You know, all our people out there that you know
are either from Jamaica or have family in Jamaica, Our
hearts go out to you. We understand last night was
the big hit. Jamaica got hit with Samantha. Was it
a Category five last night when.

Speaker 3 (00:47):
It it was once it hit to landfall, it was
downgraded to a category four, but only because it had
hit land It was a five wins, one hundred and
eighty five miles per hour and storm related fatalities.

Speaker 1 (00:58):
I mean all of the bad.

Speaker 3 (01:00):
They're still trying to figure out all the damage to
the infrastructure.

Speaker 1 (01:03):
And this was awful.

Speaker 3 (01:05):
I mean truly, just hearts, thoughts, prayers, all the things, because.

Speaker 2 (01:09):
Can you even imagine what it's like in the middle
of one hundred and eighty five mile an hour winds.

Speaker 1 (01:13):
I've personally never experienced something like that.

Speaker 3 (01:15):
How do you prepare? How do you shelter in place
for that? And that was the advice they were given.

Speaker 2 (01:20):
I know, we have a lot of listeners out there that,
like I said, either from Jamaica or you know, they
got family in Jamaica, and our hearts go out to
you each and every one day. And you know what
the National Weather Service put out. You know a lot
of the videos that you see on destruction in Jamaica
right now are off. A lot of them are fake.

Speaker 1 (01:35):
AI. Can you imagine people going for clicks?

Speaker 3 (01:38):
Why would people be doing that to capitalize on the engagement.

Speaker 2 (01:43):
The insatiable appetite for clicks is just beyond in this
country and around the world.

Speaker 1 (01:48):
True, yes, especially during a tragedy like that. I mean,
I'm on Instagram now, I don't know what to believe.

Speaker 2 (01:53):
Dogs pedaling on a bike, running from the cops, Cats
on a porch of their house with a fully auto
AR fifteen firing out a group of dogs. All of
it is so fake. Nothing is real anymore. On Instagram
and everyone's pets coming to their rescue. Have you seen
those two?

Speaker 1 (02:09):
Well?

Speaker 4 (02:09):
I believe all those. I believe all those. Yeah, of
course those are the videos I believe one hundred percent.
Of course, Let's go to Astra Entertainment right now. I
asked her what you got for us?

Speaker 1 (02:18):
This morning?

Speaker 5 (02:19):
Kelsey Grammar dropped some big news on the Pod Meets
World podcast, saying he's now a dad for the eighth time.
Oh my goodness, the Frasier star said him and his
wife just had their fourth one, a little boy named Christopher,
So now he's got eight kids in total. Now, Kelsey
and his wife Katie tied the knot back in twenty
eleven after they met on a flight in two thousand
and nine. He first became a dad back in nineteen

(02:42):
eighty three. So his oldest daughter is forty three, followed
by a thirty three year old, twenty three and twenty thirteen,
eleven eight, and now a newborn. Talk about keeping this
man busy at seventy He is seventy years old. Man anyway,
see us in the middle of a nasty custody battle
with her strange husband, Dan Bernard, and according to court
documents obtained by TMZ. Dan is asking for sole custody

(03:05):
of their one year old son, Somersault, whose nickname is Summy,
and claiming Cia that is an unfit parent, struggling with
substance abuse and posing a serious.

Speaker 1 (03:15):
Danger to their child.

Speaker 5 (03:16):
Now Sia has been open about pass addiction struggles and
strongly denies those claims, admitting to struggling with substance abuse
fifteen years ago and has had full custody since filing
for divorce back in March. She says Dan is the
one refusing drug tests, that he's actually being investigated for
illicit child pornography, which was found on his computer. Now,
Cia says she's worried about Summy's safety and all I'm

(03:39):
gonna say is this custody battle is just getting uglier
by the minute.

Speaker 6 (03:43):
Wow.

Speaker 5 (03:44):
Kim Kardashian was on Good Morning America yesterday to promote
her new legal drama Alls Fair, when she was asked
about an update on her brain aneurysm diagnosis that she
received on last week's premiere episode of The Kardashians. She
says she ended up getting tons of other brain scans,
advising fans to tune in next week, of course, but
she did end up saying that everything works out for her.

(04:04):
And lastly, Travis Kelsey scored his one hundredth career touchdown
against the Washington Commanders at Arrowhead Stadium, and to celebrate,
he broke out Taylor Swift's dance moves to her song
The Fate of Ophelia.

Speaker 1 (04:16):
Now, if you see the video.

Speaker 5 (04:17):
It really does look like he pledged a legiance to
his hands, his team, his vibes. If you know, you know,
And Travis became one of only four tight ends in
NFL history to reach this milestone. Land me the wind
for the Chiefs twenty eight to seven. So doing the
dance was definitely warranted. And that is the dirt to dish.

Speaker 2 (04:34):
A nice job aster by the way, great job singing
and lip syncing to wake me up before you go
go by when on your Instagram, I love that.

Speaker 1 (04:43):
I love that. I know I was in the other
studio when I did that, so you couldn't see me.

Speaker 2 (05:43):

bit of a heads up when somebody on the phone. So,
ladies and gentlemen, what's happening is? You know, we click
the mic on and then Marie and I do a
little something. We talk a little bit. But every once
in a while, Anthony gets a kick out of slightly
sliding up to the phone call pot, in which we
call it the slider, where the listener slowly creepy theof

(06:04):
I for the goof. He thinks it's funny and the
listener is sitting on the phone listening to us for
the past two minutes, and we had no idea none listen.

Speaker 1 (06:12):
It's usually someone who wants to talk to us. So
that's true too, that's true to who's on the phone, Jeff, Jeff?
What do we owe? What do we owe? This? This honor? Jeff?
What's going on with yourself? Why are you calling in?
What's happening? Are you having a good morning?

Speaker 8 (06:26):
I'm having a great morning. I was actually calling to
see if I could get one of those morning Crew
T shirts?

Speaker 6 (06:33):
Why?

Speaker 1 (06:34):
Yes, of course you want yourself a crew T shirt.

Speaker 2 (06:38):
All you got to do is go to kto dot com,
fill it out, and we periodically randomly during the week,
we just pick winners and we send listeners crew T shirts.
Once you receive the crew it's his crew on the back,
you become a crew member and Jeff is now an
official crew member Crew Crew.

Speaker 4 (06:53):
But we could we ask a little bit about you
do we have on our crew now?

Speaker 8 (06:58):
No, definitely, I'm actually a twenty one year combat veteran
with a purple heart.

Speaker 1 (07:05):
Should we give them a whole box of T shirts?
And then we give a box a box. Thank you
for your service.

Speaker 8 (07:13):
Indeed, thank you. Yeah, and now that I retired from
the military, I'm a teacher.

Speaker 2 (07:18):
Now, no kidding, Now twenty one years. You served for
twenty one years and then you got hit with something
and purple heart and you were deployed twenty one years ago.

Speaker 1 (07:31):
So that must be either Iraq or Afghanistan, right.

Speaker 8 (07:34):
Yes, yes, I did two tours in Iraq.

Speaker 1 (07:37):
So what could you mind me talking about litt No, I.

Speaker 8 (07:40):
Do not mind talking about it. I know it helps
a lot of veterans out with their PTSD when other
veterans can tell their stories.

Speaker 1 (07:46):
Yeah, I work a lot with wounded warriors. That's why
I know that.

Speaker 7 (07:49):
Nice. Yeah.

Speaker 8 (07:50):
So I actually was in Houisia. It's called ambush and
Houisa where we got hit. My squad moved from one
corner of town to another corner of the town while
taking fire throughout that time, and then when we got
to the very other side of the town, my squad
ended up getting hit by two RPGs.

Speaker 1 (08:10):
Two the entire squad or just you well.

Speaker 8 (08:13):
Out of a seven man squad, five of us got
hit with shrapnel.

Speaker 1 (08:17):
Yeah, wow, on behalf of the entire crew. Thank you.
For your service.

Speaker 2 (08:21):
I mean, there's not anything we could say but thank you,
and we just just.

Speaker 1 (08:25):
So glad you're still here.

Speaker 8 (08:27):
Thank you.

Speaker 2 (08:27):
Yeah, so you came home and you became you said,
a school teacher.

Speaker 8 (08:31):
Yes, I teach junior ROTC in high school.

Speaker 1 (08:33):
How cool is that?

Speaker 4 (08:35):
See?

Speaker 2 (08:35):
This is why when listeners come out, we always love
to ask them what they're up to, what are they doing,
what do they do for a living, where do they
come blah blah blah blah. And we always get the
most amazing stories from our listeners. And Jeff, you made
our day with an amazing story. And you will be
receiving approximately forty eight custom k TU Crew T shirts.

(08:55):
Just spread them on, give them to your entire family.

Speaker 1 (08:57):
And we appreciate you listening. Let's have a great big
gap for y so so.

Speaker 8 (09:02):

Speaker 3 (09:43):
Astra is willing to date a millionaire Marie. She's down
to a millionaire now, no more billionaireah.

Speaker 2 (09:47):
I remember when we first signed on a year ago,
when we were talking about everybody being single, and Astra
was saying, well, I'm not going to die any mind
lesser a billionaire.

Speaker 1 (09:54):
Good luck Astra. Here we are a year and a
half later. Are you are you handling it okay? Astra?

Speaker 4 (10:00):
Are you are you okay because you know taking it
down a level?

Speaker 1 (10:03):
Are you okay with this? It's been a difficult choice
to make.

Speaker 5 (10:07):
I'm very okay with it because I will contribute as well.
I'm not asking for a handout. I'm not saying, listen,
I want to be taken care of, him saying I
want somebody that could you know that we can grow together.

Speaker 2 (10:15):

This brings me up up to the top.

Speaker 7 (10:31):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (10:32):
So have you ever heard of dog fishing? Using a
dog to attract dates. It's called dog fishing. There's a
friend of mine back in the nineties who went out
specifically to buy a female friendly. He bought it at
a store and he used the dog to attract a woman,
found himself a woman because they met in a dog park,

(10:52):
ended up marrying the woman.

Speaker 1 (10:53):
This is back in the nineties. They did divorce. They did.
It didn't come to a tragic kid doing Okay, what
happened to the dog? She took the dog, She took
the dog. She ended up taking the dog exactly my dog.

Speaker 5 (11:05):
Since she's tiny, attracts women. This is why I have
a problem meeting men, because she attracts.

Speaker 1 (11:10):
Women and married men. All the married men because they're like.

Speaker 5 (11:13):
Oh, my wife would love her so much, and I
can't meet a mastra.

Speaker 1 (11:17):
You got the wrong dog. You need to go out
and get a pit bull. Yeah, I'm allergic to I'm allergic.
I mean I've been taking in one step further and
trying to use my little niece forget about the dog.

Speaker 2 (11:29):
Oh you's a child, ye walk the kid in the park.
Put the kid on your shoulders like it. Oh you
walking through the your the uncle.

Speaker 1 (11:41):
And then or you just have her to go up
to the girl and say, Hi, have you done this
Anthony for yourself? This is a great idea I should
be doing. Can you meet my uncle? He doesn't have
a girlfriends? Exactly right. You gotta be careful because kids
will say the darnedest thing. Oh yeah, probably Yeah, his
last girlfriend said he was a bum.

Speaker 5 (12:03):
Yeah exactly Orshall say my uncle lives with his parents
like I do.

Speaker 1 (12:09):
It's not good either. At one one sht pony Astra
is with that one.

Speaker 2 (12:13):
That's how Astro goes after that surefire hit. All right,
dog fishing Apparently it works. It's a big thing out there.
I thought i'd bring it up anyway. What are we
doing next game? Oh let's go to Astra Entertainment.

Speaker 1 (12:26):

Speaker 1 (13:06):
It was great.

Speaker 2 (13:06):
Today we're gonna take it to twenty thirteen. The song
is happy, suggested from our listeners. Who do we have today, Marie.

Speaker 4 (13:13):
We have Diego from Kingsbridge in the Bronx. He sent
us a text at six nine nine three five, and
this is what he said. I missed my daughter after
my divorce so much. When she used to visit. We
would always play happy and dance and laugh together. When
I hear this song, it still brings back all that joy.

(13:34):
And by the way, we just played it again at
her wedding and the memories came flooding back.

Speaker 1 (13:40):
Oh, there you go, Diego, here's your song. This morning's
feel good flashback track of a Day.

There it is this morning seven am feel good flashback

performed by Pharrell Williams. The song basically became an icon
in Paul culture. Can get number one in not only
in America, but twenty three other countries around the world,
and was the best selling song in twenty fourteen in
the United States. Just crazy stuff.

Speaker 4 (14:09):
You know.

Speaker 5 (14:10):
He actually wrote that song for Despicable b Too as
a joke. I don't know if you guys know that,
because after all of his previous ideas were shut out,
he had a creative wall, so he decided to just
be a little sarcastic, and that's kind of how the
song came to be.

Speaker 2 (14:21):
All Right, there you go, Diego, your song right there
in the flashback feel good track at a Day. If
you'd like to have a feel good flashback track at

Speaker 5 (14:37):
George Clooney and Randy Gerber have been working on their
next venture together after selling their tequila company, Cosamigos for
a billion dollars back in twenty seventeen. Now this time,
they are gearing up to launch a non alcoholic beer
and it sounds like it's going to be coming out
in March. Ariana Maddix might potentially be engaged to her
boyfriend Daniel Why after they celebrated her fortieth birthday in

(14:59):
Fiji and she was seen wearing a ring on that finger. Now,
although there's been no official announcement, the two have been
in a long distance relationship and she's expressed her desire
to live with him in the future. The Emily in
Paris trailer is out for season five, and there was
a familiar face that was missing. Gabriel, the very handsome
chef that Emily had a little something with. Now we

(15:20):
know he was frustrated with the direction of his character
and that he felt disconnected from the characters of Evolution
over the seasons, and even hinted at the possibility of
stepping away from the show after his contract ended at
season four.

Speaker 1 (15:32):
But don't worry.

Speaker 5 (15:33):
Lucas Bravo, the actor who plays gabriel will be coming back.
He actually prefers to not be included in the trailer
because he feels it creates an ongoing conversation. And remember
the show is called Emily in Paris, not Gabrielle in Paris.
It returns to Netflix on Thursday, December eighteenth, so mark
your calendars.

Speaker 1 (15:50):
That is the dirt to dish, The.

Speaker 2 (15:51):

Speaker 2 (28:11):
She you know, yesterday we talked about that floral dress
that she saw this actress wear this floral dress, and
then she found out that you owned the same dress,
and you were happy about the fact that an actress
from a Hallmark movie wore your same dress.

Speaker 1 (28:25):
Yeah, I was so exciting.

Speaker 2 (28:27):
So we asked people to go to her Instagram page
and she actually, what did you You gained like three
hundred and fifty followers?

I hope TJ Max still has some of those dresses
so people can no, they definitely sold, doubt con it should.

Speaker 5 (29:15):
Be an influencer. Now, Marie, you need to put the

get a kickback for selling the dresses.

Maria right now. Yeah, No, it's your inspirational moment of

You don't have to prove your worth, you were born
with it. Let yourself shine in the way only you can.
The world needs the light within you. You can never
be replaced, so don't dim it, don't hide it. So
go out there, touch hearts, leave your mark, and bring
your brilliance where it's needed most. The world is brighter
