Speaker 1 (00:05):
Good morning, Welcome back to the show. It is Saturday,
the twenty sixth of April twenty twenty five. Privileged to
be here in West Palm Beach, Florida this morning. It
is warm out there where we're now streaming on the
iHeart app. Have what US corporate trust. The ambassador Fabio
Lanzeri from LAMB Fem Medical and he also has a
pharmaceutical company. He's going to talk a little bit about
the one of their new products they have. Go ahead

(00:27):
and get right into it this morning.

Speaker 2 (00:28):
Fib Y Album Okay, Yes. SARAHS is a company that
is committed to commercialize and develop innovative solutions in therapeutic
areas that have significant unmet needs. It's the prescription side
of lion Fan basically lin Fan dealing more with the

(00:49):
natural substances. So are the foundational product that is the
TESTO which we will talk about today, and it's a
testosterone therapy before people with hypogonadism, which is low testosterone levels.
And I mean basically the TESTA was conceived with the

(01:12):
objective of delivering testosterone to the patient in a safe,
efficient and effective way. You know, today we have various
delivery modalities of testosterone, but we found.

Speaker 3 (01:27):
That there are a lot.

Speaker 2 (01:28):
Of them had deficiencies.

Speaker 4 (01:30):
Uh you know.

Speaker 2 (01:31):
For example, there's the cream anointment, the cream of appointment,
I mean it does deliver testosterone, but that can cause
for testosterone to be transferred to another person. For example,
if if you're married, then you sleep in the same bed,
the you know, the bed sheets can have testosterone and

(01:51):
and then your wife can can can can get some testosterone.
You don't want that, uh, inject which is the most
popular way of taking testosterol in these days, but that
causes peaks and valleys, which is very detrimental and we
can discuss later. And then recently there's the oral medications

(02:13):
that came up that they came that got approved, but
due to the product going through the gut, the absorption
is quite poor. So therefore nasal delivery which is what
no testo is, It is truly the best way to
administer testostero in my opinion.

Speaker 1 (02:33):
Fabia, elaborate and tell us a little bit about the
delivery modality if you would please.

Speaker 5 (02:39):
There are.

Speaker 2 (02:41):
Rob the testo's administered through the nose and the nasal
cavity is a very effective way to administer product and
the patients also find that much more convenient than injections

(03:02):
or topical treatment.

Speaker 5 (03:04):
See.

Speaker 2 (03:05):
This method eliminates the risk of transference which I mentioned before,
making it safer for patients and their families. And it's
a very easy way to administer a compound. I mean everybody,

(03:25):
we've all had products which we've used through the nose
and very convenient. It's got reduced side effects. And there
was a clinical study that showed eighty four percent of
patients with testosterone replacement therapy preferred in the TESTO over

(03:47):
any other product available in the market.

Speaker 1 (03:51):
Those are some pretty nice numbers to be able to
elaborate on. Congratulations on that, because success does not happen
by accident, Fabia, What is n testa's efficacy Can you
touch on that? Please?

Speaker 2 (04:05):
Sure? You know if you go to the website and
you could see that we have performed over nine hundred
and eighty clinical trials and publication, there's over nine hundred
and eighty publications available on the TESTA and clinical trials
have shown that the TESTO effectively restores testosterol levels with

(04:29):
fewer side effects compared to other therapies. The TESTO doesn't
give the patients the detrimental peaks and valleys for example,
like the injection product does rob the testo mimics the
natural production of what our body would normally produce. Patients

(04:50):
report also improved improvements in energy, in mood, and in
overall quality of life. And also research publications which we
can talk about later on, have shown that Natesla does
not affect other hormonal levels in your body like F
S H and l AGE. Therefore, what that means is

(05:11):
young patients or patients that need to stosterone therapy at
a young age can still reproduce because high casalstrum levels
and other products reduce the semen in any jack show
in the ejaculation. So Thestalstone for in my opinion, is

(05:35):
the best product available for this type of therapy.

Speaker 1 (05:42):
Fabio elaborate on and share with us about any possible
side effects.

Speaker 3 (05:48):
Sure well.

Speaker 2 (05:49):
With testosterone therapies, what happens is various hormonal levels rise
because in order for the absorption to occur, in order
have to give a certain amount of volume, which if
F S H and l A tries, for example, you
can't give, you cannot reproduce if you're yet with no testo.

(06:14):
That is not a problem because we always maintain a
consistent level in the bloodstreet bloodstream without significant fluctuations and
avoiding those peaks and troughs that we talked about. That
allows for the patient to have normal levels of hormones

(06:36):
and other parameters in the body.

Speaker 1 (06:42):
And why is all that possible when the TESTO and
not other products? Can you touch on that?

Speaker 2 (06:48):
Sure? Because of the unique delivery modality that we have
through the name nose and such ease of use. You know,
we can administer the product on a daily basis and
administer it like two three times a day. So what
happens is we don't increase the testosterone levels very high.

(07:13):
We mimic what your body normally would produce. And this
is important because that means that pure side effects will
occur compared to others levels, and that would allow more
balanced levels of for example, s sail Ah, prostate specific antigen,

(07:38):
et cetera. You know, and one of the most go ahead, Sorry.

Speaker 1 (07:44):
Robin, no no, no, I apologize. I had wanted to reiterate.
I had read that testosterone increases hemoglob and as a result,
zi hematrit levels tell me about the problem with hemoglobin
levels with men using tisastra, and I'm sure the listing
audience is going to want to hear this as well.

Speaker 5 (08:04):
Yeah, okay.

Speaker 2 (08:05):
Hemoglobin is a protein containing iron that facilitates the transportation
of oxygen in various blood sets in bloods in red
blood cells. But too high of the hemoglobin level can
cause increased risk in thrombosis, which are blood cloths obviously,
which can cause stroll cart attack and pulmonary embolism. It

(08:29):
can cause high hemoglobin can cause tickning of the blood,
which lead to symptoms like headaches, business fatigue, and chest pains.
It can cause cardiovascular events such as a heart attack
or a stroke, and other complication and complications related to
lung function. You see, the testo is the only testosterol

(08:51):
that does not increase humanoglobin levels or serum inadecriate, which
is the percentage of hemoglobe and versus total red blood cells.
I mean, we have numerous clinical trials that demonstrate rop
that netesta doesn't appear to increase serum emmadecriate when compared

(09:13):
to intramuscular testosterone injection. While both modalities returned men to
a healthy functioning level of serum testosterone levels, which are
over three hundred nnograms per desolator and in eighty three
percent of men. Actually, a very important clinical trial Rob

(09:35):
demonstrated that in men who are risk of developing, you know, polycytemia,
which is obstructive sleep apnea and high baseline amadecurate nasal
testosterone therapy and product like Netesta and other short acting
formulations are to be considered.

Speaker 4 (09:58):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (09:59):
I think that is amazing. I think that that is amazing,
And obviously I want to apologize for the misnomer at
the beginning of the interview this morning. The correct pronunciation
for the company once again, if you would please.

Speaker 2 (10:12):
Sure A Sarahs they c E r U S Pharmaceuticals,
well the global company.

Speaker 1 (10:20):
Yeah, go ahead. I was just gonna say, Fabio LANZERI
sir as a global CEO for A. Sarahs and also
being taking care of lampam Med. They keep you very
busy these days, sir.

Speaker 2 (10:33):
It does, it does, but I enjoy it because I
love innovative ways of improving the patience life and and
and and quality of life.

Speaker 1 (10:44):
Well, it's I know, I know, I know myself. I
want to try your product because I do have an
issue with sleep apnea. So I want to try that.
And obviously I think the fact that you're doing this
from a nasal standpoint, because I've known other people. I've
known other people who have taken testosterone and they've went

(11:06):
through that and they've come up a fit because of
the fact that they were injecting it. So I like
the fact that you saw that that was a common
side effect. So I like the fact that you have
a safe approach with this. And obviously I can only
speak highly of you and your organizations because of the
fact that folks like kid you not trypro levamax. You know,

(11:26):
if you've got the bone spurs, or you've got bad
bad ankles, bad knees, a bad back, whatever it may be,
or if you fibromiologia, whatever it may be. If you
have problems, what you want to do is you want
to reach out to Fabia on his team and they'll
get pro levamax to you. But also with this NATSTO,

(11:46):
this is really important. The contact phone number and I
was nine five four nine to one zero six three
sixty nine, or you can email marketing MRK E. T
I N G at a c r US dot co.
You know, we've got about three or four minutes left.
I want to give you the floor to share whatever

(12:08):
you want to talk about with the pharmaceutical aspect of
a Saracen detesta or anything that's going on with pro Libamax.
And I'm proud to announce that on June twenty eighth
and twenty ninth, Bobby on his team both companies will
be with us at Sawgrass Mills Mall for the fifteenth
Daniel Hurricane Preparedness Home Show and healthfare that we do
every year. They'll be with us on the seventeenth of

(12:31):
April at the Abbey North in Delray. They'll be with
us on the eighteenth of April at Lakeworth Towers. Hopefully
has someone from the team will be out there with
us Saturday, April nineteenth at the Boyd and Beach Annual
Spring Home Show and Healthfare. And on April thirtieth, they'll
be with us at the Senior Community Center off of
Forestill Boulevard in Wellington. And then you can go to

(12:54):
www dot Greater South Florida Chamber dot com. You'll see
a list of all kinds of other events happening in
May and months moving through the calendar. You're in twenty
twenty five. They'll be at all the events. But go
ahead and take us two three minutes and share with
everybody anything going on cutting edge or any promotions you're running,
and let people know how the can get a hold
of you. Go ahead, sir, yeah, thank you.

Speaker 2 (13:16):
Well, you know we've talked about it in the testil,
So let's talk a little bit about prolibamax, which is
a product that attends to the deficiency, the dietary deficiency
of chronic inflammation and pain. You know, when you have inflammation,
it can lead to all diseases are start by because

(13:42):
of high inflammatory levels in your body. And so therefore
what we try to do is to address that by
reducing the amount of chronic inflammation. But not just by
attending to the exists inflammation. We wanted to go to
the root cause. Why is all this happening, and all

(14:06):
this happens is because your body produces certain proteins called cytokines,
and these cytokines are pro inflammatory proteins which attack attack
parts of your body that have no inflammation. It's just

(14:28):
you know, itself gone bad, you know, and we're trying
to address that. And preliave A maxis addresses the root
cause why and tries to alter the production of these
pro inflammatory proteins while always addressing the existing inflammation so

(14:48):
as to reduce the pain. But we're the only ones
in the market that can do the both root cause
and existing inflammation.

Speaker 1 (15:00):
Kudos and hats off to you and your team. You're
excellent to work with, your products work, and I'm really
excited about continuing to work with you. I'm hearing that
music in the background means we've got about sixty seconds left.
Where I want you to do is share anything you
want to share about the promotion that's going on, and
give your best contact information for people to get hold
of you until we have you on the next segment.

Speaker 2 (15:21):
Sure, thank you. Well. If you go to prelibamax dot
com v R O L E E V A M
a X dot com, we're running a promotion for you
to get the product for thirty nine ninety nine rather
than forty nine ninety nine. Uh, and there's going to
be other specials going on with this product. Uh. Just

(15:43):
go to prelibamax dot com and you can see it all.
Or you can always contact us at info at prelibamax
dot com.

Speaker 1 (15:54):
Folks. Once again, it's been Fabio Lanzeri, the global CEO
PRIs Seras Pharmaceutical Company and Lamb fam Medical Corporate Trust,
THEE Ambassadors. We're really looking forward to having you out
at all the upcoming events and I want to thank
you for your time this morning. You have a wonderful weekend, sir,
and God.

Speaker 2 (16:10):
Bless thank you, God bless you, Rob, thank you for everything.

Speaker 1 (16:19):
Hey, this is Rob from the Greater South Florida Chamber.
How you do on this morning? I had several surgeries
and procedures in twenty twenty four that left me in
constant pain. I had leproscopic surgery, had a couple of
tumors removed. I thought I'd tried everything, but I finally
tried the right thing. I tried pro Levamax after I'd
met Fabio Lanzari and his team in the late twenty

(16:41):
twenty four at a healthfare, and within two weeks he
had graciously given me some of his products to try
for free. The pain was totally gone with no side effects. Folks,
pro leave Amax really works. Try it and injure pain.
And if you don't believe me, try it and you'll
see that it truly works. Once again, it's robbed from
the Greater South Florida Chamber. Thank you for your time

(17:02):
this morning. Good morning, welcome back to the show. It
is Saturday, the twenty sixth of April twenty twenty five,
and we're privileged to be here this morning in West
Palm Beach, Florida at iHeartRadio where we're now streaming on
the iHeart app. And I have with this corporate trustee
Ambassador's FASOMA as what I call it, it's Florida State
Oriental Medical Association. And with us is doctor Cynthia Ann Hayeshurst.

(17:25):
She is the founder and CEO of Serendipitity in Fort Pierce, Florida,
which is located on Virginia Avenue. And on the fifteenth
of next month, Thursday, the fifteenth of May, she'll be
with us at the Havardel Fence Center where we're doing
Holistic Health Fare and Boomer Lifestyle Expo and Business x BOE.
We're really excited about it. But I know that you

(17:47):
have taken some initiatives under the wing, and one of
the things that I want to talk about this morning
is preventative medicine. What can acupunctures do for preventative health,
and what can you do if you have a problem
there does not show up on diagnostic tests like labs
or radiology scans, cts, MRIs, things of that nature, and
what would be the next step in the best course

(18:09):
of action If you've been cleared by your primary care position,
you're still concerned. Can you elaborate on that for us
this morning?

Speaker 6 (18:18):
Thank you, Rob, I appreciate it. Yes, we have a
lot of people who are in that what we would
consider to be a preventive medicine stage of their healthcare journey,
and they may have noticed something that's a little bit off,
not quite right. They've gone to their doctor, they've asked questions,
they've got testing done and lab work, and then the

(18:38):
doctor says, I really can't find anything right now, but
come back in you know, three months, six months, we'll
recheck and see what's going on. But in the meantime,
you could find yourself an acupuncturist. Acupuncture is really really
good at finding things before they've gotten to the level
where they show up on diagnostic testing. So if you're

(18:59):
still concerned and you want to see what else you
could be doing to prevent having worsening of your your concerns.
You could find yourself an acupuncture because we actually look
at things at an energetic level, which is a little
bit different than the way we look at things in
western medicine and western medicine. You want to see it
on that test when they do a scan, or the

(19:20):
laboratory values that are off. Want to we want to
see something that definitively tells us Okay, my goodness, there's
something going on. But for acupuncture, we actually look at
the patients themselves. We check their pulses, which is a
little bit different in Chinese medicine than it isn't again
in modern medicine, it's different. In Chinese medicine, we're checking
the energetic pathways of your body. Much like ninety five.

(19:41):
If things aren't running smoothly, there's slow downs and people
aren't getting to where they want to go. They'll still
have good circulation, you'll still have flow, but you might
be the die cruising on the shoulder of the road
getting the getting the flow going, not not the full
flow of everything through the mainstream of traffic. We could
really help you get back to your full optimal health.

Speaker 1 (20:07):
That's important optimal health is important. Everybody talks about the
quality of life, not the quantity of life, and optimal
health is how you're going to fulfill that goal. You know,
I think it's really neat the approach that you and
your organization take. For anybody who may be a first
time listener this morning, elaborate on the organization, the number
of people involved throughout the country and throughout the state.

Speaker 6 (20:31):
So acupuncturists there are thirty five thousands strong throughout the
entire United States. There's three thousand, five hundred acupuncturists in
the state of Florida. We have a very strong association here.
If you wanted to find the acupuncturist near you anywhere
in Florida, you can look at FOMA dot org or
Acupuncture FLA dot org and you can find acupulctures near

(20:56):
you based on your zip code. There's also I'm actually
going to Washington, d C. To do an acupuncture for
our public service at Capitol Hill on Monday to twenty eighth,
and we're actually promoting acupuncture for seniors and adding acupuncture
fifths as medical providers on the Medicare plan. It's actually

(21:20):
a bill HR sixteen sixty seven to get acupuncture is
added as healthcare providers. So I'm very excited about that.
It's going to be an exciting weekend.

Speaker 1 (21:31):
Congratulations on the great work that you're doing in kudos,
keep up that great work. Talk a little bit about
the initiative that you previously were able to help get
involved with. Can you elaborate on that this morning?

Speaker 6 (21:45):
The last time was it was the same bill, Actually
it was a different bill. So every congressional every congressional year,
and this is the third year that I've been involved
with advocacy at the Capital for adding acupuncturis to medicare,
where there's a different If it doesn't pass in that
current congressional timeframe, then it dies. Everything dies, and then

(22:10):
it has to be brought back to the next year.
So this this bill is this is the third time
that I'm aware of this particular bill being re entered,
and each time it's re entered, it gets a new number.
So this year it's HR sixteen sixty seven, but it's
different every time. Hopefully this passes. December is the end

(22:30):
of the congressional year, and then if it doesn't pass,
it would again have to be reintroduced again next year.

Speaker 1 (22:38):
Well, I'm wishing you the best with that. I hope
that does work out in the positive fashion for you
and your colleagues because I know you put a lot
of time into this and a lot of Another thing
I want to make to the listening audience aware of
this morning is the fact that you know, you all
are professionals and you volunteer your time to do this.
So you already have careers that are demanding time from

(22:58):
a time constraint position where you're dedicating hours and hours
into your own personal careers, and then you volunteer your
time through your organization. So that is a really cool
factor as well. I want people to understand that, and
the fact that your organization is well respected and has
a really good reputation. It's really neat to know that

(23:19):
when people from our organization or people from the network
do interact with you and your colleagues with Florida State
Oriento Medical Association, that they're in good hands because they
really are. And you know here again, you know, you
folks are doing a lot of stuff. You're going above
and beyond with giving of your time and helping people
in the communities and throughout the state and throughout the country.

(23:39):
So I want to thank you for that. I think
it's cool.

Speaker 6 (23:44):
Thank you very much, Trum. I'm very excited because there
is some of the information they're sharing about this current village.
There's actually going to be eight million more people that
are going to get added in the next seven years
to the healthcare plan, patients that will be looking for
healthcare providers. So we are kind of healthcare crisis right now.
We have way more patience any healthcare and way less

(24:06):
providers available to actually give that service. So we really
do need as many healthcare providers as possible.

Speaker 1 (24:13):
Well, I'm hearing that music in the background. We got
about a minute Leftlet what I'd like for you to
do is give about your contact information and then the
contact information for your organization and let people know how
they can get a hold of you. Go ahead.

Speaker 6 (24:26):
My name is doctor CYNTHIAA. Hayeshurst. I'm the Advocacy chair
for the State of Florida's Oriental Medical Association. Our Oriental
Medical Association to be accessed by calling one eight hundred five,
seven eight or eight sixty five. We're also posoma dot
org and find an acuitucturist near you anywhere in the
city of Florida. Have a wonderful day.

Speaker 1 (24:47):
Thank you so much, have a wonderful weekend, have a
safe trip and good luck in Washington on Monday.

Speaker 3 (24:53):
Thank you.

Speaker 7 (24:54):
Ye Are you suffering from stress, poor toa congestion or
lack of sleep?

Speaker 1 (25:01):
Acupuncture can help.

Speaker 7 (25:02):
Board certified practitioners from the Florida State Oriental Medical Association
are ready to help you lead a healthier, happier life.

Live a better life today eight hundred five eight seven

(25:24):

Speaker 1 (25:28):
Good morning, Welcome back to the show. It's Saturday of
the twenty sixth of April twenty twenty five. We're privileged
to be here at iHeartRadio in West plum Beach, Florida,
where we're now streaming on the iHeart app, and I
have with meet Gary from Gomez Rooping and Solar Company,
who's one of our corporate Trusty ambassadors, and obviously Gary,
your company Gomez Rooping and solars different in the sense

(25:48):
that it's hybrid. Obviously, I know that you are a
trusted roofing and solar solution provider serving the Tricanty area,
and I know you specialize in residential and commercial roofing,
including tile, metal, shingle and flat rooping. And additionally you
offer the solar solutions and installations and solar water heaters,
pool heaters and things along those lines. And you know,

(26:10):
your company's been around since nineteen eighty three, so you're
established and you're a very effective company. What I want
to do is, you know, there's a lot of noise
out there. We got about eight or nine minutes this morning.
I'd like to have you touch on some of the
different things that are going on with policies, with federal issues,

(26:30):
and how a lot of those things are tied into
local markets, whether it be county, state, and also federal
markets as well national things, because you and I both
know you'd have to be an imbecile not to hear
all the noise that's out there. But by the same token,
there are a lot of things that are transpiring right now,
and a lot of those are on timelines. You know,

(26:52):
I'm not well versed in that, and you are well
versed in this industry. So I'd like for you to
touch on those things if you could this morning for
the listening audience.

Speaker 4 (27:01):
Okay, Well, first off, I really appreciate the opportunity to
be on your show again. We absolutely love what you
do with the community and you know, it's the best
way to start a Saturday and with some of the
questions that you've brought up. Absolutely I would love to
touch on that, and I think it's a vital focal
point for all of us as homeowners here in Florida.

(27:26):
There are a lot of moving and shifting dynamics on
the state level and the federal level.

Speaker 2 (27:32):
That you know.

Speaker 4 (27:32):
I'm sure I'm not you know, smart enough to know
all of them by any means, but we see a
lot of this stuff happening, and you know, for instance,
on the roofing side, and we've had my savee Florida,
which is a you know, a state funded, you know,
grand program for years here in South Florida, and you know,
currently you know that's even at risk of you know,
funds not being available for homeowners or the government no

(27:54):
longer granting funds for that. So you know, blessed are
the people that were able to take atage of it
when it was there. I meet people every.

Speaker 2 (28:03):
Day that wish they would have known about.

Speaker 4 (28:05):
It, or wish they would have moved quicker about it,
you know previously, and what's done is done. But on
the flip side of that, rob is, you know, we
have the renewable energy. You know, people will always need
to power their homes, cool it down in the summer,
heat it in the winter, and you know, run their power.

(28:26):
The cost of energy is rising on a yearly basis
around the country, and porter is no exception to that.
The cost of energy continues to go up. For the
last several years, we've had amazing tax credits and programs
to our advantage that people have taken advantage of to
allow them to go solar, to allow them to break

(28:50):
off from the grid and to power their own homes,
and to save thousands of dollars doing it. What we
at risk now is the uncertainty is this program going
to be available in a month, is going to be
available in three months? Nobody knows Because of how chaotic
and hectic. The government seems to be right now on
certain topics. So we're really encouraging people. If you haven't

(29:12):
looked at it yet, definitely call us up, schedule a console,
you know, have us show you what's currently available for
homeowners to take advantage of, such as a tax credit,
the net metering program and all these tools that makes
it make sense. And then if you have looked at it,
you know, a year ago or two years ago, and

(29:32):
it didn't make sense, why would definitely encourage you to
sit back down a second time before these options are
off the table and what happens is we lose them
and then the cost of energy, you know, doubles on
us over the next three or four years. And you know,
we wish we could.

Speaker 1 (29:51):
Yeah, that's ironic that you touch on that, because the
key word is wish we could because of the fact
that hindsight's twenty twenty. But like you had mentioned, you're
providing people a viable option. You're giving people an option
to come up with a resolution to help them overcome
anything that they're up against. And like you said, there
are a lot of things where there's uncertainty, and I

(30:14):
think it's really really neat that your organization is an
organization that people can turn to. When you're going to
turn to do something to your home, I mean that's
your livelihood. You know, that's your family's livelihood. You know,
that's what you're going to use to if need be,
to borrow against to pay for your children or grandchildren's education.
You're going to invest through your home to improve your

(30:35):
portfolio and your livelihood for your family. And when you
do that, you want to make sure you're doing things
with a company like yours it's been around since nineteen
eighty three, Because you know, I don't know the business
like you do, but I do know the basics in
the sense that I see people that don't have hurricane
windows and doors, or don't have solar panels, or don't
have proper ripping on their homes. I say to myself,

(30:57):
whether it's a home inspection, for a sale of a home,
or to get a home a praise so it can
go up on the market, everything that you do is
so important with helping people improve the value of their home,
and the majority of people use their home as a
lifeline for their economic stabilities in futures. So when you

(31:17):
being willing to work with people when they're going through
uncertainties and being a sounding board for them is really
really important. And kudos and hats off to you and
Phillip in your team because you do a great job
and like not to be redundant when you've been around
for as many years as you have. It's a trusted
name and it's a brand that is well respected, so
you should feel good about that.

Speaker 4 (31:37):
Yeah, we do, and it's just it's it's creative ways,
you know, you hit the nail on the head that
you know, homeowners, you know us lucky enough to own
a home, whether it's passed down you know, from our
parents or whether we bought it ourselves. It's the one
place you should feel safe. It's the one place you

(31:57):
should be able to go to after a hectic day
of work or out in you know, society where you
can just relax and let your guard down. And you know,
nobody wants to go home and deal with problems or
deal with issues or we're just not be able to relax.
And that's when having a thoroughly you know, inspected home

(32:19):
does that. It gives you, you know, the peace of
mind of knowing that everything that should be the way
it is is my roof's good, my energy is good.
God forbid there's a storm. You know, I have the
ability to operate my house when it's not there. Our
jobs outside of just doing the work. The best way

(32:39):
possible is teaching homeowners ways of accomplishing this that they
didn't know existence. For instance, I was at a home
this morning and the homeowner for saying, Lucy lost a
portion of their house during a storm. They've been waiting
and waiting and waiting for the insurance. They don't know
when it's going to come. Meanwhile, you know, they need

(33:00):
to put a roof on. Their biggest spear rob was
that they were going to have to finance a roof
on top of all their other bills. So what we were
able to do for him is very simply, we bundled
their roof and a solar system together under one contract,
and we used that to offset their FBL bill. That's

(33:22):
awesome and yeah, in this case, they went from paying
three hundred dollars a month FBL to you know, paying
just under two hundred and seventy dollars a month, and
they got a brand new roof with it, and they
got the ability to have solar as well, and all
the tax credits that came with it. So you know,
imagine saving thirty dollars a month while getting a brand

(33:42):
new roof. Now you're going to save on your insurance down.

Speaker 1 (33:45):
The road as well, Garry, I'm hearing that noise in
the background means we got about fifteen to thirty seconds left.
If you can give everyone your contact information until we
have you on the next segment, and we look forward
to doing that in the very near future. Go ahead, sir.

Speaker 1 (34:59):
Good morning, Welcome back to the show. It is Saturday,
April twenty six, twenty twenty five. We're privileged to be
here on westbaum Beach Floorida this morning at iHeartRadio, where
we're now streaming on the iHeart app Our next guest
is a new member corporate trustee member. Her name is
Debbie Robertson, and she is the administrator for Here for
Care home Care and one of their slogans and models

(35:21):
is get the best in home care today. And what
I want to do, Debbie, I want to get right
into it this morning. I want to give you an
opportunity to talk a little bit about your company before
we do that, what I'd like for you to do
is give out your pertinent contact information how people can
get a hold of you phone number, address and web address.
If you would go ahead.

Speaker 5 (35:42):
Oh well, good morning, Rob thank you so much for
having me. So you app for the contact information. It
is here for Care offering in home care services or
telephone number is five six one seven seven four eight
nine two zero. We can be contacted via email at
info at hareforecare dot org and our website is www

(36:10):
dot hairfocare dot org.

Speaker 1 (36:13):
Perfect well, thank you for that. It's a pleasure having
you this morning. Debbie. Tell us a little bit about
your company and your background if you would go ahead.

Speaker 5 (36:20):
Please, oh sure, rob so Hair for Care is a
state licensed, family owned nurse registry providing in home care
services and we offer flexible options from a few hours
per day to twenty four hour care. Some of the
services we offer include assisting with activities of daily living,

(36:43):
personal care, bathing, dressing, grooming, companion care, skilled nursing care
which includes like wound care, post surgery care, IV therapy,
as well as lighthouse keeping and land's needed. Our care
team consists of a wide range of disciplines. We have

(37:07):
registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants, home health
aids and companions, all of whom are trained, licensed and insured.
So the other thing I want to share with you too, Rob,
is that we know that choosing a caregiver for loved

(37:28):
ones is an important decision, and so we are really
committed to providing the best quality care to ensure the safety,
well being and happiness of our clients in the comfort
of their own homes.

Speaker 1 (37:44):
Debbie, Typically, who are your clients? Can you elaborate on
that for the listening audience this morning?

Speaker 5 (37:49):
Oh? Sure? So, our clents actually range from one to
one hundred and usually or clans are seniors, anyone who
needs personal care and support with activities of daily living.
Folks who may be sick or ill, disabled, bedridden for

(38:11):
one reason or another. It could be folks recovering from
an accident, surgery, or a serious health event.

Speaker 1 (38:22):
And what makes Here for Care different and can you
elaborate on that?

Speaker 2 (38:29):
Well?

Speaker 5 (38:30):
Rob, you know, as mentioned earlier, we are family owned.
Here for Care was born out of a personal need
for superior, dependable care for our own parents. So for us,
this is really not just a business, it's personal. We

(38:50):
are committed to being the best advocates for clans, developing
personalized care plans based on their individual needs, personally keeping
in touch with them and their families to ensure that
services are going well, and also to understand any changing needs,
additional or developing needs that they may have. I always say,

(39:14):
you know, we are obsessed with our clan's care and
their well being and just overall just doing the right thing.
And we were really very hard to earn their trust
through you know, constant communication, the quality of services we provide,
you know, over.

Speaker 1 (39:30):
The past twenty five thirty years. I've done this for
a long time in other areas of the country as well,
but predominantly well over twenty years here in Florida, and
I've worked with a lot of companies within your industry.
I was immediately impressed by the amount of professionalism and
how you emulated it your entire organization when I met them,

(39:53):
from top to bottom. And that's important because that first
impression is so important. And obviously, like you said, this
is someone's loved one, this is their family members, so
obviously they want to make sure that they're in good
hands because you know, unfortunately I tune out the noise.
I'm a positive person, and your entire organization impressed me
as positive people as well, good god fearing people. I

(40:16):
can always tell when someone has a relationship with their
creator because you can feel it, you can sense it,
and it was neat to meet someone like you in
that area. That was extremely positive and knowing that when
we refer people to you that they're going to be
in good hands because obviously here again that's to be
redundant that you can't say that about every organization, regardless
of the industry classification, but it's really paramount within your industry,

(40:39):
and it's nice to know that people that will be
working with you are going to be in really, really
good hands. Now, talk a little bit about some of
the areas that you cover with it. What are the
areas that you serve right now?

Speaker 3 (40:51):
Right?

Speaker 5 (40:52):
So, we are state licensed and we're currently serving Palm Beach,
Martin and Saint Lucy counties. One other thing too, of
that I wanted to also highlight another important aspect of
who we are has to do with our core values
of respect, trustworthiness, compassion, empathy, and dependability. These are foundation

(41:15):
of our services and so with a combined twenty five
years of experience in health care and patient advocacy, our
team is dedicated to upholding these values without compromise.

Speaker 1 (41:28):
I like that that is very very impressive. Now, touch
on do you do accept insurance, correct, we.

Speaker 5 (41:36):
Do, Rob, We accept most long term care insurance plans
and also private pace.

Speaker 1 (41:42):
Okay, so yes, perfect, All right, Well we got about
ninety seconds left. So what I would like for you
to do is give out your contact information again if
you would, to let people know how then get a
hold of you. And then obviously I know that in
the months of May and June coming up up in
Palm Beach as well as Martin County and Saint Lucie County,

(42:05):
you're going to be with us at some of the
several of the upcoming events and we're really excited about
that and uh looking forward to continuing to work with you,
and I'm really really excited about it. So what I
want to do is give you an opportunity once again
to let people know how they can get a hold
of you until we have you on the next segment.

Speaker 5 (42:21):
Well, thank you so much, Rob. Again, it's Hair for
Care offering in home care services or telephone number is
five six one seven seven four eight nine two zero.
By email, it's info at hairfocare dot org and our
website is www dot hair Forcare dot org.

Speaker 1 (42:43):
I know are there. Thank you so much, Rob, Yes, absolutely,
thank you. Is there anything that you want to share
before we sign up? Is there any type of a
promotion that you're offering, or any type of news service
that you've added that you might want to make people
aware of before we sign off this morning.

Speaker 5 (42:57):
Well, Rob, we always do the very best we can
and to facilitate and accommodate whatever situation or clans may have,
and we all we are flexible and we'll do everything
we can to ensure that we can provide care for
them with respect, compassion and developed dependability.

Speaker 1 (43:18):
Well, I can rest assured to let people know out
there that there'll be in good hands when they're working
with you and your organization. Once again, I thank you
for your time. You have a wonderful weekend and God
bless my friend.

Speaker 2 (43:29):
Thank you so much.

Speaker 5 (43:30):

trust every day with respect, confession and dependability.

Speaker 1 (44:06):
Good morning, Welcome back to the show. It is Saturday,
April twenty six, twenty twenty five. I'm privileged to be
here at iHeartRadio in West Palm Beach, Florida, where we're
now streaming on the iHeart app. I am Rob, the
director of Operations from the Greater South Florida Chamber of Commerce.
This is one of our weekly radio programs we do
best of South Florida business News. Have with us a
new members the Corporate Trustee Ambassador Gentleman's name is orn

(44:29):
Gold and he is one of the principles with Wall
Street Careers. What I'd like for you to do, obviously,
you provide excellent recruiting solutions for people within wealth management circles,
white collar companies. Can you go ahead and give out
your pertinent contact information, how people get a hold of you,
touch on the locations of your facilities, and then I

(44:51):
want to get right into it this morning. A few
key questions I'd like to ask you, go ahead.

Speaker 3 (44:55):
Sir, absolutely, ral thanks for having me this morning. I
really appreciate it. Please Wall Street Careers. We have a
few locations. Our main location is actually in Palm Beach
Gardens right on forty five PGA Boulevard, and we also
have a location in New York City in Manhattan. If

(45:16):
anybody wants to reach me directly, they can email me
at ORAN. That's O R. E. N at Wall Street
Careers dot com and my direct dial is two one
two six six one four seven five.

Speaker 1 (45:32):
Eight or And there are a lot of different things
that go on in today's world out there, and obviously
what I want you to do is touch on one
of the things and give a couple of key reasons.
Why did you create the Wall Street Careers SaaS platform
which connects job seekers to hiring managers. Can you elaborate

(45:54):
on that for the listing audience this morning?

Speaker 3 (45:57):
Absolutely, Rob So. A few years ago, we saw the
need for a hyper niche platform that caters to the
specific needs of the asset management industry. So think traditional
asset managers like mutual fund companies and alternative asset managers
like private equity funds and hedge funds. So these firms

(46:18):
always have a need for talent and the current market
of job job platforms is very broad, so LinkedIn anybody
from a trash man to a trader could be on there. Indeed,
the same thing. So all these job boards are super

(46:41):
broad and you get a lot of unwanted responses when
you post your job. Our platform was built from the
ground up that software as a service, and we make
this tedious process simple and streamlined with our proprietary technology.

Speaker 1 (46:57):
What makes this platform different or unique from the competition
like LinkedIn or indeed er zip, Can you elaborate on that?

Speaker 3 (47:05):
Absolutely?

Speaker 5 (47:06):
So.

Speaker 3 (47:06):
The Wall Street Careers platform was created to make the
job job search process easy and streamlined for candidates, and
it enables the employers who actually post their positions to
really swim in a pond versus an ocean for instance.
Like LinkedIn or indeed or Zip, they have every type
of job and candidate on it. Our platform is just

(47:30):
for the asset management industry, so it's very specific and
the candidates are curated just for this industry, so you're
not going to get any candidates responding to a job
post that isn't relevant.

Speaker 1 (47:48):
And what have candidates in the market been saying about
this new platform which helps them to connect with hiring
manager and asset management.

Speaker 3 (47:57):
Well, the feedback has been nothing short of amazing. They
love that they can access the entire industry right from
our platform, so it's one stop shop and that saves
them a tremendous amount of time. And the employers love
it as well because they're getting a very focused platform

(48:17):
of relevant candidates which lets them save a tremendous amount
of money on contingent fees and erroneous job advertisements.

Speaker 1 (48:29):
What has been the feedback of hiring managers.

Speaker 3 (48:31):
Or so Our clients love that they could access a
relevant pool of candidates quickly, and most importantly, at a
price point far lower than other platforms like LinkedIn or indeed,
so the Wall Street Careers platform gets them exactly what
they want and fast.

Speaker 1 (48:51):
And what other platforms does Wall Street Careers have?

Speaker 3 (48:56):
So Wall Street Careers has a retained search platform for
complex searches that requires stealth in the marketplace. For instance,
if a publicly traded company or a large private company
board wants to replace a member of the C suite
like the CEO, the COO, CFO, CTO, they need to
find that replacement quietly. They can't make waves in the market,

(49:18):
so their investors don't get scared away, which drives down
market caps. We also have a consulting platform which offers
our clients highly skilled industry professionals for short or long
term engagements across the middle and back office of our
clients' operations.

Speaker 1 (49:36):
Obviously, you're as well versed in this as anybody I've
spoke to in a considerable period of time, and you're
at the top of the pecking order, if you will,
for lack of better grammar, when it comes to your
industry classification. You're very, very well versed, and I don't
want to be redundant about that. What do you see
out there right now? I mean we have like two
three minutes left. What I'd like for you to do
is we give you the floor, but can you share

(49:58):
some of your pearls of wisdom? And to twenty twenty five?
As we've went through somewhat of a paradigm shift and
obviously there's a lot of uncertainty and as they say,
a lot of noise out there, can you anything you
want to share with the listening audience that may help
them to be successful?

Speaker 3 (50:12):
If you could, absolutely, If if you're a firm that
is looking for talent, the most important thing you can
do is to be very specific in what you're looking for.
There's a lot of candidates out there looking for new positions,

(50:34):
but the more detail you can give them the better.
And on the flip side, if you're a candidate looking
for a new role, make sure that you're applying to
a relevant role. Do not apply to a job that
you really don't have the skill set for. I know
it sounds like a pretty basic advice, but you'd be
surprised how many people apply to jobs that they're just

(50:57):
not relevant for. So that's I think the best piece
of advice I could give our listeners this morning, you know.

Speaker 1 (51:04):
And obviously what you just touched on, I'm sure there's
a couple of other things. What are some of the
other I don't we don't never like to use the
terminology mistakes, But what are some of the other shortcomings
that you may see people come up with when they're
in this field and they're looking to get hired or
they're looking to staff their facilities. What are the things

(51:24):
that you would encourage people to definitely not to do
if you could, Can you touch on a couple of those? Yeah?

Speaker 3 (51:30):
Absolutely, When it comes to a resume. The resume has
to be clear and to the point, we've seen so
many different versions of resumes that are just so long
winded that a hiring manager who's super busy will look
at it and just throw it aside. It's got to

(51:51):
hit them, it's got to hit them quick, or you're
not going to get the attention that you want. So
it's important to have a great resume. That's why we
actually have an in house resume writer who is available
to help with resume rewrites as an additional service that
our company offers. And from a company perspective, you know,
again you got to have the right culture and you've

(52:14):
got to be able to talk about some some of
the positives about your company that makes that separates you
from other firms.

Speaker 1 (52:23):
Oran, I want to thank you for your time this
morning one more time. If you give out your contact
information that people know how the can get ahold of
you until we have you on next segment. It's been
a pleasure and I look forward to conducting a series
of interviews with you over the course of the year.

Speaker 3 (52:34):
