Renter's scam, where fake real estate agents take advantage of them,
where fake real estate agents take advantage of people looking
to rent an apartment or a home, only to find
out that they're out thousands of dollars.

Yeah, so I was on Craigslist.

I got in touch with this woman and everything seems
like it was completely on the up and up. So
I went through the whole thing and like sent the
check and got photos back, and so like I put
my stuff in the U hall and I came up
and I knocked on the door. There was no lock box,

and the people who came to the door, like no
one knew what the hell I was doing there, Like
nobody knew who I was. They had never heard of
good person.

out that the entire thing was a scam.

nobody knew who I was.

a broker's fee. It came to seventy three hundred dollars.

So it's this woman and she said her name is Gabby,
and we talked for like two weeks.

I paid first last security broker's fee and an application
fee with the whole thing, and then I show up
and it was the same building.

not returning my email, like nothing, and I just feel

we finally found this woman who answered and Gabriella, it

I got in touch with this woman and everything seems
like it was completely on the up and up. So

one knew what the hell I was doing there, Like
nobody knew who I was. They had never heard of
good person.
