This arrest and conviction enraged Teresa Dinwiddie-Herrmann whose child went to the Cincinnati parochial school Drew oversaw. Rebecca Surrendorff joined the grass-roots movement to investigate Ohio's laws concerning sexual abuse, reporting it, and found the statute of limitations protects the offenders, not the victims.
