamber.
(03:14):
That's five star visibility dot com slash chamber, which five
is a number five, fill out a quick little form
your name, address, naming, your website and your business and
in a few days we'll have a one of our
digital marketing experts go over your Google presence, your Google
business profile, your social media, your website and really look
(03:36):
at it from an experts I view of how you're
being perceived in the marketplace. Is your message clear and concise?
Is it complete? Is it easy to find you? Is
it easy to do all these things? Is your branding consistent.
We'll give you a simple abcd F type grade on
thirty plus metrics on the report, and then we'll go
(03:59):
over it with you and answer all your questions again,
totally free, no obligation. So go to five Star Visibility
dot com slash chamber. This is an offer directly brought
to you from the Greater South Florida Chamber with our company,
five Star Visibility, which we are a digital marketing agency
here in Fort Lauderdale. We're on Cyprus Creek Boulevard just
(04:21):
west of ninety five, So we're a local company with
local representation and local experts. We know the local markets.
We're not what most companies come to us and say,
I've got a guy in another country who's really cheap,
but I can't find him. He's been invisible or mia
for the last two months, and I need website work
(04:42):
or this guy's charging me so much money, I have
no idea if he's effective. Well, when you say you
have a guy who does your website, that's not professional.
It's like I have a guy who does my medical stuff.
Well that you need a doctor, you need professional help.
But you pick the programs, campaigns, budgets and and goals
(05:04):
that's right for your business. You don't have to spend
twenty five thousand dollars a month. You can start as
little as two three four hundred dollars a month to
get started doing the right marketing.
Speaker 2 (05:15):
That's very important because you know there's so many companies
out there. It's ironic. You and I've talked about this
in person, We've talked about it on air. You'll it's
amazing when you'll see certain businesses and some of these businesses,
like I know one that we're dealing with that's in
the service industry. They do home improvement, and they'll leave
it at that. I kind of they have eleven vehicles, right,
(05:36):
and there's two people to each vehicle. There's twenty two
people that I know that they have another armor but
something to guess, are between thirty thirty five and forty
employees and no traditional marketing strategy. I blew my mind
still using a fax machine very just like a shell
of a website. It was just really like a landing page,
(05:58):
and you know, no, really no listing in the yellow pages.
Not that that's important anymore because it seems to be
a thing of the past, but you do want to
have some type of a digital and online presence because
if without it, you're in trouble. I mean, the days
of doing an email blast and getting anything above a
five to ten percent open rate if you're lucky, fifteen
to twenty if you're a large organization that still does that,
(06:21):
and you and I have talked about it, Steve, where
if you're doing push notifications, you could expect an eighty
to ninety percent open rate. So I mean it's just
completely different.
Speaker 3 (06:31):
Yep, yep. Every business is different. And you know, just
think of how competitive the market is. You may have
opened up your business, you know, a few years ago,
five years ago, twenty years ago, forty years ago, and
your competitors are growing and everybody has the same challenge.
If you have twenty plumbing competitors all fighting for the
same customer in Boca ratone, then how are you going
(06:54):
to stand out? How are you going to beat your competitors?
They're hiring professional marketing agencies and people to do their strategy,
and if you're not you're not competing. You have to compete.
It's a real world out there that you can't just
wait for people to walk in your door unless you're
extremely lucky and built such a great business that it's
(07:17):
self sustaining and self growing. But there's very few of those,
you know, I've talked to many, many businesses. It'said four
or five, ten years ago. Business was great. Before the pandemic,
business was great. But after that, you know, it's a
struggle to get the phone in the ring, it's a
struggle to get someone in the door. And then I say, well,
when was the last time you updated your website? Oh,
four years ago? One was the last time you did
(07:40):
any marketing strategy, any advertising, any promotions. Have you reached
out to your customer base? Do you have a mailing list?
Speaker 2 (07:46):
No?
Speaker 3 (07:47):
Okay, Well you have a tremendous opportunity to increase your business.
That's the biggest thing I see is that there is
so much opportunity because you have this history. You're not
starting from scratch. People know you. You just have to
get the word back out through the digital means.
Speaker 2 (08:04):
That is true. I'm hearing that noise in the background,
the music coming to the end of this particular segment. Steve,
give everyone your contact information. Let now then get a
hold of you and your team if they want to
go ahead and do that digital marketing evaluation. I encourage
you to. If you're in the in the market for
a new website or any type of marketing, don't look
any further. Go through Five Star Visibility. They're the best

Good morning, welcome back to the show. It is Saturday,
November one, twenty twenty five. I'm Robbed the director of
Operations with the Greater South Florida Chamber of Commerce. This
is one of our weekly radio programs called the Best
of South Florida. Business with US is corporate Trustee Ambassador
pro Levamax LANDTHMLLC. Fabio Lanzeria a dear friend of mine
who created a product called pro Levamax. And he did
(10:05):
it because at this particular time, his wife was suffering
from severe pain and inflammation because she even been diagnosed
with breast cancer. In November of twenty twenty four, I
had two tumors removed from my body because I have
eperatic pancreatic insufficiency, and I was in dire straits and
severe pain, severe inflammation, and I was forced to take
(10:25):
medications I did not want to take. Came in contact
with Fabio and his product that he was kind enough
to donate the product to me so I could use it. Folks,
It's the only thing I've ever used for pain and inflammation.
I have no meniscus in either knee. I have bolth,
sports injuries, car wrecks, you name it, and bad back,
bad knees, and I kid you not, this product works.
(10:48):
I'm encouraging anybody out there in the listening audience. If
you've tried everything and you're tired of taking fifteen advil
a day, or you've made the mistake of using prescription
drugs to eliminate your paint, look no further. Go to
a pro Vivamax dot com. Use Prolebamax is a wonderful
product and you can use it for under forty dollars
a month. I'm going to get out of the way
(11:08):
and let Fabio talk a little bit about his background,
his company, why he did what he did, and why
he's doing what he's doing. But they're controlling cutting edge
technology right now for people out there, because seven out
of ten people in America today suffer from acute pain
or arthritic pain of some form fibromylege or whatever it
may be. Look no further pro leave Amaxprolivamax dot com Bobo.
(11:30):
Let's get right into it this morning, my friend, go ahead.
Speaker 5 (11:33):
Well, thanks for having me rob I. Prolivamax came around
in two thousand and seventeen when my wife had breast
cancer and after all her treatments, she had to take
an estrogen suppress and product for ten years. And over time,
(11:59):
this estrogen suppressant brought about as a secondary side effect
arthritic pain. And you know, she was having problems getting
up from bed, having problems opening a jar, just she
wasn't able to do it. For I said, oh, I
(12:21):
hate to see the love of my life just be
this way. So I tried to look for a prescription
drug that would help. Couldn't really find anything that worked
and was good for long term use and that was
safe for long term use. Then I looked into natural supplements.
(12:44):
They all handled the existing pain, but I wanted to
look for something that went more than just the existing
inflammation I wanted to see something that would handle the
root cause and obviously have those side effects at the
same time, and didn't find anything. I then said, wow,
(13:06):
I got to take things into my own hands and
solve this issue for my wife. And being in the
industry for forty years, I started looking and I started
deepening my research into various various ingredients, and I developed
(13:33):
this mixture of amino acids along with natural supplements. Because
the idea was the amino acids took care of the
root cause. It was going to signal to the body exactly,
you know, to stop producing pro inflammatory proteins, increased the
(13:56):
production of anti inflammatory proteins, and the exist and the
supplements would take care of the existing inflammation. That was
the idea. So I gave it to her and lo
and behold. After thirty days, she says, Sabby, I don't
feel the pain anymore. And after four months she didn't
(14:17):
have anymore. She didn't tell me she didn't have any
more of this product because I just did it just
like that, and she started experiencing the pain again. I
made some more again. After a couple of weeks, this
time her pain was gone again. So I said, hey,
maybe there's something there, and that's how it all started.
Speaker 2 (14:41):
I like that, and you know, it's neat to hear
a family story like that. And obviously my situation was similar,
and we have limited time. We'll get into it later time.
But I met Fabia right after having labor scopic surgery
and he could tell I was looking pretty beat up
and I was a little run down. You know. I
was forty eight seventy two hours out of the the
operating room and I was in pain. And he had
(15:02):
provided this product for me complementary and folks, that kid
you not. It works. It continues to work. I need it.
I take it regularly, and I thank God and I
think you daily for the product because it's it truly
does work, Fabio. For the listening audiences out there, can
Prolevamax be used safely alongside other recovery products like protein
shakes or electrolytes or does the standalone as a daily supplement?
Speaker 5 (15:27):
Excellent question. It's an important practical question for anyone you
know using supplements for athletic recovery. Generally, Prolibamax is designed
to be a daily supplement that can be safely used
alongside core post workout nutrition. Like protein shakes and electrolytes,
because the protein shakes and electrolyte do not carry the
(15:51):
same ingredients that prolibamax have. In general, you know, prolevamax
is not a replacement to a meal, replacement or primary
source of macronutrients. Prolevamaxis is focused on systemic support for inflammation,
(16:12):
nerve balance, and chronic pain, while protein electrolytes are essential
acute needs after exercise. There's very minimal overlap with prolevamax
and protein shakes. Prolevamax contains amino acids like glutamine, rgenine, zerine,
(16:32):
and one vitamin B six, but you know, the main
focus is on supplements such as curcumin, buzzwelia, reservitrile, gensing, etc.
You know, a standard protein shape provides high doses of
amino acids and electrolytes provide minerals. The blend of supplements
(16:52):
is not is typically not problematic when combined with these
basic post workout nutrients.
Speaker 2 (17:00):
I like that bobbio. Does proleva max help with faster
muscle recovery, flexibility, or reduce downtime after games or workouts
for the athletes that are out there?
Speaker 5 (17:13):
Well, absolutely, actually prolive a Mexican help athletes recover faster,
you know, for them to feel looser and get back
into training sooner. The key is that Proleva Max is
to be taken every day, not just before a workout
or anything.
Speaker 6 (17:31):
You know.
Speaker 5 (17:33):
It was designed to target pain and inflammation at their source,
which obviously indirectly supports better recovery and reduce downtime. When
you train hard, your muscles experienced tiny tears that trigger
inflammation inoxidative stress. And if you use it every day,
(17:54):
pro leve A Max takes care of that very well.
Speaker 2 (17:59):
Tell you what, I use it every day, my friend,
and I am so thankful for I truly believe that
everything happens for a reason. You know, I, much like you,
believe very much in my creator. I believe in God
and Jesus Christ is my savior. But I do believe
that you God put you in my path for a
reason at that particular time, because I kid you not,
it can pain can become overwhelming. What it does to
(18:21):
you mentally and what it can do to you emotionally
is is amazing and people don't really realize it. And
I look at someone like you, polite professional humble, nicest
individual one could ever meet. And to think of the
situation you were going through with your family, that's got
to be tough. And to now to see how it
came out the other side, I think it's really really neat.
(18:44):
I know there's a lot of retired athletes out there,
like myself that played, whether it was at high school
or college level or professionally, they still deal with pain
and inflammation long after their playing days, and Perlibamax correct
me from wrong can't help them manage that without relying
on pain measure NSAIDs correct.
Speaker 5 (19:04):
Oh, absolutely a resounding yes for that. The main function
of Prolemamax is heavily focused on chronic inflammatory conditions and
managing pain without relying on drugs like the insets, the
non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs.
Speaker 3 (19:22):
Which are your over the.
Speaker 5 (19:23):
Counter TILE and all ad bil or motrid. As we
age rob especially after years of intense sport, sporting activities
and exercising, that pain often comes from long term wear
and air things like joint inflammation, arthritis, or all the
(19:44):
injuries flaring up. Correct well, PLI targets that root cause
of that pain, the chronic inflammation, using natural very natural
research backed ingredients like curcumen, which is an tracted from
the main ingredients of turmeric, and boswellia which are known
(20:06):
to common flammat inflammation very safely without the side effects
of traditional painmage. I mean, the end set, the tilet
all add bills and moultrip, if you take them too
many times for too long, it can give you some
liver damage. Lubama doesn't do that. There's no way you
(20:29):
can get liver damage. There's no side effects whatsoever. And
you know, studies show that our formula we've done, We've
did a clinical study where the C reactive protein which
we call high sensitivity the CRP, which is a key
marker for to determine how much inflammation you have in
(20:54):
the body. Well, that study showed that our product after
thirty days read you by fifty percent.
Speaker 2 (21:01):
That's amazing.
Speaker 5 (21:02):
And yeah, and the same people that that we're in
that clinical study, the pain with the pain score from
zero to ten went from eight down to four in
thirty days.
Speaker 2 (21:19):
And you know what else your product does, fabio I kid,
you know, I'd tried a lot of different things for pain,
and your product's the only thing that's eliminated my pain.
But most importantly, you know this better than I do
because I was a d student in science and you
were an a student in science because I played football.
Long story short, you know that one of the key
(21:39):
side effects for people that have chronic pain, regardless of
whether it had to do with athletics, surgery, whatever it
may be, is insomnia. They don't sleep well, and you know,
so they'll try to curb it with pain, medication, alcohol,
whatever it may be, the numb it and you become lethargic.
Your product provides promotes better relaxation in sound own sleep,
(22:00):
which is amazing. And you and I know there's a
growing awareness out there that inflammation affects us not just
from a performance standpoint, but overall longevity. How does managing
inflammation with Prolevamax tie into long term health? I want
you to touch on that because we have a couple
of minutes left.
Speaker 5 (22:18):
Sure, I mean inflammation, and this is well documented in
scientific papers. Is the root of all diseases, diabetes, cardiac events,
all that. See the concept of chronic and low grade inflammation,
which we often term as inflamaging, is a major driver
(22:42):
of age related disease. So managing inflammation with pro Levamax directly.
It aligns with these long term health goals. Chronic low
level inflammation doesn't just cause aches. It drives cellular and damage,
which we don't talk about enough, and that underlies major
(23:06):
age related diseases. The constant presence of inflammatory signals is
a strong strongly linked to cardiovascular disease. As I said,
neural degenerative disorders like Alzheimer's diabetes. By aiming to significantly
(23:27):
reduce systemic inflammatory markers for Leiba Max attempts to dampen
thismoldering fire that accelerates aging.
Speaker 2 (23:38):
That is amazing, Fabia, We got about a minute left.
What I'd like for you to do, is anybody out
there in the listening audience this morning that wants to
try the product or get a hold of you and
your team, let them know how they can do that.
In folks, we will be at the Sagress Mills Mall
all day today and all day tomorrow. You can come
out where there's a booth there. We can get literature
and we will be rappling off a couple samples of
(23:59):
the product.
Speaker 5 (23:59):
Go ahead, Fabia, absolutely so you can, uh we can.
Obviously you can email us at info at land at
pro actually info at pro leiba max dot com. Pro

Speaker 2 (26:02):
Good morning, Welcome back to the show. It's Saturday in
November first, twenty twenty five. I'm Robed, the director of
Operations with the Greater South Florida Chamber of Commerce. This
is one of our weekly radio programs called the Best
of South Florida Business. We're privileged to be here at
iHeartRadio in West Palm Beach, Florida, where we're now streaming
on the iHeart app. Have with us corporate Trustee Ambassadors,
a key Health and it's also an arm of New
(26:25):
Health Partners and with me is Jorge Sierra, who's a
director of Sales, a trusted agency that's helped thousands of
families find affordable health coverage. You know, today we're talking
about the effects of millions across the country are going
to feel through the Affordable Care Act open enrollment period,
which begins today.
Speaker 7 (26:43):
Orge.
Speaker 2 (26:45):
For listeners who might be hearing the term for the
first time, what exactly is open enrollment? Can you elaborate
on that for the listening audience this morning.
Speaker 8 (26:53):
Joge absolutely, and Ralph I want to say thank you
for having me so so. Open and romans is a
period or a window when anybody can sign up for
the health insurance through the Affordable Care Act, otherwise referred
to like as Obamacare. This year, the opening roment is
running from November first all the way through January fifteenth. Now,
(27:17):
what happens is so if you enroll or if you're looking,
if you're looking for your plan to start January first,
you want to enroll between November one and December fifteenth,
And if you don't mind your health insurance plans starting
on February first, then you have a little bit more
time until January fifteenth next year.
Speaker 2 (27:38):
That's extremely important. Boy, Hey, what are people really getting
when they sign up under the ACA? Can you elaborate
on that for the listening audience this morning.
Speaker 8 (27:47):
Please, So the ACA is it's just to keep it simple.
It's a set of rules, right you know, that ensures
that all the carriers have to follow a sort of guideline.
To give you an example, you cannot be the night
coverage though an insurance carrier cannot charge you more for
(28:08):
having pre existing conditions.
Speaker 3 (28:10):
You know.
Speaker 8 (28:11):
So they and that's what it's called essential health benefits.
And so they need to have all these plans, need
to have preventative coverage, right, they need to provide emergency services,
prescriptions and and so forth. Right, you know, so there
is a it's just the affordable character. Just make sure
that the carriers are all following the same structure or.
Speaker 2 (28:33):
Coverage or hey, you mentioned financial help. I know it's
what they often refer to for lack of a better grammar.
Is that sixty four million dollar question? Can you touch
on to the best of your ability, because I know
you're well burst in this, elaborate on how those subsidies work,
if you would, please for people who are unfamiliar.
Speaker 7 (28:51):
Good question.
Speaker 8 (28:52):
So subsidies are essentially it's a tax credit that's going
to lower your multly premium that they on your household
size and the income that's being generated. So and the
good thing is is that if you've done this before
and you didn't qualify, it's worth checking every year. Right.
(29:12):
So because the income the plan prices subsidies, like the
formula that the that the marketplace uses changes every year.
There are also cost sharing reductions that help with deductibles
and copays and many and many of those middle and
lower income families received. So just to to keep it
(29:35):
really simple, not only do you qualify for subsidy on
your monthly premium, but they make the benefits richer. Yeah,
and at a Key Health, we do a full benefits review,
we do a needs analysis, we check you know, we
check your doctors prescriptions. We try to find every discount
we have, you know, and that's apply it towards are
(29:56):
tax credit. And just to just to have you know,
I'll let you know, like you know our phone number
and you could talk to our agents at our Key Health.
You know, you can reach us at eight seven seven
nine one five five one four.
Speaker 2 (30:12):
Repeat that again one more time, please thank you.
Speaker 8 (30:16):
I will eight seven seven ninety two one five five
one four.
Speaker 2 (30:22):
Now obviously I'm sure you'd be in agreeance with me.
That there's a lot of noise out there, and probably
this year more so than any other year, with the
current state of things. And we don't need to get
into it. Everybody knows what's going on with Uncle Sam
and on a national level and statewide and nationwide. But
they say that each year there's major changes that come about,
(30:43):
and they said in twenty twenty five, at the end
of twenty twenty four that there would be monumental changes
to the landscape of how this whole thing works. What's
changing this year that people should know about that you
want to share with them this morning.
Speaker 8 (30:58):
Okay, I'm glad you're at to bring this up. So
the government it's tightening a little bit as far as
like you know, how income and eligibility and eligibility gets verified.
So it's and it's not really about making it harder.
It's about making sure that help goes to those who
actually need it. So I expect a few more verification steps,
(31:20):
you know, when you enroll or renew when it comes
to your plan. You know, there's also there's also a
new plan because actually, let me let me say it
this way, so there's always been It's not only like
you know, a little bit tighter on the income verification,
(31:40):
but the help, the subsidy levels are going to go
down just a little bit. You're gonna get slightly less help.
So in order to make up for it, you know,
there are other new options available which are called catastrophic plans.
Speaker 2 (31:58):
That's very very important that you share that. Or hey,
let's bust a few miss What do you people still
get wrong about the A c A. Just touch on it,
broad Stokes.
Speaker 8 (32:07):
Okay, okay, So let's the the first miss, right, you
know the Affordable Care Act is governments run health insurance, right,
you know so? And just to let you know, like
you know, that's just not true, you know, so this
is these are private insurance companies. Yeah, they offer these plans.
They just have to see this ferreit. These rules that
(32:28):
are set up through the Affordable Care Act just have
to abide by it. Another one is is do we
get a lot? Is if we have covered through work
by my employer provides me health insurance and I and
because of it, I cannot get it through the marketplace.
That that's not necessarily true. So we can and the
(32:50):
easiest way to confirm this, you know, is to call
one of our agents because you might be eligible if
the premium that you're paying at your employers job for
your health insurance is too much, you could get into
a marketplace plan. So what we recommend is that you
talk to one of our agents. They will review your
(33:10):
options and they'll let you know whether you are available
or not. Another one another myth that we get that
we hear all the time is, hey, my doctor is
not going to be a network, right, And that's not
necessarily true. Uh. What we do is we handle most
carriers in the in in you know, in the in
(33:32):
the marketplace, so we would do an ext We would
help confirm that your doctors are a network before you
pick a plan. And and the last myth, right, you know,
the is it's too complicated, right, you know. So what
we do is that we hold your hands every step
of the way at a key health you know, we
handle the entire process. We do it at no cost, obviously,
(33:56):
you know, and we make sure that you understand every
step of the way. And all you have to worry
about is about the healthcare.
Speaker 3 (34:02):
Of your family.
Speaker 2 (34:04):
That's some very important and I like the fact that
your hands on next question is too bold. What are
some features that really stand out to consumers and or Hey,
what's the best way for people to take action? Touch
on that police.
Speaker 8 (34:16):
So if you don't have employer coverage, the marketplace.
Speaker 5 (34:20):
Is the best place to start.
Speaker 8 (34:22):
So even if you have a plan, it's smart to
really shop around every year because the premiums, the provider, networks,
the benefits may change every year. So the license stagents
like us, you know, add a key Health will compare
every plan in your area. We'll do it for free.
And also it's not just during the open moments, you know,
(34:44):
but throughout the year. We have what we call especially
enrollment periods. So there is a circumstance like if you
know you have a newborn, you know you added someone
to the family, you're losing coverage, you got married, you
could also get health insurance outside of the open enrollment period.
Speaker 1 (35:04):
I love that.
Speaker 8 (35:05):
Bo.
Speaker 2 (35:05):
Hey, what's the most important thing for people to remember
right now?
Speaker 8 (35:09):
The most important part? Okay, uh, don't assume your health
coverage or your current health insurance the price that it's
going to stay the same every year. The carriers they're
going to adjust their rates, they're gonna they may change networks,
the benefits are going to change. Every year and that
could affect your cost your coverage, you know, and how
(35:30):
you and how you used to plan on a yearly basis.
So even if you're already and sure to take a
few minutes to review your options for us, it's also
important that you know we when you do that, you
consult with our agents or any agent about your income
right you know, because the most important part is we
mentioned earlier, is that you get subsidies based on your
(35:52):
family size and income and they will help you ensure
that the income is done correctly.
Speaker 2 (35:57):
I like that you know, open and wrong is officially
here and now's the time to take action. You contact
the Key Health and New Health Partners for more information.
They can be reached at eight seven seven ninety two
one five five one four. You know, we got about
a minute left. What I'd like for you to do
is touch on anything else that you want to share
with the listening audience this morning before we have you
(36:18):
on next segment, and give out that contact information one
more time if you would. Folks, It's been Jorge Sierra,
who is the director of sales for a Key Health,
which is an arm of New Health Partners, one of
our corporate trust thee ambassadors and today is opening day
for open enrollment. Go ahead, sir, thank you so much.
Speaker 8 (36:37):
You know, at the end of the day, health insurance
is in. You know about a red tape, right, it's
about real protection for you and your family. But the
affordable care at they continue to evolve and for twenty
twenty six it's no different. The people who stay informed
and at early are the ones who win. To take
a little time, ask your questions, find out what you
(36:58):
qualify for and trust me, you'll thank yourself for doing so.
All one of our agents again, our number is Attachy
Hills eight seven seven nine two one by five one four.
Speaker 2 (37:11):
Well, hey, Sierra, Thank you so much, sir. And obviously
what you're telling people is you only fail if you've
failed to prepare. And I want to thank you for
helping people prepare. I know you're going to be a
busy individual for the next sixty days. God blessed, have
a wonderful weekend. And thank you for taking time out
this morning.
Speaker 8 (37:28):

Speaker 2 (38:09):
Good morning, Welcome back to the show. It is Saturday
in November one, twenty twenty five. We are privileged to
be here at iHeartRadio in West Palm Beach, Florida, where
we're now streaming on the iHeart app. My name is Rob.
I'm the director of Operations with the Greater South Florida
Chamber of Commerce. This is one of our weekly radio
programs called the Best of South Florida Business with us
as Corporate Trustee Ambassador Joe Joseph McCormick, who is one
(38:32):
of our corporate ambassadors and he does a lot of
different things. But what I want to do, Joe, is
give you an opportunity. I know there's a couple of
things you wanted to share with the listening audience this
morning about some of the different things that you're doing
and different opportunities for people they might not be aware of, because,
let's face it, it is the fourth quarter of twenty
twenty five and there's a lot of noise out there.
Speaker 7 (38:53):
Go ahead, sir, absolutely, thanks Ron, thanks for having me. Well,
it is the last last quarter of the year, and
this would be for business owners. Would be the R
and D tax credit. R and D tax credit been
around since the eighties and it is a bonifi credit
against any tax liability you might have. Like, who would
(39:18):
qualify for an R and D tax credit? Yeah, I
hear that a lot and a lot of companies believe
they have to have a lab, white coats, microscopes. Far
from it. If a company has a process or a
product and they try to improve upon it, and even
if they don't improve upon it, they're going to be
eligible for an R and D tax credit. Now, why
(39:39):
is my accountant not said anything about this? Well, it's sad,
but most accountants don't try to tackle this. It takes
about eight, nine, ten years to be proficient at it.
The company that we use has a multi million dollar
proprietary software that does This spits out a beautiful report
(40:00):
that the business owner takes to his accountant or CPA
and files it. The great thing, rob great thing is
if you do qualify for R and D tax credit,
you can go back three years and collect that. So
if you paid in to Uncle Sam and you had
(40:20):
a tax liability, you can recoup that if your R
and D tax credit is big enough. So it's it's
absolutely incredible. Only about ten percent of the money is
sitting on the table. The big beautiful bill has bolstered this.
They're actually putting more money into the R and D
tax credit. And I urge, I urge all business owners
(40:43):
to seek this out. I can get you set up
with a presentation call at nine zero four six four
three six four zero six again nine oh four sixty
four three six four zero six. And another great promising
benefit that we have is the Fighter Reduction Plan. And
(41:06):
this is for any company with over twenty employees W
two employees. We install a health efficiency plan. We utilize
the Section one twenty five payroll law on that which
allows us to reduce the taxable income. And what it
(41:27):
does is it creates a six hundred dollars payroll savings
for every employee per year, and rob the employee themselves
will see an increase anywhere from eighty two, one hundred
and twenty dollars on their paycheck. Now, all this can
be delivered at zero net cost to the employer. So
he's a hero and he hasn't spent anything. So I
(41:49):
really really love those for small businesses to be looking at.
It's a great way to kick off twenty twenty six.
And we do all the heavy lifting on the installation
of the like a reduction plans. So those two are
right there, and then I'll come up for air. If
you had any questions, now.
Speaker 2 (42:10):
Touch on the R and D because there are so
many misconceptions out there that people just they don't understand it.
I mean, break it down into simplistic terms of what
you do, But I mean, can you elaborate a little
deeper on that if you, if at.
Speaker 7 (42:23):
All possible, no problem. What I can do is give
you a couple of examples. Now, my brother, he lives
in Raleigh, North Carolina. He has a franchise and what
he does is he filters cooking oil out of large institutions, colleges,
et cetera, et cetera. But along the way with the process.
(42:44):
Even though it's a franchisee, he's had to, let's say,
adapt and overcome some certain challenges that are unique to
his franchise. So we did a R and D text
study on that, and even though he really didn't put
much time into this product improvement, this process improvement, he
(43:07):
was still eligible for a five figure R and D
D five figures. I mean, he was a static.
Speaker 3 (43:14):
He was a static.
Speaker 7 (43:15):
Another one that we closed in the last three months
was a yogurt company. They're always changing flavors, reintroducing flavors,
in venting flavors, and they're going to get a four
hundred thousand dollars R and D tax credit. So again,
I want to make sure that the issue that I
(43:37):
see most of the time, and it happens more than that.
And it's sad it is that a company will say,
my CPA says, I don't qualify for an R and
D tax credit. And let me tell you what the
qualifications are. If you have a product, if you have
a process and you improve upon it or try to
(43:58):
improve upon it, you're eligible. It's that simple. So we
do all the heavy lifting for you. Your job as a
business owner is to input the information that is asked.
And I tell you what with chat GPT, it's making
it a lot easier for the businesses to do work
(44:19):
with this software. But it is it's very user friendly.
So millions and millions of dollars are out there. That's
why the large corporations don't pay taxes. They utilize the
R and D tax credit to the fullest. But it's
really designed for those seventy five eighty million dollars small
businesses out there to try to stay one leg ahead,
(44:41):
if you will, of the Asian influence that they have
to compete with every day.
Speaker 2 (44:48):
Yeah, because you know, I think misinformation is obviously at
a prime right now because of all the things that
are going on. I know you and I talked about
it off the air. It's like I don't choose to
tune into the noise. I know you don't as well.
But it's just amazing that there's so many solutions out
there for so many problems. And obviously, I think that's
(45:09):
one of the coolest things about what you're doing is
you're providing people opportunities. You know, you're giving them a
solution to a problem they may have where they think
it's overbearing and they're overwhelming and they're thinking, how am
I going to dig out of this? Well, that's what
I like about what you're offering to the people. And
obviously the government from top to bottom obviously is trying
(45:31):
to do everything they can do to improve things for people.
But you know, when you have a million programs and
some of them are just I don't like to use
the term dependent, but when certain people are dependent upon
Uncle Sam, you know, as their sponsor, they're looking after
them to take care of them, you know. I mean,
(45:51):
it's kind of puts a burden on the rest of
us because there are things that we need and there's
things that we want.
Speaker 10 (45:57):
You know.
Speaker 2 (45:57):
It's just like when we were kids, Joe. You know
my father, My father said it best. He started with
nothing and made something of himself. O. Hey, there's things
you need. The things you need, I will supply for
you the things you want. I might not agree with it,
but I'll tell you what. I'm going to meet you
in the middle of You go earn half and I'll
put in the other half. Well, I mean, there's things
that the government's doing right now for people, the opportunity
(46:18):
zones like you said the increase in R and D,
the stimulus stuff they're talking about, because you know, there
have been some growing pains, but there's always growing pains
when you go through any form of change, and I
think that the change we're seeing now is a positive
change to which will lead to stability in the future.
A couple of minutes left. I know there's probably a
(46:38):
couple other things you want to touch on go ahead
before we sign up this morning, and it's always a
pleasure to have you on with.
Speaker 3 (46:44):
This, Joe.
Speaker 7 (46:45):
Well, thanks Rob and kind words there. I tell you what,
it doesn't get much better when you can provide some
sort of financial relief or affect the company's bottom line
in a positive way at zero cost. To me, that's awesome.
Makes me feel good about what I do. You know,
(47:07):
I was in life insurance while I still am for
a very long time, and putting a policy on a
breadwinner is such a great feeling. And no one ever
apologized for having life insurance. So again, opportunities are out there.
The fighter reduction, I don't want to overlook that one either.
(47:28):
That is very easy to install. Within a business, they're
given your employees a raise at no net cost. You're
collecting anywhere. Actually, it's six hundred dollars about the minimum.
Some states are close to one thousand, one thousand dollars
in payroll savings per employee per year. Now do the
math on a company that's got one hundred employees. You know,
(47:51):
that's a big savings. Maybe they take the company out
on a cruise, maybe they put it back into the
company for more hardware or material whatever, give people raises.
I don't know, but it's a good chunk of money,
and it's just utilizing the Section one twenty five within
the payroll tax system. So good stuff. Nine oh four
(48:16):
six four three six four zero six, Rob.
Speaker 2 (48:19):
