Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome to the Greater South Florida Chamber Radio program with
your host, board President John Kroll of Kroll Realty.

Speaker 2 (00:15):
Good morning, Welcome back to the show, and it's Saturday,
August sixteenth, twenty twenty five. We're privileged to be here
at iHeartRadio in West Palm Beach, Florida, where we're now
streaming on the iHeart app. With me this morning as
one of our newer corporate Trustee Ambassadors, Steve Sunshine with
five Star Visibility. Folks. They're an excellent digital marketing company.
And then later in the segment, we're going to talk
a little bit about the free digital marketing evaluation that

(00:38):
they have put together for all of our Greater South
Florida Chamber of Commerce members, whether you remember a member
of the network. Steve and his team are willing to
work with you. Steve, I want to get right into
it with you this morning. So many companies just seem
to tread water and experience either no growth, are starting
to lose business, or they're at a stalemate. How can

(00:59):
you and five Star ability to help these businesses elaborate
on that?

Speaker 3 (01:02):
Hey, Rob, thank you, Welcome to Welcome to the program.
I'm glad I'm here and be happy to share all
that I can share to help local businesses because Five
Star Visibility, a digital marketing agency based out of Fort Lauderdale,
totally focuses on small business giving big services to small businesses. Well.
To answer the question, you know, it's so common most

(01:24):
customers that come to talk to us, usually it's because
they've experienced real stagnant growth or no growth at all,
are starting to go backwards. You know, I visited a
client yesterday as a matter of fact, and their story
was they've been in business forty plus years. They're an
automotive type company, service company, and they've just done the

(01:45):
same thing every day for forty years, and they're starting
to worry that the transition to the future is not
real clear for them because they just do service over
the counter and they don't have any e commerce. Their
website is been the same for years and years and years.
They're not getting any many phone calls, and they're basically

(02:06):
just selling repeat customers. So they came to us and said,
you know, how can I help or how can Five
Star Visibility help. So the first thing we did is
we gave them a free evaluation through the chamber, and
we analyze their website, their Google rankings, their Google business profile,
and their social media and we saw really lack of
focus and lack of effort to do their marketing. And

(02:27):
that's what's so common with so many businesses. They kind
of just keep keeping the lights on and doing what
they do. So here's a direct answer to the question,
what can businesses do well? The first thing a small
business owner or manager has to do is admit there's
problems and recognize that the data that they have that
sales trends are going in the wrong direction. They look

(02:51):
year over year, they look month over month, week over week,
holiday seasons, and they make a true valid assessment of
their business. If you can't under stand where you are,
you can't fix it. So the second part of the
answer is that the small business has to understand and
set goals. They have to know what the targets are.

(03:12):
It has to be very visible in their organization. If
they need to make ten thousand in sales or one
hundred thousand in sales or a million in sales in
a given period of time, that needs to be very focused.
They need to keep track of it. Are they hitting
their mark, not hitting their mark, and then they understand
where they need to go. Now they can figure out
how to get there. The third part of the answer

(03:34):
is they need to know that they're going to have
to commit time, effort, and money to turn their ship
around to put it in the right direction. Things don't
get fixed unless you put effort in. You have to
do more marketing, You have to do smarter marketing. You
might need to cut some things, refocus, reshift, rejigger everything
to know that what you're doing makes sense going forward.

(03:56):
The marketplace today is not the marketplace of five years,
ten years, twenty years ago. New competitors come in. There's
very low barrier to entry in many many businesses, and
the competition is fierce. Every company is looking to get
help to do better. So all your competitors might be
out there talking to other versions of me trying to

(04:18):
figure out how to beat you at getting customers. So
commit time, effort, and money. One of the things that's
very important is to really try to etch out a budget.
Say look, right now, we need to do things to
increase our marketing, but how much money can we really
afford to put towards marketing. And once you do that

(04:39):
with your managers and your owners and your you know,
your accountants and everybody. Then you see what money you
have to operate, and it's it has to be spent.
If you don't do marketing, you will slowly go worse
and worse in the hole. The fourth thing is to
get help. You know, maybe there's not enough talent and

(04:59):
expert tease and experience on staff to be able to
see clearly the vision or the necessary steps to become successful.
That's very common in small businesses. It's run by mom
and dad or a couple of the kids have taken
over the business and they know how to keep the
business going, but they not marketers. So you need to

(05:21):
get help. You can hire a person in you know,
to your staff, you know that's a fifty sixty seventy
eighty thousand dollars or more employee that has some knowledge.
You know, the more talented and more experienced they are,
the more they're going to cost for a full time
employee plus overhead. You can look to your staff that
maybe there's some untapped talent that understands different parts of

(05:43):
your marketing. You can try to bring everybody together and say, okay, collectively,
we've need to put our brains together in a new direction.
We need to talk about marketing. And then some of
your managers that haven't been involved might have good ideas.
They might know what works. You know, you need to
double down on the things that are successful, you need
to pare down on the things that are unsuccessful, and

(06:06):
you need to make hard choices. So those are the
four areas that you can you must do to try
to figure out how to turn the ship around. And
again that customer that we went to yesterday and talked
about their automotive business, what we did is we created
a or we implemented a free marketing evaluation for them.

(06:28):
So we gave them a six page report that gives
them a experts view of what their condition is of
their digital marketing. It was an eye opening exercise for them.
They really didn't realize what was going on. And then
I asked them some tough questions and they said, they're
paying for marketing services, but they're not really getting any

(06:50):
marketing services that they can tangibly see and benefit from.
So first thing I said to them is stop bad marketing.
You know, if you're paying money for things that are
not working and you can't prove with data and the
company won't supply you know, consistent reporting on what they're
doing and how effective they are, then you know they're

(07:10):
really not worthy of your money. Okay, so let me
tell a little bit more about the evaluation. You can
sign up and get a free evaluation. Uh just takes
us a couple of days. A human does it. It's
not a quick AI report like everybody's getting. If you
go to five Star Visibility dot com slash chamber, you
can sign up just a couple of fields to fill in.

(07:33):
Tell us a little bit about your business, and then
we'll fill out the report and send it to you
by email and follow up with a discussion. We'll be
happy to answer questions, dive in deeper, explain some solutions
to your problems, and then you know, then the choices
you is yours, the business owner. What do you want
to do? You know, five Star Visibility we really really

(07:56):
want to help the small business person because there really
is no services directly for them.

Speaker 2 (08:02):
You know, it's ironic you say that, Steve, because regardless
of the industry classification and regardless of the type of
company it is, I've heard more in the last six
to twelve months people telling me that. And these are
established businesses telling me that they feel there's a paradigm shift,
that the industry is shifting, that things are different. And
obviously you and I have talked about it off air,

(08:24):
we've talked about it on there. If you do not
have a digital marketing platform, you're going to be left behind.
It's something you absolutely have to have a positive digital
marketing campaign in place, because if you don't, it's going
to be an uphill battle.

Speaker 3 (08:38):
Absolutely absolutely, you just got to think it's extremely competitive
for that consumer's dollar and everything that you can do,
your competitors are doing or can do. You know, it
would be fantastic situation if all competitors were doing nothing
and then you started doing some aggressive marketing, you should,

(08:58):
you know, vault up to the top of the list
and start getting lots more customers because your competitors are apathetic.
So but if your competitors are active and you see
a lot of reviews happening on it, and they got
changes to their website and there have sales and specials,
and you see their paid ads, you can see how
far behind you are, you know, And one of the

(09:19):
fallacies it doesn't cost fifty thousand dollars to do digital marketing.
It doesn't cost ten thousand dollars. It costs hundreds of
dollars to get started, it doesn't cost tens of thousands.
You know, there are some big companies out there that says,
if you don't pay us ten thousand dollars, we don't
want to talk to you. Those are gigantic digital agencies
that are the agency of record for companies like Taco

(09:41):
Bell and Macy's and things like that. That's a different level, right,
that's the mad Men level of service, right, correct. But
we want digital marketing for the small business. And the
first thing, and the most valuable thing, is talking to
an expert that you you can trust, that has an

(10:01):
independent point of view. They're not really trying to push
you one way or the other. And that's the way
I go to market. In the way I talk to customers,
it's about educating them their options. These businesses have smart
people running them, they just don't know this part of
the business. So they just have to apply what they
know and experienced over years and years of being successful

(10:23):
business people to another medium. And they say, Okay, we
can't do newspaper ads anymore, and magazines aren't around, So
what can we do. You can do social media, you
can do paid advertising, you can do Google rankings, you
can do SEO. You can do optimum website conversions and

(10:43):
optimize your website conversions and really deliver the right messaging.

Speaker 2 (10:48):
You know, Steve, it's imperative that they're listening on audience
can grasp this today, this morning. Your company pive Star
visibility not only an excellent organization, and your Google reviews
speak for themselves. Met your team from top to bottom.
You dot all the eyes across all the t's. But
the coolest thing about your company, regardless if it's a
client that needs five hundred thousand dollars worth of work

(11:09):
done monthly, someone that needs fifty thousand dollars work worth
of work done monthly, someone that needs five thousand dollars
worth of work or five hundred dollars worth of work,
you're there to work with all of those different companies,
not to be redundant. You touched on it. There's a
lot of organizations out there that don't do that. And
the neat thing for a small business owner, I want

(11:29):
you to grasp this. If your budget is tight, they're
still going to work with you, and you're going to
be happy that you did work with them because they're
an excellent organization. Steve, we do have limited time this morning.
Tell us about your agency and why it's a great
choice just to start a conversation with you or one
of your colleagues.

Speaker 3 (11:47):
Sure, one of the things about digital agencies and people
who know this stuff and individual companies, it's what's their perspective,
what's their angle or approach. Ours is very very specific,
how can we make the business more successful? It's not
about how do I get them to pay for us

(12:07):
to do their social media? It's about what success can
we bring to the company. And when we walk in
the door, we look at everything. We look at how
clean the office is, how fast I answer phones, what
their showroom looks like, and in digital businesses, what their
website looks like, and how they service and send emails.
All of this can be done using best practices or

(12:30):
using a common voice and theme and a quality message,
or you can take a lot of shortcuts and just
get sloppy at it. And every point of contact is
an opportunity to sell or reaffirm the relationship with your
existing customers. So by having a business perspective and talking

(12:52):
about how the business becomes successful. It's a lot more
than digital marketing because it's the old hole in a bucket.
If you have a hole in your bucket, which is
your website or your business operations, and you send a
thousand people there, they're all going to fall right through
that hole and you're going to get no value. So
you've got to fix the core foundational, fundamental things of

(13:13):
your business to make sure that you're going to be
able to convert a customer, treat a customer well, put
them through the services you offer, and get their positive
Google review when you're done. So if you have a
perspective of success to your customers, you can have success
in your business.

Speaker 2 (13:35):
Talk about five stars offer of the pre evaluation if
you would.

Speaker 3 (13:38):
Sure, like we touched on before the first part of
our relationship with us, we try to start with just
a free evaluation. All you have to is go to
a five star visibility dot com slash chamber and fill
out the simple form name, phone number, and url of
your website and we'll analyze your website. One of our

(13:59):
marketing experts will look at all the different aspects. It's
over sixty different metrics we look at and we'll give
you a simple ABCD or F grade and explain what
the opportunity is with that service or element of your marketing. Like,
is your social media have a good presence?

Speaker 2 (14:18):
Steve? What are the areas that a small business can update,
improve and focus on to drive new revenue?

Speaker 3 (14:24):
Sure, the first thing that I want to stress upon
is your home base, your foundation, which is your website.
Your website is a direct reflection of your business today.
This is what most small businesses forget that today when
I look when I look at your website, this represents

(14:44):
you today, the products, the services, the quality, the look,
the feel. I talked to a client the other day.
They had a picture on the website. Their main picture
was their old building from six years ago. So why
would that be effective? Why would that be overlooked? So
your website has to be updated with the current information,
the current content of the current products and services. One

(15:08):
of the things I always say about websites is everything
your salespeople, your customers, support people, your agents, whatever you
call the people that have face to face contact or
are a person to person contact with your customers. What
they say and tell the customers needs, to be reflected
almost word for word on your website.

Speaker 2 (15:27):
You have to.

Speaker 3 (15:27):
Affirm or reaffirm that this is the company message. It
can't be different. If you say the sky is blue,
but your website says the sky is green, why would
the customer believe either your website or your salespeople. Secondly,
is your social media. This is a big challenge for
most companies because you have to have an effective strategy

(15:49):
for your social media. Otherwise no one's really going to care,
no one's going to look at it, and you're going
to put a lot of effort and hope into it.
But if the strategy has to be what information, what
content does my visitors my customers need to see to
stay connected with my business. Third, email marketing is the
easiest way to increase sales and revenue without having to

(16:12):
attract new customers. You use the customers you have. You
reach out and touch them every thirty days, sixty days,
ninety days with special offers and follow ups to their
past purchases and keeping your company top of mind. So
many companies fail at this. They don't build their customer lists,
they don't work their customers for increased sales and referrals.

(16:34):
Fourth is paid advertising. Paid advertising on Google or Facebook
or any other platform is the fastest way to get
more business because you can pay today and get customers today.
Most everything else takes time. Takes you know, with SEO
takes lots of months to work. To social media, you

(16:54):
might get some interest, but paid ads is the way
to go and it's the service that we provide. It
will and build out correct campaigns. Finally, Google Business Profile
is the number one way for small local businesses to
get local traffic to their store, to call them into
their website. We have a Google Business Profile monthly marketing package.

(17:15):
It's three ninety nine a month and we'll be happy
to work with your account and keep driving qualified customers
to your door and not to your and away from
your competitors' doors. So again, our agency is five Star

Good morning, welcome back to the show. It is Saturday,
August sixteenth, twenty twenty five. We're privileged to be here
this morning at iHeartRadio in West Palm Beach, Florida. We're
now streaming on the iHeart app. I have with me
this morning of our corporate Trustee Ambassadors. A gentleman's name
is Fabio Lanzarian. With him also is Maria and Fabio
is the owner and CEO of Landfam Health and Medical.

(20:10):
They're located at twenty eight oh five East Oakland Park Boulevard,
Fort Lauderdale, Florida three three three zero six, and their
direct phone numbers area code three oh five five zero
four eight five one four. I met Fabio by chance
last November. I had just turned fifty eight years of
age and then for the first time of my life
other than athletic injuries, I had had to have laproscopic

(20:32):
surgery because I have epiatic pancreatic insufficiency. And for anybody
out there who doesn't know what that means, that means
that my body doesn't produce enough enzymes to break down
food properly, and it can be overbearing, it can be
quite painful, egregious pain, and it can affect the other
organs in your body. And I actually met Fabio at

(20:53):
about the sixty hour mark, two days to two days
and twelve hours after I'd come out of surgery. She
gotten home the day before and we were at an event,
and for lack of better grammar, i'd been through the ringer.
I looked a little rough, and he asked me what
was going on and what had happened, and he told me,
and within ten days he had shipped me product. And
I said to our board president John Croll, who also

(21:15):
suffers from major inflammatory problems bone spurs and his neck
old sports injuries, I have no maniscus in neither knee
ei their bone on bone. I tried everything I ever
could imagine to try to eliminate pain to help me
sleep better, and lo and behold, the only product that
ever worked for me, and I kid you not out
there in the listening audience, is pro Libamax. It's an

(21:37):
excellent product. I'm so thankful for Fabio and his family
and their team. They're just a great asset for us
as far as chamber members and everything that they bring
to the equation. But I have a few questions regarding
Landfam and pro Libamax. Fabio, how did you come up
with the idea of pro libamax?

Speaker 6 (21:54):
Sir well, Rob, thank you for having me on the show.

Speaker 7 (21:59):
Thank you for being here very much.

Speaker 6 (22:01):
Thanks. But actually the Prolevamax was never in my mind
to commercialize or put it out in the market. It
came around because my wife had breast cancer and after
the breast cancer, she was given the a hormone suppressant,

(22:25):
an estrogen suppressant drug which she has to take for
ten years and still taking, and that has a side
effect of causing inflammatory disease. So I tried to look,
you know, what could calm down her inflammation because it
was really hurting her. And actually Maria's on the phone,

(22:47):
I'd like for her to explain what it did there.
But after that, essentially I just then said, I can't
find any chemical or any pharmaceutical product, so let me
look at naturals. I didn't find anything that really suited

(23:09):
me or satisfied me, so I said, I'm going to
devise one for you, Maria, and I did. And Maria,
why didn't you say your story?

Speaker 8 (23:20):
Hi? My name is Maria Alan Darry And in twenty
seventeen I had bread cancer and post treatment, after my
treatments and all that, then they put me on an
estrogen surofessor like Fabio said, and I was on an
astros all which I still am on. And they, you know,

(23:44):
they told me that the side of fact obviously that
it wears away your bones and that's why I have
to do a lot of bone density tests and things
like that. And it does cause some nysratic pain, especially
in your joints. So what was happening was once I
was put on that, after about a couple of months
that I was on it, I started feeling it. I couldn't.

(24:06):
I was having difficulty doing even simple tasks like opening
a jar, a bottle or whatever because it was bothering
me my hands. And also I was having sometimes difficulty
even when I got out of bed with my legs
and things like that. So when Fabu came up with
this product, I decided I'll try it. You know, it's

(24:27):
all natural, because obviously he wanted to make sure that
I don't take anything that would hurt me, because the
only thing they recommended me was you know, either child
and all or the stuff like that and or ad bil.
But you can't take those long term because they do
cause a liver problems. So I needed something that I

(24:48):
could take as a as a regular thing every day
and that would help me with it. And so I
started pulling a MAX, not even thinking that it would
help me. To be honest, I had no idea. But
what happened was it did help me, and then I
didn't know it was just that I thought maybe because
I did modify that my diet too, so I thought

(25:11):
maybe it was my diet. And when we ran out
of it, because my husband had only done a small
batch and we ran out of it, and after about
a month that I wasn't on it again, I started
feeling all the same symptoms again. So I knew that
that was the only thing that was different that I
had done. So I knew it was the polivamax that

(25:32):
was helping me. And I'm still taking it today and
I've had no issues with it and I'm doing well.
Thank God.

Speaker 2 (25:41):
Yes, awesome, that is such a great testimony. I love
hearing that. Now, Fabia, you previous had told me that
the ingredients are formulated to work synergistically with one another.
Can you elaborate on this a little more for the
listening audience this morning.

Speaker 6 (25:56):
Absolutely. So, what our trying to come up with was
a product that achieved various objectives. One not only did
I want to take care of the existing inflammation, I
wanted to take care of the nervous system and the

(26:22):
communication of the nervous system, because the nervous system goes
crazy once in a while, and you know, just produces
proteins which are not necessary in your body, and that's
what causes inflammation. But what I wanted to do is
I wanted to find the root cause of what causes inflammation.

(26:46):
And the root cause is that the cytogains the proteins that
the body is producing because there's the body is thinking
it's got something which it doesn't have, and that's what
basically chronic inflammation is. So I wanted to take care

(27:07):
of those that objective. The other objective was there's more
than just a couple of proteins that cause inflammation. There's
a flu of them, and I wanted to take care
of as many as possible. You can't take care of
all of them, and you can't address all of them,

(27:27):
but I wanted to address at least the important ones.
So that's why I combined a bunch of amino acids
with some supplements which addressed the existing inflammation, but also
the amino acids address the root cause because the amino

(27:47):
acids are the neurotransmitters, the communicators between the body and
the brain, and that's why we have those invarious ingredients
in the in.

Speaker 2 (28:02):
Pro leave amax that identifies the importance of the amino
acids in our body. Sets for certain fabio. Here's a
sixty four million dollar question for lack of better grammar.
How quickly does pro levamax work? And know? For me
it was about a week and I felt the major difference.

Speaker 6 (28:20):
Yes, okay, pro Levamax is an all natural product, so therefore,
as being all natural, it takes time to be absorbed
by the body so that it can take effect. On average,
we say anywhere between four to eight weeks. However, some

(28:43):
bodies can be more responsive, so in a week it could,
it could happen, but by and large, it's going to
take about a week of four weeks for your body
to fully and start taking the effects of all these ingredients.

Speaker 2 (29:06):
Also, do you have any research or studies that prove
the effectiveness of proleva max.

Speaker 6 (29:13):
We sure do. We actually there's a whole there's a
lot of clinical studies on the individual product. But we
actually did a study, a clinical study on prolevamax itself
as the combined product or the combination of ingredients, and

(29:35):
we did a small one whereby we tested the CRP level,
the C reactive protein which is the inflammatory marker in
a blood test, and we tested it at times zero
at thirty days and at sixty days. What we've noticed

(29:59):
is is inflammation was greatly reduced after thirty days, whereby
we saw like a forty decrease in inflammation by the
body through the testing of sea reactive protein. And not

(30:21):
only that, the clinical study also asked the patient to
break the pain from zero to ten. And what was
interesting is people that had pain of the sairah six
to eight after thirty days went down to three to four.

Speaker 2 (30:38):
Oh yeahs major, Oh, it is major. I know for myself,
and you know, and I remember, like it was yesterday
when when you and I met, You knew I was,
you know, I was just I don't know, I can't
explain it. I was just kind of lost. I you know,
when all of the medication that they put on under
and the wore off. It took a day and a
half or to wear off. And when it did only

(31:00):
wear off, I kid you not. You know, when you
have five puncture holes in your abdomen, you know, it's
definitely not the most pleasant feeling in the world. And
I have a pretty high threshold for pain, unfortunately, But
I think for me, the greatest thing is for with
prolebamax one, it helped my digestive system considerably because of

(31:21):
the operatic pancretic consufficiency. Also it helped me with the
pain from the surgery. And then also another thing too,
I could feel that I was digesting food better. It
was helping push things through my system quicker. But most
importantly the fact that there were no side effects. And
I you know, I joked with you off air and

(31:44):
on air, I was an a student in math and history,
but I was a D student in science. I just
was never good at science and I'm still not. But
I did, you know, take the liberty to look up
the importance of wy amino acids are so effective and
the thing that I like about your product all so
not to be redundant. There's nothing in it. There's no
harming agents in it, and so people if you have

(32:07):
a bad heart, or if you have COPD, or if
you have asthma, whatever it may be, you know, plasma deficient,
you don't have to worry about any side effects. And
that's the coolest thing about your product, and the fact
that it's very inexpensive and it works. You know, Fabio,
can you provide an example another one of a customer's

(32:27):
testimonial that demonstrates pro Levamax's impact. You heard mine, I
heard Maria's. I know, there's got to be several others.

Speaker 6 (32:36):
Sure. We Actually there was a very interesting a nurse
who had to stop working because the pain. Her inflammation
was so high that she had to stop working. And
after two years she came across to leave a MAX,

(32:57):
took pro leave a MAX. After three months, she's going back.
She went back to work because her inflammation was greatly
reduced and her pain was greatly reduced whereby she can
go work. Last week I heard from a friend of mine,

(33:18):
a neurosurgeon, who told me she gave it. He gave
it to a woman. She's in her eighties, so an
elder woman who had a lot of inflammation. As a
matter of fact, her inflammatory CRP levels were three times
the normal level, which is very high, like zero to

(33:41):
three is the norm. Hers was at ten. She said.
After two weeks she called the doctor and said, this
stuff is working very well. He tested her CRP from
ten it went to two.

Speaker 9 (33:56):
Wow.

Speaker 2 (33:59):
Yeah, that's you know, that is amazing. That is amazing.
You know, I mean, talk a little bit about the
promotions that you have running right now Fabio.

Speaker 6 (34:09):
Sure, we're offering a twenty percent discount right now for
all the audience if they just call and put the show,
put the show in the code and they'll get twenty
percent off to try it out. I mean it works.

(34:34):
And I'll tell you another thing. I've been taking this
product now for seven years, and for seven years I
don't have any inflammation. My inflammation was well under control.
But I take it for overall general wellness because balancing
your nervous system, over age obviously declines, so you have

(34:59):
tofficiencies of amino acids for sure, as we a giant
sixty four and I've been taking it for seven years
and my inflammatory markers obviously my CRP is very low
number one, but it also gives you good energy, and

(35:20):
it basically balances your nervous system to what it should
be and it's working extremely well, so I keep on
taking it and obviously no side effects. I take it
even though I have high blood pressure and diabetes.

Speaker 2 (35:39):
That's very, very important. That is very important that you
touched on that. You know, We've got a few minutes left,
and what I want to do is talk a little
about some of the next steps for LAMBFAM. You have
any other products coming down the pipeline, we certainly do.

Speaker 6 (35:56):
We have where now in the final stages and actually
will produce a product for overall wellness. Again, what we
like to do is we use amino acids as our
base to start any product. And like I said, as

(36:19):
we age, our amino acids obviously gets reduced, so we
want to replenish them to its normal state so that
we have a very balanced nervous system and just to
give you energy and throughout the day.

Speaker 2 (36:36):
So we do that.

Speaker 6 (36:37):
What our main objective is is to find products and
to develop products that address chronic disease states which basically
have unmet needs. So another product we're about to introduce
in three months is for chronic kidney disease. When you're

(36:59):
at stage too. When you when you're diabetic, he'll develop
chronic kidney disease and unfortunately the disease cannot be uh
healed or it can only be treated and slowed down.
While we developed a product, a natural product again with

(37:21):
a bunch of amino acids that will actually slow help
it slow down even more and help the overall therapy
that the physicians give H two to just have a
uh a better better life and better score and ameliorate

(37:45):
things in life.

Speaker 2 (37:48):
Absolutely, you know, I don't know. Once again, folks, it's
been Fabio Lanzeri, who is the CEO and of Landfam LLC.
They're located twenty eight oh five East Oakland Park Boulevard,
Sweet three sixty eight in Fort Lauderale, Florida three three
three zero six. One of their key products is pro

(38:09):
leave A Max. It's a Lantham nutraceutical and I kid
you not, folks, if you have any type of inflammation,
any type of pain that you think your your wits end,
that you've tried everything, you might want to try pro
Leava Max. Before we sign off this morning, I'm gonna
have faby. I'll give people information on how they can
do that. If there's a direct link they can where

(38:30):
they go to to do that, or what number you
want them to call if they want to do take
advantage of the promotion you were running, because right now,
if you mentioned this radio program, you can try the
products at twenty percent off.

Speaker 6 (38:42):
Yes so.

Speaker 2 (38:44):
We can.

Speaker 6 (38:45):
But you can order directly through our website prolivamax dot
com and put the radio show uh name and you'll
you'll get automatically twenty percent off and the best way

(39:07):
to order is through the website prolivamax dot com and
it gets delivered very quickly within the country within three
to four days.

Speaker 2 (39:17):
And I know a lot of the people out there
do listen to the program from time to time on
a weekly basis. And I know you know we have
like thirty some events coming up between September and December.
They're going to have a table at all of our
events where you'll be able to pick up a form
that QR code on it and there'll be samples of
the product there and they'll be available for purchase. I
want to thank you, Fabia, Thank you Maria for being

(39:37):
with us this morning. Once again it's been fab ye
oh Lansia, Maria lens Area from pro Leivamax Landthem Pharmaceutical.

Speaker 1 (40:41):
Good morning.

Speaker 2 (40:41):
I'm Rob the director of Operations with the Greater South
Florida Chamber of Commerce. It's Saturday, August sixteenth, twenty twenty five.
We're privileged to be here at iHeartRadio in West Palm Beach, Florida,
where we're now streaming on the iHeart app. This is
one of our weekly radio programs, the best of South Florida.
Business with me this morning is Corporate Trust. The Ambassador
Brad Curtis and his father, Tom Curtis. That's the name

(41:01):
I know a lot of people recognize. Are the founders
CEO of River City's Gazette, which is the primary paper
which is now going digital, by the way for Miami
Springs to route Virginia Gardens and Medley and Brad's father,
Tom was on the nineteen seventy two World champion Dolphins.
He's in the College Football Hall of Fame for holding

(41:24):
the record for the most interceptions in the season. But
their publication has been a staple in Miami Springs for
a number of years for decades. So if you want
to know what's going on in Miami Springs, you want
to be in contact with the Curtis family, and you
want to be involved with River City's Gazette. And we're
really excited about the partnership. We just had an event
there with them last Saturday. We had four or five

(41:45):
hundred people come through the Miami Springs Adult Community Center.
We're going to be back there on September twentieth, October eighteenth,
November twenty second, and December twentieth, and I want everyone
out there to know Brad's going to talk a bit
this morning about some of the new marketing campaigns that
are accessible with River City's Gazette, and I'm encouraging all

(42:07):
of our chamber members and people in our network that
do business in that market to make sure that they
utilize it. It's one of our premier vending opportunities, are
premier vendor preferred vendor as well for digital marketing as
well as advertising. So I want to give you the
floor this morning, Brad. Let you talk a little bit
about what's going on with you and your organization.

Speaker 7 (42:28):
Yes, hey, Rob, thank you for giving me this chance.
You know, we have formed a good collaboration here and
we spratch each other's back, and especially here in a
small town field, you keep it local and you find
your spots, you know. And right now I am at
Uncle Hank's Hideaway, which is my brother's restaurant actually, so

(42:49):
you know, we're all trying to leave our mark around
here and kind of carve our names in the stone.
And a great way to do that is right here
with the River City's Gazette, obviously, and the next issue
will be our last print issue. We're going to a
website now. And it's a kind of a mixed response

(43:09):
from that, so a lot of people like it, some
people don't, uh, but you know, it's the only way
to keep it going so that you can continue to
read an online publication right here. Www Rivercityescazette dot net.
And yes, you were talking about our Holistic Healthfare event
that was last Saturday. It was a huge success and

(43:31):
everybody was happy. You know, vendors sold out of their
product and the masseuse kept going the whole time. It
was huge. And uh, you know, it's in the middle
of the summer, so you if you can, if you
can throw a successful event around here when everybody's on vacation,
then you're doing something right here at the Holistic Healthfare
inside the Miami Springs Adult Community Center.

Speaker 2 (43:52):
And I'll tell you what, kudos and hats off to
you and your team for making the move to digital
because all you're doing is expanding and progressing with the
times because that's where it's at. You want to be digital.
Digital marketing is king these days, as they say, as
they used to say, cash is king. But I'll tell
you another thing that was king last Saturday where these
sliders from Hank's Hideaway. There were a number of people

(44:14):
who sampled those sliders at your brother and his organization
put out outstanding food at Hank's Hideaway. If you're in
the Miami Springs area, I suggest you stop in. I
know the burger is one of my favorites, but they
have several outstanding things on the menu, and everything I've
had there has been good. So it's a really neat place,
real cool place to hang out and have lunch and

(44:35):
maybe have a beer or a glass of water and
check out the game. And once again, thank you to
your brother and your family for being supportive last week,
and we're looking forward to having you out at all
the upcoming events with us.

Speaker 7 (44:47):
Yeah, those sliders were dropped dead delicious and people were
waiting for my brother to walk away from the table
so they could get as many of those things as
possible and shove their pockets full of them. But you
can come here right on Canal Street in Miami, strings
to Uncle Hank Hideaway. It's just a beautiful like a

(45:07):
Key West feel an indoor outdoor as a beer and
wine license, and they've always got something going on here,
whether it's you know, uh breakfast on Sundays with live
music or open mic night on Thursdays. It's just a
nice little hot spot, a hidden treasure here. Unfortunately on
to now Street, you know, it's kind of set off

(45:28):
a side a little bit, but we'll get it going.
They just recently started doing this, so just trying to
help out the family and spread the word not only
about what I have got going, but what my brothers
got going here and Uncle.

Speaker 2 (45:41):
Hanks Hideaway and it's kudos see you and your brother
You're doing a great job, both of you. And also
wanted a special shout out and thanks to Raymond Anton
and his wife their bands out of the Ashes. I
know Ray works with you behind the scenes at the Gazette,
and obviously he's a professional guitarist and he's one of
the best guitar I've heard. There's a lot of guitars

(46:02):
out there that people don't know about. I encourage people
if you ever get a chance to come out and
watch Ray and his band, you definitely want to do it,
or if you ever get a chance to meet him
in person.

Speaker 7 (46:11):
Great guy.

Speaker 2 (46:12):
But he literally is a phenomenal guitarist, phenomenal wonderful human
being too, and he helps Brad, myself and everyone else
that's involved with the Miami Springs ventures that we're doing.
And it's neat because you get the mayor out, Brad,
you got the people from the city council, you've got
people from the State House, people from the US House

(46:33):
of Representatives from their office were there, So you know,
it's a very busy place. It's very active when it
comes to an event because people take it seriously because
it is one of the last places where you can go.
You could go to Miami Springs and if you were
going to move there, you'd know that. Hey, if I
do leave my doors unlocked, I'm okay, my kids are

(46:53):
going to be okay. Neighborhood watch programs. There's police that
live there, but very very very low crime rate, and
it's safe, and it's a beautiful community, very nice homes.
It's a great location. You know, you can get it
in and out real quick, on and off the Palmetto.
Before you know it, you're out seventy five going up

(47:14):
into Broward, so or you can take across one, twelve,
across to ninety five, or all the way aft to
the beach. But I'm excited about it. My goal someday,
if I can never get some money together, is to
get down there. I'd love to live there. It's a
wonderful place. And to that gentleman who shall remain unnamed,
who last Saturday we caught you hijacking about twenty of
those sliders. I hope you enjoyed them.

Speaker 9 (47:36):
Make sure make sure you go in and buy a few.

Speaker 2 (47:40):
But it was wonderful and I'm really looking forward to it.

Speaker 5 (47:43):
Brad.

Speaker 2 (47:44):
Before we sign off this morning, I know you're running
a couple promotions, go ahead and touch on those before
we sign off, and then give everyone your call sign
and phone number how they can get hold of you
and they want to advertise, go ahead.

Speaker 7 (47:56):
Yeah, I appreciate that, Rob and River site to that.
We are the COVID of the Friday night party at
Whole nineteen where we have a DJ and he sets
up a nightclub feel. It's a disco eighties freestyle night
and it's always you know, positive energy, good times.

Speaker 6 (48:11):
And I'll go live and broadcast and.

Speaker 7 (48:14):
Share photos of that, and so you can keep up
with that here on our Facebook page, River City's Gazette
