(00:03):
Hey, how's it going good?Jason Murray read this story, you know,
the email that you sent in inorder to get on the show.
But tell, tell all our listenerswhat is going on with you? Because
I'm a little confused. Are youthe one with the parrot? She is?
Oh? Okay, so a littlebit of a disbelief myself. I've
been doing this woman, Debbie. You know, she was recently a divorced
buddy or so ago. I've beenseeing her for a few months now and

(00:26):
she's got this this parrot right, and you know, if the parrot would
just kind of say regular things,Hi, Hello, bye, you know
whatever, I like that. Soit's a talking it. It really does
talk. It's a talking parrot.Yeah, okay, not often, you
know, I hear one or twothings. Have you ever seen any of
these parents had a zoo or online? My grandparents had a parent, Yeah,
amazing, and his name was ElmerElmer and he would always you know,

(00:50):
uh, he would sing, Ileft my heart in San Francisco.
Yeah, just like my grandmother.Amazing. Yeah, there's a parrot on
YouTube. His name is Einstein.Everybody he loves Einstein the parrot because the
parrot sounds so real. The actualvoice of the parrot really is realistic.
So you started dating this woman sixseven, eight months ago apparently, and

(01:10):
all of a sudden, this parrotis spewing out the name Hello Frank,
Hello Frank, your name's Jason.Yeakay, Well it's Frank the ex husband.
Maybe it's the ex husband. Yeah, no, the ex husband's name
was Barrett, not Frank. You'veconfronted her on it, but you didn't
say on the letter. Her response, what did she say about who Frank
is? Her father's name who hadpassed away, was Frank, but I

(01:34):
just recently discovered that his name wasOscar, so that was that's a little
different than Frank. You know,my daughter as a fan of the show,
and I recently you know, listening, and I wanted to catch her.
You know, this way I thoughtthis would be, you know,
the way to let her let hergo. It's through war of the roses.

(02:01):
Hello. Hi, I am callingfor Debbie, speaking Debbie. How
are you? My name is Marie. Do you have him in it?
No? I don't. Oh great. So here's the thing I am calling
to. I don't no, no, no, no no no. I
don't have time to listen to anykind of sales pitch or anything like that.
I am doing. Okay, thisis not a sales pitch. I

(02:23):
don't know how you got my phonenumber. I hate the fact that they
sell my number. Okay, Idon't have time for this. I'm going
to hang up the phone now. Please don't because I'm calling because you have
a dozen long stem roses coming inweb. No matter what I have,
I need to go. I don'thave time for this nonsense. Okay,
she hung up, She hung up. Okay, okay, let's try it

(02:44):
one more time. Hello, Hi, I don't I think we got dis
connected, Debbie. If you callme again, I'm going to call the
police. I told you I donot have time for this, and I
do not want to talk to you. I will report you to the police
if you call me again. Whatis that in the background. It's my

(03:07):
parent? Why? Oh wow,I used to have a parent or my
grandparents had a parrot. What kindof parrot did your grandparents have? And
Amazon? I think it was calledI think it was an Amazon parent.
It has like a little bit ofred on the wing. Okay, I

(03:28):
have an African gray. Oh thoseare gorgeous. Oh, that's bringing back
memories. From what I know aboutAfrican grays, they sure talk a lot.
Oh, yes they do. He'sup to twenty eight different words.
Wow, you must really work withyour parent. Yeah, I talked to
him at home. Ever since mydivorce, I talked to him at home.
So here's my company. Oh gosh, you know, I'm hearing your

(03:52):
parent in the background, and I'mgetting really emotional. It's bringing back so
many memories. Look, I amso sorry to have disturbed you. Honestly,
I'm sorry. Oh that parrot.Just those parents are so special.
They really are, and they cantake on different voices, phrases and everything,

(04:16):
and like you know when my grandmotherpassed away, that many memories.
Parents are very unique creatures. Theyreally bring happiness to your lives, they
do. You are so right.Anyway, what's the situation with the flowers.

(04:38):
I don't understand that we kind ofgot off on a wrong foot before.
So can you explain it? Sure? Okay, So these flowers are
yours. They're free. The onlything we ask in return for these free
flowers is that you just talk aboutus on your social media like Facebook,
Instagram. That's it. And Ican't send them directly to you. You

(04:59):
have to send them out to someonespecial in your life, and we'll attach
a note. His name is Jason. What is your parents' name? My
parents name is pet I was thinkingmaybe p D would want to send roses
to Frank. He talks about Franka lot. Hello Frank, Okay,
I should baby tell her what's goingon here? Yeah? Tell her what's

(05:23):
going on? Debbie. My nameis Hollywood Hamilton. I'm with a radio
station called w k T. Youand kat you what is it? Kat
you on what iHeart? And we'recalling from the city here, and I've
got Jason on the phone with meright now. Jason. Congratulations. She's
sending the roses to you. Jason, and you are on something right And

(05:46):
yes, Jason's on the phone. You're on something called War the Roses,
which is a cheater show. Andwant well, you know what. Let
me just stop here and say,Jason, do you want us to continue?
She sent the roses to you?Are you kidding? I was just
suspicious. I didn't I didn't knowhe I'd never said a name like this
before. Suspicious of what I spendall my time with you. We're always

(06:08):
going now, I don't. Idon't understand what you're suspicious of, Debbie,
if I if I could just interjectquickly here. You did tell Jason
that your father's name was Frank, but he said he found out your father's
name is Oscar. Yeah, that'swhat everybody called him, was Oscar.

(06:29):
Oh is that right? Is thatright? Oh? Okay, Well,
you can understand, you can underyou could certainly understand his concern, right,
I mean your parent all of asudden, you guys been dating for
eight months, and all of asudden, your parent's spewing out a guy's
name by the name of Frank. It was the anniversary of the death of
my father, and I was talkingto him, and that's why the parrot
was saying his name. Recently, all of a sudden, every time Jason

(06:53):
comes over to the house, thefreaking parrot says, hello Frank, Hello
Frank. I can understand the suspicion, but this is a private it matter
that him and I could have dealtwith. Things were going well and then
this came out of left field.Look, I thought things were going well
and then this this hit me likea ton of bricks. When I heard
the bird come right now, well, yeah, I mean that's look,

(07:14):
I don't know what's going on.That is line line. Okay, Bye
Jason, Bye Jason. Okay, you know, I don't know who you
are, woman that caught me onthe phone, but you caught me at
a very vulnerable time because you usedyour grandfather's parrot to try and relate to
me, and that I do apologize, Debbie, I do, but tell

(07:34):
us who Frank is for real, because it's not your father again, none
of your business. You don't needto know, Okay, Okay,
