Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome to the Greater South Florida Chamber Radio program with
your host to board president John Kroll of Kroll Realty.
Speaker 2 (00:16):
Good morning, Welcome back to the show. Is Saturday, the
twentieth of September twenty twenty five. We're a privilege to
be here this morning in West Palm Beach, Florida at
iHeartRadio where we're streaming on the iHeart app, have with
this corporate trustee, Ambassador Steven Sunshine from five Star Visibility.
That's the number five Star Visibility dot com. Folks, if
(00:36):
you're a member of the Greater South Florida Chamber of Commerce,
or if you're a member of our network and you
attend to our events, regardless, you're eligible to take advantage
of a promotion that's being run by five Star Visibility.
They have been kind enough to do a digital marketing
evaluation for our members and people that are members of
our network at no cost. Most companies charge for that.
(01:00):
But what I want to do, Steve, I want to
get right into it this morning, because you and I
talk about it regularly, and Steve's as well versed in
digital marketing as anybody.
Speaker 3 (01:08):
I've ever met.
Speaker 2 (01:09):
I've remember joking with Steve saying, hey, I remember one
time a year ago, we got a twelve to fifteen
percent return rate on our email blast an open rate,
and most people get three to five percent. But you know,
if you do a push notification, you're going to get
eighty to ninety percent. But more importantly, if you have
a digital marketing presence, you're okay. If you do not
(01:31):
have a digital marketing presence, you're not okay. You're probably
one of those people that are scratching your head saying
why am I not getting any business? Why do I
not have repeat customers? And why are we not gaining
any new business? Well, I'm going to get out of
the way and let Steve touch on all these different
things this morning, because it's very very important. But the
key thing, Steve, why are people not getting business because
(01:53):
they do not have a presence on the net? Correct?
Speaker 4 (01:58):
Well, a presence is important, absolutely, and new businesses struggle
to get their first presence up online their website, their
social media, their Google business profile, Google rankings and stuff
like that. But what a lot of companies have experienced
is the set it and forget it syndrome. They put
some effort into building a website and it might have
(02:20):
been in twenty twenty four or twenty twenty three the
last time they touched it. And their business is progressing,
their business is changing, evolving, but their website is two
years old. The messaging, the products, the services, maybe even
the pricing is old. And more importantly than that, if
(02:41):
it was working before and it's not working now, there
must be reasons. Is it technical reasons or is it
the competition has risen up and is now eating your lunch,
so to speak. So you've really got to understand what's
going on with your marketing. You know, it's not like
you know in the olden days, I spent X dollars.
(03:02):
I have my newspaper ad that comes out on Sunday
and we live and die off of that. Your online
marketing today works twenty four hours a day. If it's
done right, it works in every market your service, It
works in every product and service that you offer. It
beats the competition. It's an understanding and a strategy. One
(03:27):
thing that Google has taught us over the years is
that you have to earn your positioning, you have to
earn your customers, you have to beat the competition. Everybody's
trying for the same thing. You know, if you're an attorney,
or you're a plumber, or you sell t shirts, you
have lots of competition. Everybody is playing in the same pool,
(03:50):
and they all want to be first. They all want
all the customers. Well, if you are sitting next to
twenty other attorneys, why would they go see you over
those twenty. Well you could say, because I'm this and
i'm that. Well, you have to communicate that on your website.
You have to deliver the right presentation to get people
(04:11):
to act. Okay, it's one thing to get people to
get to your website, but for them to convert to
whatever you're looking for, a form, a quote, request, a
visit to your shop, a text message, whatever it is.
You have goals and you have to build your marketing
to reach those goals. And they're ever evolving, they're ever changing.
Speaker 2 (04:34):
Steve, what's the biggest misconception out there or the biggest
misnomer that you see or common mistake that's made by
small business owners medium sized business owners. A lot of
people don't know marketing like you know it inside. Now,
you've been doing it for a number of years, you're
well worsed in it. What are there some of the
common mistakes and pitfalls that you see people making that
(04:54):
could be overcome.
Speaker 4 (04:56):
Yeah, there's two big ones. First is that your messaging
on your website is ineffective or incorrect. If your people
inside your company are saying you're the fastest house cleaners
in the West. Okay, maybe your house cleaning service, and
I'll just give you this example, you're the fastest cleaners
(05:19):
in the West. But you say that to them, but
on the website it says we take meticulous care and
get everything done right, and our typical service takes six hours.
So your salespeople and your support people and your people
are on the phones are saying one thing, and then
people are going to your website and it says something different.
(05:40):
It doesn't line up, so you lose that trust from
your audience or your target customers. That's number one, that
the messaging isn't kept updated. Number two is you're not
competing with your competitors. You're not going to level playing field.
You don't have the advantages shouted out on the hilltop
(06:03):
to why they should buy from you compared to your competitors.
You know, if McDonald's and Burger King and Wendy's in
every other burger place didn't have differences or advantages. Why
would you go there? But every day McDonald's is advertising
to beat Burger King and Wendy's is advertising to beat McDonald's.
They know each other, they know the pricing, they know
(06:24):
what they're offering, they know what they feature every day.
But what small businesses do is they just build a
website or just build a minuscule footprint online and then
leave it and they expect to get business. Or they
spend a few dollars on advertising and they say, come
(06:44):
choose us as a plumber. We're great. But there's no
real advantage to the consumer to choose you over anybody else,
So why would they choose you? Just because you spent
effort or spent money in digital marketing doesn't mean you
have earned business, and you have to do it correctly.
(07:04):
So you either have to invest in you learning it yourself,
hiring somebody into your staff, or looking outside for a
professional organization that it does this every day and then
can guide you into making the right choices. And the
biggest thing that happens when you get an outside service
is they'll stop you from wasting a lot of money.
(07:27):
They'll give you the direction, the path to spend money
efficiently if they're a good company, and we hope all
digital marketing companies are good companies, you know, we hope,
but they have to give you the right direction. If
you're spending five grand a month in advertising and your
business isn't going great, then something's wrong. You know, something
(07:48):
is being done inefficiently. Maybe there's too much competition in
the market. Maybe they're advertising wrong, maybe there's technical mistakes,
maybe they're targeting the wrong people, or they're just letting
it go every month after month knowing that it's not
going to work. You know. What we've put together with
the Chamber is a digital marketing evaluation service. It's a
(08:11):
free service that we will do for you. All you
have to do is fill out the online format five
Star Visibility dot com slash Chamber, and we'll look at
approximately sixty five different metrics of your digital footprint or
your digital presence and give you a simple abcd F
grade so you can kind of understand what a professional
(08:33):
is analyzing what you have out in the marketplace. You know,
in a free, no obligation service we'll provide for you.
It takes us a few days, and it's a real
marketing expert looking at your website, looking at your social media,
looking at your competitors, looking at your Google rankings and
(08:53):
your Google performance. We look at it and then we
give you this report, and then we sit down and
we'll discuss it. We'll tell you your opportunities. Hey, you're doing
really good here, maybe you should double down. Or you're
doing really bad here, maybe you should put some focus there.
And then you can do it yourself. You know, ninety
nine percent of the stuff in this world for digital
(09:14):
marketing you can do yourself. But you don't probably have
the skill, the time, the resources, or you know the
wherewithal to do it. But you can do yourself, or
you can hire a professional company like our company, five
Star Visibility in Fort Lauderdale. We're focus on small businesses
of all different types. But you know, we really want
to sit down with you and try to guide you
(09:36):
to success. That's the key thing that we know. We
know what works, we know what doesn't work, and we
know how to try and test and prove our theories
with real data, real analytics, real sales information and prove
to you that, look, this is effective or sometimes things fail.
(09:56):
Not every ad works, not every social post works, and
you have to learn from everything. It's a it's a
continuous process of improving your capabilities, just like any other business.
You know, if you're a plumber, you're eventually going to
get more skilled and more knowledgeable. And I've handled every
problem in the world and you're better. Same thing with
(10:17):
digital marketing. It's not a magic pill, or it's not
you know, a magic or potion. Its effort and it's
doing the right things one after another and continually doing it.
Speaker 2 (10:32):
It's ironic you say that, Steve, because I saw the commercial.
I know you've heard it. I've witnessed it on TV,
and I've heard it on radio, and it's on the
internet now and it's from Pure Talk. And the gentleman goes,
I told my mother about Pure Talk. She's been with
Verizon for years and she can cut her bill by
seventy five dollars a month. And my mother said it
was too good to be true. And the reason being
(10:53):
is because Verizon is spending twelve billion dollars a year
on advertising and Pure Talk spends nowhere here that amount
of money, and so they're able to offer the services
at a lower rate. You know when you hear you
hear things like that, you see different things like that.
It's ironic. But the thing that you just touched on
for the listening audience that's so ironic is that most
(11:14):
people don't know anything about digital marketing. It's just like,
if you get into a jam, you're not going to
go up up against the irs alone. You're going to
hire someone, an agency or a tax attorney to help you. Obviously,
if you have some type of a medical issue, unless
you're from the country and you're growing up in the
rural area and you had the one horse doctor, you're
(11:35):
not going to go alone. You're going to try to
make sure you get the best medical experts to give
you the best diagnosis. Well, when it comes to marketing,
if you don't know anything about marketing and you're just
an individual as a great salesperson or a business owner
and you don't know about the admin side of things,
and marketing is the most important thing for a business
because that's your bread and butter. That's where you're going
to continue to grow, that's how you're going to expand
(11:58):
your business, and that's where your business. This is going
to make her to break it depending upon the amount
of revenue that comes in. And if you're not marketing properly,
chances are you're not going to succeed. That's why I
encourage everybody to use five Star Visibility. Worked with a
lot of companies over the years, I really have. We
have for years, never have seen a company that's more effective,
that has a better presence. And the great thing about Steve,
(12:20):
he has the ability to break things down for you
like he and I know I'm not a great marketing person.
That's not my fortee. You know, I wear that hat
for the chamber as a marketing director. I know certain
things about how to market what we're doing, and I
know certain things about marketing in a sense, but as
far as like marketing and the true aspect of marketing
(12:43):
and what it is is putting out your message and
hoping that you get a positive return on your investment.
That's why you want to go through this digital marketing
evaluation with five Star Visibility because they're going to be
able to tell you do this, don't do this, You're
wasting money here. You should be putting money there. And
touch on that, Steve, because we have a couple of
(13:03):
minutes left, Yeah, Yeah, you're doing it. You're giving people
a line item perspective saying this is what we found
and this is what you need to do. We got
about ninety seconds left, so go ahead and touch on
that and then give your information before we sign off
this morning.
Speaker 4 (13:19):
Yeah. The key thing is that it's an independent expert
eye looking at what is out there in the public,
exactly what your potential customers are going to see. Once
sometimes businesses are so close to what they're doing is
they can't see the obvious stuff. They can't see what
the customer perceives the business. Their reputation is built in
(13:42):
their own head and their own ego that oh, we're
the best plumbers in town, or we're the best barber
in town, nobody should go anyplace else. Well, if the
consumer doesn't know that, doesn't see it, doesn't see it
compared versus the competitors, then is it really true. You
know it's not because it's not helping you. So you know,
(14:03):
business is challenging. It's tough to keep the lights on,
it's tough to keep the doors open. But the thing
that I want to touch on last is that you
know the time to do digital marketing and to really
focus on marketing is when things are successful, when things
are happening in a positive light. Don't wait until business
has dried up and you're desperate for money and you're saying, boy,
(14:27):
business is so slow, maybe we should do some marketing. That's,
you know, one on one wrong direction. You need to say,
I need to do marketing every day of the year
to keep my business moving forward, to protect me against
the competitors. So to summarize again, we're offering a free
digital marketing evaluation through the Chamber. If you go to
(14:49):
five Star Visibility dot com five with the number five
slash chamber five Star Visibility dot com slash chamber, we'll
be happy to get this out to you. Takes this
cup days again, our experts will look at it and
give you a no obligation result report and it's a
good benchmark. If you do it once a year with us,
(15:09):
you'll kind of see if you're getting better or growing.
And then if you want to talk to me personally,
you can give us a call at five Star Visibility
dot com and my phone number right here in the
office is nine to five four two eight nine five

he and his family started the River City's Gazette. Tom
Curtis is a household name nationwide in Miami and Miami Springs.
(17:39):

the season. World champion Miami Dolphins nineteen seventy two, undefeated
Dolphins and Tom and his family have been the staple
for information and they've been the main thing going on
in Miami Springs for over forty five years. You got
Miami Springs, Virginia Gardens and Drab, but most importantly the
(18:03):
River City's Gazette. Folks. They are going digital. They're doing it.
It's a long overdue, obviously, but it's a big step.
But obviously it's a step that they're going to handle
comfortably and they're well on their way to doing that.
Brad really excited about continuing to work with you and
your team. Kudos and hats off to you and your
father and your family. Also want to give a special
shout out to Uncle Hanks hideaway in Miami Springs, Florida. Folks,
(18:27):
if you're in Miami Springs on Canal Street, stopping at
Uncle Hank's got the best food. My go to moves
always a slider in the burger. Everything there is good,
from the ice cream to the chicken and waffles, the pasta, seafood.
It's all good. But I want to get out of
your way.
Speaker 6 (18:42):
Bra.
Speaker 2 (18:43):
I don't want to let you share with everyone what's
going on. I know we got the event going on
later today at the Miami Springs at All Community Center,
but you've got a lot of stuff happening, and you're
going digital, my friend. Congratulations.
Speaker 7 (18:54):
Yes, so thanks so all. I love good morning, and
good morning to all the listeners here on the AM radio.
And we appreciate you guys for you know, giving us
this chance to you know, get hurt a little bit
outside of just the River Cities areas. You know, we
got it covered around here. And if you know what
you're doing around here, you know that you need to
(19:15):
follow River Cities Gazette here not only on social media,
but now our web based platform, which is the entire paper,
is going to an online publication where you know, you
don't have to subscribe, You don't have to fill out
an application or check the box and say I hereby
agree to blah blah blah. You just hop on for free.
(19:36):
You read the articles, you look at the photos, and
it's just a great user friendly you know. The the
online website is is Rivercitiesgazette dot net. That cities plural
River Cities Gazette dot net and we got a really easy,
user friendly, great website where you can switch into Spanish
(19:56):
if you don't speak English, or you can raise the
size of the front. You know, connected to all the
local social media and you know websites, and it's just
a great, great way to continue the legacy of greatness
that I've earned from my father, who is, you know,
a well known character around here and that we're all
so proud of, and people, you know, send him cards
(20:19):
all the time, like sports cards with him on the
colts and please autograph and marat back. And you know,
we're all very busy. And I'm here taking over the
Helm as the publisher. My father retired and the editor,
Bill Daily retired, So I got a lot of work
here cut out for you. But you know what, I'd
rather be busy than sitting on the couch like a
(20:39):
lazy bum. So that's what I'm doing. And I'm out
and about. I'm a busy bee, and you know, I
got things to do and people to speak to. And
and check the cash. You know what I mean.
Speaker 2 (20:52):
You know, Brad, I do know what you mean. And
kudos and hats off to you, my friend. Obviously. You know,
greatness does not skip generations. Your father great. Obviously you're
great as well, also, dear friend of mine. And you know,
I just wanted to take a minute because you know,
you and I had talked about this. I want to
take a minute to recognize and acknowledge the loss of
Charlie Kirk. I know that Brad and his family and
(21:13):
everybody in Miami Springs were big fans of Charlie Kirk,
and we are mourning for Charlie. He is a wonderful
human being. And I know the Curtis family believed in
what Charlie Kirk's mission and purpose was, just as we
believe in the Curtis family. And you know, I have
full faith in you, Brad. I know you're going to
do the same thing your father did because not to
be redundant. You know, greatness does not skip generations. And
(21:35):
kudos and hatsop to your brother over at Uncle Hanks Hideaway.
They're doing great things as well. And you know, we're
really pumped about the relationship with you and your organization
and anybody in that immediate area. If you've got anything
going on and you want to get it advertised, reach
to the Curtis family, reach to River City's Gazette. They
have Miami Springs in that immediate area. In this running
(21:57):
area is on lock. And if you want some great food,
go to Uncle Hanks Hideaway. Brad also works regularly with
the people at the Nineteenth Hole and the Miami Springs
Country Club because River City's Gazette is the official publication
for the city of Miami Springs and we're privileged and
honored to be continuing to work with you and your team.
Speaker 4 (22:15):
Brad.
Speaker 7 (22:17):
Yes, definitely, you got that right. It's a sad situation
what happened to Kurk, but you know, we're going to
try and look at the bright side and focus on
the positive, like right here at the Miami Springs Country
Club inside Whole nineteen where Wednesday night is karaoke, you know,
second to none, and you know Friday night is our
(22:37):
disco eighties freestyle, a war party with Miami Master DJ
Carlo Sonic, and of course Saturday night is live music.
And this Saturday night after the Holistic Healthfare and business Expo.
You can come to Whole nineteen and watch Allies and
they're a great local band. And then next week on
Saturday night will be Viva. So yeah, Home nineteen's got
(22:57):
it on lock and delicious food you need eat all night.
You can drink full liquor bar and it's right here
inside the lovely Miami Springs Country Club. So got to
give a huge shout out to them, and they got
it on lock around here and they are the hot
spots indeed.
Speaker 2 (23:12):
And also in the city of Miami Springs. Correct me
if I'm wrong with my friend. We have a hidden gem.
A lot of people may not know who this individual is.
I know you know him because he's a dear friend
of yours as well as mine. But we have Raymond
Anton and his wife and out of the ashes. But
ray Anton is as close as anybody I've ever seen.
If you shut your eyes and you saw him doing
Van Halen, you would know if it was Eddie or him.
(23:34):
Ray is one of the most talented guitar players that
I've ever heard, and he and his band are phenomenal,
and I imagine they're going to be playing somewhere in
that area in the near future. Correct.
Speaker 7 (23:44):
Well, absolutely, they're the number one band around here that
you know, Raise a resident, a longtime term resident of
Miami Springs and they tour around the country. He was
just you know, he goes to Vegas and plays out
of the ashes. Him and his wife are leaders, and
they're just an amazing band. They've played here a whole
nineteen a few times and they you know, they're the local.
(24:07):
They run stuff around here as far as the rock
and roll bands, the live music, they're top shelf definitely
and Raise the best. And he'll be playing acoustic guitar
at our Holistic Healthfare Saturday at the Miami Springs Adult
Community Center, so come and check us out. We got
free pizza from a little bit of Philly, free sliders
(24:28):
from my brother's restaurant, Uncle Hank's Hideaway, and it's just
an amazing, happy event of positive energy. Everyone's smiling and
laughing and hugging and high fiving and you can't beat
that around here. Just positive energy, people finding simple pleasures
like the Holistic Healthfare and business Expo and enjoying it
flying into their life.
Speaker 2 (24:47):
And to the gentleman who hijacked all the sliders last time,
Brad and I both have We have our alert systems out.
We have extra security. So if you go to hijack
all the sliders this time and Brad and I don't
get one, and we may try to tackle you before
you get the last one, because they are delicious, but
we want everyone to get one, and we want everyone
to have a great time. We're really pumped about it.
We're excited about it because obviously we've got care access there.
(25:11):
They're going to be doing screenings for people later today
who may suffer from Alzheimer's or dementia. They're doing blood
draws to make sure people can find out if they're
susceptible to that. We also have garden Health. They're doing
the cooler rectal exams. There's an organization there doing clinical trials.
So if you want to find a way to subsidize
your income and make four or five six thousand dollars
(25:32):
in a month, you can do that as well. Obviously,
you can enroll for all the marketing programs that are
going on through River City's Gazette, and if you do
enroll on Saturday or anytime between now and the end
of the month, you do get a free complementary membership
equipped with a radio ad of thirty or sixty seconds
in the Greater South Florida Chamber of Commerce. Because the
(25:52):
River City's Gazette is one of our corporate trustee members
and we're just pumped about continuing to work with them,
and we'll be back in October, in December, and real quickly, Brad,
before we check out this morning and I'll see you
later today, go ahead and give everyone the information on
how they can get a hold of you in any
promotions that you're running right now as you're going digital.
And I'm really pumped about working with you, buddy.
Speaker 7 (26:15):
Yes, you too, and you're great too, Rob. I'd just
like to make a note of it. You know, greatness
surrounds themselves with greatness, and you and I came together
for a reason and that's what we're doing. And you know,
like I said, the River Cities Gazette is the local
news around here, and we got it covered, whether it's
our social media platforms on Instagram or Facebook. You know,
(26:39):

Speaker 2 (28:00):
Good morning, Welcome back to the show. It is the
twentieth of September on a Saturday morning. We're privileged to
be here in West Palm Beach, Florida. I heard Radio
war Now streaming on. I heard app have with me
longtime corporate Trustee Ambassador Joseph McCormick. He is one of
our corporate ambassadors, and Joe's been helping Florida businesses with
(28:21):
R and D and tax credits and payroll savings and
a lot of other programs that a lot of our
chamber members have taken advantage of. But today he's here
with something a little different. Joe, I've been seeing all
these billboards all over because you know, I'm from Miami
to Vero on a regular basis, north and south. They're
all over town, and people are buzzing. For those who
feel like they may have missed out on bitcoin. What's
(28:43):
going on? Talk a little bit about texit, capital, te
x it, my friend.
Speaker 8 (28:50):
Exit coin, Yeah, and then bitcoin. You know, rob Bitcoin
made a lot of millionaires, a lot of few billionaires
that as well, So if you missed that boat, you
might want to listen to what I'm going to talk
about today, So it's great to be with you, and
let's talk to Texa Coin or TXC. This is a
(29:12):
grassroots project. It's not even a project anymore, it's reality.
It was put together out in Texas by a fellow
name by the name of Bobby Gray, and Bobby's kind
of a legend in the currency world. He even testified
in front of Congress on a domestic monetary policy, so
he's known in the circles. He's been following crypto for years.
(29:35):
I never put his foot into it because he saw
the downside. You know, there's thousands of cryptos out there,
so he's probably the most famous person you've never heard
of in the arena. Most people don't know, but you
know until now. So in the last year, and as
I was writing these notes, rob numbers actually jumped up.
(29:59):
In your Texa coin is surged over forty six hundred percent.
I can tell you today it's over sixty three hundred percent.
As the coin is trading at six dollars and thirty cents.
I came on board less than a month agos two
dollars and forty five cents, so it's on the trajectory.
Their biggest goal right now is the path to sixteen dollars,
(30:23):
and they want to do that by February. And I
can tell you right now they are ahead of schedule
on that. They are ahead of schedule. And since I've
been talkinging and marketing the TX doing a lot of
folks have been asking, well, what's the difference in this
in this coin? What makes it different than the sea?
(30:43):
I mean, and there's thousands crypto rob you know that.
Well here, yeah, so here is a way that you
can get involved with a one time investment, one time
investment and have a gold booth if you will, on
the cryptocurrency highway that's going to produce TX coins for
(31:03):
you for the next one hundred and thirty eight years.
That's right. This is generational now. Right now, this coin
for one seat and one minor seat, as we call it,
one toll booth is spitting out like one coin a day.
Well you can do the math on that. And it's
at six dollars today and we're looking at sixteen dollars
(31:25):
by February. So we're very confident in that. And before
I go any further, I do want to say this.
I'm going to jump right to this disclaimer? Is that
okay with you?
Speaker 7 (31:33):
Rob?
Speaker 2 (31:34):
Yeah? Please, because I was going to say, do you
need a disclaimer with this?
Speaker 8 (31:39):
Absolutely? So I'm not offering financial advice and I'm not
making any promises or guarantees, So please consult your own
financial advisor and performing your own due diligence. Crypto is unregulated,
unregulated areas, risk and no question about it. It's the
wild wild West. Now that being said, the texic coin
(32:00):
team has gone above and beyond to create a safe,
transparent US based project, the only one of its kind
that's drawing so much interest here. So I did want
to get that out of the way again. Another thing
that makes it interesting, Bobby Gray, like I said, did
a lot of homework over the years on crypto before
(32:20):
he ventured into it. And what he has saw that
the brokerage houses out there and China influence and the
price manipulation by people that buy gobs and gobs of
a certain coin that has been the downfall indirectly, not
even indirectly directly the downfall Bobby and his team have
(32:42):
put together, so they're very conscious on how much is purchased.
It's a supply and demand thing. There's no Asian influence whatsoever.
You aren't going to see at any of the big
banks or brokerage houses too. So again it's for the people.
That's sort of like their tagline, the crypto for the people.
(33:04):
So pretty exciting, rob it is.
Speaker 2 (33:07):
And if you think about it in perspective, Joe, go
back twenty five years ago physical and leverage metals. I
was in commodities, so I've shared with you off air,
and then obviously you look at people who have been
into the things, whether it's high growth, high yield, high
risk stuff. I mean, for instance, let's look at the
(33:28):
different things that people that have been in commodities, or
let's look at oil and gas or people that are
drilling wildcat holes. I mean, come on, it's like digital
currency is the wave of the future. It's going to
continue to happen, regardless of whether people want it to stop.
The waters bust through the dam. You know, it's like
it's there. It's going to continue to happen, you know,
(33:50):
And I appreciate you keeping it real and letting people
know your perspective on it. But I think it's an
excellent opportunity something I'm definitely going to get involved with
because I believe in it, and I believe it is
the way of the future, you know, and you look
at look at the Internet forty years ago, forty five
years ago, Joe, It's like Bill Gates. Bill Gates told people,
he said, either you're going to conform and you're going
(34:12):
to get involved with it, or you're going to get
left behind. And look at all the businesses that got
left behind and that didn't make it. And then you
look at all the businesses that prospered during the dot
com era, you know, and that made it. So it's like,
you know, I just both firmly believe in a digital currency.
I firmly believe in this platform that you're helping to
(34:33):
roll out for people. And obviously anybody that reviews Bobby
Gray knows that the guy is well versed in what
he in what he does. And I had the liberty
to take a look at it. I said to myself, Wow,
he's got an impeccable reputation, so he knows what he's doing,
you know. And obviously, once again not to be redundant,
it's great to see that folks are keeping it real, jell.
(34:53):
If someone wants more information, how do they get it?
And give people some of your pearls of wisdom. You're
very well versed.
Speaker 8 (35:01):
In this, go ahead, no problem. We've we've got an
excellent full report on TXC. It's a free report. And
the listeners, if they would like, they got a pencil
and write this short little website down and just go
out there and request this free report. The website is
(35:22):
www dot t xc f l A dot info. That's
www Dot t xc f l A dot info. And
it's a very informative report. It's going to give you
a better than a thirty thousand foot view, and it's
going to tell you about the texacoin story Bobby Gray
(35:44):
and how to get involved in this. And I want
to stress something, you don't have to know anything about
crypto again. You buy your toll booth, you invest in
your toll booth, set it and forget it and you're
good to go. So that's www. Dot x c f
l A dot info and you'll get that straight away.
So as I tell all my friends and family that
(36:08):
are participating in that, one of my opening lines was
how did you do with bitcoin? They say I missed
the boat. I said, let's not miss this boat, all right,
let's not miss this boat t x c f l
A dot info and jump on, jump on the rocket chip.
Now there's only so many seats that are going to
be sold, so many toll boots that are going to
(36:28):
be sold, and our experts are believing it's going to
probably not be available in six months. But you know
that's a that's a beautiful problem to have.
Speaker 2 (36:36):
Rob Absolutely, once again, Joe, if you could give that
information out, I believe you said it was www dot
t x c f l A dot info correct.
Speaker 8 (36:49):
Absolutely, Yeah, that's it.
Speaker 4 (36:50):
That's it.
Speaker 8 (36:51):
And if someone doesn't have access to the computer or
please give me a call. You can give me a
call straight away at nine zero four six four three
six four zero six. Might get an answering machine, but
that's okay. I will call you back nine zero four
sixty four three sixty four zero six or go to
(37:13):
the website PxC FLA dot.
Speaker 2 (37:16):
Info and folks. On Thursday the twenty fifth, from three
thirty till seven pm, Joe will be with us here
at three zero seven to one Continental Drive also referred
to as iHeartRadio in West Palm Beach, Florida, for our
business networking event that's going on this coming week and

presentation on that up on stage. Really, really really lucky
(37:40):
to have you as a member of our organization, to
have you on the roster as one of our corporate
Trusty Ambassadors in Joe's one of the easiest people to
work with. He simplifies things, he keeps it real. He'll
break it down to you, you know, Like he said,
you don't have to know anything about crypto, you know.
I mean, I had a buddy of mind that sold
more cars than anybody that I've ever met in my life.
(38:00):
And if you opened up the hood and asked him
where the motor was, he wouldn't be able to tell you.
So go figure, you know, go figure.
Speaker 6 (38:07):
You know.
Speaker 2 (38:08):
So, Mike Leach was one of the greatest college football
coaches of all time. You never threw a pass in

Good morning, welcome back to the show. It is Saturday,
the twentieth of September twenty twenty five. Other year's Flying
Folks has been wet and wild out there. Make sure
you drive safely, bring your umbrellas out when you're out today.
Our next guest this morning is Rich Folk. He's with
timeshare contract Resolution and Folks, anybody out there has had
the misfortune of doing a timeshare presentation can be quite gruesome. Well,
(39:48):
if you've went ahead and made that purchase and you
found that you made a mistake, this company's the one
you want to lean on and you want to refer
to to help you get out of that. And that's
what they specialize in. And when we get out of
the way and Rich to introduce themselves. Thank you for
being with us this morning, Rich.
Speaker 11 (40:03):
Right on, Rob, Thanks buddy. First of all, we appreciate
the time very very much and we appreciate the relationship. So,
as you know, my business partner and I worked for
the largest times to developed on the planet for you know,
a couple of decades. I was I was there for
over over twenty years as executive vice president for sales
(40:25):
and marketing. So both my business partner and I are
you know, well versed in, you know, the the operations
of the of the timeshare industry. And to be to
be honest, we really never envisioned that we'd be on
this side of the fence, you know, helping people that
have been misrepresented. But when we got out of that
industry and we started kind of realizing that there were
(40:46):
some companies that were popping up. We thought, you know, hey,
who better than us, you know, to get in that
and if we're going to do it, you know, let's
let's do it right. One of the things that we
did notice before we got into this industry is that
there were some people in our space that we're you know,
maybe maybe just as discredited as you know the timeshare companies.
(41:07):
And so what we wanted to do was make sure
that you know, if we do get in the business,
that we.
Speaker 4 (41:12):
Do it right.
Speaker 2 (41:13):
That's awesome, you know, and you do do it right.
You got all the eyes across all the Teaser Organization's
extremely credible and reputable. Rich for the listening audience out there,
because a lot of people are not aware of this.
Can any timeshare owner exit their timeshare or are there
specific requirements or qualifications for a timeshare owner to exit
their timeshare contract? Elaborate on that for us.
Speaker 11 (41:35):
Yeah, that's a great question. So, you know, it's somewhat
of a it's not a specific answer necessarily, And let
me explain that we we turn down more more folks
than we actually bring on as clients. Now, our business,
as you know, our company, as you know, is different
from the standpoint that we focus mostly on people that
(41:57):
have been almost exclusively we focus on the folks that
have been subjected to unethical or misitting sales practices. You know.
So the reality is there are some folks out there
that we talk to that, unfortunately we can't help as
much as we would like to. You know, if if
and again, and you and I have talked about this before,
(42:19):
you know, at timeshare contract resolution, we're not what I
would consider time share haters by any stretch of the imagination.
There are some folks that are quite happy with their timeshare.
There are some developers that do it right. What we
focus on are folks that have been subjected to misleading
or unethical sales practices. As an example, if if you're
folks that have owned the timeshare for a number of years,
(42:40):
and maybe now you're empty nesters, and for whatever reason,
the timeshare doesn't fit your lifestyle, you know, that's not
necessarily the developer's fault, right, So so those folks might
have to go a different route.
Speaker 7 (42:53):
Now.
Speaker 11 (42:54):
On the contrary, if you've been subjected to unethical and
misitting sales practices, that's the difference or in those are
what we focus on and as you and I have
talked about in the past. Yeah, it can be a
pretty short walk with a lot of the developers, not
all the developers, but there are some that you know
have been misrepresented, and those those are the ones that
(43:14):
you know, yes we you know, there is hope. You know,
if if somebody's elder or they've been subjected to unethical
or misleading sales practices, they've they've been you know, subjected
to high pressures, misrepresented anyway, those those are the folks that, yes,
we can't help and yes there is a light at
the end of the time, these people can get out,
(43:35):
you know rich.
Speaker 2 (43:36):
Based upon your experience, can you give us a few
examples of how time show developers have either misrepresented your
clients or what deceptive marketing tactics have they possibly used
in any way? Elaborate on that please.
Speaker 11 (43:49):
Yeah. So you know, there's a number of them. I'm
just going to focus on a few of the main
ones that we get. One of them that we get
a lot is is they presented as a real estate purchase.
They they present it as you know, you're building equity.
If you know, Las Vegas is one of the most
popular timeshare destinations a lot of people fall victim to
(44:09):
those timeshare presentations Las Vegas. And what's commonly said in
those presentations is that you can own a piece of
the strip. Well, the truth of the matter is is
that it's not a real estate purchase. It's not a mortgage,
and you know, you don't have equity. It's a right
to use, just like a you know, a membership to
a club would be like you know, working out at
(44:30):
you know, you know, a gym or something like that.
It's it's not a real estate purchase. And so a
lot of these people they think that they have equity,
and obviously they don't. You know, you can't borrow against it.
You're not going to build equity. They'll go in as
for an upgrade. And we call it ghost equity because
what will happen is that the people will go into
(44:51):
to a sales facility under the pretense of a so
called update and it just turns out being an upgrade.
And what the else people will tell them is that
you can just take the equity that you've built up
and we'll just roll it over into into an upgrade. Well,
there is there is no equity. That's why I call
it ghost equity and so all they're all they're really
(45:11):
doing is just you know, just upgrading these people and
taking more of their money. So that's a real common one.
The other one that we hear a lot is and
of late, we're hearing it more than ever. I think
it's because of the time of year. But what happens
when these these timeshare owners are you know, in the
hot tub and they're you know, they're interacting with with
(45:33):
other guests at the resort. What they're finding is that
a lot of the people that they're you know, hanging
out with at the resort went through you know, booking
dot Com or you know Expedia, and they're paying one
hundred and eight nine dollars a night for a facility
that they're paying tens of thousands of dollars to access.
Speaker 2 (45:52):
Absolutely all the time tracks that companies out there, and
there's a ton of them, for lack of better grammar,
What do you feel sets timeshare contractution apart from all
the different competitors.
Speaker 11 (46:04):
Well, unfortunately, there are a lot of companies out there.
What I want to really stress, Robin is that, you know,
first and foremost, we want to be a you know,
a consumer advocate. We want to be somebody that can recommend,
suggest or encourage these people. You know, again, we want
to help everybody. Unfortunately we can't. If somebody fits into
(46:26):
our model and we feel like they've been subjected to
miss missrepresentations, we want to earn their business, but we're
not going to you know, it's not going to work.
We're we're gonna get everybody's business that we want to.
And so what we want to be first and foremost,
and what separates us is that truly we want to
be an advocate. So in other words, you know, if
for whatever reason we can't earn your business, we're here
(46:49):
as a resource. And if you go on our website
and you'll see the testimonies on there, you'll see the podcast,
and you'll see the different things that we're doing just
as an advocate first and foremost. And so that does
separate us is that a lot of the times are
and you're right, there's a lot of them out there,
and so you know again that sometimes unfortunately we come
(47:09):
across people that not only have they been misrepresented by
a timeshare developer, but you know, maybe they've been misrepresented
by you know, an exit company. And so that's a
that's a double sting, right, Like they've they've been burned twice,
and so you know that's really super unfortunate. So, you know,
if we get a bad review, and if you've gone
(47:30):
on our BBB or you go on the website, or
you go on Google, you know, if if forever reason
and it's rare, but if we ever get a bad review,
it's house on fire around here. We just you know,
you can't be consumer consumer advocate and not have just
stellar reviews, stellar testimonials. It just it doesn't you know,
it's not congruent. I mean, so I would say that
(47:52):
that's what separates us is that we truly, first and
foremost are you know, looking to help these people any
way that we can. It doesn't always mean that we're
going to bring as a client. There's a lot of
other reasons, a lot of other ways we can help
these people that maybe for whatever reason it didn't fit
into our model, but we're certainly going to be there
for you know, helping them through the you know, the
(48:12):
the challenges that they're going through.
Speaker 2 (48:15):
Rich What is the best way for our listeners to
contact Timeshare Contract Resolution?
Speaker 11 (48:19):
Well, you can you can reach us by phone at
five two zero four six seven six nine five zero
or timesharecontract Resolution dot com. You know, the website is
pretty robust, and that's probably the best way to hop
on there and get a really good feeling for our
(48:40):
reviews and just kind of what we stand for as
a company. Their reviews are huge. If they're a credit
to the BBB, how long they've been in business, you know,
do they have testimonials? Are they are they real people
or they just bought testimonials? You know, those are the
things that that I and by the way, we do
that all the time. You know, sometimes you've got to
nurture these people over a period of weeks or months
(49:01):
before you do earn their business. And that's what we
preach here is that first and foremost, be an advocate,
right be someone that can, you know, help encourage these people.
It doesn't mean you're going to get their business right away,
you know. So that's what we're constantly telling people all
the time, is just be careful. If we can't earn
your business, just be cautious. We've even sent there are
a couple of companies that Okay, we get that, we
(49:24):
appreciate that that's actually a reputable company you know, we
deal with those those people. We you know, if you're
going to go that route, then you know fantastic. We're
not going to bad mouth the company specifically, but we
do spend a lot of time just trying to help
people make the right decision.
Speaker 2 (49:40):
