Speaker 1 (00:01):
Ktuke success New York Astra's entertainment news.

Speaker 2 (00:07):
Well, this weekend, Wendy Williams stepped out for dinner at
Tucci's right here in New York City. She gave Page
six an exclusive update, saying that her attorneys are highly
upset with all the recent reports surrounding her health.

Speaker 3 (00:19):
Now.

Speaker 2 (00:19):
Earlier in the week, people claimed legal documents revealed that
her test results showed frontal tempearl dementia and aphasia. But
Wendy was in good spirits over at dinner, insisting I
will get out of guardianship, and insider close to her
says that Wendy hasn't received confirmation that those test results
are accurate, which, of course, is leaving the situation still unclear. Meanwhile,

(00:40):
TMZ caught up with Britney Spears' ex husband, Sam Ashgary,
who had a little fun at Kevin Feederline's expense okay now.
When he was asked about Kevin's upcoming tell all book,
Sam called him a professional father, adding that the memoir
might be the first guide on how to be won. Kevin,
of course, was married to Britney for three years back
in two thousand and four. His book, which is called

(01:01):
thought you knew it's going to promise to reveal intimate
details about his life, his marriage to Brittany, and a
lot more. It's all set to come out October twenty first.
And finally, if you've been wondering if Kylie Jenner and
Timothy Shallomet have pumped the brakes on their relationship, uh huh.

Speaker 3 (01:18):
The two actually have not been.

Speaker 2 (01:19):
Spotted together lately all because sources say it's about the timing.

Speaker 3 (01:24):
Now.

Speaker 2 (01:24):
Timothy has been in Budapest, he's filming Dune. Kylie's been
busy in LA with her work and her kids, and
even with her private jet flying twelve hours, is pretty
tough to squeeze in while she's so busy. But insiders
do say that the couple facetimes almost day and yes,
things between them are still going strong. And there you
have it, my dirt to dish. Hey, Jaki, what's going

(01:44):
on in the sports world?

Speaker 4 (01:46):
Thanks Astra NMLB News. The Youanks to finish a clean
sweep of the Cardinals in Saint Louis, including an eight
fourth victory yesterday afternoon. The Youngster five and a half
games back in the Blue Jays in the East, and
it's getting down to the nitty gritty. Here is the
dog days of the summer upon us. Let's see if
the Bombers can make a run at the East to
finish the season off strong. The Boys and Queens take

(02:06):
two out of three against the Mariners at City Field.
Both New York clubs have an off date today before
hitting the road Tuesday night.

Speaker 3 (02:13):
In NFL News, after.

Speaker 4 (02:15):
Preseason Week two and the showdown between the Jets and
Giants at MetLife Stadium, it's safe to say Jackson Dott
looks like the best draft picked from the twenty twenty
five class. After scoring not one but two touchdowns, including
one rushing and one passing. I'll be the first to
say it. He's looking very Patrick Mahomes like back there

(02:35):
in a pocket with those sidearm passes and fake sweet passes.
It's safe to say the g men have found their future.
And that's how the ball swam.

Speaker 3 (02:52):
Had to throw that one on.

Speaker 2 (02:53):
For my blockads, little new kids on the block, it's
Astor from Hollywood, Hamilton and the KT Morning crew holding
down the Ford alone because Hollywood, Samantha Anthony, none of
them came in today.

Speaker 3 (03:03):
I've called, I've texted nothing, Hope everybody to go back
from I don't know. Hopefully we hear back from them
this morning.

Speaker 2 (03:09):
Now, if you do want to help me though, blow
up their Instagram dms if you can.

Speaker 3 (03:14):
And obviously the show must go on.

Speaker 2 (03:16):
So, you know, we got to recap the Cellar weekend
that we all had after fifteen years Beatstock.

Speaker 3 (03:20):
Twenty twenty five. It did not disappoint.

Speaker 2 (03:23):
We all invaded Joey McIntyre's dressing room to sit down
and chat with him, and at one point Hollywood looked
down at Joey's arm and noticed that they were both
wearing beaded bracelets.

Speaker 3 (03:33):
Okay, just like the swifties do just take a listen
to what happened. Well, you definitely out beeated me. Out
beat it, you know, yeah, out beat it we got.

Speaker 5 (03:41):
I'm ready to take you know. I figured if you
have to wear one of these little backstage passes, then
I have to wear one too, exactly, And do this?

Speaker 6 (03:49):
Do you want to trade? I want to do a
Taylor sweat thing? You want to get home?

Speaker 1 (03:53):
Don't hear?

Speaker 3 (03:53):
All these are all special? You won't give up the
sense of mental Yeah did.

Speaker 4 (04:00):
You out watch him?

Speaker 3 (04:01):
Was that just not the feminine? Did see me do Yeah,
women talking about beads?

Speaker 4 (04:08):
Did you out watch him? Though?

Speaker 3 (04:09):
I'm not a watch guy.

Speaker 5 (04:11):
I've had this since I was about that high, so
but maybe it technically, I don't know you you're the judge.

Speaker 3 (04:19):
I'm not going to compare watches with the guy.

Speaker 1 (04:21):
I don't know.

Speaker 5 (04:21):
I'm not a watch.

Speaker 2 (04:22):
Guy, but you know, Okay, let's just compare sunglasses while
we're at it.

Speaker 5 (04:27):
Okay, I feel like it might probably one he probably won, Joe, Yeah,
you're ever gonna put the ac on in here?

Speaker 1 (04:34):
Maybe tomorrow.

Speaker 5 (04:35):
Maybe tomorrow he has to protect the other day tomorrow.

Speaker 2 (04:37):
That might be why they decided not to come in today,
because maybe they were just like overheated. I don't know,
But anyway, Hollywood did try to pull the let's trade
like they do at Taylor Swift shows, and let's just
say they both left with the same beads they came
in with.

Speaker 3 (04:49):
So yeah, no trade happened.

Speaker 2 (04:51):
However, though, in another note, Mama Marie did what Mamma
Marie does best, and she asked Joey a question that
we'd all love to know the answer to, but we
would ever expect her to ask.

Speaker 6 (05:02):
Your fans absolutely love you I mean, I gotta tell
you they where they were bringing your dolls in? And
do you remember that? I have a question. Do you
sing your own songs in the shower?

Speaker 5 (05:16):
Wa?

Speaker 1 (05:16):
Wow?

Speaker 5 (05:17):
Will?

Speaker 3 (05:17):
I will rather question? Only only only to warm up?

Speaker 6 (05:23):
Maybe?

Speaker 5 (05:24):
But no, as we say, we we love performing the songs,
but we don't.

Speaker 3 (05:29):
We don't have them on in the car necessarily, you
don't warm up in the shower.

Speaker 1 (05:33):
Song?

Speaker 5 (05:33):
Well, I mean the song that I you know, I
guess cut my teeth on and been singing for the
last thirty something years. This pleased on litle girls.

Speaker 3 (05:42):
So do you hit the high note in the shower?

Speaker 6 (05:43):
Well?

Speaker 3 (05:45):
Just warming up? We'll see this is I hit it
on stage.

Speaker 2 (05:51):
I had to back Mama Marie up somehow, but I
know that you're probably picturing Joey.

Speaker 3 (05:56):
In the shower right now. Thank you, Mama Marie.

Speaker 2 (05:58):
If you do want to catch highlight clips from He'd

Speaker 1 (06:05):
Shutting kt You like success New York how Astra's entertainment news.

Speaker 2 (06:11):
Ooh, I am so excited about this. What Logan Paul
and Nina Agdollar officially married. Now Logan's brother Jake posted
a video on his Instagram stories, writing I've seriously been
crying now. The video is of Nina sharing a portion
of her vows. Back in September, the pair became first
time parents to a little girl and now they're officially
husband and wife.

Speaker 3 (06:31):
Congratulations.

Speaker 2 (06:33):
John Kingston's been sentenced to three and a half years
in federal prison for his role in a one million
dollar fraud scheme that before he was given his sentence
on Friday, he apologized and claimed that he had learned
from his actions and that's according to the Associated Press. However,
the judge denied Sean's attorney's request to self surrender at
a later date due to health issues, instead ordering the

(06:53):
musician to be taken into custody immediately. His mother, Janis
Eleanor Turner, was sentenced last month to five years in prison,
which is far less than the maximum twenty years that
she and her son were each facing. Conan O'Brien spoke
out about the state of late night television and he
predicts the format is going to disappear soon. He does
believe that talented host like Stephen Colbert will continue to

(07:16):
thrive in new formats, but Conan does see a change
in entertainment consumption. Although he chooses not to mourn the
loss of traditional late night TV, he does remain optimistic
about the power of talent and ideas in connecting with audiences. Now,
last week, I mentioned how there was a rumor about
Martha Stewart being considered for the Real Housewives of New York.

Speaker 3 (07:33):
City, which quickly got debunked.

Speaker 2 (07:36):
However, now we are finding out it's actually Martha's makeup artist,
Daisy who is being considered for that rony spot.

Speaker 3 (07:43):
Now, Daisy's the.

Speaker 2 (07:44):
Founder of ELM Biosciences and started doing Martha's makeup seventeen
years ago. And I gotta say one thing is for sure,
if she does end up on that cast, they're not
gonna have to hire any makeup artists because they'll have
one built into the team. And lastly, Sidney Sweeney's new
movie Americana, Well, that flopped at the box office for
its nationwide debut after her controversial American Eago campaign ad.

(08:05):
The film came in at sixteenth place, bringing in around
eight hundred and forty thousand dollars.

Speaker 3 (08:11):
And that is the dirt to dish. Don't forget it.

Speaker 2 (08:13):
Coming up at seven point forty, we've got War of
the Roses and we've also got an update. Ah little
culture club there, karme Chamellion. It's one O three five
K to you the Beat of New York Astra from Hollywood,
Hamilton and the K two Morning Crew. And you know,
we all have those people that are on our bucket
list of being able to meet and sit and talk to.

(08:34):
And last night I BEATSOC twenty twenty five over at
the PNC. I had the pleasure of sitting down with
the one and only boy George, and of course the
little girl in me came out and well just take
a listen.

Speaker 3 (08:45):
But you are such an icon. I will put this
out there.

Speaker 7 (08:48):
I have been a fan of yours since I was
in the single digits, to the point that I had
your posters hanging up on my wall and I would
kiss you every single night because I love Because I
loved you to death, as did so many people. I
told everybody that was gonna get a chance to talk
to you today, and I want to talk about obviously,
I know you have some new music out.

Speaker 3 (09:08):
You just dropped a brand new album.

Speaker 7 (09:09):
Let's get into that.

Speaker 8 (09:10):
Yeah, yeah, I mean it's since the pandemic. I've been
on this kind of insane writing bitch. So I've written
one hundreds and hundreds of songs, not just with myself,
with other bands. I've been collaborating a lot. I've just
been making a lot of music, but I haven't really
put anything out. I've been sitting on this kind of
massive pyramid of music. And I put SA eighteen, my

(09:35):
new album, out on vinyl to start with, and then
I'll put it out to stream. But the next lot
of records I put out, I'm just gonna put them
out all at the same.

Speaker 2 (09:43):
Time as he should, because I've heard some of the
songs on this new album and they are incredible. And
can you believe that after telling him how I kissed
his posters every night, he actually let me kiss him
for real on the cheek. That was a real pinch
me moment. I also know that he's going to be
in a Christmas movie, and I had to ask him
about that, and I do know. Okay, So one of
our co hosts on Hollywood Hailsten the Keys Morning Cruise,
she is a big fan of Hallmark movies Christmas stuff.

(10:05):
I know that you're doing a Christmas movie. Can you
talk about that.

Speaker 8 (10:09):
I am all I do in the movie this point
wait what I point and sing? So that is make
there won't be only like Oscar.

Speaker 3 (10:19):
Not really just singing singing, singing singing.

Speaker 8 (10:22):
Actually a song written by a guy called Gary Barlow.
Some of the bands a big band in the UK
called Take That. I think they've ever really made it
in America. But Gary is a big star in the
UK and he wrote this song which I'm singing and
it's a beautiful song. Actually, because I'm quite precious about
singing other people's song. Okay, I'm a writer, so I

(10:43):
never want to sing. But it's a really nice song.
But you know, don't expect any there's no acting.

Speaker 3 (10:48):
I point, no, he could point all he wants. He goes,
Oh what a night it was.

Speaker 2 (10:55):
We're gonna get more clips for you as the week
goes on, so you can get a little taste of
what I was able to.

Speaker 3 (11:01):
Encounter with him.

Speaker 2 (11:02):
And if you want to see a cute picture of us,
it's up on my Instagram stories at Astra on the Air.

Speaker 3 (11:06):
Check it out and also see a clip from his
performance up on our KTU Instagram page.

Speaker 6 (11:11):
