Speaker 1 (00:03):
Yeah, you got it on Hollywood, Hamilton, the k T
Morning Crew right here, brand new feature called Tired Get Fired.
Who out there is so tired of their job? They
just can't stand it. They're looking for ways out, they
can't figure it out. They don't want to quit because
if they quit, they're not going to get the severance.
And that's why we're here. And we got Jennifer on
the line right now. Who wants us to handle it
(00:25):
for Jennifer? Are you there?
Speaker 2 (00:26):
I'm here, Hey guys.
Speaker 3 (00:28):
Hi Jennifer.
Speaker 1 (00:29):
Hey, Well, welcome to Tired Get Fired. I think you
know you talk to Samantha Stander, a director of operation.
She told you the way the show works. Tired Get
Fired is a feature where people are going to call
in and they're just so sick and tired of their job,
and they need us to handle the dirty work for him.
And that's why we're here.
Speaker 2 (00:46):
I knew that if I quit, I wouldn't get the severance.
Speaker 1 (00:50):
So well let me tell you if I can get
If I can get you fired within sixty seconds, we're
going to pay six weeks of your salary before we
get Florence on the on the phone. Why don't you
explain to Marie and I a little bit about Florence
and why she's such an evil person. Yes, Mistress Florence.
Speaker 2 (01:05):
Well, I'm a tole marker, so not the most glamorous job,
but it pays the bills, and I am basically someone
who has to cold call and style people all day.
So sort of quotas that you have to make every day,
they're impossible. We never get it, and then we also
don't get to make any of the bonuses, and we
don't get whatever the incentive was for making the quota,
(01:26):
So we never get our full pay, and we never
get the bonus, and we never get the incentive.
Speaker 1 (01:30):
Gotcha? Okay? All right?
Speaker 4 (01:31):
So I mean, okay, so you mentioned all this, Is
there anything else that maybe has something to do with
why you're feeling you just want to get fired? I mean,
is there anything else you want to share with us,
anything else that happened.
Speaker 1 (01:48):
What Marie is getting at. Producer Anthony mentioned to us
there was something about your and I know this is
tough on you, and this is something you really didn't
want to bring up, but can you tell us the
story about your dog? Yeah?
Speaker 2 (02:02):
I mean I really didn't want to get but last week. Okay, well, I.
Speaker 1 (02:11):
Guess what what's going on? What's happening here? What breath?
It's okay? What what happened last week?
Speaker 2 (02:19):
My dog and hit by a car? Okay? And I
called into work because I needed to take her to
the hospital. And what I just told me that if
I didn't come to work in the next forty five minutes,
but I wouldn't have a job. And basically I knew
that if I didn't have a dog, I couldn't pay
(02:40):
for the hospital bill. And so I begged her.
Speaker 4 (02:46):
She didn't care about my animal. She didn't refer to
your dog as a dog. She just said, you're animal.
Speaker 1 (02:52):
What your dog's okay? And you went to work and no.
Speaker 2 (02:56):
I'm okay.
Speaker 1 (02:58):
We negh were taking this n of the way. Oh
let me go.
Speaker 4 (03:06):
Oh my goodness, I can't even imagine, Jennifer.
Speaker 1 (03:10):
That's horrible.
Speaker 2 (03:12):
And it's gonna work the whole day.
Speaker 1 (03:15):
Okay, Okay, So what we're gonna do right now? Okay,
if you can pull yourself together, in fact, we can,
we can be right back. We will be right back.
We'll give you a little time to compose yourself. Okay.
What we're gonna do is We're gonna get Florence on
the phone now. And if I can get Florence to
fire you within sixty seconds, she's got to actually say
you're fired. We will pay you six week salary. She
(03:36):
can't say we'll come on in, we'll talk about it.
If it's a problem, come on in and we'll talk.
None of that.
Speaker 3 (03:43):
We're gonna get her fired twenty seconds. Let's go.
Speaker 1 (03:46):
Marie is fired up for you seconds. We'll be right back. Tired,
get fired right here with Hollywood Hamilton and the K
to your Morning crew. We'll be recorded. We are back
one A three five K to you to beat up
New York, Hollywood Hamilton in the entire K two Morning
crew with me right now. It's tired to get fired.
I've got Jennifer on the phone with me right now.
We just hung up with Jennifer. We had to let
(04:08):
her go for a minute because.
Speaker 3 (04:09):
She had to get herself together.
Speaker 1 (04:11):
It was a very sad story about her losing her
dog to a boss and the boss just did It.
Speaker 3 (04:15):
Was just I'm ready to go because this boss sounds
like a beast.
Speaker 1 (04:20):
It was such a despicable, bad job, incredibly bad conditions
that she's had to work with this. Florence her boss,
and Jennifer lost her dog a week ago, and it
was right before but Jennifer was supposed to show up
for work, and she called Florence, her boss, and Florence says,
you better get in here. I don't give whatever about
your animal. You got to get in here at work
(04:41):
or you're gonna be fired. Jennifer really needed the money,
and she didn't even have the money to take the
dog to the vet because the dog was just hit
by a car.
Speaker 3 (04:49):
Unbelievable.
Speaker 1 (04:50):
Seriously, Jennifer, I'm gonna need you to put us on
mute while we call Florence if we can get you fired.
If she fires you within sixty seconds, you're getting six
weeks out, all right? Okay, Marie? Are you ready? Oh?
Speaker 5 (05:02):
Yeah, Hello, Hi.
Speaker 1 (05:17):
I am calling for Florence.
Speaker 5 (05:20):
Is hi, Florence?
Speaker 4 (05:21):
How are you?
Speaker 3 (05:25):
Are you having a good morning?
Speaker 1 (05:28):
I'm Johan.
Speaker 5 (05:29):
Okay, what can I happy with?
Speaker 1 (05:30):
Florence. My name's Hollywood Hamilton. I'm with the KTU Morning
crew right here. Do you have him minute? Really quickly quick?
You know your employee, Jennifer, Yes, I do. Jennifer's on
the line right now. Jennifer are you there.
Speaker 2 (05:45):
I'm here.
Speaker 1 (05:46):
Okay, Yes, I know her. Okay. Oh that's that sounded
a little bit depressed.
Speaker 4 (05:51):
A little stab, a little little scratch there with the tone.
Speaker 1 (05:55):
Listen, Florence, there's a reason why we're calling. Jennifer called
up and she said that you are probably the most despicable,
probably the ugliest boss she's ever worked for ever, in
her whole entire life. Nobody has any idea how bad
you are and how bad you are to your employees.
Speaker 5 (06:14):
Why are you calling about this? What does it to
do with you?
Speaker 1 (06:17):
Well, she's looking for a support system because she can't
stand her job and because she's working under such evil conditions.
Speaker 3 (06:25):
Yes, Ursula from the Little Mermaid, that's you.
Speaker 1 (06:28):
She cannot believe the conditions that she's got to work under,
working under you. It's the entire staff, everybody in that
building can't stand you.
Speaker 5 (06:38):
Is that true?
Speaker 1 (06:39):
Could I have some names street besides Jennifer? Well no,
well Jennifer is all we're helping out. Well, right now,
what kind of human being actually says I don't care
about your animal, and you got forty five minutes to
get into work.
Speaker 5 (06:51):
You're the animal.
Speaker 1 (06:52):
You're an animal.
Speaker 4 (06:53):
She should focus on her, that's not on my time,
that's not on the other employees, saying making.
Speaker 5 (06:59):
Life harder for them. Do your job. If she can't
do her job, she can go find another one.
Speaker 1 (07:06):
What does that mean?
Speaker 5 (07:07):
That means she can leave.
Speaker 1 (07:09):
She could just walk out the door.
Speaker 3 (07:11):
What are you gonna replaceable?
Speaker 1 (07:12):
She is extremely replaceable, extremely she told everyone on an.
Speaker 3 (07:17):
Excuse or something, she said she could do your job.
Speaker 5 (07:21):
Good job. I was hired for. The job you're.
Speaker 1 (07:26):
Doing is probably the worst job anybody could ever do.
Speaker 5 (07:30):
Well, there you go. If she can't take it, she's fired,
and don't take it.
Speaker 2 (07:44):
Jennifer, Jennifer, you so much firing me, you evil bafer.
Speaker 4 (07:49):
Yeah, buy good luck, goodbye.
Speaker 1 (07:55):
You did her a bigger favor than you can ever imagine.
