(00:00):
Welcome to the Greater South Florida ChamberRadio Program with your host to board President
John Kroll of Kroll Realty. Goodmorning, Welcome back to the show.
(00:20):
It is Saturday, May eleventh. It's Mother's Day weekend. We're privileged to
be here this morning at iHeartRadio inWest Palm Beach, Florida, where we're
now streaming on the iHeart app latertoday from eleven am till seven pm,
and tomorrow from noon until six pm. Our next guest, corporate Trustee Ambassadors
SA Impact Windows and Doors will bewith us out at the Spring Home Show
(00:41):
and Mother's Day Expo the Point andBeach mall right there at the center court.
Folks. SAMA Impact Windows and Doorswill give up to twenty five percent
to forty percent discount from the MSRP, which is manufacturer suggested retail price depending
upon the size of the job.The owner of Mario also wants to do
this for people. Since twenty seventhis Memorial Day, Some Unpack Windows and
(01:02):
Doors would like to offer all veteransthis month a Veteran special. If you
purchase all your windows in your home, some will will give you a front
six foot panel door on them andif you decide to upgrade to a half
full glass door or a special design, then they'll take off fifty percent off
the front door. Only. That'sa great value, you know. Obviously
(01:23):
those two things are in itself worthtaking a look at what you're doing.
But what I want to do isI want to touch on some some folks.
They have over one hundred years ofexperience, a newer company, but
they based everything off of honesty andintegrity. They had worked for a company
down here for years who shall remainnameless. But you know, everybody knows
(01:45):
the horror stories you always hear aboutthe different things that happen during hurricane season
when things go south and then people'shomes are damaged because they didn't have proper
hurricane windows or doors, and theygot to go through all the coating and
zoning and all those different things. What I want for you to do,
Lisa, is give out your pertinentcontact information and talk to the listening audience
(02:05):
a little bit this morning about whatyou would like to try to help them
do and why it's so important thatpeople make arrangements to make sure that they
have proper windows and doors that arehurricane compatible. Because look at today,
it's going to be an excess inninety five degrees. It's early. May
go ahead. Yes, my nameis Lisarah Drinquez. I will sell my
Impact windows and doors. My phonenumber is five six one two five five
(02:29):
eight zero six seven or five sixone five four three seven eight ninety four
and web side of www dot Sellmaimpactwindows dot com. Oh, we believe
that nowadays, the way the economyand all this is going on, that
the Odor wants to give to thecommunity back and wants to help people.
(02:51):
So he created this discount and alsothe veterans because you know there are out
there, you know, risking theirlives helping us, and he feels he
wants to give something back, sothat is why he's doing this percentage.
His main goal is obviously has alwaysbeen his model of honesty and integrity.
(03:12):
He just wants to go out there, give the best service we can to
the customers, give them a goodprice, and make sure that they are
happy with the windows. We urgethem, and I have urged them in
all occasions that I've been on theradio, but not to wait so long
until hurricane sees it upon us.Because it's going to be a long time
(03:35):
before you know, they will gettheir windows. It's impairedive that they get
on it sooner. That way, before the hurricane hits, they'll be able
to be protected their families, theirloved ones, and they won't have to
wait, you know, so longfor everything to come in because they're under
the impression that if the hurricane, they know a hurricane is coming, they
out of want to pick up thephone call and think, Okay, I
(03:55):
need windows, when can you comeout? And it doesn't work the way
unfortunately. Yeah, they say,you only fail if you fail to prepare
it. It sounds like that scenarioyou just showed is amazing. I actually
have you know, I have hadthe misfortune during the hurricanes because for years
my parents, my parents owned propertieson the other coast of Florida. They
(04:16):
were investments, you know, rentalproperties, part of our family trust.
And it was a chore to keepthose things fully stabbed and you know,
had people coming in from the French, Canadians or whoever it may have been.
But point being is that we dealtwith those issues. And I tell
you a lot of times when thestorms had hit, you would see things
happen, You would see things happenthat would transpire in that capacity and you'd
(04:40):
say to yourself, Wow, Ican't believe that this just happened. But
like you said, people will callyou after the fact, and if they
would have been in line with whatyou were suggesting from the onset and made
sure that they had contacted you ina timely manner instead of after the fact
when they were in panic mode, makes your job easier. But either way,
I know you're there to help thecustomers. And here again with what
you're doing, I mean not justagain for the listening audience. It's almost
(05:03):
you know, people are thinking, how in the world can they do that?
Well, they're doing it, andyou know here again, if anybody
didn't catch that the first part ofthis segment, I want to say this
again for the listening audience. Okay, Selma Impact Windows and Doors who later
today from eleven am until seven pmand tomorrow from noon until six will be
out at the Boyd and Beach Mallfor the annual Spring Home Show in Mother's
(05:27):
Day Expo, and you can walkright up to Lisa or Mario and their
team what they're willing to do.Some Impact Windows and Doors will give up
to twenty five percent to forty percentoff a discount from the manufacturer suggested retail
price, depending upon the size ofthe job and the owner. Mario also
wants people to know that since Maytwenty seventh is Memorial Day, Sea Impact
Windows and Doors would like to offerall veterans this month a better and special
(05:51):
So if you purchase all your windowsin your home, Salma will give you
a front six panel door on them, or if you decide to upgrade two
half full glass door or a specialdesign, then they'll take off fifty percent
off the front door only. Thatis a great value. Outstanding value,
Yes, it is. I wasreally very impressed with that decision that he
(06:15):
had made and wanted to make surethat they were all out there realizing that
we're out there to try to makeit, as you know, as affordable
as we can for them, youknow. And the great thing about it
too, if you think about this, the greatest thing about it is,
you know, you're not just workingwith the veterans, but you guys have
all your different manufacturers reps that youwork with. Everything that you're offering people
(06:36):
is made in America. I wantpeople to understand that, so you know,
Obviously you're helping to support the economy, you're helping job growth, and
you're being very patriotic, which morepeople need to get in tune with in
today's society. But for another day, but once again, you know,
we're excited about having you and Marioand your team out there with us.
We're really, really, really happythat you're going to be there with us
(06:58):
this weekend and all the other comingevents. What I'd like for you to
do is give out your pertinent contactsinformation phone number, web but just how
people can get a hold of youuntil we have you on the next segment.

It is Saturday, May eleventh, twenty twenty four. We're privileged to
be here this morning at iHeartRadio andWest Palm Beach, Florida. We're now
streaming on the iHeart app. It'sMother's Day weekend. Want to wish you
a happy Mother's Day. Thank youwith us our longtime corporate trust THEE Ambassador's
Palm Beach Research Center at twenty twoseventy seven Pong Beach Likes Boulevard, West
Palm Beach, Florida five six onesix eight nine zero six zero six.
(09:11):
Can contact Lynnelson or Desiree Muffson orgo to www dot Palmbeachresearch dot com now
on Saturday, May eleventh, atbeing a Mother's Day weekend. I know
you have a new study you wantto roll out, Go ahead and talk
about that a little bit. Sure. Right now, we're currently enrolling patients
into a COPD study for current smokers. We also have an obstructive sleep apnea
(09:33):
study and that's a short study onlyfive weeks, where they're using the MARINALD
drug and east Cito zolamide to seehow does it help with replacing the seapat
machine. So anybody who feels thatthe seapap machines are cumbersome, this would
be a good study for them.We also have a sleep study for women
into their menopausal stages that are sleepdeprived because of hot flashes and night sweats.
(09:58):
And we also have a flud studythat should be coming up shortly as
well, which is a vaccine. We have a vac covid booster study.
We have a herbie zoster study coming. We also have a shingles, migraine
and weight loss study that should becoming out shortly as well. So just
simply give us a call at fivesix's one six eight nine zero six
(10:22):
zero six to learn how you canbecome part of this unique opportunity. Then
who is Palmbach Research Center palmba treResearch Center. They've been performing clinical research
studies on behalf of the world's leadingpharmaceutical organizations since nineteen ninety four. So
these clinical trials, they offer hopefor many people to find better treatments,
and that's for many diseases out there. And what is a research trial,
(10:46):
Well, all medicines they have tobe tested in a clinical research study before
they can be approved for a doctorto give them to patients. So a
clinical trial it just studies the medicalhelps to answer any important questions about any
investigational medicine such as is it safeand does it work or are there any
side effects? So a clinical researchtrial are just research studies involving people that
(11:11):
help to find new ways to learnmore about diseases and improve healthcare for people
in the future as well. Andwhat does a clinical trial study, Well,
a clinical trial studies new drugs ornew combination of drugs, any type
of medical devices, any ways touse existing treatment, new ways to change
(11:31):
behavior, and also new ways toimprove the quality of life for people with
acute or any chronic illnesses out there. And why is diversity important in clinical
trials? Well, diversity is veryimportant because we want to include a diversity
of people and that would be eithera healthy volunteer, which is a person
(11:52):
that does not have a known significantproblem, or a patient volunteer, who
is a person who has a knownhealth problem which is usually a real disease.
But whether or not some can participatein a clinical trial will also depend
on the protocol that each clinical trialhas about who qualifies through the sponsors and
how do I get started as aparticipant in the study? Well, you
(12:16):
just you can check out out anew website at info at palmbtresearch dot com.
All of the studies are on thewebsite. There's an easy online form
that you can fill out as wellthat'll be generated and sent directly over to
us, or you can give usa call at five six one six eight
nine zero six zero six And weare open Monday through Friday eight am to
(12:37):
five pm. And what do Iexpect at my screening appointment? Well,
it just depends on the study thatyou are willing to participate in, but
all studies require that you do bringa photo ID, a driver's license,
state ID, if you have yourlist of medications that will be helpful as
well your medical history, and wedo a full physical. We do take
(13:01):
some blood samples as well, andit depends on what study you're trying for.
We do offer we do extra testingsuch as electrocardiograms or any ultrasound.
It just depends on the study. And we also collect blood and urine sample.
Again, it just depends on thestudy. But each study should allow
(13:22):
for your first visit to at leastbe at least three to four hours for
the first visit and then the secondand the third will also definitely be shorter.
And what do I expect at myscreening appointment, Well, at the
screen and disappointment, you can expectthat we do bring you in. You
see a list of our clinicians, the doctor, the PA, the clinical
(13:46):
coordinator. We explain the study toyou. We do give you an informed
consent that will explain this study toyou in details as well that you read
over and make sure that you arewanting to participate based on whatever it is
that's on the informed consent and whatyou agree as far as the informed consent,
(14:07):
all the information that's on there, you go ahead and sign, and
then we go ahead and proceed withthe processing as far as what is required
for you the next steps to participatein that study. What if I do
not qualify for the trial, Well, if you don't qualify, we keep
your information and we do send outnotifications when we do have up and coming
(14:28):
studies to see if it's something thatyou're interested in participating in. And we
do send out postcards reminding you ofdifferent studies that we have so there's a
variety of studies that you may qualifyfor that you may not have qualified for
in the past. It just dependson what is it that the sponsor is
looking for at that time and howlong will I need to participate in the
(14:52):
study. Each study is different,It just depends. Some are short for
to six months, some are lessthan a cl couple of years. It
just all depends on the study andtouch on the trials that are coming up.
Sure right now, we do havea sleep apnea study which they're using
marinol to see how is it thatit's helping you sleep. We have a
(15:16):
vac moderna booster which is a covidbooster. We have a bird flu that
should be coming out next week.We do have an outbreak with bird flu,
so we have a vaccine to protectyou against that bird flu. We
also have a current least a COPDstudy for patients that are currently smoking at
least ten years plus. And wehave a sleep disturbing study for women who
(15:43):
are into their menopausal stages and notdisturbed by sleep because of hot flashes.
So we do have that study aswell. And we do have other studies
as far as vaccines coming up.As well. Yeah, I want to
touch on the referral friend program, but also to all of the physicians or
health institutions that want to be aninvestigative in research that can help you get
(16:04):
your research done. Yes, ifyou refer a friend and they qualify in
one of our trials, you getpaid fifty dollars and you of course feel
good about helping people all over theworld. And if you refer three qualified
patients in a month, you getan extra one hundred dollars, so you
can get a total of two hundredand fifty dollars for that month. And
this just goes out to all thephysicians or any healthcare practice that's interested in
(16:29):
starting a research center with their officeor participating through patient exchange. So at
Pomba's Research Center, our thirty yearsof experience this year in the field of
clinical research can help you perform aresearch trial of interest or you can assist
us on our current studies as aninvestigator. So we would provide you a
contractor relationship to manage your research studywithout a financial burden or increased staff to
(16:53):
your practice. So we handle allthe patient logistics, study supplies and data,
and we even provide no practice insurance, so you focus on the patients,
get compensated for participating in the researchas an investigator, and may even
gain some patients as well. Sowe are not a treatment facility. We
are just helping out your patients throughthe trials. So let us help you
(17:17):
guide through through the process of gettinginvolved in research. So you can contact
us today at five six one six't eight nine zero six zero six.
Right now, we do have somereceptionist positions available, some patient coordinators,
RNs, nurses ms even if youdon't have experience recruiting data entry. We
(17:40):
have a variety of positions that areopen and we are open Monday through Friday,
so you would not be working anyweekends. And again you can just
give us a call or you cango on our website and see what kind
of career opportunities that we have.I want to thank you for being with

May eleventh, twenty twenty four.Tomorrow's Mother's Day. We're privileged to be
here this morning at iHeartRadio and WestPone Beach Florida, where we're now streaming
on the iHeart app Our next guestwill be with us later today from eleven
(19:11):
am till seven pm, and againtomorrow from noon until six at the Boyton
Beach Mall where we're doing our annualSpring home show in Mother's Day Expo with
US Corporate Trustee Ambassador Compass Health. It's Alex Radley. Alex manages the Pombach
Gardens location. He's also one oftheir executive directors. What I'd like for
you to do, Alex, getright into it. I want you to
introduce yourself to the listening audience thismorning. Let people know who you are
(19:33):
and how you can help them. And folks, if you're out at the
show, just walk right up totheir booth at center Court and talk to
Alex and his team and they canhelp you get enrolled right on the spot.
Go ahead, Alex. Yeah. So, my name is Alex Rabdam
here with Compass Health. We're alocal agency with Blue Cross Blue Shield,
so I work out of our PalmEach Gardens store. Our location is nine
to nine to two zero Alternate Aone A Sweet eight twelve Palm Each Gardens,
(19:56):
Florida, three three four one zeroour office best place to reach me
five six one, three two eightnine to four zero one. You can
always reach me on my email aswell at a radley at Compass Health Insurance
dot com. That's a R AD L I at Compass Health Insurance dot
com. You can also check outour well or our websites Compass Health Insurance
(20:18):
dot com. So you know, one thing we do at Compass Health is,
you know, we really take thetime with every customer we speak with
to really you know, identify theirneeds and help them pick the plan that
aligns the best with them. Youknow, no two people are the same,
so we'll take a we'll do anevaluation, see if there's any prescriptions
that need to be covered, anydoctors that are important to be covered,
(20:41):
and just make sure we get aplan that is you know, priced right
for you. And before you signup, we just want you know,
we make sure everyone's aware of whatthey're signing up for so when they use
the plan, there's no surprises. You know, all our plans we have
copays flat rates, so it offerspredictability. When you go to use the
plan, you know exactly how muchyou're going to pay, and we don't
(21:03):
just help out at the initial youknow, sign up of the policy,
but throughout the duration of the policy. You know, when you guys have
a p if there's ever a problemdown the road, when people are using
their policies, I'll be a phonecall away. I'm always reachable, you
know, whether it's weekends, weekdays. That way, you know,
if something arises for you, anykind of issues, will be there to
help out. You know, alot of people they get signed up on
(21:25):
insurance and then when they go touse it, they see a ton of
surprises and things aren't getting covered. So when that kind of stuff happens,
instead of having you know, youdial a one eight hundred number and get
a random representative, you can speakdirectly to me and I'll be going to
bat and making sure everything's getting coveredaccordin to your plan. You know,
obviously within your industry, things changefrom year to year. That's going to
(21:48):
happen. There's always going to bechange, and sometimes change can be positive.
Sometimes people are resistant to change becausethey they're conservative in nature and they
don't like the change. What arethe two or three most common things that
you see that you would want toshare with people to look out for so
that they're not caught by surprise.Obviously, I'm going to guess prescription drugs
(22:11):
can change, whether it's the typeof drug, the cost of the drug,
and then obviously at some point intime people's doctors retire, some of
them perish, and then I knowthings change in the different components with the
coverage from year to year. Correct, yep, yep. And you know
that's why I say we are here, you know, from the beginning of
the policy to the end of thepolicy, so when any changes are happening,
(22:33):
we'll always be keeping our clients updated, so you know, when those
changes do happen, it's not asurprise to them. A lot of people
when they do experience those surprises becausethey're never aware that you know, there
are any kind of updates going on. Now. We may may not be
able to control some of the updatesthat helped or that happen in the healthcare
industry, but we'll be here tolet you know of them, and we'll
(22:53):
always be there to evaluate your option, so if something does come up,
you know we'll be able to showyou what your option are. That's extremely
important, extremely important obviously with thecustomer service side of what you do.
That's really important because I think thatthere are many people out there when you
hear the horror stories, they feellike, you know, well, once
(23:15):
I signed up, I didn't hearfrom them again, and they were impossible
to get a hold of. Andyou know, and there's companies out there
like that. I went through thatwith an automobile insurance company. It was
like, you know, they promisedme the world, they didn't deliver,
and then when you try to reachto them, I mean you couldn't get
them by phone, you couldn't gethim to return an email, and they
didn't return text messages. It waslike, that was tough. But I
know that getting to watch you andyour team interact with people at all their
(23:37):
different events and watch the you know, you really care about your people and
you're looking for referral business. Soobviously if you take good care of these
people, they're going to refer otherpeople to you. So and I know
you guys do a lot of referralbusiness. Touch on that, Yeah,
yeah, you know, Rob,you make a great point. I think
that's what sets us apart from therest is our customer service. You know,
(23:57):
we wouldn't be able to pay thatthose kind of referral businesses without you
know, providing good customer service. You know, people aren't going to tell
their friends and family members, youknow, about us unless we're providing good
service. So I mean, youknow, we, like I said,
every day, not just weekends orweekdays weekends, I mean anytime we're here
(24:19):
to help out. And I mean, you know, I've had a lot
of clients, like you said, horror stories where you know, I come
in and they have certain things thataren't getting covered. And I mean I
don't care if it takes hours, you know, or days, I will
be you know, persistent with theseinsurance companies making sure that they're holding up
their end of the bargain. Youknow, a lot of the times it
comes down to something as simple asyou know, a code that they're using,
(24:42):
something was miscoded or something was youknow, build inaccurately. And it's
my job. I take personal responsibilityto make sure that you know, Blue
Cross the Shield and any insurance companyis holding up there into the bargain.
That way, you know, peopleare getting the exact benefits they signed up.
Four. I'm hearing that music inthe background. Mean, so we're
(25:02):
coming to the end of this particularsegment. But you know, Alex AND's
team are regulars at all of theevents. They are our exclusive Florida Blue
company we work with Lacross Blue Shield. They're regulars on the radio programs.
And what I'd like for you todo is give about your pertinent contact information
before we sign off and remember folks. Later today from eleven am to four
pm, Alex Sin's team will beat the Canyon Amphitheater on the corner of
(25:25):
Lions Road in West Point in BeachBoulevard. If you have questions, you
can come meet them in person.Yep. We look forward to helping out
any friends and family that you mayknow. So you can find me either
at my office at nine to ninetwo zero Alternate A one A Sweet eight
twelve Palm Beach Gardens three three fourone zero, or you can always shoot
me a call on my office numberfive six one three two eight nine four

eleventh, twenty twenty four. We'reprivileged to be here this morning at iHeartRadio
in West Palm Beach, Florida, where we're now streaming on the iHeart App.
It is a warm, warm weekend, folks. It's going to be
a lot of sunshine, highs inthe mid depper nineties. Later to from
(27:00):
eleven am until seven pm, andagain tomorrow from noon until six pm.
Our next guest, Corporate Trustee Ambassadorof the Rapid Team located at thirty eight
oh one West Commercial Boulevard in Tamarack, Florida, right off of four point
forty one in Commercial Boulevard, justa little bit east of the Turnpike there.
That's where their main office is is. Nick Cassidy's one of their project
(27:21):
managers. And they're a very uniquecompany. So obviously people know what a
restoration company does. They're a littlebit more than a restoration company. The
act is an advocate ce agency onyour behalf. When someone makes the mistake
of leaving the golf cart plugged inor the electric vehicle plugged in and the
battery catches on fire. People forgetto turn the water off when they leave
in, the pipes burst because they'reoutdated, whatever it may be. In
(27:45):
the eleventh hour, when a pendingdoom comes upon you and your family and
your loved ones, they're the onesthat come to the scene to help you
put out the ashes from the fireor literally help you get out from underneath
the water that's built up in yourhome, whatever it may be. There
are a one stop shop and I'lllike to use terminology, but their hybrid
they do so many things and thegreat thing is they do them all well.
Their corporate Just THEE Ambassadors will beout at the annual Spring Home Show
(28:08):
and Mother's Day ex about the Boyand Beach Mall later today from eleven till
seven and again tomorrow from noon tillsix. We got about eight nine,
Miss Nick, I want to getout of the way and give you a
chance to explain to the listening aswho you guys are, what you do,
how you can help people, andhow they can get a hold of
you if they need your services.Go ahead, my friend, Yeah,
thank you very much for the introduction. I think you pretty much touched a
(28:29):
little bit upon it all, soI appreciate that you know we're a restoration
company, but we're also a fullservice general contractor as well. Many people
don't know. Usually restoration companies comein and they just do the initial demo
or the initial molder mediation, andthen it's up to you to kind of
find a contractor to come in andput everything back the way it was like
(28:55):
it it didn't exist. So whatwe're going to do is we're going to
come in and offer a free inspectionfirst of all, for any damages you
have in the house. Roof leaks, water leaks, kitchens, bathrooms,
fires from small to large. Thefirst thing we want to do is assess
(29:15):
the amount of damage and kind ofsee the what that looks like cost wise,
from the initial steps all the waythrough the completion to kind of identify
is there a need for an insuranceclaim here? You know, everyone's worried
about insurance in Florida right now.So what we want to do is we
want to come in and kind ofevaluate the situation and determine, you know,
(29:36):
is this something where you should bereaching out to your insurance company to
file a claim or is this somethingthat we should provide you a cash estimate
for and you pay for out ofpocket. Yeah, I mean that's obviously
that's a big thing down here whenthings happen. I might I want to
touch on a source object, Butwill you and I both remember the storm
that transpired September of twenty twenty twoand all the you know, there's a
(30:00):
lot of noise out there. Iguess we'll be the best way to put
it, Nick, And you know, there was problems with the insurance companies
not wanting to pay out on claimsfor people. I know there's a lot
of people throughout the state who stillhaven't been able to finish trying to get
out from underneath that storm. Andyou know, it's really scary because if
you think about it, you know, we live in an area that's prone
(30:21):
to hurricanes, and the waters arewarmer, the temperatures are warmer than ever
and you know, unfortunately, priorto this, the heat the way we've
had, they were calling for astrong storm season. So but it is
good to know that there's companies likeyours that are out there that you can
count on that will come to youraid if that does transpire. That's a
great feeling to know that because yourorganization is excellent from top to bottom.
(30:42):
Thank you, thank you. Yeah, it's it's really important right now.
You know, so many of thesecompanies are dropping people for claims or you
know, if your roof's sold,or if they're not just basically stable to
stay open. You know, they'rethey're they're closing their doors here. So
it's really important that you take alook at, you know, your policies,
you take a look at what you'redeductible is, and have a good
(31:03):
understanding for the amount of damages that'staken place and what the next step are
to get that remediated and resolved.Obviously, hurricanes are a little bit different
situation. Fires are a little bitdifferent situations. But these companies are really
cracking down on just you know, the small little water claims inside homes.
So we want to be an advocatefor you and kind of, you know,
(31:26):
help steer you in the right directionto make sure that you don't have
problems with you know, being droppedor extreme premiums in the future. You
know, Nick, what's some ofthe common things that you see that could
be avoided. I mean, there'sso many different things. I know that
there's an area in I believe BrowardCounty, in parts of Palm Beach County
where there's expensive homes. I meanthey're built in the sixties, seventies,
(31:48):
and eighties. Some of have beenremodeled, but I know some of the
plumbing and some of the different thingsis outdated within those homes. And obviously
people make the mistakes of what wetouch on earlier, leaving things plugged in
and fire start, or people havefaulty plugins and stuff. Well, just
educate the listening audience this morning onsome of the things that you see that
(32:09):
could be avoided. Go ahead,Yeah, I mean, I think it
starts with just you know, protectingyour asset and making sure that you are,
you know, doing periodic inspections ofyour property, checking underneath the kitchen
sink and checking underneath the bathroom vanitiesand making sure that you know you don't
(32:30):
have any slow drips or leaks. Also, you know, whenever raine,
you want to be checking out theexterior home, making sure the water is
not pulling up in certain areas.Maybe you need to get someone in there
to dig out some drain lines andmake sure that, you know, when
we have these heavy rains, thatthe water doesn't build up and start intruding
through the foundation or any of thedoors or windows. So I think prevention
(32:54):
is a key to you know, not being put in a situation wor all
of a sudden you're standing in threefeet of water. Absolutely, yeah,
that, uh it's ironic. Youknow that that does happen regularly. You
hear about that all the time. And uh, you know, does does
heat play a factor into that ifsomeone was to not turn off their water,
(33:15):
does the temperature outside is it relevantto the pipes bursting or does that
have nothing to do with it.Well, I mean what we typically see
is, you know, when itgets warm down here, a lot of
people leave their properties to travel upnorth, uh to enjoy that cooler climate.
So it's important that you have, you know, someone inspecting your property
regularly. If you're you're not goingto be there. You can find some
(33:37):
different things on different websites, littlewater sensors that you can put around toilets
and uh, you know, underthe same behind the refrigerator that way,
if something starts leaking, it's it'slike a fire alarm. It's going to
detect water and kind of notify youthat you've got a problem before you go
out to dinner and come home andthe whole home is flooded. So all
(33:59):
about prevention, absolutely absolutely. Onceagain, folks, it's been Nick Cassidy

(35:51):
show. It's Saturday, May eleventh, twenty twenty four. We're privileged to
be here at iHeartRadio on West PointBeach, Florida. Woman now streaming on
the iHeart app later today from elevenam till seven p and on Sunday,
on Mother's Day from noon until sixwe'll be out at the annual Spring Home
Show and Expo at the Boyton BeachMall. Mother's Day Expo with us is
Corporate Trustee, Ambassador and we're ofthe co hosts of our weekly radio programs
Andy Sukku from y two K CreditSolutions. Andy, interesting question I've been
(36:15):
asked us several times. I don'tknow the correct answer. I've saw a
lot of it on TV lately. The economy is not in the best of
conditions according to certain people. Otherpeople say it's peachy. But regardless,
are banks allowed to take money outof your bank account. Legally, if
you've recently been in a situation wherethere's been a judgment placed against you or
(36:37):
your business, can you share alittle bit about your pros or wisdom on
that, because I know you knowit inside out for the listing audience this
morning. Absolutely, and thank youfor having me on the show again.
It's always a pleasure. Likewise,Yes, so that's a great question you
asked me because that's something that's happenedcommonly now with a lot of clients that
we have credit cards. So le'llbe back up a little bit. If
you have your bank account, we'regoing to be a back of America because
(36:58):
I was talking about to talking aboutBank of America. Let's see you have
a Bank of American checking account, and let's see you have a Bank of
checking account of the savings accounts. Now, so you have a credit card
from Bank of America. Now let'ssay that that credit card get from Bank
of America. You're paying it forsome time as a regular customer, law
binding customer. You paid it ontime you used it. But life happened,
(37:19):
COVID happened, you lost your job, you income he may have changed.
You can keep up in the paymentsfor the card, the cards went
to charge off, you went tothe collection, then it went at the
charge off. So we all knowcharge and we say this all the time
on the radio. We talk aboutit quite a number time. That charge.
It takes one hundred and eighty daysfor an account to be charged off
and go into collection, full blowncollection. Now a lot of lasting isn't
(37:42):
okay for a bank to take moneyand pay that card? Well, the
answer is yes. A lot ofpeople when they open that credit card,
they don't read the truth and lendingcontract in that contract. I think line
twenty in the Bank of American creditcard contract, it says that if you
default on your credit card and youdon't pay your credit card and it's in
(38:02):
a charge of status, the bankcan actually go take the money out of
your account. If you have achecking account with depth and there's funds in
there, they can take the moneyout and pay that credit card. And
a lot of people get it confusedthinking that, oh, the banks can't
do that, Well, only ifyou have a credit card with that bank.
Yes, the bank can't do thatbecause you spend the banks money.
You have a checking account, youhave an account that's tied to that credit
(38:22):
card. You will make it paymentwith that checking account at one point as
well. Remember, people will realizebanks see everything just because there's a credit
card to check my accounts all theloan behind the scenes banks. When I
say behind the scenes, I meanbehind the scenes of the banks in the
back office. The banks can seeeverything. They see all the accounts you
have, They see all accounts thathave funds in it. So yes,
(38:43):
they can legally go and take themoney out of that account and pay the
credit card that you owe depth Andyou really can't do anything about it.
You can fight it, but whatare you gonna fight. You owe them
the money because the card is,you spend the money on the card,
you didn't pay it, you didn'tsatisfy your obligation, and now you owe
the bank. The banks are protectingthemselves. Now. We've seen that a
lot more now too before. AndI can't go to an attorney's office and
(39:05):
go into judgment if you haven't acaount with a bank. The banks are
taking the money out to satisfy thedebt so they don't have to go through
the whole wrong process. I'm goingto court high an attorney putting paying fees
for those things. It gets costly. Yeah, it is possible. It's
true, it is happening. Imagine, people don't read the contract. People
just like to sign, you know, And that's that's fine. I understand
(39:27):
this maybe the first thing we're gettinga credit card, or this may be
the first thing you're getting a creditcard with a twenty thousand dollars limit,
whatever the case may be. AndI'm a victim of that too. I
don't read I signed just because ofthe moment. You definitely want to read
what you're signing, that's for sure, absolutely absolutely. And that's not a
lot that we get into a lotof debts too. Like we see a
lot of people doing buy not payhere later because the credit is damage.
(39:49):
They need a card, they needsome sort of you know, loan or
something to pay their bills, andthey just finding these payday loans all day
taking them not realizing the bittoume theyfinished paying these loans off. They've paid
three times with the loans original amountwas because people are desperate needs as well.
Yeah, that's it's amazing what's goingon out there right now, I
tell you. And it seems like, you know, they're making so they
(40:12):
make so much money off of theinterest that they charge on the back end.
It's just amazing. In the subprimebusiness. Listen, you should give
up bready doing it. The subprimecredit cards. You make a lot of
money. Man, The subprime businessis so insane right now. It's insane.
And you know, the sub peopledon't realize the subprime banks, they
don't care about if you're to payingthem back. They make the interest in
(40:34):
the first six months of you havinga card with them, they made their
money. People don't realize how subprimebank works. And the subprime world is
flourishing right now, slurishing because everyonehas messed up credit from COVID. Everyone
has all these debts, all thesecredit cards, all these loans that people
buy an expensive cars thinking oh themarket is not going to go on,
or you know, they're getting asa deal or whatever the case may be.
They're getting COVID money, they're gettingTPP money, spending it frivolously bought
(41:00):
all these unnecessary things. Now we'reback to some sort of normalcy normalists in
the world, or what if youwant to call this normal like normal like
yes, because you know, we'rekind of living in a day and age
where we're paying for what we theway things are now, i'll see inflation
going on that much. We're kindof getting accustomed to live into this kind
of lifestyle. Now I'm paying thesehigh prices for takes. But people took
out all these loans, people tookout these credit cards, people got VPP
(41:22):
money and now and they weren't working. Now it's hard to find the job
and they can't pay the stuff back, and judgments are being in forced aggressively.
Yeah, they are coming after people, that's for sure. Yeah,
and they're freezing a bank account, the freezing a payroll. And the thing
is people forgot that just because inCOVID the course were closed. Things were
slow down because everyone was working ona skeleton crew. We could all attest
(41:44):
to that. The banks were workingon a skeleton crew. IRUs is working
on a skeleton crew. The coursewere working on a skeleton crew. It
was all a skeleton crew. Butnow things are back to normal and the
course are up and running. Sothese judgments are being in forced rapidly,
so fast I have we have morejudgment clients than regular credit clients that are
dealing with right now. And theproblem is these guys, the bank haunts,
(42:07):
get a frozen and they can't accesstheir money and all because you want
to wrack up these credit card debtsand credit card bills. And you know
when people think that you can justwrite a letter, this is not my
credit card. I didn't open it, I didn't use it like you can.
Everything has a paper trail behind it. And that's another thing people keep.
That's the misconception. People think thatyou can write a letter and get
(42:27):
get out of a debt. That'sthat's not true at all, that's completely
false. It's inaccurate. But youknow, these banks could take the money
out of here. Check my accountand if anyone has this situation going on,
or anyone's struggling some debt or theyhave a judgment, lawsuit, whatever
the case may be, anyone toresolve it that can definitely reach out to
(42:50):

(45:24):
you're going to hear people saying somevery interesting, all positive things about doctor
Campbell. I always joke with himand tell him he needs to write a
book because it'd be a New YorkTimes bestseller. But I told him at
the beginning, I wanted half apoint. We're up to two points.
Doc. You've been lagging on mea little bit, sir, But we're
going to get that book written. What are we going to be talking about
today for the listening audience. Iknow you have a plethora of knowledge.
(45:45):
I want you to share some ofyour pearls of wisdom with people. It's
Mother's Day weekend. I want togo into fat metabolism again. Let's do
it. Okay, So you know, there's a lot of controversy about good
class bad class. You know theselipids, you know it's fat and there's
different sizes and they categorize them andall that kind of stuff. But the
(46:08):
fat has to be processed in yourintestinal wall and then it has to be
uh. It has as you eata salad, let's say, olive oil
or a steak whatever, and ifyou chewed up by the stomach and then
goes down to the duodenum or thesmall intestine, and it triggers this door
(46:31):
to open where the gallbladder secretes bileand digestive enzymes from the pancreags. But
this bile is specifically made to amultified fat. If you don't almost fight
your fat properly, it has ahard time getting through the system. Especially
(46:55):
it's the intestinal wall. You havethe capori beds going to the liver that
that absorb of the sugar, thestarch, the carbohydrates, the protein,
but they do not absorb fat.Only the lymphatic system absorbs the fat.
(47:20):
And if they're not treated properly withemosification by the gallbladder into the small intestine,
you can't absorb your fat properly. And from there it goes right to
your liver and the liver processes it. So the processing of deliver through the
limp glands. Actually it goes beforeit goes delivery, it goes to the
(47:45):
heart, and from the heart itgoes into the vein to the liver.
Now delivery, you know, youlook at deliver and if it doesn't process
your fats properly, then you haveyou know, high density HDL, high
identicity liberoproteins you have are you lowmore low than high? And the fat's
(48:07):
all off and there's all kinds ofsophisticated measures now, but it doesn't get
filtered right now. You know,if you look at multiple sclerosis, so
the fat there's not enough fat inthe brain for some reason, and the
brain is all fat. Your oligodendrocytesthat lay down the mylin, which is
(48:30):
seventy percent of the fat in yourbrain. And if it doesn't get the
fat properly, you can't spray themilind right then if it doesn't at ages
too quickly, and your macrofi justcome and eat the milind that's rotting on
the vine, so to speak. And now you've got MS, which is
thought to be your immune system attackingyour milin, but maybe it's not.
(48:53):
There could be some cases where that'strue, but I think in a lot
of cases you can't process you're fatproperly. You get fat building up in
all the arteries, especially over thecurves of the arteries where it kind of
speeds up as it goes around itdeposits fat. Now, if the fat
(49:15):
has a hard time getting in thearteries and it finally does get in the
arteries through the the thorassic valve goingto your heart, maybe it has a
hard time getting out and the concentrationof fat goes up in your in your
arteries and your body. Your physicianreads that is HTL. So they give
(49:35):
you something to curtail your liver, you know, they give you the statins.
And the statins have are known tocreate all kinds of secondary problems,
i e. Since they've been handingthat stuff out, I think it's seventy
nine or seventy three, dementia wentfrom almost nothing to the second cause of
illness and people over sixty five. And I think it's metabolism is screwed up
(50:00):
because they're taking the statins. Thestatins are directly connected to dementia, right,
And the fat building up on yourarties, that the concentration builds up
because it can't get out because it'snot processed right, then maybe that's a
cause of it building up in yourarteries. Plaque, you know, the
main consituational plaque is fibering in thefat, and the fibrint grows to repair
(50:25):
the damage to the artery. Butthen it gets it grows at a whack.
Why does it grow out of whack? Maybe the concentration of that's too
high. Fatty liver disease, youknow, if the fat's coming up through
the system and it's not processed properly. Fatty liver. Everybody we ultrasound here
almost without exception. I think we'veonly had four in the last two years
(50:47):
people with ultrasounds. We do aboutten or ten every two weeks or so
everyone at ninety percent of people comingwith a fatty liver. Where's that fat
coming from? It was unheard ofnormally if fatty liver, it came from
alcoholics, because you know the metabolismof alcohol, it breaks down into this
stuff called haldamide, which is firstcousin of fermalehyde. And suppose you delivered
(51:10):
defend itself with fat. But nowwe've got fat going all over the place,
and now we have more seed oilsand everything. Bad. Oil is
probably the biggest contribution because your bodyhas a hard time press processing seed oils.
Seed oils, Jesus, the processingof seed oils is not. The
only four oils that you should haveare extra coal, press, virgin olive
(51:35):
oil, avocado oil, coconut oil, and organic butter. Do not eat
butter that's not organic unless you wanta lot of estrogen in your diet from
the rovine growth hormone. The targetphilic is short in the fat. And
then if you have your feeding yourkid all these soy products with estrogen in
(51:55):
it and bovine growth hormoning the milkwhich is which is uh uh loow with
estrogen. And then we wonder whywe're having a lot of gender confusion lately,
and that could be a possible cause. But anyway, that's the two
cents today, we've got the music. We got to go. So once
