Speaker 1 (00:16):
Good morning everyone. My name is Pastor Gale and I
have Stephanie. Say hi Stephanie.

Speaker 2 (00:21):
Hey everybody, how you doing tonight. We're so glad to
be here with you. Thank you for having me. Pastor Gail.

Speaker 1 (00:26):
Are you excited about this program?

Speaker 2 (00:28):
I'm excited to be a blessing. Ah.

Speaker 1 (00:31):
I like that. We're going to break down another rock song,
kind of a rock song, an old song. You know
it as I can see clearly now the rain is gone.
So I it is a classic. I'm a classic Lana.
So the reason this one I'm going to call this
show scene clearly. I don't know if you've ever dove

(00:53):
under the water and open your eyes, you don't always
see clearly. Yeah, it's hard to focus.

Speaker 2 (00:57):
And.

Speaker 1 (00:59):
So this song I can see clearly now the I
can see clearly now by Johnny Nash. I'm gonna read
some of the lyrics and then I'm gonna give you
my lyrics I wrote. I rewrote this song. Sorry, Johnny,
Sorry Johnny. I felt like I needed some hope. He says,

(01:19):
I can see clearly now the rain is gone. I
can see all obstacles in my way. Gone are the
dark days that had me blind gonna have a bright, bright,
bright sunny day. So what I did is I rewrote
this song like this, I put I can see clearly

(01:40):
now the Lord has come. I can see all entanglements
in my way. Gone are the dark days of a
sinful life. Gonna have a bright, bright, bright bright new
life in Christ. Look all around. There's nothing about new life.
Look straight ahead, look at Jesus Christ. And I can't

(02:00):
tell you how tempted I was to sing. Now now
I know I'm not a singer, so we'll refrain. I'll
leave this singing to the experts. And so I just
think that's a great song because a lot of people
can't see clearly in the day in which we live.
We just come through a political season and I don't
talk about politics, and people are having a very hard

(02:21):
time seeing their way ahead. They've lost hope, they've lost encouragement.
Some people are feeling like they're on top of the world,
and other people feel like they're on the bottom of
the barrel. Yeah, but I just love it. I can
see clearly now the Lord has come. Come on, I
can see all entanglements in my way. Gone are the
dark days of a sinful life. Because sin is dark

(02:44):
and Jesus is light. Going to have a new, new
new life in Christ. Look straight ahead. I think the
Bible tells us to look at Jesus, right, he says
in Hebrews Chapter I think it is twelve. Fix your
eyes on Jesus, the author and the picture of the Faith.
So I heard a rumor, Stephanie, that you kind of
rewrote that song. Can you tell some of the lyrics

(03:06):
you got with that song.

Speaker 2 (03:08):
Yeah, So we actually sing that particular song as a
prophetic sound over people sometimes because there is a reality
that sometimes people feel like they can't see because the
obstacles in front of them.

Speaker 1 (03:18):
Right.

Speaker 2 (03:19):
But like you're saying, when we fix our eyes on Jesus,
and when we get into the scripture and the Bible
and the Word of God, it says it divides soul
from sphereit asunder joint and marrow, and we can start
to things darkness and light begin to separate, and you
begin to grow in what we call in Christianese discernment
or understanding, where you can look at a situation and go, wow,

(03:40):
that is good and that is evil. And that's really
hard to do when you haven't accepted Christ as your Savior,
and it's really hard to do when you haven't gotten
into the scripture. So if you're in a situation where
maybe you don't know what to do and you're not
sure what's the right thing, and you're feeling confusion, you
need to know confusion is not of God wants you
to know the truth. He wants you to have understanding

(04:03):
that if you listen to his word and keep listening
to programs like this, or if you don't know Christ
and you accept him as your Lord and savior, he
literally makes your spirit new. It says, it becomes one
with Him, and you become a new creation. And from
that moment on, it says that the love of God
is poured out in your heart through Christ, Jesus our Lord.

(04:23):
And have you get the mind of Christ, which is
miraculous in and of itself, and you begin to be
able to sense and to know things in a way
that you didn't know them before. So if you ever
walk into a room sometimes Gail, and it's like in
your know where you know something, but somebody saying, no,
that's not true. But in your know where you know
that you know that you know what you know is true,
you got to listen, you know where people, I'm just

(04:44):
telling you. Sometimes you know things that you don't know
that you know because God created you to be able
to discern. Now you know that I know that, you
know that I know exactly all right, So we all
got to be in the know because we don't want
to be not knowing stuff.

Speaker 1 (04:58):
We need to know something. You need to know right now,
you know what I'm thinking of? Probably not. Sometimes it's
hard for us to see clearly because of what's right
in front of us. Sure, so the present trial, that's
right in front of us, So the present storm. Did
you know every storm has a time stamp, Every storm
has a time it will be done, it shall pass,

(05:19):
it will pass right, And so sometimes what is standing
right in front of us is all we can see. Now,
if you had an elephant, but standing right in front
of you, that's all you could see, and you might
think the world is just a big elephants, But no,
it's not. I was going to say something to go
with that with dry humor, but what you won't. But

(05:42):
the Bible says that we are to rise up on
wings as egos. So the egle stands on the edge
of his nest and he puts his wings out and
when the current is right, he comes up and he
soars really high. Now, an ego he has a different perspective.
I mean, he has really good eyesight, and when he's

(06:03):
at the higher height, he can say he can see
way beyond what's in front of him. He can see
what's ahead of him. So sometimes our problem is we
can't see our way ahead. It's like there's this big
oak tree and I'm standing right in front of it,
and if you ask me what the world was about,
I would say it's about an oak tree. Man, It's
all I can say. Gout that thing down. But if

(06:25):
you say, lord, I'm going to rise up, because you
haven't made me to stay down here, you made me
to rise up, I'm gonna rise up and I'm gonna
get up high. I'm gonna spend some time with you,
and I'm gonna ask you to help me see a
new perspective. So the egle he can see where food
is at. He can see where his enemy is at.

(06:47):
I mean, you can see where the snakes are at.
A snake and egle don't get along very well because
the eagle eat it.

Speaker 2 (06:54):
Eagles pick up alligators. I don't know if you've seen
that meme my Facebook, that video. But eagle went down
into that water snatched up that. I got like, come home.

Speaker 1 (07:02):
That's my kind of bird. Oh man, listen, they care business.
I saw him snatch like a golt once fly off
with it. I mean, they're really strong. But what I'm
saying is the enemy wants to blind us. He wants
to deceive us. He doesn't want us to see clearly,
especially the plan of God. Because here's why. The enemy

(07:24):
is not afraid that you're going to become a Christian.
You know what he's really afraid of.

Speaker 2 (07:29):
You're going to become powerful.

Speaker 1 (07:31):
You know what else he's afraid of?

Speaker 2 (07:32):
What else?

Speaker 1 (07:34):
You can't read my mind? Right, But I got a
thought for you. The enemy is not afraid of Stephanie.
But let me tell you what he is afraid of.
That Stephanie will discover what she was created for and
then she will go out and do that. That's what
makes the believer a threat because when you realize what

(07:56):
you've been created for, what God has created you to do,
then you realize, oh my goodness, I do have hope.
This present circumstance in front of me is not going
to stop me. But when I said that, I heard
somebody say, well, I don't see anything. I said, that's
the problem, right, you.

Speaker 2 (08:16):
Have to take people perish for lack of knowledge.

Speaker 1 (08:19):
Well, they don't know the word. And you got to
take time to stop. And I was going to say
stop and not drop and roll, because that's a fire thing. Surrender.
You can stop drop and roll. You need to take
the time to stop, close out this present world, get
quiet and say Lord show me. Now he works with me,

(08:40):
probably different than he works with stuff. And so for me,
when I'm quiet, I'll put on music that are without
words but causes my mind to focus, and I'll shut
my eyes and it's like my mind becomes my imagination
becomes like a like a movie screen in some ways,
and I'll begin to spend time with the Lord and pray.

(09:02):
And then what happens is, all of a sudden, I'm
not thinking about anything, but I'm thinking, I'm seeing myself
do something that I never thought i'd ever do. Yeah,
what I used to like push that off. But then
when I started to listen to that and do what
I saw, I thought, Wow, there's a lot of fruit
in that, because it wasn't me showing me that. It

(09:24):
was a lord trying to work through my imagination, work
through my senses to show me what he had. Jesus said,
my sheep don't know my voice, right, Sephanie, my sheep
know my voice, and another they will not follow. So
and it may take your time to get quiet. That's
the problem.

Speaker 2 (09:46):
There's some tricks to that, right, like make a list.
If those thoughts keep coming, write them down until they stop,
get them out of your head, and then get back
to getting quiet.

Speaker 1 (09:53):
And you might have to have a notebook. If you're
anything like me, you might have a ton of thoughts
in your heads. So I mean it takes time. Your
first attempt that this might not be very fruitful. You
might like, oh, my goodness, that wasn't very fruitful. Well,
keep keep seeking the Lord, because he said, if you
seek me, you will find me when you've sought me

(10:15):
with all your heart. And the Bible says asking it shall.

Speaker 2 (10:19):
Be measure pressed down, you.

Speaker 1 (10:23):
Shall fine knocking the door shall be so the scripture
there in the original language. It's just not a one
time knocking. It's keep on knocking, keep on seeking, keep
on asking until that door opens up. For you. So
there is a process that you have to go through
to see clearly. But this is definitely the thing. There's

(10:45):
blind eyes in the natural, okay, then there's blind eyes
in the spiritual where people cannot see spiritually, it's like
there's a veil or a scale put over their eyes.
And the Bible says that the God of this world
has blinded their eyes so that they might not see
the glorious truth of the Gospel of Jesus. And I pray,

(11:07):
right now, scales fall off. I'm reminded of Saul. He's
on the road to Damascus. Right, He's a riding his horse,
clippity clop, clippity clop clipany clop. I don't know if
it's a horse coming after Christians. And all of a sudden,
this brite light smacks him really hard, knocks him off
his horse. Now he's blind, so why are you persecuting me?

(11:31):
So he's led into town. He's led into town, and
Saul has a dream of a guy named Ananias coming
over to lay hands on him, and then the results
of scales fall off his eyes and see well, at
the same time, God has given Anonius a dream. And
if i'd have been. Anonius had said, your Lord, do
you know who you're asking me to visit? Come on, God,

(11:52):
you want me to visit Saul. You even gave me
his home address. God given God has given an anious
brother Saw his home address. Yeah, come on, is okay, Lord,
I'll go. I would have had a little fear. Knocks
on the door, that's my knocking. I hope that's okay.
Yeah it And the guy comes to the door. Yeah,

(12:15):
I saw there he is. I'man and I as come
on in. We're expecting you. And that amazing to me.
That's amazing. Then he's so brave, and he said, brother Saw,
Jesus said, appear to you on the road to Damascus.
Has spoke to me, so you can receive your sight
in the name of Jesus. He lays his hands right
on brother Saul, and immediately the scales fall off.

Speaker 2 (12:36):
Yeah, that's the love of our father. He wasn't worried
about what Saul did and what Saul didn't do. He
knew who Saul was called to be. And maybe you're
sitting out there and you're listening, you're thinking, man, you
don't know me, you don't know where I've been you
don't know what I've done. You don't know nothing about me.
God don't love me, and I'm here to tell you,
yes he does. And just like he loved Saul, who

(12:57):
became Paul, one of the greatest pop in the history
of the scripture, he loves you and he's calling you.
There is no place you can go, no ditch you
can fall in, no pit that you could have went to.
That God's Son's blood and his sacrifice on your behalf
is not enough to bring you out and to pay

(13:18):
the price for whatever it is you've done. And you
need to know that today.

Speaker 1 (13:22):
Yeah, reminding me of the scripture found in Isaiah. You
know one, I'm kidding. I'm not going to ask her
what I said to me all the time. The numbers.
I don't do numbers. So there's a lot of scriptures
in Isaiah, but there's one specifically I like. It's Isaiah
one eighteen. Come now, let us reason together, declares the Lord.
Though your sins be a scarlet, they shall be white

(13:42):
like snow. Though they be read like crimson, they shall
be white like snow. There's nothing you've done that God
cannot only forgive, but he can wash the very stain
of that away, and so you might not be able
to say clearly because there you feel like there's no hope.
You feel like, how could God ever forgive me for

(14:04):
what I've done or where I've been or the life.
You know what I was recently in Since Salvador with
a team. We were fighting human trafficking. So we decided,
or somebody on my team had the bright idea of
going downtown to the red light district. Now I've never
visited a red light district, but downtown, and we went

(14:24):
downtown bringing food to the ladies that were working at night.
You might say, well the prostitutes. No, we don't call
them that ladies. They're ladies that are working in prostitution,
because prostitution is not their identity. So we went downtown
and the two l Salvadorian police saw us and they
decided to walk with us. They were so nice. One
of them saluted me. It was so weird, but they

(14:46):
followed us everywhere we went. We found a couple of
ladies standing on the street corner and we actually gave
them food and we actually prayed with them with an interpreter,
gave them words from Jesus because God loves them too.
Many of them are working on the streets and prostitution
because they can't take care of their family, and that's
why they're doing it. Maybe you're listening to me on

(15:07):
one o six point nine, if I were on a podcast,
and you're working in that life, and if you are
working in prostitution, I would tell you that God loves you.
He's got a different way for you. Or maybe you've
been trafficked. Some of them have been trafficked. The many
have been trafficked. So I want to be a hope,
voice of hope. And so we went down there and
gave these girls word from the Lord. Why we want

(15:29):
them to see something different than what they're in.

Speaker 2 (15:32):
That's exactly right.

Speaker 1 (15:33):
That's what we want them to see. Jesus loves them.
And I said, we said to the police, why are
there only two out here? Oh, we encourage them to
be out during the day. Now we have a building
for them at night. So like there was hardly well.
President Buchali had cleaned up his country. Oh my goodness,
he threw seventy thousand of his criminals in prison and

(15:56):
locked them up.

Speaker 2 (15:57):
Wow.

Speaker 1 (15:58):
And now San Salvador is one of the safest places
you can travel to. What's the most dangerous country in
the Southern Hemisphere to travel to otherwise, So we went
there and then we went to feed some homeless people
that were in a in a big building. There were
some people laying along the street that were sleeping and
we gave them food. And so we were just walking
downtown at night. But of course we had a group

(16:19):
of about ten people plus two police officers with us.
It's always good to be safe. Yeah, you know, we
just don't you don't just go down into the red
light district by itself. And so but had we had
a really great time. We had a we had a
great time visiting with them and stuff like that. So yeah,
So any other.

Speaker 2 (16:38):
Thoughts, Yeah, I guess I would just say, if you're
out there and you're a lady of the night, you
need to know that God sees who you are, not
what you do. When Gail Pastor Gail was talking earlier
about the fact that your vocation is not your identity,
you need to know that that's true, and you need
to know that God made you for more than this.

(17:00):
I think you already know that because it tells us
that the law of God's written on our heart. You
know that this isn't where you wanted to be. You
didn't grow up as a little girl thinking this is
what you were going to do for your life. And
I even see a young man. Not just women do this,
but men do this as well to get through. And
so many times the ladies and the guys that I've
worked with that are in these situations. You went through

(17:21):
some very difficult things at a very young age, and
you know those sexual doors were opened without your permission,
prior to you being ready for that, and you need
to know that that was not God's intention for you.
But we do live in a fallen world and it
is a hard, hard place to be sometimes. But that
those things that have happened to you, those people that

(17:44):
have harmed you, God can heal you. He can heal
you and make you so whole that you won't even
see the memories of it anymore. You won't feel the
pain of it anymore, and you'll be able to actually
forgive the perpetrators. That is entirely possible. You don't have
to stay where you are are. God created you to
do great exploits in his name, and you could start
doing that even whier. You're right right now, praying with

(18:07):
the other ladies that you're with, praying with the other
gentlemen that you're with. You can God can get you
out of this. If you call on his name and
you ask him, he can bring you out. There are
ways He will make away where there seems to be
no way. He is good, and he longs to be
your father and to take you under his wings, and
to protect you and to keep you, and to provide
for you. He owns the cattle on a thousand hill. Honey,

(18:29):
you do not have to do this as a vocation
to get through. He will provide for you. He will
feed your children. He will make a way. That's how
good he is. You need to know that's true.

Speaker 1 (18:40):
Why don't you pray for people that God would give
them new vision to be able to see what he
has and that God would take the scales off people's eyes.

Speaker 2 (18:49):
Yeah, so, Father, I just call her spiritual eyes open
right now in the name of Jesus Christ. Their spiritual
ears open, their spiritual minds open, and their spiritual hearts open,
to receive your truth, to move out deception and into
a love of the truth, to move out of pain,
and regret and resentment and hurt and shame into a
place of hope and faith and love. I asked, Father, God,

(19:12):
that you would give them visions and dreams and confirmations
about who it is you've called them to be. That
right now, even Holy Spirit would well up and wash
over them and remind them of the dreams that they
have when they were little girls and little boys, And
that you would even loose angels today to begin to
open up doors for opportunities that they thought, Shoot, I
can't do that. But you need to know when that

(19:34):
door opens, God opened that door. If you run through it, honey,
run through that door. He is making a way, he
is making away, and he keeps his promises, and he
is good. And you say, well, I don't know where
I'm gonna live, I don't know what I'm gonna do,
I don't know how I'm gonna do this. I don't
know how I'm gonna do that. But when you get
that first answer prayer, you need to know, just like
he opened that first door, he'll open the next one too,
and you can trust him to bring you all the

(19:55):
way through. In a couple of years, you'll be looking
back and saying, man, where I am today. God is good,
God is real, and they won't be able to keep
you quiet, honey, because it'll be like a fire shut
up in your bones. Like Jeremiah Head, You'll have to
be telling people how good he is, how true his
word is, and how great his promises are. He has
very good plans for you.

Speaker 1 (20:18):
Lord, Is Stephanie has been praying. I've been reminded how
you have been supernaturally revealing yourself to the Muslim people recently,
and I pray right now that you would supernaturally visit
those that are listening to the program, even if it's
in dreams in the night. I pray that you would
begin to show up, because when you show up, there's hope,

(20:44):
there's strength, there's encouragement. So Lord, I pray that you
would make yourself real to those that are listening, to
those that want to pray but don't know how to pray.
You know, the beautiful thing is, if you don't know
how to pray, just talk to g Jesus like you
would talk to any friend that you have, and maybe
you would say, you know, honestly, Gail, I don't have

(21:05):
many friends. Well, just talk to Jesus, make him your
best friend. The Bible says that he is a friend
that sticks closer than a brother. And so I pray
that you would have a friend in Jesus. Reminded of
that song, what a friend and we have in Jesus.

(21:25):
All our grief and pain he bears, and if Bible says,
we suffer because we don't go to him in prayer.
And he died for your sin and my sin, and
he died so that we don't have to carry that
by ourselfs So I pray Lord that you would not
only reveal yourself to those that are listening, I also

(21:48):
pray that you would give a sense of hope. I
pray that you would lift the weight off people's shoulders
that they're feeling right now. And I pray right now,
name of Jesus, that you would break the spirit of despair.
And I pray that you would take the spirit of
heaviness off people and put on them the garment of

(22:12):
praise instead of it. Lord, you gave us a promise
in Isaiah that we would become oaks of righteousness, a
planning of the Lord for a display of his splendor.
And I pray that you would raise up from the
people that are listening oaks of righteousness. Let them be
oak tree with a willow annoying because if you ever

(22:32):
seen a willow tree in a wind that can just
bend right over and snap right back and not break. So, Lord,
we asked us in the mighty name of Jesus. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (22:41):
And if you're out there and you're a Muslim believer,
I absolutely love the Muslim culture because y'all love truth.
Oh you love truth. And I would just challenge you
if you want to know the truth that a isahakika.
I would encourage you to just say, Father, you pray
to God. You know Allah? Okay it God. If Jesus

(23:01):
is your son, I ask that you would give me
a dream of him and show me the truth. And
he will.

Speaker 1 (23:08):
Lord, reveal yourself to people that are calling on your name. Well,
we've got to close up. May the Lord bless you.
