Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome to the Greater South Florida Chamber radio program with

Speaker 2 (00:15):
Good morning, Welcome back to the show. It's Saturday, March
twenty twenty five. We're privileged to be here this morning
at iHeartRadio and West Palm Beach, Florida, where we're now
streaming on the iHeart App. I am Rob, the director
of operations, co host of the weekly radio programs that
we do here on South Florida Business News, which is
the Greater South Florida Chamber. You can find us on
the iHeart App. Have with us this morning. A new

(00:35):
corporate Trusty Ambassador. The gentleman's name is Paul Minsky.

Speaker 1 (00:38):
He is the.

Speaker 2 (00:39):
CEO of Trip Paul. There are a lot of shared
mobility devices out there. Why did you choose to build
a fat tire E bike for rideshare? But before you
answer that, I'd like you to introduce yourself formally, give
about contact information, web address, phone number how people can
get a hold of you and your team. If you
would please go ahead, sir.

Speaker 3 (00:59):
Yeah, thanks for having me. My name is Paul Raminsky.
I am based out of Columbus, Ohio. I am the
CEO of technology, which is the future of microbility. So
it's good to be here with you. The best way
to get in contact with us is through our email
at info at ride trip dot com. Our website is

(01:19):
www dot ride trip dot com.

Speaker 2 (01:22):
I'm going to go out on a limb and gives
you a Buckeyes fan, right, If not, they'd probably run
out of town.

Speaker 4 (01:27):
You got that right.

Speaker 1 (01:29):
Congratulations, you live.

Speaker 3 (01:31):
Eat, and breathe the Buckeyes here in Columbus.

Speaker 2 (01:34):
Congratulations on your championship.

Speaker 3 (01:36):
Thank you appreciate that.

Speaker 2 (01:38):
You know, you know, as I mentioned, there are a
lot of shared mobility devices out there. Why did you
choose to build a fat tire e bike for rideshare pull?

Speaker 3 (01:47):
Yeah, thanks for that question. You know, it's really interesting.
I come from a banking background, working, you know, some
of the biggest banking companies out there, So when I
came on board back in twenty twenty, you know, I
had no experience and micromability. Basically, it was a new industry.
What was interesting about it is COVID kind of hit
right around that time, and where a lot of people

(02:08):
I think would have just exited or given up, we
took COVID as kind of a crisis of opportunity for us,
and so the idea was to use that tire e bikes.
But I really seen is believing, and so during that
summer of twenty twenty, we invited the public to come
and do tours with us and right around with us
on a bunch of different fat tire e bikes. And
so right off the bat, one of the things that

(02:29):
I noticed that I thought was really important was a
lot of appeal. So when you look at micromobility and
you look at kind of scooters which were really taking
hold and taken off at that time, you do have
a very narrow appeal, right they're mostly eighteen to twenty six,
about sixty five percent mail dominated. And so what we
learned during that summer twenty twenty was these that tire

(02:51):
e bikes had a broad appeal, and we were getting
people from eighteen awf the way up into the mid
seventies coming and doing these pastings with us, and so
I think that is a huge differentiator. But also a
fat tire has greater stability on even terrain, has superior
traction and sand, snow and mud, and there's a greater
comfort because it absorbs, vibrations and shocks, and so there's

(03:15):
a safety factor. And so when we look at everything
kind of holistically, we knew this was the right vehicle
to bring into the market.

Speaker 2 (03:24):
What makes your value proposition pulled different from your competitors?
Can you elaborate on that?

Speaker 3 (03:30):
Yeah, that's an awesome question. So you know, I think
the difference for us is that we look at everything
holistically and we had the ability to be a late
stage mover. So it's very much kind of the old
adage of the tortoise in the hair when you look
at when Micromability start in twenty eighteen, for the BC
rush to get these vehicles out there and build the

(03:53):
pop line as quickly as possible, but it was really
very little focused on the bottom line, and so as
a late stage mover, we had a front row seat
right to see all the mistakes that these first stage
movers made, and so when I came into this, I
really wanted to look at it holistically. Micromability is very
interesting because there's a lot of stakeholders. You've got the

(04:14):
city government, you've got your customer, you've got local businesses
that are involved, and so we wanted to be able
to solve the problems that micro mobility created. But we
also wanted to bring in these stakeholders and give them
a little bit of piece of everything.

Speaker 5 (04:29):
So one of the big.

Speaker 3 (04:31):
Things for us is technology. We built our technology from
the ground up, and so we've created a hardware software
enabled platform. And what's awesome about that is that in
building that, we're able to continue to create different software
and kind of attack the problems. I'll give you one instance.

(04:51):
You know, what we're doing is the customers actually dock
their phone into our system, and so the phone becomes
a second heads up display and that's where we get
really created with some of the softwares. And so I'll
give you a couple just instances of what we're working on.
We're working on a virtual parking ecosystem. And this will
be amazing because, unlike city bike, which uses dock systems,

(05:13):
a city bike in New York that's mostly recognizable to everyone,
you have to go and find a dock to park
your bike in. With the virtual parking ecosystem, we actually
can guide you into a virtual parking spot and we'll
have camera tech, beacon technology that I'll actually say is
something in that spot or is that spot available. But
the beauty of it is that we can add or

(05:33):
subtract virtual parking spots meeting the city's needs. We can
also really work with the city again as a stakeholder,
to create areas where the city might say, hey, we
don't want these bikes going around twenty eight miles an
hour and around this park. And on the back end,
we're able to build basically or draw a geofense, you know,
an invisible line. And then how we communicate with that user.

(05:55):
So as you're riding the bike into that parked park area, right,
the bike actually communicates you is that, hey, this is
a slow zone, and we can actually govern the bike
down to an appropriate feed may it's ten miles an hour,
and then you exit that area and the bike will
communicate that you've exited that area. I think that is
one of the big things for us. And then just

(06:16):
a secondary thing, it's really working with college campuses. You know,
adding a panic button so that heads up display said
if you don't feel safe, you hold down that panic
button for three seconds and it will die your position
into campus police. So it just gives you a taste
of some of the software stuff that comes after the hardware.
But the beautiful thing about Flaftware is that we built
a great vehicle that doesn't need to be replaced, you know,

(06:37):
but yet allows us flexibility to create new solutions.

Speaker 2 (06:42):
Well, obviously you're controlling cutting edge technology. We're extremely excited
about helping you brand this and roll this out down
here in South Florida because we have a really good footprint.
And a couple of questions, because we have about two
to and a half minutes left, talk to me about timing.
Why are you doing it now, and what are your
initial launch plans and how do you plan to scale it?
Go ahead and answer those questions, and I'd like you

(07:03):
to give your contact information again before we have you
on next segment, because we'll be doing a series of
interviews with you over the next few months.

Speaker 3 (07:09):
Go ahead, sir, awesome, maah, thank you for that. Timing
is so important and so we feel that our timing
is really perfect. As you're kind of coming up into
twenty twenty four, there were a lot of headwinds. You know,
COVID created quite a crisis, you know, with supply chain,
and then you also had you know, people exiting cities,
and I think over the last three years has been

(07:29):
a reimagining of cities, especially at the kind of mid
size level like Columbus or Nashville or Charlotte, and you're
seeing a turn of commercial properties that are into residential.
But one of the ways that you have to attract
people to come and live downtown is you really have
to have more walkable areas. And so you're starting to
see this idea of creating whole city blocks, multiple city
blocks that are car free, right, and so this provides,

(07:52):
you know, a great way to get around town without cars.
And then what I would also say is that we're
getting really the best of both and is with Biden,
there was a huge infrastructure push and a big chunk
of money at billion dollars was set aside to build
biking infrastructure, and that actually leads directly to the demand,
especially with female population grow a little bit more risk averse.

(08:14):
And so what you're going to see in cities over
the next few years, you're going to see miles and
miles and miles of protective bike lane separating from cars.
And then we got the bus from Trump because he's
creating those animal spirits. So this is a capital intensive
business and we need capital to be able to launch
and do those things, and so you got to get
those engines waring up. And so I think everything is

(08:36):
coming together to give us some really great tailwinds. Everything
is aligning grate and then finally, yes, we have two
cities that we're looking to launch. In Cleveland, which is
my hometown where I came from and grew up, which
is doing Cleveland's doing great things. Another example there where
they're doing three point five billion dollar lakefront redevelopment. So
it's a good shot of arm shot in the arm

(08:58):
for Cleveland. We'll get more people downtown, living downtown, et cetera.
And then Columbus, which has obviously you know Columbus and
Ohio states, so the demographics are good again. My website
is www dot rydtrip dot com and you can reach
us at info at rydesrip dot com.

Speaker 2 (09:14):
We're really excited about having you come out to some
of the upcoming events that we're going to be conducting
in twenty twenty five, and we're hoping to have you
out to meet people here and we want to do
some major introductions and really really want to thank you
for your time this morning. It's very informative. Once again,
not to be redundant. You are controlling cutting edge technology.
I know that that's going to be very big down

(09:36):
here in Florida. I can only imagine what it's like
on a college campus. One is active of his Ohio
State University, as they say, the Ohio State University. Once again,
thank you for your time, Paul, one more time before
we signed off this morning. We're live here in West
Palm Beach, Florida, on Saturday, the eighth of March twenty
twenty five, where we're streaming on that app. Give out
your information one more time, and I thank you for

Good morning, welcome back to the show. It's Saturday, marchase
twenty twenty five. We're privileged to be here in West
Palm Beach, Florida at iHeartRadio, where we're now streaming on
the iHeart app. I am Rob, the director of operations
from the Greater South Florida Chamber of Commerce. This is
one of our weekly radio programs we do best of
South Florida business news. He with us new members the
Corporate Trusty ambassad Gentleman's name is Orin Gold and he

(11:04):
is one of the principles with Wall Street Careers. What
I'd like for you to do, obviously, you provide excellent
recruiting solutions for people within wealth management circles, white collar companies.
Can you go ahead and give out your pertinent contact information,
how people get a hold of you, touch on the
locations of your facilities, and then I want to get

(11:26):
right into it this morning. A few key questions I'd
like to ask you.

Speaker 4 (11:29):
Go ahead, sir, absolutely, Rob, thanks for having me this morning.
I really appreciate it. Pleasure Wall Street Careers. We have
a few locations, our main location is actually in Palm
Beach Gardens right on forty five d PGA Boulevard. And
we also have a location in New York City in Manhattan.

(11:50):
If anybody wants to reach me directly, they can email
me at ORAN that's R. E. N at Wall Street
Careers dot com and my direct dial is two on
two six' six one four seven five.

Speaker 2 (12:06):
Eight Or and there are a lot of different things
that go on in today's world out, there and obviously
WHAT i want you to do is touch on one
of the things and give a couple of key. Reasons
why did you create The Wall Street CAREERS SaaS platform
which connects job seekers to hiring. Managers can you elaborate

(12:28):
on that for the listing audience this?

Speaker 4 (12:29):
Morning, Absolutely Rob. So a few years, ago we saw
the need for a hyper niche platform that caters to
the specific needs of the asset management. Industry SO i
think traditional asset managers like mutual fund companies and alternative
asset managers like private equity funds and hedge. Funds so

(12:51):
these firms always have a need for, talent and the
current market of job job platforms is very. Broad so
LinkedIn anybody from a trash man to a trader could
be on there indeed the same. Thing so all these

(13:13):
job boards are super broad and you get a lot
of unwanted responses when you post your. Job our platform
was built from the ground. Up that's software as a,
service and we make this tedious process simple and streamlined
with our proprietary.

Speaker 2 (13:29):
Technology what makes this platform different or unique from the
competition Like LinkedIn or indeed or. Zip can you elaborate on?

Speaker 4 (13:38):
That? Absolutely. So The Wall Street careers platform was created
to make the job job search process easy and streamlined for,
candidates and it enables the employers who actually post their
positions to really swim in a pond versus an ocean for.
Instance Like LinkedIn Or indeed Or, zip they have every

(14:00):
type of job and candidate on. It our platform is
just for the asset management, industry so it's very specific
and the candidates are curated just for this. Industry so
you're not going to get any candidates responding to a
job post that isn't.

Speaker 2 (14:19):
Relevant and what have candidates in the market been saying
about this new platform which helps them to connect with
hiring manager and asset, Management.

Speaker 4 (14:31):
Well the feedback has been nothing short of. Amazing they
love that they can access the entire industry right from our,
platform so it's one stop shop and that saves them
a tremendous amount of. Time and the employers love it
as well because they're getting a very focused platform of

(14:51):
relevant candidates which lets them save a tremendous amount of
money on contingent fees and erroneous job.

Speaker 2 (15:00):
Advertisements what has been the feedback of hiring managers or.

Speaker 4 (15:07):
So our clients love that they could access a relevant
pool of candidates, quickly and most, importantly at a price
point far lower than other platforms Like LinkedIn or, indeed
so The Wall Street careers platform gets them exactly what
they want and fest.

Speaker 2 (15:25):
And what other platforms Does Wall Street careers?

Speaker 4 (15:27):
Have So Wall Street careers has a retained search platform
for complex searches that requires stealth in the. Marketplace for,
instance if a publicly traded company or a large private
company board wants to replace a member of THE c
suite like THE, ceo THE, COO, CFO, cto they need

(15:48):
to find that replacement. Quietly they can't make waves in
the market so their investors don't get scared, away which
drives down market. Caps we also have a consulting platform
which off is our clients highly skilled industry professionals for
short or long term engagements across the middle and back
office of our clients'.

Speaker 2 (16:08):
Operations, obviously you're as well versed in this as Anybody
i've spoke to in a considerable period of, time and
you're at the top of the pecking, order if you,
will for lack of better, grammar when it comes to
your industry. Classification you're, very very well, versed AND i
don't want to be redundant about. That what do you
see out there right? NOW i mean we have like
two three minutes. Left What i'd like for you to

(16:29):
do is let we give you the, floor but can
you share some of your pearls of wisdom in twenty
twenty five as we've went through somewhat of a paradigm
shift and obviously there's a lot of uncertainty and as they,
say a lot of noise out. There can anything you
want to share with the listening audience that may help
them to be successful if you.

Speaker 4 (16:47):
Could, Absolutely if you're a firm that is looking for,
talent the most important thing you can do is to
be very specific in what you're looking. For there's a
lot of candidates out there looking for new, positions but

(17:08):
the more detail you can give, them the. Better and
on the flip, side if you're a candidate looking for
a new, role make sure that you're applying to a relevant.
Role do not apply to a job that you really
don't have the skill set. FOR i know it sounds
like a pretty basic, advice but you'd be surprised how

(17:28):
many people apply to jobs that they're just not relevant.
For so THAT'S i think the best piece of ADVICE
i could give our listeners this, morning you.

Speaker 2 (17:37):
Know and obviously what you just touched, On i'm sure
there's a couple of other. Things what are some of
the other we don't never like to use the terminology,
mistakes but what are some of the other shortcomings that
you may see people come up with when they're in
this field and they're looking to get hired or they're
looking to staff their. Facilities what are the things that

(17:58):
you would encourage people to definitely not to do if you,
Could can you touch on a couple of? Those?

Speaker 4 (18:03):
Yeah. Absolutely when it comes to a, resume the resume
has to be clear and to the, point we've seen
so many different versions of resumes that are just so
long winded that a hiring manager who's super busy will
look at it and just throw it. Aside it's got

(18:24):
to hit, them it's got to hit them, quick or
you're not going to get the attention that you. Want
so it's important to have a great. Resume that's why
we actually have an in house resume writer who is
available to help with resume rewrites as an additional service
that our company. Offers and from a company, perspective you,
know again you got to have the right culture and

(18:47):
you've got to be able to talk about some some
of the positives is about your company that makes that
separates you from other.

Speaker 2 (18:56):
Firms or AND i want to thank you for your
time this, morning moment time if you give out your
contact information that people know how the can get ahold
of you until we have you on next. Segment it's
been a pleasure AND i look forward to conducting a
series of interviews with you over the course of the.

Medicine if you go to the YouTube channel and you'll

(20:29):
pull up Doctor Campbell Walter Buck, Campbell you're going to
see a lot of different success. Stories he's made, CHANGES
i mean significant changes in people's lives who, were for
lack of better, grammar up against. It they were going
through some serious health, issues things that could have been
detrimental to their, wellbeing and he helped them turn the
corner and they're all living, strong healthy. LIVES i want

(20:50):
to get out of the way this, morning Doctor. CAMPBELL
i want to give you a chance to introduce, yourself
give out your call, sign your contact, information how people
can get a hold of, you to set up in
aboutaluation if need, Be and THEN i want you to
touch on whatever it is that you want to share
with the listening audience this. Morning go, ahead, sir.

Speaker 7 (21:07):
WELL i wanted to touch on digestion today because a
lot of, people because of the Current american, diet are
in somewhat of a. Trouble some maybe, not but for
the most. Part you, know if you look at some
videos on YouTube or the nineteen, seventies you're hard to

(21:28):
find someone. Overweight but if you ever been The walmart,
recently you can see that we could be in. Trouble
there's a lot of people that have excess, weaves and
so we have to ask ourselves that where's the. Problem
if it's not, genetic where is? It and a lot

(21:49):
of it is in a diet and what we need
Right and we're bombarded every day with the, diet this,
diet that. Diet you, know eat, meat don't eat, meat,
vegetables don't eat, carbs. Whatever but if, you in my,
opinion if you look at your, ancestors let's let's just

(22:12):
take The eskimos in nineteen thirty they had one hundred
percent meat diet in a, caribou, whale, salmon, deer you name.
It they ate. It there was no, blueberries no, salad no,
nothing one hundred percent meat and they. Thrived they thrived really.

(22:36):
Well they lived well into their. Nineties if you go
the same put time period the, pygmies they lived in
a rain forest and then ninety percent of their diet
came from, fruits, vegetables, roots leaves from the. Jungle ten
percent was monkey meat and. Insects if you a baby

(23:01):
from the pygmies and gave it to an eskimo and
tried to raise it one hundred percent meat diet and vice,
versa there could be some serious. Problems AND i think,
that for the most, part is what's happening. Now most
people are not looking at their ancestors to see what they.
Ate if You're, italian you were an. Omnivoy you ate everything, roots, eats, carrots, fruits, vegetables, olive,

(23:29):
oil abob blah blah from millennia. Millennia so you take
this person and want to put them on an all
meat diet or a carnivore diet or, whatever chances are
it's not going to work out too well for, you
because they say a thousand years before that we were all.

(23:50):
Carnivores maybe, so but they come in here and working
on these special diets and they don't feel well OF
i get a girl in, here she's twelve years old
and hasn't had a, period and when she was nine years,
old she saw they killed animals and didn't want to

(24:11):
eat meat because they killed, animals and so she ate
a lot of fresh fruits and, vegetables but she ate,
meat and she had a hard time making blood from a. Period,
now my personal opinion, is and there's there'd be a
lot of disagreement out, there but you can't make blood
from turnips or, beefs even though it's got a lot
of iron in. It you, know we've been eating meat for,

(24:34):
millennia depending on your culture where your roots, are but
for the most, part most cultures ate, meat and you
from meat you can make, blood especially beef which has
red blood in. It you eat a steak, rare that
steak is red because it's got blood in. It that

(24:57):
blood is this is almost exactly same as our blood.
Hemoglobin so the girl wouldn't need any. Meat SO i
gave her livery. Capsules she had five little capsules a.
Day at the end of the, month she had her
period and she had enough blood to make a period and.

Speaker 4 (25:13):
She felt light years.

Speaker 7 (25:14):
Better so regulating a diet for yourself really. Helps be
carefully in the. Foodjiat now of the worst things you
can do is eat bad. Oil that thing will clog
stuff up better. Anything and we're told, that especially in
the fifties and, sixties it was total bs that seed

(25:38):
oils were good for. Us they're part of a balanced.
Diet you know polly unsaturated fat which you know, crisco
which is nothing but cotton sea oil order to insectifide
and genetically. Modified all that stuff is hydrophilic wins up
in the oil and it's not regular because you don't eat,

(26:01):
cotton but you definitely eat the seed oil all the same.
Thing it's genetically modified and the processing doesn't help, it
and so you get all this bad oil in you
and it can jam things. Up one of the ways
that jams things, UP i, think especially in autoimmune. PROBLEMS
i think this is my theory and my. Conjecture so

(26:25):
there might be some mds rolling on the ground. Laughing
but we digest. Fat it has to go through a special,
deal has to merge with your bile and your small
intestine with the digestive enzyme's light, base break it, down
goes into small in tests and becomes a CHYMOCHRON I

(26:45):
comoicron's got all the fat in all your fat sizable,
vitamins and it's pumped into your lymphatic treatment lymphatic. System
the fat does not go into capillary, beds does not
go directly into blood like, proteins amino you, know, proteins, sugars, carbs,
starches all that goes directly into caplary bed not the.

(27:08):
Fat the fat goes into your immune. System, now a
lot of those insecticides and gly say everything is. Hydrophilic
it winds up on the. Fat so what happens when
your macrifages and your light, LYMPHOCYTES b, CELLS t cells
and all the other cells are munching away on your

(27:30):
immune system on the fat in olymphocytes with all the
insecticide on. It do you think that might cause some
kind of immune? Problem? Maybe also eating good. Fat, now
if you're overweight and you've got some serious problems with,
DIGESTION i always recommend intermittent, testing intermediate. Testing so you

(27:56):
pick a time five six seven pm at, night you
stop eating any whole. Food you can have some light
teas and mild, drinks not too much, sugar and you
don't eat the next day till twelve. Noon so you're
giving yourself eighteen twenty hours of free time without, digestion
so that you're. Organs especially the older you get fifty

(28:18):
sixty seventy, eighty you don't want to take three meals of.
That you don't want to get, up have. Breakfast you
don't want to get, up have a, snack and then,
lunch and then a snack and supper and a. Snack
then right before you go to, bed have another. Snack

Good, Morning welcome back to the. Show, Saturday march, eight
twenty twenty. Five we're privileged to be here At iHeartRadio
In West Palm, Beach, florida where were now streaming on
The iHeart app have WITH Us Corporate trust The Ambassadors
New Corporate Trusty Ambassadors Pharmicon medical with us Is Lynn
nelson And Desiree. Mufson What i'd like for you to, Do,
lynn give out your pertinent contact information phone, number web,

(31:19):
address let people know how they can get a hold
of you At Parmicon Medical. Research AND i know there's
some different things that are transpiring that you want to
elaborate on for the listening. Audience go. Ahead.

Speaker 9 (31:28):
Sure we Are Farmicon Medical. Research we are located at
four six zero One Military, Trail, Jupiter, florida and we
also have our office In Palm Beach gardens which is
the eleven three Eighty Prosperity, Farms Palm Beach, Gardens, Florida

(31:51):
and right now we currently have a study that is
called planter fiber motosis and what it, is it's just
nodules at the bottom of the feet and if you
have two or more and it's very. Painful normally people
who stand for long periods of time would get something like.
That so we are currently enrolling for that. PATIENT i,

(32:12):
Mean i'm sorry for that study right now with Doctor
sedaniel and also with Doctor.

Speaker 2 (32:18):
Boozes you know your company has been around how, Long.

Speaker 9 (32:24):
Well the company has been here at least for two,
years and it is a we're just now up and.
Starting but AS i stated, before we do have we
already do have studies and which is the plant of.
Fibrimatosis and we also have a knee pain study that
should be coming shortly as. Well and we're going to
specialize in a lot of different research as far as wound,

(32:47):
care foot and ankle and. Vaccines whatever study it is
that you're interested in participating, in nine out of ten
we will have it or we currently have.

Speaker 4 (32:58):
It.

Speaker 2 (32:58):
Now one of the biggest advantages for a medical research
company in today's. World it's twenty twenty. Five it's been
somewhat of a paradigm shift with from a global, aspect
coming off the, pandemic new administration In, america a lot
of new things that are transpiring andre. Happening and one

(33:18):
of the things PEOPLE i think agree about across the
board is being finding an opportunity to subsidize your income
to create additional. Wealth and, obviously when someone does a
research study and they do a clinical trial on behalf
of your organization for, you compensate. Them can you touch
on that a little? Bit how that, transpires how it.

Speaker 9 (33:38):
Works, sure each pharmaceutical company has each research has a
pharmaceutical company or a sponsor that sponsor. Them and because
of your time in your travel for coming to participate
in the different research study that you may be interested,
in the pharmaceutical companies compensate. You they compensate you for

(33:59):
your time and your. Travel and depending on what study
it is that you're participating, in each compensation differs And
i've seen as low as eight hundred and it can
go up to four thousand. Dollars.

Speaker 2 (34:12):
Sometimes you, know what are the different trials that are
out there right? Now the different clinical TRIALS i know
they range from everything FROM copd to people that are.
DIABETIC i, mean can you brush a broad stroke or
talk about some of the different areas that people have
an opportunity to come to do a clinical trials with

(34:35):
you and your.

Speaker 9 (34:36):
Organization of, course we, have LIKE i, said we're about
to get another. STUDY i forgot to touch based on that.
One that one is for diabetic foot. Ulcers we all
know as a diabetic you are prone to healing slower than.
Normal if you're not a, diabetic the way you heal

(34:57):
just for having the diagnosis of diabetes type one or,
two if you have A, ulco it's very difficult for
that wound to get healed the proper way and heal.
Completely so we do have a study that we will
be getting shortly as well for diabetic foot. Ulcers we
Have we're gonna have vaccine. Studies we're gonna HAVE. Copd

(35:20):
it ranges from knee. Pain we're gonna have respiratory. Studies
it just you, know broad spectrum of respiratory like, asthma
we have weight, loss, sleep app, nea it. Differs we're
gonna have quite a few studies and whatever study it
is that you may think that you want to participate.

(35:42):
In you just give us a call at the number
THAT i stated to you at the five six one
six two four four eight zero. Zero just let us
talk to, you get some information from, you just some basic,
information and you would just let us know at the
time whatever study it is that you want to participate,
in and once you let us know, that we'll put

(36:04):
it in a database which only stays in our. Database
and whenever a study of interest becomes, available a trained
recruiter will reach out to you or. MYSELF i will
reach out to you and let you know we currently
have that study that you wanted to participate, in AND
i would give you information on that study and we
would take it from.

Speaker 2 (36:22):
There are there any restrictions that people need to know about?
It is there anything that you want to that they
need to have when they, come like two forms OF
id valid.

Speaker 9 (36:31):
Iding, yes so you would bring your a valid STATE I.

Speaker 1 (36:35):
D that's pretty much.

Speaker 9 (36:37):
It we do not accept, insurance we don't, need we
do not need your insurance. Information this is solely from
the sponsors. Itself that would compensate. You and you would
bring a list of medications that you're currently. On if
you have a quick sometime people keep it on their.
Phone just a little medical history about any diagnosis that

(36:59):
you may be experiencing or any surgery you do had
in the. Past you just bring your PHOTO, id list
of medications and possible medical.

Speaker 2 (37:08):
History, WELL i hear that music in the. Background we
got about a minute. Left so What i'd like for
you to do before we sign off this? Morning give
the contact information to give one more time how people
can get ahold of you on anything that you want
to share before we sign off this.

Speaker 9 (37:21):
Morning, sure it's with Doctor, sedaniel who is A board
certified in surgery trained in treatment of diabetic conditions as,
well and he is also an associate of The American
Peddietary Sports. Medicine he also specializes in varicos veins and
of course he is the head of the research. Center

(37:41):
and we also have Doctor boozas with, us who is
A board certified surgeon in. Orthopedics he specializes in sports medicine.
Wounds once you give us a call at the number
THAT i gave, you which is the five six one
six two four four eight zero, ZERO, i LIKE i,
said you would even to me and we would get

(38:01):
all the information from you to see what study it
is that you want to participate. In the address again
is forty six oh One Military, Trail, Jupiter. Florida and
we also have Our Palm Beach gardens office which is
eleven three eight Zero Prosperity Farms, Road Palm, Beach, Godence,

of our studies At Farmicon Medical.

Speaker 2 (38:34):

Com good, Morning welcome back to the. Show it Is,
Saturday march, eight twenty twenty. Five we're privileged to be
here this morning At iHeartRadio In West Palm, Beach, florida
where we're now streaming on The iHeart. App help with
this corporate trustee ambassador Of Fabio, lanzeri who is the
owner AND ceo Of Landfam MEDICAL LANDFEM llc at twenty
eight oh Five East Oakland Park, Boulevard Fort, Lauderdale. Florida

(39:39):
their telephone numbers three oh, five five oh, four eight
five one, four and they have an amazing product Called,
prolebamax WHICH i have been taking for several weeks AND
i felt in a noticeable. Difference my pain is eased my
joints and feel more. FLUID i feel much, lighter more,
agile and finally able to move freely without, discomfort which

(40:00):
has been holding me back since my SURGERIES i had
In november of last. Year So i'm going to get
out of the way and let you get right into
it this. Morning. FABIO i want to thank you for
being with.

Speaker 7 (40:08):
Us thank.

Speaker 10 (40:09):
You it's a pleasure to be. Here prolevamax is a
product designed to address the dietary deficiencies in your body
for chronic inflammation and. Pain when you have, pain you
typically have a deficiency of amino. Acids so what we

(40:33):
try to do is complement that in your body and
as well as to put amino acids and supplements that
fight inflammatory proteins that are being reproduced in your. Body
and we have a combination of six amino acids plus

(40:55):
seven supplements that together they tell the body what proteins
to produce and what proteins not to. Produce, basically not
to produce the anti inflammatory proteins and to produce more
of the pro inflammatory, proteins and to produce antioxidants because

(41:19):
in our bodies we all have free radicals and free
radicals do cause. Inflammation so by eliminating the free, radicals
you also eliminate. Inflammation and that's what the antioxidants. Do
they fight the free. Radicals and then we have supplements
that address the existing inflammation in the. Body and the

(41:43):
combination of everything gives us the opportunity to have a
product that is well rounded and that handles chronic pain
and chronic.

Speaker 5 (41:53):
Inflammation know.

Speaker 2 (41:55):
Fabia there are a lot of products that handle inflammation
and pain in the. Market what is it that you
feel is different with yours compared to some of the
other things that are out.

Speaker 10 (42:03):
There, oh great. Question you know there's a ton of
them that that offer chronic, pain reduce chronic, pain reduce chronic.
Inflammation and what's different with ours, is you, know there's

(42:23):
not one ingredient in the in the market that will
address all the, cytokines all the pro inflammatory proteins that
the body. Produces the body produces multiple proteins that cause,
inflammation so not any one product will do. That for,

(42:46):
example let's take. Tumeric it's a great, product and it's
a great natural, product but it doesn't handle a multitude
of inflammatory. Proteins so what we try to do is
to put together a product that combines a whole bunch

(43:06):
of amino acids and supplements that take care of a
plurality of inflammatory.

Speaker 2 (43:14):
Proteins you, know is it okay to take it with blood?
THINNERS i know that there are a lot of products
that there's certain things you can and can't do with your.
Product is it all right to take it if you're
on blood?

Speaker 10 (43:28):
Thinners, well actually it is okay Because prolbomax does contain
products or supplements that can also increase the thinning of the. Blood,
however we do not contain or we do not have
enough of the product in each in each. Ingredient we

(43:52):
don't have enough milligrams that would pose a. PROBLEM i
take blood, thinners you, know typically the, plavix AND i take,
prolevamax AND i do not see an effect or do
not see a. Difference but you have to be.

Speaker 2 (44:11):
Careful, now fabulous proleva max safe to take IF i HAVE.

Speaker 10 (44:16):
Ibd, actually Proleva max and the ingredients in prolevamax are
very good for patients WITH. Ibd for, example if we
take l, glutamine it's known for promoting health and fighting
inflammation in the. Intestines people WITH ibd need to know
this as it obviously aids the, formation for, example of

(44:40):
the gut. Lining we Have boswellia. Extract studies have revealed
that this ingredient can treat inflammation and benefit patients WITH.
Ibd because you know very WELL ibd is a form of. Inflammation,
curcumen well known for its anti inflammatory, effects as we mentioned,
before may also TechEd against the highly inflamed state often

(45:03):
associated WITH. Ibd and we HAVE, gaba we have whereas,
veratrol which Is japanese not, wood, macha green, tea, colinel
bit tit, trait and syring these ingredients are generally considered
safe and supports the overall metabolic, health benefiting the individuals

(45:25):
manage that have to manage their chronic condition OF. Ibd you, KNOW.

Speaker 2 (45:33):
I think one of the great things about the. Product
usually when you have if you take, something regardless of
what it, is nine out of ten, times eight out
of ten, times whatever it may, be there's always that
one side effect or that one common barometer that you're
not looking. At and that was what amazed me the
most about your. Product using the, Product john AND i were, like,

(45:54):
oh when does the other shoe? Ball and it never,
Did and it was what you had told us exactly
because the pain and. Neck he has a bulging disc
in his, neck heard it playing football and his back
is crooked like. Mine but for, me the pain THAT
i was suffering from post, surgery and then on top
of the inflammation in my. Knees you, know the maniscus
is a shock book's over for your. KNEES i have

(46:15):
none in either. Knee i'm six, six two hundred and
seventy pounds fifty eight years. OLD i MEAN i was high.
SCHOOL i was two fifty, five but you, KNOW i
played football for almost twenty. Years in my back and
my knees are completely, shot AND i have bone spurs
around the perimeter of my, back AND i just refuse
to go in and get. Cut even with. That even with,
that it's helped a lot with my. BACK i still,

(46:37):
ice AND i still stretch and do certain forms of.
Yoga but you, Know i'm. OLD i still try to
work out the BEST i. Can i've still. Lift i'm
not LIKE i used, to BUT i do. It and
you know the, thing for, me the greatest reward is
to be able to have someone in our organization in
the capacity that you are as a corporate trustee. Ambassador

(46:57):
you're fully involved all the way in with, us helping
us sponsor, events but to be able to give a
testimonial and let people, know, hey this product, works and it, works.
Folks i'm encouraging you to try the. Product and, well
we got about a minute left to hear that music
in the. BACKGROUND i want you to give it your contact, information,
yes and let people know how they can Get prolebamax.

Speaker 10 (47:16):
And most, Importantly, rob what side effects did you feel
by using?

Speaker 2 (47:20):
