Speaker 1 (00:00):
We're back.

Speaker 2 (00:01):
I'm still fun podcast. We're fouling to Jenny and I
surprised Jenny last week week letting her know we wouldn't
have an episode. So thanks for hanging out with us.
We are back. Yes, hello, And it's been while I
was saying like I was having my like craziest week
of my life, Jenny finally was going into a calm moment. Yeah,

(00:21):
so I can give you a quick recap of everything.
So basically, my daughter's birthday was last weekend, so her
birthday party was Saturday, and then we said, Hey, guess what,
We're going to aunt Karris tomorrow. She lives in Florida,
and we're going to go to Disney World. So we
went and we went to Disney, and we did Disney
like we've never done before. Usually I feel like we

(00:43):
get tired, we get burntout. But I'm going to tell
you if you're going the game changer was buying a
premiere pass. I know that it's so expensive, so I
get that it is a luxury that I could get this,
But I am telling you, Jake and I talked to
we would never do Disney any other way. Now, they
changed their rules as they always like to do every
other year. So how it works is you have to

(01:04):
buy your regular park tickets, which are a million dollars.
Then you have to wait for an on sale and
it's like crazy, like you have to like quickly get
in the moment the time goes by and you have
to So like three days before, two days before, whatever
it was, Jake and I were both on the app
at six am because it's seven am sharp Eastern time,

(01:26):
and you buy the premiere Pass. Basically you choose what
park you want. We were only doing Magic Kingdom, so
that was easy and it by buying this you get
to go into the lightning lane of every single ride
one time. Okay, to not have to wait in lines
was with a five or six year old or honestly
as an adult, I don't like to wait in lines.

(01:47):
It was worth it, and we did like the Cinderella breakfast.
We did the Bibity Bobbity boutique where she gets her
hair and makeup done. She was getting over that portion.
She was like kept trying to get up out of
the seat. The Fairy Godmother was not having it. Not
earlier in the day that she did that, it was
eleven thirty am, but she was like she wanted to
go like do rollercoasters and stuff and so long story longer.

(02:09):
It was perfect. It was the longest day I'd ever
done at Disney as well. I did longer with when
I went with The Jason Show, but like with a family,
I'd never done that long.

Speaker 1 (02:18):
Did she understand what was happening when you surprised her,
like you told her?

Speaker 2 (02:23):
Yeah? She We woke up in the morning and she
was just like, I have to get my stuffies and
she shirts like packing her stuffed animals. We're like, no,
you can bring one and probably will buy one there,
and it was just it was really great. We got
there eight thirty, like rope drop. We left around five.

Speaker 1 (02:40):
Oh oh, bless you.

Speaker 2 (02:41):
Excuse me, you don't get a little family dinner, thank you.
And then Sunday we flew back. And then Thursday night,
Colt and I had our big adventure which was like
a party bus and we got back here at like
ten pm. And that was wild and fun and awesome.
And then Friday morning I got up and flew to
Indianapolis to my best room from college, Abby her bachelorette
party weekend in Indianapolis. Yeah, and each night. I stayed

(03:04):
up until almost two am.

Speaker 1 (03:06):
You did.

Speaker 2 (03:07):
I didn't get drunk, although night too. Abby was hammered
and she kept being like we were playing a game,
which I was killing because it was like two thousands trivia.
No one else could even answer. They're like, you're they're
all drunk. You're a bitch, like quit well, And Abby's
like when she'd get one drank and I would take
the tiniest step of a drink and I'm like, I
am not getting drunk. And I have to fly the

(03:29):
next morning. Yeah, I'm not gonna be. But I didn't
realize how short the flight was because I was flying
to Louisville. It was like an hour and twelve minutes
to go to Indianapolis. It was the easiest flight Ever's
not bad, so good. So anyway, I and I actually
got to meet Abby's fiance. I wasn't going to get
to meet him. I mean they haven't been together that
no long no, like what a year? Yeah, But we

(03:52):
played so I'm because this is the person I am.
At the party, I was like, all right, everyone go
in a circle and talk about your body, the ailments,
and your mental ailments. So we each went in a
circle and discussed all of those, and then I made
everyone go in a circle and discuss their hopes and
dreams in the next five years.

Speaker 1 (04:08):
You do love to.

Speaker 2 (04:09):
Ask that question.

Speaker 1 (04:10):
I do like that.

Speaker 2 (04:10):
I do it to Jake all the time, as if
his hopes and dreams have changed in the past two weeks.
But they abby participated a little bit. Heidi and just
the other two They're like, oh my god, and they
both like, we're just trying to live day to day.
I'm like, you don't think about like when you want
to retire, or if you'll stay in this house forever,
or if where you want a vacation or anything. They're like,

(04:32):
We're just trying to get three each day. I'm like,
I could never live like that. I'm such a dreamer.
I'm just like constantly thinking about my future, which I
think is a bad thing to a degree of like
not living in the now as much as I should.
And they were like, no, we think what we do
living day by day is probably not the best.

Speaker 1 (04:48):
And I'm like, maybe I think both can lead to
an anxiety of some sort.

Speaker 2 (04:54):
Maybe we also did never have I ever and my
go to is always never have I ever had anal yeah,
and they were all like, so predictable. I've been doing
that since like freshman year of college. Of course, first one.

Speaker 1 (05:06):
Someone always drops the anal I know, I ever yep,
So that's how I was scared of don't.

Speaker 2 (05:15):
And then there Heidi try to get a still. You
remember the game in college called Kings, a drinking game.

Speaker 1 (05:19):
Yeah, except for everyone has a different name for else.

Speaker 2 (05:22):
In our college, it was called Kings, and we could
only remember certain rules, but none of us were in
the mood to play it anyway. So then Heidi just
started flipping cards randomly and making up rules that we
had to do, and that was pretty funny because she's wild.
We also did one of those obstacle courses where you
go up in like the trees, and it's like you
have a harness and a helmet and there's some ziplines

(05:43):
but there are like little tricky things to walk across
and stuff. We signed up and paid for the three
hour version. It was so hot and sweaty. At one
hour in Abby was the leader. She's like, I don't
want to do more, and Heidi had been scared the
whole time. She's scared of heights, so she was crossing
things on her butt instead of on our feet, and
we were all like thank god.

Speaker 1 (06:04):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (06:04):
So we climbed down and the people were like, wait,
you're done. We're like yeah, and they're like, you have
like three more, like two hours left, and we're like
and we're done.

Speaker 1 (06:12):
That seems like a really long time for those.

Speaker 2 (06:14):
Really, they were older people there. Let me tell you.
These motherfuckers they were like, they were like so sick
of us, they didn't want to be around us. We
were holding them up. Yeah, I was like whatever, Oh god, you.

Speaker 1 (06:24):
Guys were the slow pop especially with Heidi's scooching on
her butt.

Speaker 2 (06:27):
I know truly. And the one guy was waiting on
her and it was his second time around. And then
I was the one that ordered shots for everyone, and
I also introduced them all to like my favorite type
of tequila and a cocktail. I do that I will
give credit to someone else for, but my favorite tequila
is Cosa migos blanco. And they were like, Abby, hele

(06:48):
go and repeat that again, say it again, and I'm like,
Cosa migos blanco and she kept getting all the words
confused and she's like, just text it. I was like,
all right, So I texted it, but Jason's has been calling.
I always would just do like a tequila soda with lime,
but people make it too strong for me all the time.
And he introduced me to the idea of not that
this some people listening to be like duh. He just

(07:10):
puts the tiniest bit of pineapple in so that it's
not sweet, but it cuts the alcohol every time. It
is perfection. And so I got one at a restaurant
and they all were like oh they I mean, I like,
they were excited. So I was like, amazing. So I
got them to all try that and they liked it,
and I texted them the full drink order and which

(07:32):
one the one friend They were like, Jess, do you
want her to say that again? And she's like, I
think I got it. It's tequila. So when I want
a little pineapple online and she's like an Abby's but
I just need to know the type of liquor, and
I'm like, all right, here you go. So it was
a good time.

Speaker 1 (07:47):
So do you feel like you're exhausted now today or
how are you feeling? I mean two am is really
late for like even one night.

Speaker 2 (07:57):
Yeah, I mean technically that's like one am our time,
So it was I feel fine, I'm like a little tired,
maybe it'll hit me. But I got home yesterday and
it was mine and Jake's seven year anniversary. So I
had like dinner plans for us, which how let me
ask you this as a server. So we went to
a newest place near us. Okay, beautiful place, beautiful, and

(08:23):
I'll start off with the positives. Beautiful place. Food was
so good. But we sat down to order, and we
like ordered immediately, and first the server forgot like one
of the drinks, who cares? That never came. We just
never brought it up.

Speaker 1 (08:38):
But it was just you and him.

Speaker 2 (08:39):
We brought Dylan and olive because I hadn't seen him
all weekend. Yeah. Then we waited for an entire hour
for our cup of soup appetizer. Then it was like
then a couple of other appetizers came shortly after, within
like ten minutes. So we're like an hour and ten
minutes in now, and all of his starving. Obviously. The

(09:03):
waitress never came over to say anything. She would come
over and bring a bottle of water. She was so nice,
but I almost think she avoided all She had a
lot of tables. I almost think she avoided it because
it wasn't her fault and she just was stressed, is
what I think. But she avoided us the whole time.
Then when they finally did bring her entrees, which was

(09:23):
probably twenty to thirty minutes after that they brought, we
all started just dying laughing because at that point they
brought Dylan's burger and sat it down and he had
burger and fries, and the girl goes, it wasn't our server,
someone from the kitchen. She goes, your fries will be
out when they're ready, and she walked away, and we
just started dying laughing, and we were like, what the fuck.

Speaker 1 (09:45):
Okay.

Speaker 2 (09:45):
Then this server finally came over and was like, oh
my gosh, thank you guys so much for being so patient.
And I'm like, I mean, it's not like we had
a choice, and I didn't say that. I go okay,
and she goes, we just had a party of come
in and like it set everything in the kitchen back.
And my thought is, then your restaurant that's only a

(10:07):
month old is not equipped to hold big parties and
you shouldn't take them. I feel bad saying that, but
I'm like, if you, if you're you have taking on
a big party, puts the entire rest of the restaurant
at like an hour wait to get a cup of soup,
I don't think you're equipped for it yet, and you
should like maybe put a pause on big parties.

Speaker 1 (10:26):
So the cup of soup thing, that's really bad. That
should never have taken that long, because there should be
someone who is specifically doing like soup, salads, whatever, versus
like the people who are making the entrees, especially at
a nice place like that. I don't know where it is,
but that shouldn't have happened. I do know as a
server though, that if we saw a big party come

(10:49):
in and we had tables that were about to order,
we did everything in our powers to try to get
our orders in before the other server got that twenty
top in. Yeah, because we knew it is buy ticket time.
It's not by this is only a four top and
this is the twenty top, get the four top food first.
It's by ticket time. So that sucks because you guys

(11:09):
definitely got fucked because it's a big party. But the
soup shouldn't have taken that long, And as a server
I would have never not addressed it for an hour.
If a soup is an outwood, I don't know. The
only time I ever worked at a place, we had
soup all the time at Bubba's, but that was so
easy and that would be out within minutes of the.

Speaker 2 (11:27):
Order getting pot. Sue. I've never waited for souper because
it's like pre made usually like in a warm pot.
I imagine you just lay the lit into a ball
and it. So it was like so bizarre.

Speaker 1 (11:39):
What kind of soup wasn't a sweet corn? It was delightful. Yeah,
it's not like that's I'm just trying to think if
there's any reason why.

Speaker 2 (11:45):
It wouldn't have been like ready to go. Jake was
making jokes. He like he's like, I wonder if they
do small batch preparation. You know, each cup is like
shucked and then they they you know, use a mulsifier
or whatever. I'm like, yeah, that must be it. And
we're because we just had that point, had to make
joke so for ever. Yeah, and I ordered the dessert
before our entrees even came, and the server was like
that's really smart. I'm like thanks, I just know that

(12:08):
I don't have another fucking hour and me to wait
for my cake. You know.

Speaker 1 (12:12):
I mean, it's so hard, because no, that was bad
service for you guys.

Speaker 2 (12:16):
For still they were the full tip because it was
absolutely not her fault. I do think she should have
checked in more. But at the end of the day
I could just tell she was like so nice. The
owners were there, and I only know that because one
came up to the table behind us and talk to them.
I don't know that he was like saying sorry. I
think he just introduced himself and Dylan overheard, and so
I saw the two of the owners like helping with

(12:36):
things like clearing tables and stuff. But if I was
the owner of house, well, probably would have gone around
to each table and been like hey, because there is
something too you just saying hi to a table yeah,
and like where the owner thank you so much, we're new,
like we appreciate you coming out or whatever. I think
there is something to that.

Speaker 1 (12:55):
There's also something to be said because people who have
worked for like brit Or chain restaurants, the rules are
just so different than like some a place that's like
individually owned or whatever. And at Bubba's, our GM went
and talked to as many tables as he could if
he was on shift, Like he just swing by and
say hi, not for not because anything was wrong, not

(13:15):
because they needed special treatment, just be like, how's the food? Yeah, whatever.
And I don't think he necessarily like said, I'm the GM,
but you know, you see a guy you can tell
yeah higher probably, and so, yeah, it is a little
strange with that situation. I don't know. It sounds like
if they're only a month out, that means that their
kitchen is not running smoothly yeah yet, and that can

(13:39):
literally ruin everything. And it sucks as a server to
know that, like there's just nothing you can do about it. However,
once again, she probably should have said something and apologized
to you before the soup came about the weight on
the suit.

Speaker 2 (13:51):
We'll definitely go back, I waited. I actually didn't go
as soon as and honestly, maybe they're they've been over
for two months. I don't know, it's one or two months.
I didn't go a niche when they opened for that reason.
I'm like, I'm gonna let them figure out their kinks
a little bit. But everyone I've spoken to has loved it.
And so again, I loved the food. It was some

(14:11):
of the best food I've had a long time, So
one thousand percent will go back. Just hope we catch
them on a night where we aren't behind a twenty
person party. I yes, that's yeah. So what is new
in your world, Jenny on your chill week? Did anything happen? Yes?

Speaker 1 (14:29):
I mean I started doing it, like working on my
kitchen more and a project I started at the beginning
of the summer and didn't touch for two months. And
I feel like, so that was two weekends ago, and
I feel like I get to a point where so
I wasn't really accomplishing anything to the point of it
was done, Like I couldn't check it off. There was
things in my van I wanted to do but I

(14:50):
could only get so far because I didn't have the
right tools. And there were things that I wanted to
do with the kitchen but I only could get like
one coat done because I had to wait then for
to do like the rust of it or whatever it
might be. So I kept getting to this part in
my head on like that Saturday, I feel like I
fucking haven't accomplished anything this weekend, even though I was
doing stuff all weekend like projects and so yes, Saturday night,

(15:13):
I sign up for a triathlon, and I did a
triathlon Sunday morning.

Speaker 2 (15:16):
So it all sounds.

Speaker 1 (15:17):
Ridiculous, and I don't want to sound like fucking pretentious
or anything like that, but like, I have been working
out consistently for a very long time now, and I
do bike, I do run. Do I do them in
a row with a swim also, no, But like I
just know that I'm physically capable of doing things that
are a little bit harder because I've stayed in shape
for a handful of years. So I signed up to

(15:39):
do it because I just haven't done one in like
three years, and I've done that triathlon once before, so
I was aware of how it would go. And yeah,
it was great. I literally did it faster than the
first time I've ever.

Speaker 2 (15:51):
Done it, so funny and awesome.

Speaker 1 (15:53):
Yeah, I placed thirteenth out of the fifty five women
who did it.

Speaker 2 (15:57):
That's awesome.

Speaker 1 (15:57):
And I think I got forty eight out total, out
of like one hundred and thirty Okay, And so like
the majority of the people before me were men, and
let's be honest, like, you know, men are built different.
So I don't feel like that shitty that a lot
of men beat me, but yeah, it was it was fun.
I didn't tell one person knew that I was going
to do it and was texting me, so I let

(16:19):
them know like when I was there that morning and
sent some pictures and stuff, but that was it. No
one was there to cheer me on, and I thought
i'd be sad about that, yep, but I wasn't because
I was like, no, I'm just doing this for me,
like I don't care that nobody's here, and I just
I love the energy of triathlons. I love the energy
of all races. However, I don't like to participate in
running races anymore. My half marathon just wasn't it for me. Yeah,

(16:40):
but triathlons, I just get so excited and have the adrenaline.
And the run part really was very hard because that's
the last thing you do, and since I hadn't trained,
my legs definitely felt like they weighed five hundred fucking.

Speaker 2 (16:53):
Whereas usually the running for most people is the easiest part.

Speaker 1 (16:57):
Right, I wouldn't say that. I think a lot of
people who do triathlons the runnings their least favorite part.

Speaker 2 (17:03):
Oh and I swimming was usually Yeah.

Speaker 1 (17:05):
I think a lot of people who do triathlons don't.
And let me tell you, I can't swim in a lake,
even when I've trained, I fucking can't swim in a lake.
I like doggy paddle. I'm just like looking up everywhere.
And it was in White Bear Lake and it was
such choppy water, oh god, that it worked pretty hard
to do an actual breaststroke. Honestly, I did it every
once in a while, but I'm mostly just like with

(17:25):
paddling away and I'm like, as long as I don't
swallow a bunch of water, I'll be good. And once
again I did it like way faster than well, not
way faster, but a few minutes faster than I did
it the first time.

Speaker 2 (17:34):
But was the first time colder.

Speaker 1 (17:37):
See, yes, the swim was absolutely miserable that I almost
quit the first time because it was so cold, and
I didn't like, I felt so naive because I didn't
understand this that like if you jump into cold water,
like that's that cold, then you're trying to like move
your body and your chest is like yeah, just so
tense and you can barely breathe, Like obviously you can't

(18:00):
then continue doing a physical activity at a good pace,
so I almost like quit within the first like one
hundred feet of that because I watched another girl start
panicking and quit. And yeah, so no, the water was
very nice. I met a guy that morning and who
we were just kind of waiting in the water waiting
for our turn to go, and he had he's from

(18:23):
Duluth and he trained in Lake Superior then, which never
in my fucking life where I trained in Lake Superior.
That is that like scares the shit out of me.
And he said that it's been so foggy up there,
and he had recently done a swim and he went
six hundred yards away from shore because of the fog,
and he didn't know he was swimming six hundred yards

(18:43):
away from the shot. And now, to put it into context,
the swim's only four hundred yards that we had to
do total for this one, which the swim is shorter
for the one that I did because it's the last
triathlon of the year, and it's assumed that the water
is going to be pretty cold, but it actually was
really warm, and it was fucking like ninety degrees that day.

Speaker 2 (19:01):
It was like a hot walk in here.

Speaker 1 (19:03):
So I was fine, Like the swim felt great, and
then the bike I was still wet, but the run
I was like sweat and not like but yeah, it
was great. The one thing that I fucked up with
is I always wear I've always, for the two I've done,
worn these bike shorts that have this padding in your button,
crotch and whatever, and I just hate them for the

(19:24):
part of the run because then it feels like you're
wearing like a wet, soggy dip. So I'm like, I'm
not gonna wear these. I'm gonna wear these like Lululemon
Spandex shorts that I've run in many times, So I
wear them for the whole thing. So you swim, then
you get on the bike with wet clothes on because
I don't wear wetsuits a lot of people wear wetsuits.
And then you bike and then you run. And so

(19:47):
later that day I get home and I'm doing more
house project shit and I'm like, God, what, why does
this hurt? And I like realized that my cheeks had
shafed because of not how that patting on my butt
on the bike. So my cheeks are just like straight
on the bike. And this is the moment where I
miss having a partner because I'm looking bent over at

(20:11):
my butthole in the mirror, see what's wrong, And yeah,
you can see like the two red marks on each
side of my inner cheeks, and so I'm literally walking
around the house like holding my cheeks out because that's
how bad it hurts. So, yeah, that was a party fall.
And I've told myself a million times, don't ever do
something on a race day that you haven't done in

(20:34):
a training which granted, once again, I didn't train for this.

Speaker 2 (20:36):
But it's like, don't go out on the town in
a new pair of heels, Jenny, Yeah, you know better
because you're gonna rip your feet apart. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (20:44):
So that was fun. But outside of that, nothing crazy
has been going on. I was back home in Wisconsin
this past weekend celebrated my nephew's fifth birthday. That kid
gets bloody noses all the time.

Speaker 2 (20:56):
I've never gotten bloody nose. I talked about me this weekend.
He may have to do the thing that I've heard
a lot of people do where you get carterized or
whatever it's called.

Speaker 1 (21:03):
So they did take him in. I have no idea, my.

Speaker 2 (21:06):
Friend Jess said, literally when I said never gotten one
she said that I'm so bad as the young kids.
She had to get it, like carterized or.

Speaker 1 (21:12):
It's interesting, maybe he will because they took him in
to see if something like bad was like something was
actually wrong, because he'd get them. And you know, we're
setting up for the party. It's only like a handful
of us close family members there at this point, and
all of a sudden, Maddie is screaming, my niece.

Speaker 2 (21:28):
Luca's bleeding, blah blahlah blah.

Speaker 1 (21:30):
And we look over and like, yeah, there's just like
drops of blood all over the garage floor, which is
where we have everything set up. And I'm like, they're
trying to figure it out. They're setting things up, and
then Rachel takes him inside because he just got it
all over his clothes, had to show her hands ruined
his Spider Man shirt. He was going to be wearing
it for a party. And I'm sitting inside and he goes,

(21:51):
but what if I just like lose too much blood?
And Rachel was like, oh, honey, that's not how You're fine.
You're gonna be whatever. But yeah, it was a quick
weekend home as it always is. But it was nice
to see everyone because I haven't been home since I
think the beginning of April or something, so I haven't
seen my niece and nephew since then. I've seen my sisters,

(22:13):
but yeah, I haven't seen them. And I also haven't
seen you. I now texted me on like Thursday last week,
and I was having the cramps from hell and was
laying in the fetal position and she was being nice,
like what's new, and I think I responded and then like,
didn't ask you a question back? And then you were
so busy and I had Yeah, we haven't really seen

(22:34):
each other or talk much.

Speaker 2 (22:35):
One other thing from the bachelor party, when Abby was drunk,
she yelled at me that every time I'm with you
and Tina, I do a cool video, and so she
was like, I want to do one. I'm like, it's
not that I didn't want to do one with them.
First of all, I knew Heidi and Jess would never
want to do him. So I picked the easiest one
ever because Abby was already drunk where she just gets

(22:57):
to dance, and I posted it on TikTok. She's like, well,
you're not going to post it on Instagram and I
was like, get out of here. Drunk. No, God, I go,
you're gonna thank me tomorrow morning. Yeah, but I did not.
I bet you. She doesn't even remember that it's posted
on TikTok. And they were like, they both like, we
look at TikTok, we just don't post. I'm like, that's
I think the majority of the world. They look at it,

(23:17):
they don't post. So I get it.

Speaker 1 (23:19):
Yeah, no it is. But speaking of TikTok, have you
gotten onto bad Bunny TikTok by dance? Oh you don't
know what you're missing out?

Speaker 2 (23:28):
Is it just him? Well you're married, so is it
just him dancing and his little junk pops around or something.
Maybe I've seen like one video, but I.

Speaker 1 (23:36):
Think I liked one and now it's my entire algorithm,
and I think they did some Maybe they always do this.
I'm sure TikTok people stream it on TikTok all the time,
but I think there was something this past weekend where
they did like an official live stream of his concert
or something, because I think I saw other radio people
saying they were going to watch it. But had I
been available, I would have watched it. And now I'm
intrigued even though I don't know a single lyric to

(23:58):
a single one of his songs that I have to
be at a Bad Bunny concert. But I also need
to make sure I have one of like the side angles.

Speaker 2 (24:04):
He's not coming to the US, as far as I know.

Speaker 1 (24:06):
Whatever, that's cool. I'll go to South America or whatever
when it's fine, but i'd have to have one of
the side angle seats because like up front you can't
see the right right. You can see it, but like
the side angle gives you more of the length right right.
But it just you know, when you see men dance
like that, and I know you know this about your
husband because he likes to dance and do like a

(24:28):
body roll vibies, you just like have to assume that
they're good in bed. So you see that and you're like, damn, yeah,
he can fucking put it down in the bedroom.

Speaker 2 (24:38):
I'm gonna say something bold here. I feel like most
Latin men give vibes of being very good in bed.
I'm like, they know how to they know how to
move their bodies.

Speaker 1 (24:47):
That's true. And I feel like if you're you know,
loose like.

Speaker 2 (24:51):
That, I'm loose. I know you're I know you mean, yeah.

Speaker 1 (24:54):
I don't know if I feel like it's easier to
like make movement versus you know, you just start having
sex with someone for the first time, which I know
has been forever for you and also for me.

Speaker 2 (25:04):
Yeah, it's like stiff, uh huh.

Speaker 1 (25:08):
You're just not entirely sure and if something goes weird,
it kind of throws it off. Whereas, like when you
become comfortable with the partner after a while, if something
weird happens, you just forget about it and you move
on and you maybe even laugh and you're like cool,
keep going. But I feel like, yes, with a Latin man, yeah,
maybe those moments never happened. I don't think I've ever

(25:29):
been with a Latin man.

Speaker 2 (25:31):
I've been with one guy from South America. He was
from Watemala. But he was fine. I don't know that
he was like spectact, he was fine. He had read them.
He could dance, I guess. But Benito, as they call
bad Bunny, Yeah, he's not.

Speaker 1 (25:46):
He's not.

Speaker 2 (25:47):
He doesn't really do it for me, And I feel
that I can objectively see that he is an attractive
person for some reason, he's not. He's not my type.

Speaker 1 (25:55):
I've never thought that he was my type. Either until
I saw him act yeah in the New Why am
I blanking on the name.

Speaker 2 (26:02):
Happy gil Mark? Yes, that probably moved me actually further
away from He was very funny, but that version of
a person does not turn me on. So that actually
made me last attracted to him in a sexy way.
I think that that was the moment where I was like,
oh I like him, Yeah, no, I like him dance
and I was like, oh, I really like him. He

(26:25):
definitely comes. Yeah, that movie makes him more likable. I
would not want like someone like like Drake for instance.
He seems like he takes himself too seriously most of
the time, you know, Yeah, so I do like that.
He seems like he doesn't take himself too seriously, right,
I think that's a good thing. By the way, we
have to give a huge thank you.

Speaker 1 (26:46):
I'm happy you remember this.

Speaker 2 (26:47):
Yeah, I know. Well, Jenny sent me an unboxing video, Bree,
if you're listening.

Speaker 1 (26:51):
I did last year.

Speaker 2 (26:52):
Bree was so nice and for our one year anniversary,
she sent us crumble cookies and she's the only one
that remembers our anniversary. We don't, but apparently did we
celebrate it to your anniversary?

Speaker 1 (27:03):
Yeah, we did.

Speaker 2 (27:03):
Okay, yeah, she sent us another lovely gift of like
snack packs of some of our favorite treats and a
couple of gift cards. And I have to say thank
you because it's just so thoughtful. To mail a package
is love because you have to go into a post
office and can sit there and probably be belittled because
you have the wrong envelope a little bit, and the
whole process it's just getting out of your car as

(27:26):
a commitment. So thank you so much for that, so thoughtful.
I think she sent us an email at some point too.
We haven't gotten to Yeah, okay.

Speaker 1 (27:35):
I don't think I'm on it.

Speaker 2 (27:36):
She says she. I'll just get through. She's dropped some
pleasantries in the beginning, so we'll get past those. The
meat of my email. Did she say not to use
her name? I should have maybe checked that first. Okay,
usually she allows us to. I had my twenty year
class reunion this past week, and so it's been a
while now, it's been a few weeks ago, and boy
did it make me feel old. See if my class

(27:58):
has never had a reuse. So I took this on
and made the event myself, picking a location, paying for
the food, that's insane. I can't let me pay for
the food, super simple and straightforward. The turnout was minimal,
and I have to wonder, do we think class reunions
are dying off because of social media? Can everybody just
keep tabs on the people they want to digitally so
they don't want to reunite in person? She said. I

(28:20):
think my class specifically was a little burned as well,
because we tried to have a ten year reunion and
not only did it not happen, but the person that
tried to put it together took everybody's money. She then
had the balls to show up this past week, and
by the way, I couldn't believe it. That's wild, I think,
and I could be wrong. They are only relevant in
like smaller communities or class sizes, because I had, like,

(28:43):
I had a reunion a few years ago and my
husband Jake, who went to Eastview, which was very big school,
he was like, we have never ever had one. He's like,
I think it's amazing you guys have them. And I
think it probably comes down to the class was so huge,
right like that getting it together. You don't even know
how to contact people anymore. And and for me, it's

(29:07):
for us. It was easy. Everyone still keeps in contact,
so maybe that's part of it, but probably, Yeah, there
is a lot too. I'm guessing Facebook that you don't
have to wonder what Chad from fourth grade looks like
and what they're doing. You can see.

Speaker 1 (29:21):
I fully agree with that. We have had I think
we had a ten year one and my two best
friends from home did go to that, I believe very quick.
But we also had a class of like five hundred
plus people. Yeah, so it's like there's no way we
can get everyone together. And I honestly don't even know
how I found out about it because I don't think

(29:42):
I got invited. I think it was kind of a
word of mouth thing. I think maybe a Facebook event
was made and so you maybe saw that or something.
But yeah, I do think it's definitely a small if
you had a smaller class.

Speaker 2 (29:56):
Yeah, final things, we do have to wrap things up.
We're going to speed round this Jinny your favorite chain restaurant.

Speaker 1 (30:04):
I'm just gonna go bubb a Gum because I think
it's great. Color blue hobby hiking coffee, order cold brew
with a splash of like milk.

Speaker 2 (30:13):
Chocolate, sweet treat Reese's Cups, food, tacos. Okay, I'll with
your mind really quickly. Chain restaurant, Texas roadhouse, color, green, hobby.
Maybe I'll say painting, but I haven't done in a year.
Coffee order, I change it every day, but probably just
like I'll keep it simple, like a pumpkin cream Cold

(30:33):
Crew if I went to the seasonal, just like some
kind of sweetened latte like a vanilla or maple latte,
sweet treat, anything period. Pretty much, I'll just go like cookie,
chocolate chip cookie, to just keep it simple. But it
has to be like kind of soft. It can't be hard. Yeah, food,
French fries.

Speaker 1 (30:53):
Nice. Thank you so much, breaking back and thanks great
question she does.

Speaker 2 (30:57):
Thank you so much for listening. We will be back
next week unless we aren't unless Jenny kills. Yeah, okay,
my dining do things are listening by
