Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome to the Creative Construction Wisconsin home improvement show on
Fox Sports nineteen twenty and your iHeart Radio app coming
live from the Donovan and Jorgensen Heating and Cooling studios.
If you haven't turned the furnace on yet, it's coming.
You're gonna have to do it soon. And a perfect
time to talk to them is next weekend. In Booth
two thirty one down at State Fair Park. My co
(00:24):
host is looking at me, bingo, how was the wedding
last week? We missed your ray did a good job.
Speaker 2 (00:29):
But you're as missed wedding following.
Speaker 3 (00:32):
Why'd you borrow twenty bucks from me?
Speaker 4 (00:34):
This morning? I was a father of the bride.
Speaker 3 (00:36):
Yes, the fact that you know.
Speaker 2 (00:39):
Well, the dinner park was actually a pretty cheap experience
with But I mean I said, well, I'll take over
here for the rehearsal dinner and stuff like this, and
you get the bill and go Holy Walkers. Yeah, it
just adds up. It's just one thing after the motels
and all that stuff. But it was fun.
Speaker 4 (00:53):
What was fun?
Speaker 1 (00:53):
Beautiful beautiful bride? My goodness, how is your speech?
Speaker 2 (00:58):
Well, I don't know. I didn't think it did that good,
but he told me, I did. Well, you know, you're
trying not to choke up because my daughter and we
were super close and I mean, and things like that happened.
Speaker 3 (01:07):
Good. She married a good guy so far. Yeah, we'll
find out, right, did you come and ask you?
Speaker 2 (01:13):
No, it is more than I mean. He says, you
always wonder if they sometimes it's too much. He worships
her a lot.
Speaker 1 (01:20):
Love that love that well, good for you. Hey, so
our special guest. And she said, Hey, I'm a little nervous.
Don't be nervous. Miss Jen. She's the event manager for
Nary Milwaukee. She is Jen Murphy and the first time
I've met her, but I've heard nothing but good things
about her.
Speaker 2 (01:36):
Jen Howard for me for me right, good thing it
was from.
Speaker 5 (01:38):
Yeah, Bengo And I'm sure Bengo. Yeah.
Speaker 1 (01:41):
And I think Randy Miller's say good things, oh too.
Maybe not Randy and Jen. It's good to meet you.
Speaker 3 (01:47):
How are you.
Speaker 5 (01:48):
I'm doing great this morning.
Speaker 1 (01:50):
So the the snowball is going down the hill and
you either get on top of it or get out
of the way, because next weekend here we go.
Speaker 5 (01:58):
One hundred percent.
Speaker 6 (01:59):
I always say that, like as events come, you can
do all the prepping and then you hit the point
where snowball is the perfect thing. It's like you just
we're just doing it like it doesn't matter what happens.
Speaker 5 (02:10):
You just gotta get going.
Speaker 3 (02:11):
We got to figure it out.
Speaker 1 (02:12):
The thirty fifth annual, and I love that because that
tells me that you guys are doing things the right way.
It's the Nary Milwaukee Homer Remodeling Show at State Fair
Park October seventeenth, eighteenth, and nineteenth. Now we're talking about
how excited we are hoping that the Brewers win tonight,
and you said, look, I love the Brewers, however, and
(02:35):
I said, wait what however, And I get it professionally
if they win.
Speaker 2 (02:41):
Before you to be for you panic, I've done. I've
done these a lot of new shows, and the Brewer
game will be on if they're playing all over the.
Speaker 5 (02:49):
Players all over the place. It's so funny.
Speaker 6 (02:51):
You walk the sholf floor and you see everybody, anybody
that's got a TV promoting their product.
Speaker 5 (02:57):
Also its switched over to a.
Speaker 6 (02:59):
Packer game, Badger game, a Brewers game, whoever is playing.
Speaker 5 (03:03):
You can just find them everywhere around.
Speaker 3 (03:05):
And you know the other and you do all the
pa stuff.
Speaker 5 (03:09):
Now.
Speaker 1 (03:09):
I used to be the one that would do that.
And what was really interesting to me is they you
would you would be able to now walk into a
booth find you know, windows or a roof and you
hear people cheering because they're watching the Packer the game.
It's actually a really cool thing because ninety five percent
(03:31):
of the people are going to be Brewer fans. And
you can hear people cheering and a lot of guys,
their wives sometimes are walking around and guy, you will
see eight different husbands or guys standing in one booth
because they have the big screen TV. And then you
go to the next booth and there's not as big
as screen, but there's.
Speaker 2 (03:49):
Well and sometimes you can watch a replay like when
we have we have our TV on right, they're they're
in a backer game and then uh, and then something
happens and oh, I want to see it again. You
would have moved next to you, because I mean.
Speaker 3 (03:59):
Different things is different.
Speaker 2 (04:01):
Everyone's delaying and then and then sometimes you get some
where we get their first you hear to get a
bunch of people on the outer side of the building
like dang, it's all right, something's gonna happen or eve
and watch.
Speaker 3 (04:10):
And then they run. I can tell you that.
Speaker 1 (04:13):
Don't not go to the Nary Show because the Brewer
game is on because it's kind of like you're gonna
be with a bunch of other people and it's kind
of like as as a husband and a father, if
I take my daughter or my wife shopping, I find
the chair and there's like six other guys like hey,
and you just kind of look at each other like yeah,
we're all doing the same thing, right. But it's a
(04:36):
fun way to watch the game and be able to
walk the show. And sometimes it's not quite as crowded,
so you get to see as many people as you
want to see and I would recommend that weight.
Speaker 4 (04:50):
And then if you're.
Speaker 2 (04:50):
Watching it, then if you're watching a game with a contractor,
you start building relationship because you start talking to him.
You see what he's like out of context. Because the
best part about going to the show, and why you
know shows get canceled that they're gone out right. But
what makes the Nary Show so popular is the relationships
that you built. And some people you like to touch
things and they don't want to buy it online and
you can't build a relationship with a contractor as something
(05:12):
you googled on your phone. Percent you need to You
need to talk to these people because these people they
move in when they're remindling your kitchen you're dating. Yeah, yeah,
you're gonna get to know them very well. So it's
you might as well. You might as well get might
as well find a person you have a good relationship for.
If the guy is in there and he's booing the
package all the time, maybe you don't want to.
Speaker 5 (05:28):
Work with You probably don't want to work.
Speaker 1 (05:30):
A Cubs fan, you definitely don't want to work. And
I've told this story one hundred times in the show.
But I I the first year that I was doing
the mcene down at the Narry Show. I was done
and I was walking out and there was a woman
that was walking at the same time, and she was
walking quick and she was talking to herself and they said,
(05:52):
are you okay? And she goes, oh, I'm in so
much trouble. And I said, why, what's going on? And
she had a notebook and she said, So I came
here like three hours ago. I told my husband, I'm
going to run over to the Narry show. I'm going
to talk to two or three window companies. Pick one
and then I'll be home. She goes, look at all
(06:13):
of the stuff I have. I know we need windows,
but now I want this. I want this, I want this,
I want this. She goes, I was supposed to be home.
He has texted me where are you? What are we
doing for dinner? And she said, he's not happy. But
I came here with the need and it was windows,
and I have now had fifteen wants and he's not
(06:35):
going to be happy. Now I want my bathroom redone.
They have heated floors, and this is years ago. I
want heated floors in my bathroom. And I want these
skylights that I just saw. And I thought, okay, this
is what the show is. You come over for your
needs and then you look around for some wants, and
then you dream about having those wants and when you
can get it done. And she had she brought a
(06:58):
notebook which was great to take notes. Yep, you got
to it's had all.
Speaker 3 (07:02):
This stuff in this notebook.
Speaker 1 (07:04):
And she was literally running to her car, and I
just thought, this is the power of this show. You
get a chance to go and what you need. There
are opportunities to talk, and like Bingo said, introduce and
see if the comfort level is there, and then after
you get through the needs, start looking for some.
Speaker 3 (07:25):
Wants because there's a lot of wants there.
Speaker 5 (07:27):
Oh one hundred percent. I mean I always laughed.
Speaker 6 (07:30):
I'm like, you can go in and you're like, okay,
well there's this, you know, one thing that I'm looking
at and oh, well you're sitting here talking to this company.
Speaker 5 (07:39):
You look over, you're like, oh, oh look, what's that
over there?
Speaker 6 (07:43):
That's kind of interesting, Like I haven't seen that before,
and so it just opens up your eyes. And there's
so many amazing exhibitors there that will, you know, help
you kind of dream and figure out what you want.
And so they all have their unique niche, I would say,
and they can help you kind of continue to dream
(08:06):
and imagine. And yeah, maybe that's not great for your
husband's pocketbook.
Speaker 1 (08:10):
But or your pocketbook, or if you're taking some of
the flyers if you think, my wife knows I can't
do any of that, and again it's it's one of
the commercials we air, but it's true that my wife
has his son Zach on speed out because if I
try anything, she knows he's going to have to come
(08:31):
and fix it. So the other part is you get
all these the needs done and then the once and
if you go home and you show your husband, Hey,
what I want are these new cabinets and he's like, well,
who's going to do it? And she's like, well, maybe
you should do it, and he's like, no, no, let
me see that flyer. That's who we're calling. The other
(08:51):
part of to be able to walk through that show
is there are so many interesting things to listen to
and to be able to take notes. I highly recommend
that you bring a notebook because if you listen to
some of the speakers and you can ask questions.
Speaker 3 (09:09):
Look, you know the plant doctors. She coming back.
Speaker 6 (09:12):
No, so that's only spring show. Okay, so we'll have
no speakers this year. But what we do have is
our Midwest Basement Revival.
Speaker 3 (09:19):
Oh that's awesome.
Speaker 5 (09:21):
I know. I'm so excited about this.
Speaker 6 (09:23):
I dreamed this up back in May with no clue
that we would have huge flooding, and so that has
become our main educational piece and we are going to
have a lot of different members with products there and
(09:43):
designs there.
Speaker 1 (09:44):
And am I reading this right a bourbon sitting area? Yes, yes,
I don't drink. But I'd sure like to see what
the bourbon sitting area looks like. Yeah, because you could
make that into a you know, a water or soft
drink citting area, right.
Speaker 5 (10:00):
It can be anything.
Speaker 6 (10:00):
So it's gonna be there's a nice fireplace that's gonna
be there, and some company chairs and there's a wine wreck,
So it doesn't have to be bourbon, a cigar, humidor
sitting in the area, and so you can turn it
into whatever.
Speaker 5 (10:14):
We just thought bourbon.
Speaker 6 (10:16):
It's kind of fun and cool right now that that
would be a cool spacey.
Speaker 1 (10:21):
Hey, before we go any further, what is you You've
been at Nary for about a year and a half.
Speaker 3 (10:25):
What did you do prior?
Speaker 6 (10:27):
I worked for the Archdiocese of Milwaukee, so very very
similar to role modeling, right, you know, Catholic church or
model it.
Speaker 5 (10:34):
No, I was there for eight years.
Speaker 2 (10:36):
But yeah, Sundays off I did kind of You want
to have next Sunday off?
Speaker 5 (10:42):
I will not have next.
Speaker 1 (10:43):
I just told the story last time in the sidelines.
I had the I had the whole front row of
the Tosa East student section sing my wife Happy Birthday.
Harry's birthday was yesterday and I was I went to
save Peter.
Speaker 3 (10:56):
And Paul Pirice on the east side of Milwaukee.
Speaker 1 (10:58):
And in fourth grade, sister Margaret Murray tell me, as
we were getting ready to sing Little Drummer Boy for
the Christmas show, you are tone deaf.
Speaker 3 (11:07):
Mister mc giver never sing in public.
Speaker 1 (11:09):
And I thought, and I said, what she said, I
don't want to hear you sing.
Speaker 3 (11:13):
And senior Grosser does want to hear you singing? Baby
Jesus does one to hear you sing?
Speaker 1 (11:17):
And I said, baby Jesus is everywhere, and she said exactly.
And so I didn't sing in the shower till like
eighth grade, but I had them sing. And so yeah,
she I can tell you those nuns, I'm guilty about everything.
Still to this day, I feel guilty about everything. And
they put that in me for sure. So you left.
(11:38):
The archidics came over. I love your mind, like how
you said. Look, I didn't know we're going to get
this flood, but I came up with this basement idea
and and man perfect.
Speaker 4 (11:49):
Right, yeah, well, yeah, I didn't take no one.
Speaker 2 (11:50):
It was like one hundred years billing that thing, right,
So he didn't know about that.
Speaker 5 (11:54):
That Hey, you god it's a couple of months.
Speaker 2 (11:56):
You were prepared, definitely, and you know, we just we
just had Randy on a couple he's talking about, you know,
his basement endeavors and he'll be a part of that.
Speaker 4 (12:05):
Right.
Speaker 3 (12:06):
Oh that's awesome.
Speaker 1 (12:07):
Well, what I like about the office that you work
at are the people, especially Michelle Brown. And what I
really like about her is people will say to you
there's no really, there's no dumb questions, no stupid ideas.
And I was on the board for some of these
(12:28):
and people would come up with some pretty and she
would go, Okay, I'm not sure I like exactly how
you're thinking it, but let's tweak.
Speaker 3 (12:36):
It a little bit.
Speaker 1 (12:37):
She is open to any ideas if it's going to
help and going to move it forward and have the
show be a.
Speaker 3 (12:45):
Little bit better than it was the year before. And
I love that.
Speaker 1 (12:50):
And even if the idea is not all that great,
she's so quick and in her mind to be able
to go, what if we did it this way? How
do you think this would work? And she makes you
feel like it was a really good idea if we
just tweak it, when she knew it was a really
bad idea, but she doesn't make you feel like that,
and she's really open to anything that will make this
(13:13):
show draw more people and have people have a better
experience than they did the year prior.
Speaker 5 (13:19):
One hundred percent.
Speaker 6 (13:20):
I would say that that has experience has been the
word that has been driving everything we're working on for
the shows this year. We want people to come and
have this experience.
Speaker 5 (13:32):
That's great.
Speaker 6 (13:33):
My new take on things is building traditions. I think
it's so important. I remember growing up going to the
Naary shows. When I took the job, that was one
of the things that I was like. I remember going
there and I remember looking I told so many people this.
I remember after I took the job. I looked around
my kitchen and do you know how many Nary members
like things? I have an s Jay Janice Yard sick,
(13:57):
I got somebody else's magnet. I looked around my house
and I was like, these Narry members are all over
my house. And I didn't even realize it because I
just picked up things throughout the years.
Speaker 1 (14:06):
You know, I have my grandkids there and now I've
got six of them. But when the older ones were younger,
I will give a tip and I'm looking at the
tips that that that Michelle Brown put on, and we're
going to go through these because I think this is
really important.
Speaker 3 (14:21):
I think people should print this off your website.
Speaker 1 (14:23):
But the people that had like a jar full of candy,
my grandkids would go.
Speaker 3 (14:30):
It was almost like trick or treating.
Speaker 5 (14:32):
We call it trick or trading.
Speaker 3 (14:34):
Daughter.
Speaker 2 (14:34):
It's like tricker training for adults too, because there's stuff for.
Speaker 1 (14:37):
Yeah, but they're going and they're standing in different booths,
and my daughter would have to go get them. And
then she'd walk into the booth and go, I never
thought that I could have my TV hung like this,
you know, that kind of stuff. And she's like, Dad,
I got to get my kids out of here. I'll
come back, but I got to get them out of
here because they're they've got a bag full of candy.
(14:58):
They're not going to sleep for two days. She goes, However,
it made me go into booths that I probably would
have just walked past. And and look. One of the
things Nary Is is really good at is they don't
want the people in the booths to be Barker's right.
Speaker 3 (15:14):
You don't want to be going, hey, you come on over,
let me tell you what I can do.
Speaker 4 (15:18):
I come ale jumpers. Yeah, everybody.
Speaker 2 (15:20):
Yeah, the other the problem is to be an al jumper,
then everybody avoids that aisle.
Speaker 1 (15:24):
Right, so yeah, and they and look, you guys do
a nice job of making sure that new people.
Speaker 3 (15:31):
Hey, listen, here's what we do.
Speaker 4 (15:34):
You just say, like a little they're like a little
nary cops on patrol.
Speaker 3 (15:37):
And you don't know who they are. Sometimes, oh you don't.
Speaker 1 (15:40):
And then all of a sudden, back then Diane would
go storming and going, hey, remember.
Speaker 2 (15:44):
Back in the old days when when when you when
you see Michelle and Laurie walk around it, Okay, everybody
since sit up straight, here you come.
Speaker 3 (15:50):
Hey. Michelle never scared me. Laurie, on the other.
Speaker 5 (15:54):
Hand, all all five foot.
Speaker 1 (15:56):
One of her man, she had a quick wit. And
and and I was I was telling Jim. When I
would be doing those reads, they'd be throwing stuff at me.
Randy Miller would be doing spitballs at me. People in there,
and I'd go, guys, would you just do all you
got to be quiet for a minute.
Speaker 3 (16:12):
I got to get this read it. And they'd go.
Speaker 1 (16:14):
Okay, And as soon as then they'd start clapping or
you know, making noise.
Speaker 3 (16:19):
Very funny.
Speaker 2 (16:20):
I was just thinking about two about there's a really
good chmometer with all these NARRY members. Oh you know,
you know, but you go through the whole habit. You know,
people like join neary for one reason, but they actually
stay for another reason because it's a whole camaraderie and thing.
But it was nice when you go to show is
if you don't have what sometimes if they don't have you,
we don't sell that.
Speaker 4 (16:36):
They don't know.
Speaker 2 (16:37):
They actually tell you know what, I don't do it,
but that guy over there does look in a book
looking this guy here, you know, and then the first
thing to ask me where it is the most even
like when I we have a booth there, we was,
we have a numbers, we look it up and help
them help them find it.
Speaker 4 (16:48):
So everybody is helpful.
Speaker 6 (16:50):
Send them over to somebody else that does do it.
There's so much of that. So you were saying about
the going around with your kids or your daughter going
around with her kids. One of the cool things we
do have that helps now with that exploring is we
have Scavender Hunts. So we some of our members participate
in the Scavender Hunt and you can pick up a
Scavender Hunt when you walk in and you go around
(17:12):
all the booths, and so maybe it's not a booth
that you were planning to go see because you were
only look at windows. But man, you want to finish
the Scavender Hunt because once you get all the little
dabbers on all your things, you take it back and
you get entered for one hundred and fifty dollars gift
card to Bartolotta or a fifty dollars quick trip one
and in the spring show and we'll have this again.
(17:32):
This year we introduced a kid's version because of course
the kids want to come along and do it, and
then they get either a piece of candy or I
think we have Jerry tattoos or Jerry coloring.
Speaker 1 (17:44):
My grandkids are very competitive and they would all want
to beat the other one and they'd be My daughter
would be like, I gotta get I gotta definitely get.
Speaker 3 (17:52):
Out of here.
Speaker 1 (17:53):
On the neary website, guys, you get all the information
that you need neary Milwaukee dot org. And I cannot
wreck amend this enough. They put this together and I
just think it really helps. If nothing else to read it,
but I would print it and steps to prepare for
the home show. Number one is research ahead of time,
(18:15):
know your needs, set a budget, and prioritize your projects.
Because again, look, if you walk really fast, you can
probably get through the show right in four or five hours.
But if you're going to actually have conversations, you want
to do this. Set a budget, know your needs, and
(18:36):
prioritize the projects so that you can get your needs
part of it done and then look at the wants.
And again, if you know what your needs are and
you know what your budget is and you know which
projects you want to get done now or next year,
it certainly helps you.
Speaker 6 (18:53):
Well, I mean, lets you have a better conversation, because
if you just go in and you're like, well, I
don't know, I'm maybe you want to do and like
you're gonna talk to someone and they're gonna be like, okay, well,
you know, the world is your oyster, like we can
do anything.
Speaker 5 (19:07):
From fifty dollars or you want to do.
Speaker 6 (19:09):
A million dollars, and so maybe you start talking and
you're like, oh wait a second, I you know, maybe
that's not gonna happen. But if you have that budget
and you know really what you're gonna do, you can
sit down and narrow down who you who you want
to work with, and spend that more time with those
specific people and really take advantage of them being there,
opposed to just talking to like twenty people and maybe
(19:31):
not hitting all here.
Speaker 2 (19:32):
Some people are afraid to talk about when neary does
the work for you ahead of time, does investigating right,
they're not a narry member list, even vetted and checked out,
make sure they got their insurances and licenses that they're
supposed to have, you know, because is typical you'll you're here,
you know, I can always people say, well, we had
this guy come over and he said it'd be cheap
if I went and got my own permit. That means
he can't get a permitt Yeah, right, That means he's
(19:53):
not a legit contractor you know, he's just some guy
that's with the maintenan.
Speaker 1 (19:57):
That's that is such a good point, Bingo, that you
made that part of it. You don't have to worry
about that. You don't have to worry about Hey, listen,
if I if I do hire them, are they're going
to show up?
Speaker 3 (20:08):
Is it? Are they? Are they? If I invite them
and set up an appointment?
Speaker 1 (20:13):
Are they telling me that I could get this Nary
deal as a way to get in my house to
upsell me. We're not talking about those kinds of contractors.
We're talking about contractors that have been vetted that you
can you can leave that part that that nervousness about
hiring a good contractor at home, because everybody who's at
the Nary Show has been vetted and they're Nary members.
Speaker 6 (20:33):
Yeah, we've done all that, you know, that background checking,
all that. Are they you know, reputable? Are they do
they have all those things? We've done that for you.
We've taken that kind of scariness out of it because
you don't know you're letting someone into your house and
we've you know, we've checked them out for you and
given them that first pass, and then it's up to
you to figure out if then if they're a fit
(20:55):
for you, because not everybody's a fit for everybody.
Speaker 5 (20:58):
But you don't have to worry about that like, oh
they gonna be.
Speaker 6 (21:01):
You know, I don't know, I don't know what kind
of person they are.
Speaker 2 (21:06):
Like when you see contact Sick, it's never an Airy contractor.
It's always it's always somebody that came in or especially
the Soul Storm chasing thing.
Speaker 1 (21:14):
Holy about a state and take your down payment show.
Speaker 2 (21:19):
It's a tough business, and I mean so Narry takes
that work out of it for you, so you know
you got a good reperto contractor.
Speaker 1 (21:24):
The thirty fifth Annual Nary Milwaukee Home Remodeling Show October
seventeenth through the nineteenth at State Fair Park. Tickets bingo d.
He says this when we talk about shows, but when
you're in the parking lot, get your tickets online to
save yourself some money. It's eight dollars in advance or
from the parking lot ten dollars.
Speaker 3 (21:45):
We have to do.
Speaker 1 (21:45):
We stand in line, stand in line, going on to the
phone and buy the tickets.
Speaker 3 (21:50):
Say they do have a free admission special. We do
very smart.
Speaker 1 (21:54):
Sunday from three to five during the packer game is
the perfect time to get in free, beat the crowds
and expl or the show floor. That's a really good
idea of people. I gotta be honest with you. Our
special guest in studio she is general. If you're not
bad for the first segment right, no nerves now, no.
Speaker 3 (22:10):
Not doing great.
Speaker 1 (22:11):
She's the events manager for our friends at Nary Milwaukee.
Go to Narimlwaukee dot org for any information on Nary,
but I would highly recommend take a look at the
events page, go to the Homer Remodeling Show, and then
when you're there, take a look at the steps to
prepare for.
Speaker 3 (22:30):
The home show.
Speaker 1 (22:30):
And we're going to go through a few more of
those when we get back on the other side of
the break, and we'll start to talk about some of
the different vendors that are going to be there. Like
we talked about Donovan Jorgansen Booth two point thirty one.
Kernel Electric is going to be there. They got a
great deal going out right now with generators. It's actually
starting on Monday, but they're going to talk to you
(22:50):
about it. They're going to be in Booth three forty three,
and there's just a number of really good people that
you're going to be able to meet there. This is
the Creative Construction of Wisconsin Homie Provement Show. I'm Fox
Sports nine twenty and your iHeart Radio app.
Speaker 3 (23:04):
Welcome back to the.
Speaker 1 (23:05):
Creative Construction Wisconsin home Improvement Improvement show. Excuse me on
Fox Sports ninety twenty and your iHeartRadio app. Coming live
from the Donovan and Jordanson.
Speaker 2 (23:14):
Just excuse me of Fox Sports? Is that the new takeline?
Speaker 1 (23:17):
No, I just you know, I was trying to talk
too fast because I got so many questions for Miss Jenny.
Speaker 3 (23:21):
We may keep her for three hours.
Speaker 1 (23:23):
Oh boy, the high school show, actually where you I
have to do my high school show because we're going
to introduce the crowd to our first of the year,
Kernel Electric Superhero of the Week, Sammy Lee, her brother Brody.
I got a job at Colonel Electric and the kids
like doing great, and she's going to graduate high school
in three years.
Speaker 3 (23:43):
It took me six How long did it take you?
Speaker 4 (23:46):
I did?
Speaker 2 (23:47):
And for it took It took me five years for
college all.
Speaker 1 (23:49):
I always thought that the nuns that mess were just
liked me so much they wanted me to keep coming here.
Speaker 5 (23:54):
Yeah, I'm sure I don't want Yeah, they.
Speaker 2 (23:57):
Just missed you.
Speaker 1 (23:58):
I don't think that's it at all. Our special guest,
we're coming live from the Donovan, Jordans and Heating Cooling Studios.
They will be in Booth two thirty one next weekend
at State Fair Park. And as we talked about Colonel Electric,
they'll be in Booth three forty three next weekend at
Statefair Park It's October seventeenth through the nineteenth, the thirty
(24:20):
fifth annual Nary Milwaukee Home and Remodeling Show.
Speaker 3 (24:25):
Hey when again?
Speaker 1 (24:26):
You can go to Nary Milwaukee dot org to order
your tickets, to get any information, to look at what
vendors are going to be there, and kind of map
it out, map out that first hour and a half
that you're going to be there. You want to get
to this booth, this booth, and those are the needs,
and then start to having fun. That's what I think.
Make sure that you know your needs, you set a budget,
(24:49):
and you probaoritize your projects. Am I when do I
want to get this thing done? And then have that conversation.
But if you go to their website Narimwaukee dot org,
you get all the information you need and you can
order your tickets eight dollars in advance, ten dollars at
the door. Veterans, active duty military, first responders and medical
(25:09):
personnel get in free with an.
Speaker 5 (25:11):
Idea, and kids are free.
Speaker 3 (25:13):
And kids in eighteen seventeen and under.
Speaker 2 (25:15):
Yeah, yeah, make sure you have a list of what
you're gonna go because it's easy to get distracted and
then you know, and then you know you're talking about
this in the first hour, it's easy to get distracted.
Make sure you know what you want to go there,
because like, well look at Depth and Steve Winters, right, Yes,
I got six of lit solar tube lades.
Speaker 4 (25:32):
Not my house.
Speaker 3 (25:33):
Yea.
Speaker 2 (25:33):
We never once ever went there to ever even think
about buying one of those things.
Speaker 3 (25:37):
They're awesome.
Speaker 4 (25:38):
I know you love them too well, Yeah, I know,
but you don't need six.
Speaker 1 (25:43):
We do well, you do need on October twentie if
you're going to have two more, you watch you're gonna
end up with with.
Speaker 3 (25:50):
Eight of them.
Speaker 1 (25:52):
Hey, Jen, when when you start people are always surprised
by this, But I would think at about October twenty
second you start planning next year.
Speaker 6 (26:03):
Oh yeah, I mean we've already kind of started thinking
about it. We do also have our spring show in February,
so focus changes a little bit to that. But yeah,
there's you know, as soon as it's done, you start
thinking about you know, Actually, I'm gonna say that differently.
I would say that I start thinking about next year
already because as you're planning events, you always think of
(26:25):
things you can do different, especially when you're on the
floor over the weekend. I'm always looking like, Okay, I
can do this differently, or I can do that differently,
or oh I want to see that in the show,
or somebody comes up and talks to you and they're like,
you know, I wasn't sure about this, or I have this,
And so that's really I get a ton of ideas
just on the show floor because I have all my
(26:45):
members around me, and I can see all the possibilities
that exists for us, and so you will, you know,
you're always trying to make things better, and so you
take whatever's going on and then you're like.
Speaker 5 (26:57):
Oh, what if we add this next hey on that sheet.
Speaker 1 (27:02):
Steps to prepare for the home show. That I really
think is the most important part of that that Michelle
put together is questions to ask NARY members. Because sometimes
if my wife went by herself, Terry and I are
a little bit opposite.
Speaker 3 (27:19):
Where she's she's she's a little quieter than I am.
Speaker 1 (27:23):
I'm a big mouth, and I know what questions I'm
going to ask the NARY members, right, I'm going to
ask them, Look, how long you've been in business, and
and and when can we get this done?
Speaker 3 (27:33):
And what the cost would be?
Speaker 1 (27:34):
All of that, But there are questions that even I
would probably miss. And on this sheet and you can
print this out are just questions to askinary members and
just really basic things that can remind yourself to Look,
what is your experience in this specific type of project? Right,
how long you've been in business? Can you provide references
(27:55):
from past clients?
Speaker 4 (27:56):
Really?
Speaker 2 (27:57):
Don't don't price shop because that's why I get someone
how much out of these? And you just want to
be real cheap look for the cheapest. And that's why
I say that what's great about these shows this building relationship.
You know who's gonna return the phone call? Who's who
do you like? Who do you want in your house?
Speaker 4 (28:10):
Right?
Speaker 2 (28:10):
Especially when you buy all windows, they're gonna be in
every room in your house, bedrooms, all kinds of stuff.
Who do you want your house? Not just because they're.
Speaker 5 (28:16):
Cheap isn't always chief doesn't always mean best.
Speaker 1 (28:19):
Well, look I used to rip the there there used
to be a window company that would do billboards a
windows for like one hundred and ninety nine dollars.
Speaker 4 (28:28):
For like a whole house or something.
Speaker 3 (28:29):
Right, Yeah, but that means that they're that's not installation.
Speaker 2 (28:32):
That that means they're like cellophane or something.
Speaker 1 (28:34):
Right, and then when it's going to go right through
it and it's and it's funny because they were doing
that just to get their phone to rank, to be
able to upsell people. And and look, I understand even
if you go to the Nary show, you can say, hey, listen,
I just want a backsplash. Well, if you're going to
do the backsplash, and we can do that in the kitchen. However,
(28:57):
if you're going to do that, if you if you
think a year from now you're gonna want new cabinets,
now would be the time to do it, and we
can do that as well. But understand, they're doing that
because we can save you some money if you know
you're gonna do it in the future. Anyway, what they're
not trying to do is just completely you know, basically
a lot of you the windows aren't one hundred and
(29:17):
ninety ninety.
Speaker 2 (29:18):
A lot and a lot of these new guys are.
You know, they're all all trained, because I used to
be one of the guys doing the training. They're you know,
UDC certified and stuff. You're getting a bathroom done right.
You don't think about it because you're you're in your forties. Right,
how about when you're seventy years old, you want a
grab bar in here, So they pre build the wall
with the with the black blocking maids sample.
Speaker 5 (29:37):
Right, you're just thinking ahead, you know some days, and.
Speaker 2 (29:39):
They're all trained. A lot of these guys are all
trained and certified and knowing this ahead of time that
you know that someday you're gonna have to take the
base of the cabinet out, so they'll tile the whole
basement floor, I mean the whole bathroom floor. So when
you pull a cabinet out, cause sting, get a wheelchair
and it's all tiled, you know.
Speaker 1 (29:52):
And in years ago, when we started I started doing
this show Narry members, we were a little bit uncommon
comfortable having that conversation with somebody in their thirties or
forties because they don't want them to think that they
think they're old. But that whole thing has changed now.
It's like, hey, listen, do you like the neighborhood, do
you like the school system? Is this a home that
(30:14):
you can see yourself, you know, retiring in. And if
that's the case, then let's have this conversation because if
we're going to do this work, let's let's get this
stuff done now so that we don't have to come
back and do it when when you actually need.
Speaker 6 (30:30):
It and already spend more money to have it done
the second time. So if if you can think ahead
a little bit and you're like, okay, you know, like
how many times do you want them in your house?
Speaker 2 (30:41):
And I'm not those contractors because there's narry contractors and
there's Anarry. Certified contractors will always have a little plack up.
They'll say certified. Most people don't know what they're for,
but look, it'll say you to see on a you know,
you know, universal design contractor. That means that they're trained
in doing it and having no situations.
Speaker 1 (30:56):
And that that category in your business has exploded. And
and I think COVID had something to do with that
because people realized, hey, listen, I need to make some changes.
But we moved into this neighborhood for a reason. Our
family is expanding a little bit. Look, you have two
little ones. I do, and who knows, maybe maybe you
(31:21):
have twins next time.
Speaker 3 (31:22):
Right, and all of a sudden, you do woy.
Speaker 6 (31:24):
I hope my husband isn't listening and heard that he's
going to be practice.
Speaker 1 (31:28):
He's going to hockey practice. The three year old has
hockey practice.
Speaker 5 (31:31):
The three year old?
Speaker 3 (31:32):
What are your boys' names?
Speaker 6 (31:33):
So my oldest is Anthony, but we call him Tony,
and then my youngest is Sebastian.
Speaker 3 (31:39):
And what is your husband's name?
Speaker 5 (31:41):
My husband's name is Bill.
Speaker 3 (31:42):
Hey, Bill, I.
Speaker 1 (31:43):
Can tell you gents, says nothing but good things about you,
miss mister Billy.
Speaker 3 (31:47):
And then the fact that you're going to hockey practice.
Speaker 4 (31:49):
I'm just the three year old plays hockey.
Speaker 5 (31:51):
Yes, he has.
Speaker 2 (31:53):
Uh.
Speaker 6 (31:53):
He is obsessed with hockey. He wakes up every morning
and asked me if it's hockey day. Uh, and he
it just absolutely loves that. We go to Admirals games
all the time. He was seven days old when he
went to his first hockey game. We went to the
black Hawks wild preseason game at the five Surf with
him just days old. And so obviously it's been ingrained.
(32:15):
He wanted to be on ice a year and a
half ago and we told me I had to wait till.
Speaker 5 (32:19):
He was three.
Speaker 3 (32:19):
So Bill a hockey guy.
Speaker 6 (32:21):
Yeah, but that's kind of why we started dating too.
It's hard to find hockey people in Wisconsin, which is weird.
Speaker 1 (32:27):
Yeah, not if you listen to this station now, this
is the home of your Milwaukee admirals and John Greenberg
and Wojoe and and everybody in the front office. They're
very very very much friends to the station and they
do a great job. Another thing that I think is
important again, we're talking about the show coming up. It's
(32:49):
a thirty fifth annual Nary Milwaukee Milwaukee Nary Milwaukee homerom
Miling Show. I always want to see Walke Harry, but
it's Nary Mowaker near Milwaukee.
Speaker 3 (32:57):
It is.
Speaker 1 (32:58):
It used to be walking there for years when I
was doing what you're doing with the PAS.
Speaker 3 (33:04):
Welcome to the Milwaukee Nary Homie Remindley because.
Speaker 4 (33:06):
Zach and Brian he changed a sign in the front.
Speaker 2 (33:08):
Basically, we took the Narry Milwaukee, we took the Milwaukee
and we just switched up with the Narry on top.
That's all that's.
Speaker 3 (33:14):
His sign there.
Speaker 1 (33:16):
You go, exact did that? Yeah, he did it right,
because he does all that stuff right.
Speaker 3 (33:20):
Then.
Speaker 1 (33:20):
The Narry Milwaukee Homermiley Show October seventeenth through the nineteenth
at State Fair Park. It's a thirty fifth annual. Another
thing again on this list of making sure just if
either printed or read it before you go. Bring es
central items. I talked about the woman that had the
notebook and she needed that. And then also very important,
(33:41):
I think to take photos. Bring photos of what if
you want to redo your your master bath or your
your master bedroom, your basement, whatever you want to do,
take some pictures so that you can have that conversation
and say, hey, listen, we want to maybe knock this
wall down. Look, everybody wants that open concept now one
hundred percent.
Speaker 5 (34:02):
I would love to knock a wall down in my house.
Speaker 1 (34:04):
Don't do it. I'm telling you. I we we bought
a condo. We're living in a condo in Pelwaukee. And
we because we watch all those shows, flip it shows
and and you know, love it or listed shows and
and everybody wants to open concept. There are some there
are some downsides to it. I'm just telling you.
Speaker 2 (34:23):
But you can't go down the room and have a
private conversation.
Speaker 1 (34:25):
You cannot know and watching TV as my wife is
cooking or putting on the uh you know, doing the dishwasher.
Speaker 3 (34:32):
You got to turn the TV up a little bit.
Speaker 2 (34:34):
But that you know, But those cool letters, like it's
a good time to think about all these insulting guys.
Even Randy will be there.
Speaker 1 (34:42):
Rain you know what, and you can talk basements for sure.
Is Randy part of the Midwest basement he is, He
will be.
Speaker 5 (34:49):
A part of it.
Speaker 6 (34:50):
He's going to have his new wall system and his
floor system in our little basement area.
Speaker 1 (34:56):
I've known Randy a long time. He'll be at the Bourbon,
the Bourbons sitting areas where.
Speaker 5 (35:01):
He'll that is next to his little area.
Speaker 4 (35:04):
So the guy with his head hanging, that's Randy.
Speaker 1 (35:07):
Yeah, and he is busy man, he is definitely busy.
Speaker 2 (35:11):
That's why I say it's a good thing for a
basement because with Randy with that basement, it's a good
fit for him because he's always down in a basement
doing a insulation anyways.
Speaker 4 (35:19):
As I just fin.
Speaker 1 (35:20):
Will just fix it, yep, I agree. The other part
is to plan your time right, arrive early or arrive later.
Arriving on off peak times gives you the opportunity to
speak with exhibitors without a big crowd.
Speaker 6 (35:32):
So during the Brewers game, during the Badger game, and
during the Packer game.
Speaker 3 (35:37):
Is a perfect time.
Speaker 5 (35:38):
Perfect time because it will be slower.
Speaker 6 (35:40):
We know it's going to be slower, but that gives
you that time to have those good conversations because you're
not gonna have twenty people sitting there waiting to talk
to somebody.
Speaker 2 (35:48):
And if you're going Sunday, it's free, it's free, and
everybody's on the packer game on.
Speaker 4 (35:52):
So you're good with that.
Speaker 1 (35:53):
The other part, and I think this is a really
good point, allocate time.
Speaker 3 (35:57):
For each exhibitor.
Speaker 1 (35:59):
Right, So if if you feel like I have a
two hour window that I want to get in, you're
probably not going to want to spend thirty five forty
minutes with an exhibitor. They'll spend the time with you,
they will, But you know what, if you want to
get to all the things that you want to get to,
make sure you kind of allocate a time whether it's
a ten minute conversation, and you'll know ten to fifteen
(36:20):
minutes into the conversation if this is a good fit
or not, and then set the appointment and then and
then go to the next one, and you can allocate
the time for each exhibitor to give yourself enough time
or come back the next stad.
Speaker 5 (36:35):
Yeah, come back, lets say come and see us again.
Speaker 2 (36:37):
And anybody and consumers and stuff will tell you you know,
just don't don't say just one, right, make two appointments
with two different people. Then you get them out of
that setting and you can you know they're sitting in
your kitchen or walking that walk around the outside your
house and stuff like this, and then you know, but
you already know you feel comfortable with him because you
spend some time with them, and then check them out
and say who offers the best.
Speaker 1 (36:56):
And bingo you if you have worked these booths a
lot over your high your lifetime. One of the tips
is for consumers, for people like me that are going
to walk the show, and there's a couple of things
we need done in our condo is be honest and
clear clearly communicate your needs expectations.
Speaker 2 (37:14):
People all the time, Yeah, they always want to take
the budget. They always figure well they only say half
of what their budget is because you think you're going
to double it, right, I mean the contract wor'll be like,
you know, I want to spend about eighty dollars a window. Well,
we're probably not a good fit for you, so let's
just move on right right, Yeah, you plan to spend
a thousand dollars a window? You could have an honest
conversation with a guy. But he just told you to
go away because you just you're not the thing.
Speaker 5 (37:35):
You're little.
Speaker 6 (37:36):
You're like, you're not even giving them the opportunity to
really tell you what they offer because you don't know,
you're not giving them the honest budget. And you need
to kind of be honest with about the other thing
that you didn't mention with the pictures that I was
just thinking about is like, know your dimensions if you can.
I remember when I went to one of the first
shows after we bought our house. We had like every
(37:56):
room and then we like we measured our basement because
that's what we're looking for, basement flooring, and we measured
it because I wanted to know like what scale a
project we were looking at and to be able to
tell them like, hey, I'm only looking for maybe an.
Speaker 5 (38:08):
Eight x eight space versus a you know, twenty by
twenty space. That's a little different conversation.
Speaker 3 (38:14):
A huge usually different conversation.
Speaker 2 (38:17):
I was just think about a day pass give floor
in International. I'm sure he'll be there. He'll be one
of those people. That's what I'll say is how much
does the floor cost? Well, how big is their basement.
I don't know from about this booth to this booth.
Speaker 1 (38:28):
You got to know those things and also requests samples
or visuals right as for pro sure samples. The woman
I saw walking out had every brochure. I'm telling you
that that five not even three minute part of my
life that I think most people would just forget about,
had such an impact on me. And it showed me
(38:49):
the power of these shows. It showed me the power
of this woman. Her hugs was mad. He wanted dinner,
and she was three hours late, and she had every
broche or, and she had all of her notes, and
she was really organized for her needs. And then she
had a lot of things for her wants. Our special
guest in studio and she can come back anytime.
Speaker 3 (39:11):
She's great.
Speaker 1 (39:12):
We'll talk to Youth Hockey if she wants. She is
Jen Murphy. She is Bill's wife, the events manager for
Nary Milwaukee. Go to Narry Milwaukee dot org for any information.
Speaker 7 (39:26):
No, it's Anthony's Anthony Tony Young. Tony later on saying yes,
mister and the youngers Seastian Sebastian that one I forgot.
I knew Tony, but Sebastian I forgot Sebastian's he's kind
of the hitter on that three year old hockey. He's
checking guys into.
Speaker 3 (39:43):
The board, probably probably one hundred percent. Guys.
Speaker 1 (39:50):
Go to Narry Milwaukee dot org. Nary Milwaukee dot org,
go to their events tab and look up all the
information you need. It's right there in front of you.
We're the thirty fifth annual Nary Milwaukee homer Remodeling Show
October seventeenth through the nineteenth at Wisconsin State Fair Park.
We're going to get to a break, will continue our
conversation again. Our special guest in studio. She is Jen Murphy,
(40:14):
the events manager for Nary Milwaukee. This is the Creative
Construction Wisconsin Home Improvement Show on Fox Sports nine twenty
and your iHeartRadio App. And welcome back to the Creative
Construction Wisconsin Home Improvement Show only on Fox Sports nine
twenty and your iHeart Radio app. Coming live from the
Donovan and Jorgensen Heating and Cooling Studios. I Mike mcgiverr
(40:35):
alongside my co host. He's the owner of Creative Construction
of Wisconsin.
Speaker 3 (40:41):
Dev's husband is what he is.
Speaker 2 (40:43):
Well, anyways, I got to bring something up because as
soon as I leave the show's there's another The Fixer
Show or something. It's on lower on the box still, Yeah,
I guess it's still on anyways, love him. Actually, David
and I were both we're after driving up together. We're
going to a shoot is called the Wheel Them In.
Basically it's a it's a fundraiser so veterans can go,
(41:04):
you know that are paralyzed can go shooting. So we
do it is a big fundraiser. We make it and
then they actually have it. There's actually run by David's cousin.
Speaker 3 (41:11):
That's where is it at.
Speaker 2 (41:13):
It's up in Wassaw. What they do is they bring
him in, they take them all up to Wassaw. Then
they put them in tree stands and with elevators and
you can go deer hunting.
Speaker 4 (41:21):
How cool is Yeah?
Speaker 5 (41:22):
I didn't know you could put an elevator in a
tree stand.
Speaker 4 (41:24):
Well, that's that's what we do it.
Speaker 3 (41:25):
Yeah, it's another thing that we could do as a
Narry show.
Speaker 4 (41:28):
So yeah, that's why. So I do with David.
Speaker 2 (41:30):
David, so him and I were going up there and
then that's what we'll do is and he'll take me this,
He'll take me the elevators and all that stuff, and
is it's such a it's such a crazy thing.
Speaker 3 (41:38):
He's a really good guy.
Speaker 1 (41:39):
Yeah, yeah, I like him a lot. I like our
show better. But that's okay. We can compete. It's kind
of like Nary members, right, you compete, but you can
still healthy competition.
Speaker 2 (41:49):
Is Yeah, Well, we do a lot of like when
we do trap shooting, you know, when I do shopping
for Narry or NBA or any organizations. Dave's always on
our team. So we're not you know, we're we're competitors
on or both. We're both like the only two really inspectors. Right,
we're actually really good friends. People say, oh, yeah he is.
Speaker 1 (42:07):
He is a really nice man, and he does a
great job on that show. Our special guest she is
Jen Murphy, the events manager for Nary Milwaukee, and so look,
we're really lucky to have her in studio today as
we're talking about next week in the thirty fifth annual
Milwaukee Nary Milwaukee Home and Remodeling Show at State Fair Park.
(42:29):
If you go to their website Narimlwaukee dot org buy

doesn't go together, because whoever likes football are gonna be
able to watch again, and you'll be able to cheer
with a whole bunch of other.
Speaker 2 (43:10):
Packerun And that's my favorite part. It's kind of a
kind of neat. If you ever never done that on
a Sunday during Packy game, go there once they hear
the different emotions and there because every day that's all
streaming and all the different services and all different summer
it's thirty seconds behind, and you know it's it's it's
quite the event.
Speaker 4 (43:26):
I wouldn't you know it's.
Speaker 5 (43:27):
And we have a we have a bar there. It's
it's like going to bar. We got a bar, we
got the game there.

You go, you know, you know you have you have
the Midwest You Can Basement Revival.

Speaker 3 (43:42):
She has three. She cannot believe how good looking I
get after that third.
Speaker 4 (43:45):
Time, I'm going up on the skylight.
Speaker 6 (43:48):
Well, buddy, Mary is there. They're so good. That's on
the bar's number one cellar there.
Speaker 3 (43:53):
Hey, the fact that that and your timing is perfect
on this Midwest Basement Revival, And I ask people make
sure that you go to that area right because there's
some really cool things in that space.
Speaker 2 (44:04):
Yeah, you don't need a cold, damp, dungee basement anymore.
Speaker 6 (44:07):
No, And this, I mean, this space is gonna be
basically twenty by eighty of from the ranging from things
that you need to do to make your basement waterproof, boldproof,
all those things all the way to the really cool
things you can do when once you get those things done.
Speaker 5 (44:29):
Like sports Core, sports cort it's gonna.
Speaker 6 (44:31):
We're gonna have turf in there, so there'll be a
sun home theaters, home theaters.
Speaker 1 (44:37):
Man, I'm looking at wellness area. I need that. I
need the wellness area.
Speaker 5 (44:42):
Bob athrooms are huge, now you.
Speaker 1 (44:44):
Know what I will take the wellness area and make
it bigger, because I don't need the bourbon sitney area.
Some people do. I don't one hundred percent. Irish had
a staff drinking a long time.
Speaker 4 (44:53):
Ago eating the corn, beef and cabbage area there.
Speaker 5 (44:56):
You hey, you can turn it into whatever you want.
Speaker 2 (44:58):
You could Kelly Green, right, Eli Green, Core beaf and
cabbage area.
Speaker 3 (45:01):

Speaker 4 (45:03):
Whoever sells at I got a customer for you.
Speaker 1 (45:06):
Jen, Will you take You can't take Monday off after
the show?
Speaker 4 (45:10):
Right?
Speaker 5 (45:10):
I can't. No, I'll take a little break on Monday.
Everybody's moving out.
Speaker 6 (45:14):
We're still there, I say, Monday, I'm still hanging out
and safer.
Speaker 4 (45:20):
Yeah, because yeah, they're pretty strict.
Speaker 1 (45:23):
Eleven thirty eleven thirty is the time i've I've been
there at the end on Sunday where you guys about
an hour ahead of time are starting to kind of
and then all of a sudden, you know, thirty new
people walk through and they're putting their flyers back out,
and and look the clients that I have through the
mcgiverern Agency, cour Electric, Donavan, Jorgans and Cooling, all these
(45:46):
clients that are going to be there there and Randy.
Randy's not a client from mcgiverern Agency, but maybe one day.
But they get so many leads off of this and
and especially like I had a meeting at Current Electric
thereabout to go through that shoulder season where they get
a little bit slow, Narry. This this show is what
keeps them going because they can get out now and
(46:08):
see people by generators or soul or stuff.
Speaker 6 (46:10):
Like that, and their generator is going to be in
that Midwest Basement revival we're having. I off the top
of my hat, I don't remember what type of generator
it is, it's probably but we'll have one of those
there and so you can actually take a look at
it and see, you know, I feel like most people
have seen a generator.
Speaker 5 (46:30):
But we'll also have education about why you need a generator?
What do generators? Do?
Speaker 7 (46:35):
You know?
Speaker 4 (46:36):
What?
Speaker 5 (46:36):
When do you need one?
Speaker 1 (46:37):
I am looking at at at the people that are
going to be part of the basement showcase sponsor. Let
me just name the ones who have done work in
my house. Navy construction, accurate basement repair, all right, home remodeling,
Current Electric. Let me see why I've had White Rabbit
out a good good health Shawness Milestone Plumbing, been.
Speaker 4 (46:58):

of those ladies.

I would like to get Michelle. And she's really busy
and I get it, but I would just like to
tell her, and I say it on the air. I
have so much respect for her, and I think that
they made the perfect hire for Nary. I just do
because she cares so much about everybody who's in nearing member.
But then it expands and she thinks about all of
(47:48):
the consumers and she has that on her mind all
the time, and I thank her for that. It's so
nice to meet you, Jen Murphy. Keep up the good work.
The things I've heard about you I get now. I
figured it out. I got that that that six or
